The Pictures absolutely ROCK!!!

From the very beginning, Husband and I knew we wanted a live band that could cover all types of music (oldies, country, Sinatra, R&B, 80's, hip hop, top 40's, etc...). The Pictures can do them all and they sounded fantastic! They accommodated all of our requests and were great to work with!

They learned a song for us and performed it flawlessly. They even performed the same song twice (since the first time they sang it, I didn't get to dance with my husband to it). The slow song they chose for the last dance ("Wonderful Tonight") is one of my favorites, and it was such wonderful way to end the night.

They kept the dance floor packed all night long and all of our friends stayed until the very end. They definitely knew how to read the crowd and even the music they played during the breaks kept everybody on the dance floor as well. Many people (both older and younger crowd) have told us that our band was the best part of our wedding.

Chris was also kind enough to emcee for us and did a great job!

If you are looking for a wedding band, The Pictures is THE band to book. We are so glad we had them at our wedding, and I know for years to come that we (and our guests) will still remember them!

Absolutely fabulous! By far the most compliments I have gotten about the wedding were about how fantastic the band was and how much fun they were. They really made the whole event come together!

The Pictures Band was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. They really know how to play to the crowd and although they do this for a living, they seemed to be having as much fun as us and our guests. They also stuck to all the special song requests we made and even learned a song for us which they did beautifully. A band can make or break a wedding and they really helped make ours. Byron was also great to work with - when I was putting together a timeline and trying to accommodate fair break times for them, he came back to me and suggested we move the second break earlier because the guests usually like to keep dancing and they'd be happy to work around what made us happy. It's the little things like that that really help a bride in the craziness before the big day.

The Pictures were an awesome band and so easy to work with. My husband and I had our hearts set on a first dance song and they took the time to learn it for us. Everyone could not stop talking about how great they were. They kept the dance floor hot all night long. Thanks so much Pictures for making our wedding day so fun!

AMAZING! Everyone had such a great time at our March 26 wedding because of The Pictures. We LOVED them. All of our guests were in shock at the vocals and how much fun they were. Absolutely the best band you can find - book today!

The Pictures were such an accomodating band and always responded extremely promptly when I had questions in preparation for the wedding. At the wedding they set the tone for the whole night and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. I love that they can master an oldie and then pull out a song that is currently on the radio and master that as well. Their talent is truly amazing! Everyone was so impressed with them and I have continually gotten questions and compliments about them after the wedding. It was such a fun night that I will never forget!

Absolutely awesome. They had people dancing who had not danced in years. We are still getting compliments on the wedding several months later and what people remember most is The Pictures. There have been several "major" weddings at our country club since January, with bands from Phoenix, LA, Dallas and Colorado and our friends say none of them have been as good as The Pictures (we agree, but the guests opinions are what mattered most to us).

Everyone is raving about how fun our wedding was and that is all because of our BAND. Guests couldn't tell when the band was on a break; they sound that much like the CDs and professional recordings of songs. Byron was great to work with and the entire band provides the best experience EVER! We had the full 10 piece and it was truly awesome.

FAbulous band, set the tone for the wedding early and all night. Everyone loved The Pictures, one of the highlights of the night. They were receptive to our wishes and we would love to use them again one day!

Great group of musicians who played at my wedding. Was able to play a wide selection of songs and genre and professional to work with.

Hands down the best part of our reception!!!!! The dance floor was full all night and all of our guests continued to talk about how great our band was well past the wedding! Is 5 stars the highest I can rate them?? I can't say enough good things about The Pictures!! They are absolutely amazing! The dance floor was PACKED all night, everyone LOVED the music....we didn't want the night to end! The Pictures made our wedding reception the party people are still raving about 5 months later! Some of the comments I got that night were..."Best band EVER!" "I forgot I was listening to a wedding band...they sound like the real artists!!" "I can't believe how great these guys are!!" "Could we pay them for another hour?!?"

And Byron is such a joy to work with - very flexible and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend The Pictures to anyone having a party, reunion, wedding...any event where you want everyone to have a fabulous time! With them on the stage, it's guaranteed!!

The Pictures provided the music for my daughter's wedding reception at the Houston Museum of Natural Science in late August. She had attended a wedding before where this band played and she was loved it. It was the only band she really wanted for her wedding. Great choice. We are still receiving compliments from our guests with regards to this band. Some of the comments are:
"Awesome band, could not believe that it was a live band and not Journey live"
"Worth whatever they charge and more"
"Best band ever" (this comment was from our wedding photographers who do go to weddings every weekend!)
Many people that would have normally leave before the end stayed because of the band. Thanks so much for helping make the wedding so much fun and memorable to everyone and particularly for the bride and groom.

We had the Pictures play at our wedding in August, and they were amazing. We had seen them at a friend's wedding and loved them. They learned two songs for us and sang them perfectly. They played a perfect mix of songs and got everyone out on the dance floor. Over a month later, I still get comments from our guests about how great the band was. Even our photographers! Everyone had SUCH a great time, and the Pictures were a HUGE part of that.

The only reason I gave these guys 5 stars is because there's no option for six. I booked the Pictures, sight unseen, based on their demos online. They sounded the most diverse and authentic from their website, and I was happy with the reviews I read. I had NO IDEA what a FIND these guys were. They absolutely MADE my reception. Everyone- from my 80 year old conservative relatives down to my 3 year old neice - was dancing for the entire reception. Their repertoire is very diverse, and they really read the crowd well to keep people on their feet and get new people to the dance floor. At one point, I thought they were taking a break and had put on an Outkast song while they ate to keep the younger people dancing. I was dismayed to turn around and see the band still going- it was incredible! He also sang Aretha better than any woman I had ever heard. They were lively and fun, but also incredibly professional. Nobody noticed them setting up, and they modulated the music perfectly with the events of the reception. One of my guests asked me: "how did you find these guys- did you just google 'best wedding band ever'". Guests are still raving about the band- six months later!
