  I was recently married and I can’t tell you how many people have commented on my invitations. I was going for a very classic look. I often got wedding invitations in the mail and never thought twice about them. To be honest I think most wedding invitations can be very tacky and corny. I wanted something to make a statement to my guest the kind of wedding I was having. And boy did they!!!
  
  When starting to design my invitations all that I mentioned to Sandy was the colors I was thinking and that I wanted the invitations to be simple and classic. She honestly took it to a whole new level which really made a statement. She created an invitation where she suggested gold foil on black. She did warn me before drafting the invitations that it would be expensive, but she made suggestions on how to keep the cost down in other aspect of the invitations, but still keeping the look of everything coming together. She did ask what my budget was and she kept it within that amount. I went with Sandy based on a recommendation, but after hearing what a coworker paid and what she got from researching on her own online I realize my invitations were more than reasonable for the quality that I got. Even my photographer was impressed with my invitations!!! (Now you know photographers see a lot of invitations.)
  
  To be honest when having to decide on invitations I could care less and thought originally that was the first place to save money. However looking back, and after all the comments I received, I think as a result of my invitations it got people really excited about the wedding and let people know to some extent what kind of event it would be. Sandy also provided drafts and gave her suggestions and took what I saw when I was on Pinterest and incorporated those requests when she could. She was the expert and gave suggestions on wording and what others have done in the past.

  Amazing quality & unbelievably patient. I've now used Sandra for multiple events and plan to come back for each special occasion in the future. Could not be more pleased with my experience. Highly recommend

  A friend referred me to The Occasional Hello, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Sandy’s work. Sandy designed our save the dates and wedding invitations, and I am impressed with her professionalism, response time and overall creative design. Her wonderful talent is exhibited in the quality of her work.
  
  Our invitations were mailed earlier this month, and I continue to receive many compliments on the invitations. Everyone loves them! I will continue to use Sandy for future projects, and would recommend her to anyone.

  I sent Sandy a couple of ideas for my save the date and what she came up incorporated my ideas and took them to another level! The combination of fonts was so unique and lovely. I got SO MANY compliments on them!
  
  The invitation suite was gorgeous, no other way to put it. My wedding colors were pearl pink and ivory. I was a bit nervous about pink invitations and Sandy was able to use pink in a way that was elegant and beautiful. I got EVEN MORE compliments on my invitations than I did on the save the dates. I had one guest tell me that she carried it around in her purse for a couple of weeks just to show people how pretty it was.
  
  In addition, Sandy was great to work with - quick to respond to emails and incredibly helpful in coming up with ideas. She has a passion for stationery and it shows in her work.

  Sandy was wonderful to work with for the invitations for my son's engagement party. I had searched for the right invitation for several weeks before finding her website. I love the soft style of her art work. It set the perfect tone for the event. An invitation is always a guests first indication of the event to come and must communicate the nature of the event. Sandy's invitation selection was perfect for my event. The quality of the stationary is very high and my experience with the service was excellent. I will be sure to use her again when I am in need of invitations or stationary.

  I stumbled across The Occasional Hello on Etsy, and I'm so happy that I did! Sandy Picco was such a pleasure to work with. Her prices are reasonable, and her work is phenomenal. We e-mailed back and forth several times about the look of my save-the-dates and invitations. She really wanted to make sure that everything turned out just as I had imagined.
