A Dream Wedding Come True

Our wedding at this venue was truly a dream come true! Nicole was amazing. She was there for us every step of the way and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The staff was just as incredible, so kind, attentive, and fun.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice. It felt like a real-life fairytale. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was! The food was also incredible, and there was so much of it. Definitely get the late-night snack option, it was such a hit!
If anything went wrong, we never knew about it because everything ran so smoothly. We got to fully enjoy our night, and it was truly perfect from start to finish.

Our Dream Fall Wedding

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue than The Log Cabin. From start to finish, everything was beautiful, seamless, and truly unforgettable. The grounds, views, and overall atmosphere made our day feel incredibly special and exactly what we envisioned.

Our consultant, Nicole, was wonderful throughout the planning process. She was organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and guide us through each step. Her support and attention to detail made the planning experience feel smooth and manageable.

On the day of our wedding, Kelly, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She kept everything running on time, handled every detail behind the scenes, and allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any stress. Her calm, professional presence made a huge difference, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. We did have a bit of wind during our outdoor ceremony, but Kelly and the team handled it effortlessly and made sure everything continued smoothly without any added stress on us.

The entire staff at The Log Cabin was attentive, professional, and kind, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything flowed.

We are so grateful to Nicole, Kelly, and the entire Log Cabin team for helping make our wedding day so perfect. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning setting and an incredible team to support them every step of the way.

October Wedding

We got married at the Log Cabin in Holyoke, MA, on 10/31/25 and our experience with the Log Cabin / Delaney Hospitality Group was truly exceptional from start to finish.
We had our tour with Casey and immediately fell in love with the venue and its stunning views. Every step of the planning process through the day of our wedding, the entire team was professional, attentive, and organized. Nicole answered every question we had throughout planning and we always felt supported and confident that everything was being handled. On the wedding day itself, there were absolutely no hiccups with Matt as our coordinator. Everything ran seamlessly! Our guests had a great time and loved the amazing fall views for their pictures.
What stood out the most was their level of service. The staff was absolutely amazing. We didn’t have a single worry on our wedding day and were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our friends and family!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend the Log Cabin!

Where Our Dream Wedding Came to Life: The Delaney House

Our wedding at The Delaney House was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Working with Nicole and her incredible team made the entire planning process not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable. They guided us through every step with care, professionalism, and the kind of attention to detail that truly sets them apart.

The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it. Josiah and Erica were phenomenal throughout the evening, and Brianne ran the ceremony beautifully.

On the day of the wedding, everything was flawless. The staff anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and every moment flowed seamlessly. The atmosphere, the service, the coordination—everything exceeded our expectations. We felt completely supported and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy our day.

We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. If you’re looking for a venue and team who will make your dream wedding a reality, The Delaney House is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

The Wedding of Our Dreams!

My husband and I got married had our wedding at The Log Cabin in the Grand Edna Williams ball room on November 1, 2025 and it was truly the BEST day of our lives!! From the moment we toured the venue 2 years prior, we knew it was the one! As time went on and our wedding date got closer, having someone like Nicole, our sales coordinator, made everything so easy and enjoyable! Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and how much she shows she cares about you as a couple made wedding planning fun and stress free! Fast forward to our drop off day through our wedding, the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. How nice everyone was, professional, organized, how much they truly care and work as a team (shout out to Hannah, Delima, and Tayrn) to make your day so beautiful and feel so special is truly what makes the venue stand out. Everything went perfectly and allowed us to be in the moment and enjoy our night with no stressors! Also our guests were over the moon with how beautiful everything was, how good the food was, every detail. They can’t stop talking about how it was the best wedding they’d ever attended and we couldn’t agree more. The Log Cabin is a gem of a venue and we highly recommend!!

Wedding 2025 Grand Edna Ballroom

The site is gorgeous inside and out. Our coordinator, Nicole, was so much fun to work with and made every step of our journey easy. She was very responsive and always available to answer questions or have a call. The venue staff the night of the wedding was quick and all hands on deck. The ensured all decor was set up to our requests, used creative judgement where necessary and were quick to fix any items that needed tweaking. The staff was very response the night of and made sure we as the couple were looked over and always had whatever we wanted and/or needed. The venue has multiple options when planning and budgeting and makes it easy to accommodate what you can afford. They offer multiple options across all elements of the planning process. Our day was beautiful and made super easy! The Log Cabin is an amazing venue!

Great venue/staff

We got married in September of 2025 and we couldn’t have been happier with our day. From all of the planning leading up to the big day, our wedding coordinator, Nicole, was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely responsive, accommodating, and even gave her insight when we were indecisive. She made this process as stress free as possible. I can’t recommend her enough. The venue was also gorgeous the day of, food was served on time, and our day of coordinators energy was unmatched. Book the Log Cabin!!

The best wedding venue!

I got married on June 28, 2025 at the Delaney House, and it was absolutely amazing! I worked with Amanda and she was so helpful and amazing and what she does, every question and concern I had even when I had a last minute guest the day before my wedding she was so helpful with it all and made it all happen. The entire day ran so smoothly, and the entire day ended up being perfect!
From the rehearsal dinner which was also there to the night of my wedding, the entire staff I had were amazing (I wish I remembered their names). The bartender especially was so interactive and was having so much fun!
Don’t even get me started on the food, I received so many compliments on how delicious everything tasted, and the setup of the appetizers that I chose in the bridal suite was amazing.
You will not be disappointed booking here, I am so glad that we did!

Best Wedding Venue!!

My friend had told me about the Log Cabin as a wedding venue and I am so thankful she did! Nicole Paolucci was our Coordinator leading up to our wedding day here, and she is so nice, professional, and so helpful throughout the whole process! She answered all the questions I had, and brought up certain things I didn't even think of for the wedding day! Sammy who ran the Rehearsal and Ceremony was also fantastic to work with! She was so excited for me and my husband which also got me even more excited for our wedding! She was so great on checking in with us, and making sure our day was perfect! Our Server Kat who also helped us, and checked in on us was also so great! The entire staff the whole day was excited for us and also so helpful! I have never felt so much happiness, excitement, and warmth from people I just met that day! All of my guests also commented to me on how great the staff was at the Log Cabin and how great the food was as well (as the food is Amazing here)! I was also told the Bartenders were super nice and accommodating as well! Honestly I give the Log Cabin 100 stars out of 10 you won't regret booking your wedding at the Log Cabin!

Amazing Wedding Venue

The Log Cabin was the perfect place for our wedding. Nicole was very helpful during the planning process. Josh, Miranda and Hannah were very accommodating and made our wedding day better than we could have expected. We would highly recommend this venue.

The perfect place

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Amanda, Matt, Hanna, Casey, and all of the staff at the Log Cabin helped to make our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. They made the planning process so as smoothly and stress free as possible. Our day of coordinator Matt and his team helped to take every ounce of pressure off our shoulders the day of so that we could truly immerse ourselves in our guests and our experience. Everyone we worked with, especially Matt and Amanda, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Matt and our head waitress Hanna even made it out on the dance floor with us.. I mean come on!! It can’t get much better than that.

The interior and back exterior of the venue is what dreams are made of. The ceremony location over looking the Berkshires was perfection. The landscaping was the perfect backdrop for every one of our photos. The back patio that we had access to for cocktail hour and throughout our whole reception was unique and stunning. Finally, the sunset we got to experience from the patio was like nothing I have ever seen before. Thank you is an understatement

Making it to McKinkey

Our wedding was at the Delaney House on May 4th, 2024. We worked primarily with Amanda Malone and her super professional team. After a year and half of planning our wedding day was amazing! The Delaney House exceeded our expectations. The venue was beautiful, the staff was just outstanding! The planners and the staff turned our vision into a romantic and stunning reality. We also had my bridal shower and our rehearsal dinner at the Delaney House, and with every event the staff made us, our family and friends feel like the only people there! Thank you to the Delaney House for our dream wedding and huge shout out to Amanda Malone whom worked with us patiently and graciously!!!

Absolutely Amazing Wedding Venue

I cannot recommend The Log Cabin enough for your special day. We recently got married there in October and it was absolutely perfect. The views of the fall foliage as well as the ceremony site were absolutely breathtaking. All of our guests raved about how amazing the whole day was. Everyone especially loved how delicious the food was. The staff worked so incredibly hard to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. The service provided by all of the staff that day was exceptional. Our day of event coordinator, Matt, was so kind, friendly, and professional. He calmed our nerves as he had everything planned out perfectly. Our head server, Colin, was so accommodating and helpful making sure that we had food and drinks the whole night. Our event coordinator, Nicole, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond during the whole planning process to make sure that every detail for the wedding was well thought out and planned exactly how we wanted it. She was always available to answer any question that I had. She was so wonderful to work with and extremely helpful, hardworking, and organized throughout the whole entire process. I highly recommend getting married at The Log Cabin. The service is SO incredible and the staff show that they truly care about making your day special!

Wonderful experience whole way through

From day one our experience with The Log Cabin was amazing! We met with Nicole to view the venue and throughout the planning process. She was beyond helpful with her month by month planner (I would’ve been so lost without it!) as well as promptly getting back to me with every small question I emailed her! The coordinators and all the workers were just as lovely! I felt like a true queen that day!

Better than we could’ve ever imagined!

We had our wedding on 9/17/21 at the Log Cabin in the Easthampton room and everything was spectacular! After having to postpone our wedding once due to Covid, it is easy to start getting worried about everything, but there was no need to, the Log Cabin has everything down to a science and they are amazing at what they do. We worked with Amanda as our event consultant. Colin was our main/personal server the night of the wedding, and Kelly was the day of coordinator who greeted us right when we got there. Kelly ensured everything ran smoothly and also checked in with us to make sure everything was was exactly as we wanted, and it was! Colin was there if we needed ANYTHING. He was always there to refill our drinks as needed and make sure the night was moving along as it should. The service from these two and the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the passed appetizers were a huge hit. We had a lot of guests from the eastern part of the state come to our wedding and we’re blown away by the views! Our wedding was definitely with the wait and we are very happy we chose the Log Cabin for it.

Amazing experience :)

The Upper Vista at the Log Cabin was absolutely Stunning!!!! I highly recommend this venue! The staff was amazing. The Event Consultant, Nicole went above and beyond to make our day special, so dedicated, knowledgeable, and on top of things. The set up and attention to detail couldn’t have been any better! Our head waitress, Taylor was so accommodating and attentive. Ian did a fabulous job, the food was delicious. Each and every person We dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Our guests are still raving about their experience! Thank you for making our day perfect!

Perfect mix of fun & elegant wedding venue!!

The Delaney House (and D Hotel & Suites) was a beautiful, elegant venue for our wedding. The outdoor area where we had our ceremony was intimate but able to comfortably accommodate our 130+ guests without a problem. Amanda, our wedding coordinator, was organized, paid attention to detail, passed things along to the appropriate staff, handled everything leading up to the rehearsal, and answered all of our MANY questions throughout the planning process for which we were very grateful!! The food, drinks and cake were all expertly prepared and served, beyond our expectations! Our guests were all very pleased with their rooms and our bridal suite was gorgeous. Hannah, the hotel coordinator, was so organized and helpful in preparing the rooms and welcome bags for our out of town guests and wedding party. It was the perfect spot, especially for our out of town guests because the ceremony, reception and hotel were all in one place. Most of all, the service staff were attentive, flexible and extremely professional. A special thanks to Peter, Casey, Heart, Breanna, and even more names we wish we had! Everyone really went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and that all our guests were having a great time. (They sure did!) We are grateful to them for making our wedding a truly magical day!

A beautiful view and excellent service.

I am so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Log Cabin. Amanda was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and helped us navigate all of the rules and changes as they happened. It was also so comforting knowing that on the day of the wedding, the Log Cabin would take care of everything (details, coordination, etc.). The view was absolutely gorgeous and our guests loved having the outdoor area as well as the ballroom. The food was amazing! A few guests even said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding (I agree!). Overall the Log Cabin was the perfect venue and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely Amazing!!

I was also a “COVID” bride. Originally booked for June 2020 but then postponed for July 2021. From beginning to end Nicole was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing!! Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful but it was so nice to have someone to help along the way. Our day was soooooo beautiful!! The decorations, the meals, the entire night could not have ran anymore smoothly. A young lady named Heart was making sure the night went as planned and she did such a great job. She took very good care of us and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend The Log Cabin. It truly is a dream come true. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more all thanks to Nicole and Heart!! Thank you so much!!

Covid Proof Wedding at The Log Cabin!

We recently got married at the Upper Vista at The Log Cabin. We had originally planned on getting married July of 2020 in one of the ballrooms of the Log Cabin, but due to covid, we had to change our plans. Through this all the Log Cabin was incredibly gracious and attentive to our needs. Nicole P. did an excellent job of reaching out to us to let us know about dates and timelines, and to make suggestions for everything from decor to ceremony scheduling. On the day of Kelly did an incredible job of making sure everything went smoothly. All of our guests swooned over the mountaintop view, and the general beauty of the Upper Vista. All of the facilities were clean and pristine. So easy to recommend this spot to anyone looking to host a beautiful event in Western Mass!

Beyond Perfect

I fell in love with the Log Cabin the moment I stepped through the doors. Not only is it a beautiful venue with a beautiful view, but their staff is absolutely wonderful. Nicole was our planner and she was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, answering any and every question quickly and professionally and even offering ideas where we needed solutions. On the day of, they nailed our setup, designed our cake beautifully, and provided food/dessert that was even better than it was at the tasting. Our head server, Genesis, was there to help the entire night and made us feel so taken care of and special. There is nothing this venue and its staff won't do to make your night perfect.

The perfect wedding venue!

We visited a couple venues while researching, but the Log Cabin stood out to us based on the spectacular views, event space, and amenities it offered. We worked with Nicole, who was absolutely wonderful and very detail oriented. We were luckily able to keep our original date of 6/26/21, but in the early months of 2021, with so many unknowns, Nicole and the rest of the staff were so responsive and friendly in helping us navigate a Covid wedding and hashing out the details.

The day before the wedding, our officiant called us to say she had Covid, and we called Nicole in desperation. She was able to make some calls and set us up with an officiant who was able to do the ceremony and even come to the rehearsal with literally three hours notice! The day of, everything was so smooth. Our on site coordinators, Kelly and Jose, were amazing and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Our lead server, Genesis (Genny), went above and beyond in serving us. The food was also delicious and we received many compliments. Everyone loved the outdoor space and took advantage of it on a hot and humid night. We do not have enough words to say how perfect this venue is! Our pictures are stunning and we are so happy with our experience!

Wonderful Venue!

We had a wonderful experience at the Log Cabin for our wedding reception! Our event consultant was Nicole and she did an amazing job helping us get the wedding we wanted with all of the different changes that happened with COVID. We had numerous questions that were answered in a timely manner and had lots of help making sure the menu was free from certain food allergies for our guests. Nicole was extremely organized and helped give us a time line of what needed to be completed when and everything was laid out, easy to follow. The venue itself is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The food is absolutely delicious. I would completely recommend the Log Cabin for any events!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at The Log Cabin two weeks ago and everything was absolutely incredible! Our Event Planner, Nicole, was such a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and helped us navigate planning during a time of unknowns. Like so many other couples, we had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic. Nicole made that process as easy and stress-free as possible, which was greatly appreciated. Our Day-Of Coordinator, Matt, was fantastic, as was the team of servers. They were organized and attentive, they made us and our guests feel so welcome, and they made sure our whole day ran smoothly. The food was delicious—two weeks later our guests are still raving about their dinners! We had an amazing experience and we’re so happy we chose The Log Cabin as our venue. We highly recommend them!

Top Notch, Worked with us during pandemic

My wife and I had our wedding here in Aug 2020, with everything going on related to COVID. Our coordinator, Amanda, was with us every step of the way as we navigated going from a 180 guest wedding down to a small 35 person wedding. Their day-of event staff and catering staff went above and beyond to make the day so special for us. The food was amazing and it was an off-site reception - which says a lot about their chefs! Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Delaney House Wedding - Planned in only 4 Months!!!

Overall, our experience with The Delaney House was absolutely fabulous! Our wedding coordinator, Amanda, was there for us every step of the way. She was always on time, easy to communicate with, and able to answer our endless questions. We planned our wedding in only 4 months, and Amanda was a life-saver! The Delaney House wedding package included so much and every detail was accounted for on our amazing wedding day! The food was wonderful. The food/cake tastings ensured that we knew exactly what our guests would experience. It's always expected that there are some minor issues on your wedding day. Our wedding cake wasn't exactly as expected (but still delicious). Any other issues were promptly resolved and our feedback was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend The Delaney House to any bride and groom looking for an easy wedding planning experience. We'll be sure to go back there and celebrate for our anniversary!

Having our wedding at the Log Cabin was everything we wanted and so much more! We got the pleasure of working with Nicole, our fabulous wedding coordinator that made everything run so smoothly! She was even there on our big day to ensure everything went as planned! On our wedding day, we were introduced to Colin who was our “go to” the day of! Not only did my bridesmaid love him!!! But the groomsmen too! Anything that we needed, Colin was there to assist with! The Log Cabin was an exceptional wedding venue that I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing View, Staff & Venue!

The Log Rolling Team made sure we enjoyed our day from start to finish!

The Log Rolling exceeded our expectations! You are not just getting a caterer, but a team of individuals who truly care about making sure the day of is perfect for the both of you! Leading up to the wedding, our event consultant did a phenomenal job working with us to make sure we got what we wanted - answering calls, emails, and setting up meetings. She was VERY responsive and professional. The day of, the catering team not only waited on me and my husband - checking in if we needed anything, but also worked with the other on-site vendors to line-up the day's schedule. Nothing short of spectacular

I am the mother of the bride and not exactly the easiest person to please, so it is with pleasure that I say that Log Cabin exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the service to the views, the food and the cake, everything was absolutely amazing. Wedding venue

The log cabin has wedding down to a science. They were very accommodating and made sure our day ran smoothly. Our wedding planner Amanda set up multiple meeting and email correspondence to prepare every detail. Our head server Colin was fantastic at accommodating our selves and wedding party during the wedding. I would highly recommend this venue for those looking to consolidate wedding services, as they provide a custom menu, your wedding cake, a wedding planner, and much more within their pricing.

A Dream Wedding Day

We had the time of our lives on our wedding day because of the staff at The Log Cabin from the very first day we toured the venue to the day we picked up our decor after our wedding day. Every single staff member was cordial, professional, and always so eager to help, from our wedding coordinator, Amanda Long, the managers, to the day-of staff. We could not be happier with our choice for choosing The Log Cabin. To this day our wedding guests talk about the views outside our reception (Southampton Room), they talk about the food, and how they felt so taken care of. It was very easy to plan a wedding at The Log Cabin because they do so much for you while also allowing you to bring all your creativity forth through decor and such. THANK YOU!! Amazing every time without fail!!!

I can't see how The Log Cabin can anything but 5-Star's ever! Amazing!!!

Our wedding at the Log Cabin was amazing. We had only heard phenomenal reviews from our guests, with “best wedding ever” at the very top! We worked with Amanda through the planning process and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions, was so organized, and really helped us plan the entire weekend. She helped us through the entire process and helped us find other vendors as well.

The Log Cabin was a stunning venue and the wedding itself was perfect. The team that worked the ceremony and reception were amazing. Kelly helped us with our ceremony and rehearsal and made the whole thing stress free. We have Alberto as our lead server and he was truly amazing!! He went above and beyond and really made our reception perfect. The food was amazing and everything was stress free and perfect. This venue and their team is perfect and help to make dream weddings a reality! We are so happy that we booked here!

The Perfect Day

I made the delightfully poor choice of trying to plan my wedding while finishing my MSEd, working full time, and then picking up a second job as an adjunct professor just for the added stress (jk). Nicole was a miracle worker! She kept me calm, kept us organized, helped us through all the decisions and choices, and made this process as easy as possible. She was so accommodating, even got us one terrace for our wedding and one for our cocktail hour/party. We made last minute changes and additions to our day- adding in an afterparty at the Mick, first look, and a coach from the D Hotel to and from the log cabin. She helped facilitate my parents building a chuppah on site, and was generally wonderful.

The venue itself is beautiful. The ceremony was breathtaking, overlooking the valley beyond. It was so lush and green and gorgeous! We did a sunset photoshoot and the pictures are absolutely stunning. The ballroom was great too!

Everyone who worked the wedding, from our lead server Jon to our day of coordinators were amazing. All I wanted was for them to manage the timing and tell me where to go and what to do, so I could enjoy the party! Jon kept me hydrated and fed, helped carry my train, and was so lovely! There was another wedding going on the same day, but we never really saw them. We were in totally different wings of the building. The staff were a well oiled machine and staggered the events so we never were interrupted or inconvenienced.

My wedding was literally perfect. It was everything I wanted and more! I could not have been happier unless time had been slowed down or I could relive it again and again.

Blown away!

I don't even know where to begin. We started working with the Log Cabin about a year and a half before our wedding there on 01Jun2019, and from day 1, the service and partnership we received from them blew us away. The planning process (we worked first with Rebecca and then with Amanda) was so easy because Rebecca and Amanda were so helpful. They were so clear with what we needed to deliver to them, they made every exception for any special requests we made along the way, and overall were such pleasant people to work with. We barely made any additions to our reception on top of what the Log Cabin offers as part of their package. They provided centerpieces, some flowers for the cake, the cake itself (DELICIOUS), easels for our photo boards, etc. We dropped off poster boards, lawn games, a homemade wooden bench for the sweetheart table, a large card box, and more, and they took it all in, took such good care of it, and had it set up perfectly for us when we arrived. That's when the magic really started. We had been told ahead of time that there'd be someone there who would be responsible for making sure my groom and I had what we needed and wanted, which we were looking forward to, but I never expected to get the service that we did. OMG. Colin, Alfredo, and Matt were there with us the whole time, from the moment our car pulled up to the front door until we drove away at the end of the night. They were there every time we turned asking if we need anything, which they brought to us immediately. They made sure we had a drink if we wanted it, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had enough to eat and even kept our food for us in the warmer as we were busy entertaining guests. I really cannot say enough about Colin and Alfredo. Not only their top notch service, but they were also just great guys to have hanging around!!! During the reception my dad asked if we could have a screen and projector set up to watch the Stanley Cup game. This was not something that we planned in advance or mentioned to the Log Cabin before we were in the middle of the event (sorry!) and they took it totally in stride and had it all set up so quickly. It was a hit. I know I am forgetting certain examples of how wonderful our experience was, but will sum it up by saying that ahead of time, we knew it would be a beautiful place for the event and that we would get great day-of service because of how wonderful Rebecca and Amanda were. But, we were totally blown away and we are so grateful for how excellent of an experience the Log Cabin gave us. I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

Amanda was very helpful from the beginning. She asked us about the proposal and cared about our needs. She gave us a tour of both facilities.

We are really happy with how we were treated and can’t wait for the food and cake tasting soon. The venue is absolutely stunning and there are so many options already there for you. So most of the big stuff is taken care of. This is going to help us relax a bit more. We are beyond excited!

Seriously, do yourself a favor and book this place. They take care of EVERYTHING. All of my guests could not stop talking about how nice everyone was, and my vendors were thrilled that they got their own table to actually enjoy their hot meals! I worked with Nicole Paolucci to plan everything - if you can request her, do it!! That woman is INCREDIBLE - always good for suggestions and she knows her stuff!! I love her!!!

Beautiful venue and amazing service

I could not be more satisfied with our overall experience! I felt like we had really skilled help through the entire planning process and the team provided tools and tips to help with our side of the planningThe service was impeccable at all events associated with the wedding (the tasting, the cake event, the wedding, and the brunch).
On the day of, we could not have been more grateful for our head server (Colin) who was incredibly courteous, helpful, and on top of things the entire night! The entire staff was amazing and they even helped us execute our vision of having an ice cream sandwich bar. The food was delicious and everyone was happy with their meal! Our only complaint the day was we weren't able to take some of our first-look photos on the property due to other functions. We didn't understand that this might be a challenge and that was a bit disappointing.
Our guests all reported having an amazing time and loving the venue! The day was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t have planned for the hawks and cliff jumpers to be soaring above us at a better time. We also got a lot of comments related to how well everything was planned and that was definitely based on the professionalism of your staff.
We enjoyed the late night and brunch at the Mick and again everyone was accommodating and helpful! The pure scope of offerings at the brunch is so impressive and I am sure we will return in the future! We are so glad that we chose the Log Cabin as our wedding venue and would definitely recommend the venue!

Everything we could have asked for!

We used Log Rolling Catering for our wedding on September 16, and we could not have been happier with our decision!

We wanted a fully vegan menu for our wedding, and Log Rolling was not only willing to provide one but did so with eagerness and creativity. All of the staff members we worked with -- from Peter, the owner; to Lisa, our catering consultant; the chefs and baker; and Nick, our lead server -- were enthusiastic, responsive and incredibly accommodating. We knew we were taking a bit of a risk with a fully vegan menu, considering none of our guests are vegan, but we received rave reviews all night. We opted for Log Rolling's cocktail style stations, and there was so much variety that there was something for all our guests. The wedding cake they provided was beautiful too (and gluten free)!

We had such a positive experience with Log Rolling Catering that our only wish is that we could throw another party so we could have them cater it again! We are so appreciative of everything Log Rolling Catering did for us, and we consider going with them as one of the best choices we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. Thank you!!!

They helped make our wedding the best day of our lives!

We got married on 9/29/18. I'm so glad that we went with the Log Cabin for our wedding! First off, the location cannot be beat. The views are GORGEOUS. Second, the price was extremely reasonable. There was no other venue in the area that offered as much as Log Cabin did for the price. So many other venues were charging extra for chairs, linens, etc... not the Log Cabin! That was all included, and then on top of that the cake, two bottles of alcohol for each table, tent liners, string lights, etc... that was all included as well. We also got lucky and they upgraded our chairs for free! We worked with Nicole over the two years we were engaged, and Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was prompt in her responses and extremely organized, and held our hand through the wedding planning process since this was a first for both of us and we were clueless lol. She never got mad when I bombarded her with questions / emails; she was also patient and sweet. Thank you so much Nicole - we couldn't have done this without you!

The day of the wedding went so smoothly, all because of the Log Cabin's organization and amazing staff. They have this wedding thing down to a science. We didn't have to worry about decorating or anything... all we had to do was drop off our decorations they day before and they did it all for us! Throughout the night the head server (I forget her name... sorry!) was constantly checking in with me and my husband to make sure we were okay and see if we needed anything. At the end of the night, she gave my husband and I a little "to-go" meal that consisted of a wrap, chips, and a cookie, because "they know that the bride and groom often don't have time to sit down and eat their meal." She was right - we were starving! This was extremely thoughtful.

My ONLY complaint is that the Log Cabin staff threw out the wooden flower bouquets that I had bought for my bridesmaids at the end of the night. I had specifically asked them to pack them up for us to pick up the next day with the rest of the decorations. However, when I went to pick the up the next day, the manager there at the time told me they had been thrown out "because usually the brides just throw out the bridesmaid bouquets." I was really upset because these were custom made bouquets I had made from Etsy for my bridesmaids! However I made Nicole aware of this and she is currently working on having me reimbursed for them, which I really appreciate. Despite this little mishap, I would still highly recommend the Log Cabin to anyone who is looking to get married in the near future!!

We could not have been happier with our whole experience working with the Log Cabin. Working with Rebecca from start to finish helped make the stressful wedding planning process easier and kept us organized. Whenever we met with her we always felt more relaxed and excited about what our wedding was going to be like! She were incredibly easy to work with and very personable. What made wedding planning with Rebecca so easy was that we always felt welcomed and important as soon as we entered the office.

At the start of our day we got to the reception almost an hour late which caused us both to be stressed on arrival. As soon as Andre opened the limo door we felt immediately calm and taken care of. He was so understanding and prompt to our needs. I expressed how hot and hungry I was and he took care of everything I needed.

Kelly, our coordinator, popped into the bridal suite as soon as we were enjoying our hors d'oeuvres that were ready for us! As we were munching, she ran through how the night was going to run. She was positive and attentive from the start to the end of the night. Kelly was a great manager to the staff to make sure that we made up for lost time without the guests feeling rushed. None of our guests knew that we were running that far behind schedule which really is showing for how hard Kelly and the rest of the staff were working.

Once we had calmed down and took a minute to relax after arriving, Andre bustled my dress up for me and popped us some champagne! From that moment on it was smooth sailing! My daughter's wedding was in July and it was absolutely amazing. This didn't happen simply by chance, it was a result of the hard work and exceptional guidance and support of Nicole, our Wedding Planner and the staff at The Log Cabin. All of which is included in the cost. The view is amazing! The staff is so helpful and hard working with attention to detail. Nicole was amazing from the booking to the actual day of the event. I can't say enough about this venue. The best wedding venue ever and so all inclusive... The Log Cabin was beautiful! Our sales person was Nicole Lucas who was amazing. She was great to work with. She always got back to us in a timely manner for emails with answers.
Collin was outstanding who was our lead server the night of our wedding. Collin was always right there for us. Either if it was with waters, food or even a sheet to hide me (the bride) from my guests until I walk down the aisle. Collin was very professional at his job he would come into our suite to make sure if we needed anything.
The wedding cake matched the picture that I gave Nicole. It was so good.
The service, food, cake and the view was wonderful. I am so thankful that we picked the Log Cabin to have our wedding and reception there. Everything was perfect and it was a dream wedding come true! All the staff treated us like Gold! When we were doing pictures one of the owners came out to say hello to us. That meant a lot to us. Don’t change keep doing what your doing!! Everything was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Oh my God, things I never even thought of were taken care of, everyone was so accommodating at every point. My husband and I received so many compliments about the food and how beautiful everything was!! Honestly, I wish we could do it every weekend, it was so perfect.

I cannot thank Rebecca and the team at the Delaney House/The D Hotel enough for everything they did for us. We came to Rebecca stressed out from having to find a new venue 4 months in to planning and she made everything so easy from the get go. If I could give The Log Cabin and D. Hotel 50 more stars I absolutely would. I cannot begin to describe how accommodating, easy to work with, and friendly the staff is within this company. From the view at the reception to the concierge at D. hotel, everything was absolutely perfect. After the wedding, we received so much excellent feedback from our guests about the food, scenery, and overall service of the entire day. The coordinators and serving staff at the reception treated our entire wedding party like royalty from the moment we arrived to the Log Cabin. It was really the most perfect day and we owe it all to the amazing people who helped plan and execute all of our visions!

I cannot express enough how flawless our wedding went. There is not one thing we would change! Nicole Lucas was our event consultant and she made planning a wedding from a distance an easy process. She was extremely organized and always responded to my emails within a day. We got married on 11/4/17 outside, which was a huge plus. Most venues we looked into would not even consider the idea of letting us get married outside in November. The weather was perfect and the views even better. The day of our wedding we were assigned Bryan as our lead server. He was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and even followed me around outside while we were taking pictures, in case I wanted a sip of my drink. His assistant Emily was also very polite and attentive as well. All of our guests had a wonderful time, the food was great and everything you will receive is well worth the price. Thank you for making our wedding day so special!

We fell in love with The Log Cabin the moment we toured it. We had originally planned on being in the Southampton room, but due to a growing guest list, had to switch to the Easthampton room. We were the only event taking place the night of our wedding, so they were able to be flexible with us. When we first started the planning process, we worked with Brianne, but due to her leaving, ended up working with Nicole. There were no hiccups even with switching consultants, and Nicole was able to pick up right where Brianne left off. When we put a hold on our date at the end of June 2016, the prices went up a few days later (right before we signed contracts). Brianne took the initiative to email us and let us know of the change, and said that they were willing to work with us "to make things right". She came through with that promise, and we were able to look past the prices going up. Overall, both Brianne and Nicole made the entire process easy for us and walked us through every little step. Our rehearsal consultant was helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed that night and for the following day. Our day of lead people were great. Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names, but I think our lead reception person was Paul. He was absolutely amazing- apologetic when we had a little hiccup with the bar closing for toasts before guests could get drinks, continuously making sure we had everything we needed, helping me with my dress when I couldn't figure out how to sit (mermaid dresses are great when you're standing....) and when the bustle ripped. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our wedding planning process and the day itself. I have definitely recommended the Log Cabin to friends, and will continue to do so!

We recently had our ceremony & reception at the Log Cabin. The view is breathtaking. The staff accommodating. The food absolutely mouthwatering & delicious! All our guests were raving about dinner! My personal favorite was our wedding cake. We had a white cake, raspberry filling with buttercream icing. Hands down, the best cake I've ever eaten. We are extremely pleased with the venue & staff that helped us every step of the way. Rebecca Poggi is an excellent coordinator, Josh helped us at our rehearsal with our timing and on the big day keeping everyone on schedule. Collin was the most attentive head waiter. We simply cannot rave enough about this place and its staff. Keep up the excellent work! I'll recommend this venue to any and everyone!

The Log Cabin exceeded my expectations in very way possible! The staff at the Log Cabin the day of the wedding were so wonderful- so helpful and there for us all night if we needed anything! The room was set up even better than I had envisioned it. We want to start off by speaking highly about our event consultant Rebecca, who we were fortunate enough to work with throughout our entire planning process. After our initial consultation with her at the Log Cabin, we knew we would be in amazing hands as she expertly guided us along the way. It was clear she not only loves what she does, but also cares about each wedding couple she works with and ensures that their day is special in every way. Her response time was amazing and she clearly answered any questions that we had, while also able to provide guidance and suggestions to keep us on track. She made it worry free and was flexible with meeting times, even meeting with us after her normally scheduled hours. There is not a single negative thing that can be said about her, her professionalism, and her overall demeanor. If you are planning a wedding at the Log Cabin, we highly highly recommend asking for Rebecca!

We fell in love with the scenery that the Log Cabin offers and the food, which all guests LOVED . Knowing we wanted a fall wedding in Western MA, the Log Cabin was the perfect venue and did not fall short of our expectations. Leading up to the event, we were impressed with all of their offerings, from a dinner tasting, cake tasting, Pinspired event, etc. From the moment the bride stepped out of the limo, she was greeted with a personal assistant (Colin) and knew we would be in good hands. Colin was beyond fantastic! He followed the bride leading up to the ceremony to ensure her train never dragged on the ground while also providing the bridal party with beverages and ensuring their overall comfort which continued throughout the night. We highly highly recommend also asking for Colin.

We did have an issue with timing, as they do host multiple events at once. Our ceremony started late as the previous one ran long. We did alert Rebecca following the event and she, and the Log Cabin went above and beyond to provide compensation for this issue.

I knew right way that the Log Cabin was the only place I could see myself getting married. Now that our wedding is over I cannot imagine that there is a better venue in Western Mass (or anywhere for that matter). Beautiful view, unparalleled service and amazing food…what more could you ask for?

Nicole-our coordinator- never said no to my requests. She always found a way to give us what we wanted. Nicole was professional, friendly, warm and organized- just a really great person to spend months working with. Nicole ensured that every single important detail was taken care of- and the day of the wedding rolled out seamlessly.

The morning of my wedding began on a bad note because of another vendor that I will not mention in this review- and the Log Cabin completely turned my day around. Once we arrived at the Bridal Suite, Bryan and Taylor- our Lead Servers- greeted us with smiles. Their positivity did not waver during the day. I could have said "jump" and they would have said "how high?"

Many of our friends and family members have told us that ours was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Thank you to everyone at the Log Cabin and D Hotel for making the weekend amazing!

I could honestly fill 3x this amount of space with wonderful things to say about this venue and its staff. Since I can't write a book here of all the positive experiences I had, here are the highlights:
The venue is GORGEOUS, incredible at implementing your wedding vision, and excited to try new ideas that they had never done before. As if that and the delicious food wasn't enough, our planner Nicole Lucas made this the easiest process I ever could have asked for. We absolutely loved Nicole! She is efficient, has excellent ideas, is incredibly responsive and easy to talk to, very accommodating, and genuinely cares about the couples that she works with. She made this process so smooth for us and cannot thank her enough for her fantastic work and reliability! The food was excellent - from the free sit down dinner for our families, to the extra appetizers on the day of (on top of the previously selected six), to the magnificent (free!) four tier cake was included with the venue with our own design (tuxedo marble - yes.), everything was absolutely worth every penny we spent. Our guests raved about the beef medallions and family style potatoes - a must do! We also did the martini bar which was a huge hit - everyone loved it and it came with an ice luge :)
I also want to mention our day of staff - Josh and Crystal were truly fantastic, professional, and wonderful to be around. A HUGE thank you to Bryan who was our attendant that evening. Bryan went so far ABOVE AND BEYOND all day that I could easily write another 3 paragraphs just about Bryan. From tending to us AND the whole bridal party, to making sure we ate, offering us another full plate of our entree because we ate it so fast, giving us two sandwiches with fries because he thought we might be hungry later that night, etc., you get the idea. Honestly, booking the Log Cabin was the best possible decision I could have made second to saying yes to marrying my husband!

Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic! We had our ceremony and reception at the Log Cabin in the East Hampton room. The view was absolutely gorgeous! Our guests loved the fact that we had the terrace to go outside for a portion of the night and enjoy the gorgeous weather.
The staff was also incredible! They were on top of their game and made all of our guests experience top notch. We had our own designated server (Colin) for just my husband and I who did an amazing job. He constantly checked in on us but it wasn't overbearing which was perfect.
We had rooms blocked at the Delaney House and my husband and I stayed there as well. We were able to use the shuttle to get our guests to and from the Log Cabin. The hotel was beautiful and we're even trying to go back for our one year anniversary.
Prior to the wedding, we met with our wedding planner Rebecca who made our experience very easy in planning the wedding. She helped us with making decisions and providing us options for everything. She also was available anytime we had questions whether it was through email or telephone.
We had such an amazing experience and would recommend this venue to anyone! If we could redo our wedding, we wouldn't change a thing!

My husband, Chris and I got married at The Log Cabin on 09/10/2017. They are the best. I could not have asked for a better place to get married.
1. The location itself is gorgeous. Just spectacular!
2. Rebecca is unmatched. We worked with Rebecca over the past 6 months to coordinate everything with respect to the wedding. We even worked with her to get our guests accommodated at the D. Hotel & Suites. She is detailed, she cares and she is just full of energy and enthusiasm. She wants you to have exactly the kind of wedding you want - from the look, to the food, to the budget. She suggests excellent ideas when you're not sure about some things, and she executes with precision when you ask for something specific. I could not have asked for someone better to help plan this wedding. I don't think I could ever do enough to thank her for being so amazing through this whole experience.
3. The food. The food is freaking amazing. All our guests made it a point to tell us that they loved every single item on the menu. We got two different flavors of cake for our wedding cake (Rebecca suggested this when we couldnt pick between two flavors, yes, she's THE BEST) and it was so yummy and looked EXACTLY like the picture I had shown them.
4. The staff. These people are the nicest sweetest people who all know exactly what they're doing. Before you complete your sentence, they seem to know what you want next. During our wedding, we had Colin our head server taking care of through and through. He fluffed my dress, had a constant stream of mojitos appearing whenever I wanted and was just so sweet and polite. Kelly, our wedding coordinator for the day WAS SO GOOD. From the moment I met her, I felt like she knew what needed to be done at all times so it just made all my stress go away.

I had the best wedding day. Every detail was paid attention to far above my expectations. It was perfect and magical and I cannot thank everyone at The Log Cabin enough.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Log Cabin on 8/26/17 and couldnt have been any happier. The day itself was perfect-great weather, waitstaff was impeccable, and our head servers Bryan and Eric were literally following my husband and I around all night making sure we had absolutely everything we needed, whether it was someone to hold my dress, refill a drink, hand me personal appetizers, gather the wedding party-you name it, they did it. But more importantly- I cant say thank you to Rebecca Poggi enough. Planning a wedding is one of the most stressful and taxing events and she was with me absolutely every single step of the way. I'm Type A- i have every single T crossed and i dotted, but she dealt with every email (and text) i sent with the utmost professionalism, almost immediately and was so, so helpful and genuine. You want to make a connection with your wedding planner since they are helping you plan one of the most important days of your life and is to be a reflection of you and your partner, and she does just that. Even when we hit last minute bumps in the road, together we got through it because she is so committed to making your day perfect.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Rebecca at the Delaney House. Our wedding day turned out absolutely perfect. The food, dessert, and cake were outstanding and we got so many compliments about all three things. The servers were kind and accommodating as well. I cannot begin to describe how the Delaney House exceeded our expectations. Peter and his team were absolutely amazing.

First, they made the planning portion SO easy. Since they take care of so much we were able to make decisions over the course of two meetings- then they take it from there! They are on top of everything and are super organized.

They day of was amazing. The service was great and generous. They Delaney and Log Cabin staff were friendly, efficient and so organized. They made sure everything went off without a hitch- they took the planning and stress completely off of the bride (and groom).

The room looked amazing, cocktail hour with the fire pits was gorgeous and the food was fantastic. I can't emphasize enough how smoothly everything went and how much stress-free fun we had through the whole process. I highly recommend Peter and his team for any event! They made the whole "wedding planning" thing so easy and so enjoyable.

We had the Log Cabin food truck provide dinner for our backyard wedding for 100 people, and everyone absolutely loved the food and the service. The event consultant (Rebecca) did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed and felt confident beforehand. And then the day of the event, the guys in the truck were wonderful professionals, kind and friendly to everyone; they came early and stayed late and took care of everyone with a smile. The line moved quickly. The food was very tasty. (We chose a Tex-Mex theme, but there were many possibilities from which we could have chosen.) And the meals were a great value compared to a regular catering service -- with ample buffet-style portions available to everyone. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The Log Cabin was the perfect location for us! The view was absolutely stunning, and we had a perfect wedding day. Throughout the year planning the wedding, Brianne worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. She offered us multiple options for everything and found ways to adjust the package so that we had exactly what we wanted. We never felt like anyone was trying to sell us something we didn't want, which was a relief when planning a wedding! We felt like we got a lot for what we paid for, and the guests could not stop raving about the food and the view. We are very happy that we chose the Log Cabin for our wedding!

Where do I start?! I could not have asked for a better day! The whole experience was absolutely wonderful.

We worked with Rebecca throughout the planning process and would not have wanted anyone else. She was so timely with her responses and always let is know she would be available on our time, even if that meant coming in early or on a day off. Monica ran our wedding and was amazing. We got quite a few compliments from our guests about her hospitality, and she took away my nerves. Taylor was also amazing and so sweet! He made sure everything was the way we wanted, that we had everything we needed, and made sure we knew he was available for whatever. The food was delicious, lots of compliments! And everything we had for decorations and items were exactly where we wanted. Our bartender was also wonderful and made sure we were all set each time we walked by. So, so, so impressed!

Log Rolling did an amazing job with our wedding at the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art! Our coordinator Rebecca took such good care of us every step of the way, paying great attention to detail. She was always quick to respond to all of our questions and address any of our concerns. The day of staff were all great, our head server Janay took great care of us and helped to make sure we didn't have to worry about a thing all night long. The staff helped to make the museum look amazing for our reception, they thoughtfully placed all of our decorations and added their own flare which made our vision for our wedding come to life. So many of our guests said the food was great, the bartenders and servers were friendly and they had a great time! We even got a couple "best wedding I've ever been to" compliments as people were leaving. Would recommend Log Rolling to anyone looking for a caterer for their wedding!

We had our wedding at the Delaney House and we are so happy that we did! We chose the venue because the ballroom is absolutely stunning, but also because of the additional benefit of having an on-site hotel. We had a lot of out of town guests that found it so convenient to check in on Friday night for our rehearsal dinner (also held in a separate, private room at the Delaney House) and not check out until Sunday. It allowed us to have a whole weekend celebration! From start to finish, our planning process with Beth DeGray was amazing! She understood our vision and wants/needs and helped with suggestions on how to make our wedding perfect. For the day of the wedding, we worked with Brianna & Michelle, and they both were outstanding. They made sure every detail was perfectly executed, and that everything ran smoothly. I cannot thank them enough!! We had Nick as our lead server who was by our side the entire night making sure we had anything and everything we needed, and made sure we knew where to be and when. It was so relaxing to have an entire team making sure all details were met, so that we could enjoy the night without having to worry about a single thing! It was amazing to see how everything came together so perfectly, and seamlessly. Their attention to detail is amazing!!! And the food - our guests are still talking about the food!!! The Delaney House has an amazing reputation for their food, and they did not disappoint. As an Event Consultant for Log Cabin & Delaney House who has been in the industry for more than 10 years, when we first got engaged we began looking for outdoor venues where we could bring Log Rolling Catering (purely so I didn’t feel like I was “at work”). We toured many catering suitable venues, but in Spring of 2015 with the launch of Upper Vista it was immediately clear to us that this was the perfect space for our late spring wedding. The tented space sits at the top most part of the property (where the view is most spectacular!) and has all of the amenities I was searching for but couldn’t find anywhere else (solid flooring in the tent, electricity, restrooms, adjacent ceremony site, parking, bridal suite, kitchen space and includes use of tables, chairs and linens). Best decision we made! I worked with Beth DeGray for all of our planning and she was so in tune, detailed and welcoming to all of my unique ideas. Everything was executed perfectly, Josh (our Event Supervisor), Nick (our Lead Server), Teralyn and Tim (our Bartenders) and all of the staff were so accommodating and made sure everything went perfectly. The food was stellar, the event was beautiful - truly the most perfect day. We hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before at the Delaney House and our out of town guests stayed at D. Hotel & Suites and were shuttled to Upper Vista, taking all of the stress out of logistics with out of town guests. The Log Cabin & Delaney House has always boasted the most amazing team and the best services and I feel so fortunate to have experienced it firsthand. Thank you!!!

We had our ceremony outdoors at The Delaney House. Everything was beautiful with hundreds of newly planted vibrant flowers. Our reception was also at The Delaney House. The staff was great, taking care of any hiccups right away. All of our guests also enjoyed themselves and raved about how great the food was. The venue is beautiful and The D. Hotel and Suites is right on the property. We had several guests stay over, along with us, which is very convenient. We are very pleased about our entire experience with them.

Perfect Venue!!
The Log Cabin provided us with such a spectacular day for our daughter's bridal shower last week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Beth DeGray and her team were AMAZING!! Their attention to detail and the special touches were perfect and so appreciated. They took care of everything months before and the day of so that we didn't' have to worry about a thing. They made the whole event so easy!! Danielle, the event manager and the servers were so attentive and professional and the food was delicious. Our guests are still telling us what a beautiful shower it was and that food was phenomenal. We were fortunate to have perfect weather and the groom and the dads were able to enjoy the outside patio with the fireplace overlooking the beautiful valley while we opened gifts inside. What a breathtaking view!!! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone for any occasion. We are so looking forward to the wedding which is being held at your other venue, The Delaney House. It will be exquisite we are sure!!! Thank you.

Where do I begin? From my first meeting with Kelsey Rhodes at The Log Cabin up until the morning after my wedding the staff was amazing! From the Log cabin, to the Delaney House to the D Hotel! I am so glad we had our wedding and rehearsal dinner here! Our guest stayed at the D hotel the weekend of our wedding and everyone had something positive to say! I can't thank the staff enough for being so great and accommodating! I hope to be back at the log cabin for friends or families weddings or events in the future!

I have worked multiple events at The Log Cabin as a vendor and as a guest. Each time I have been there, they are always professional and go above and beyond for any event.
The way the staff works with outside vendors is a seamless process.
They have an amazing team. I highly recommend them for functions.

What an amazing experience. Being from western Massachusetts, I'd been to this venue over the years for various events. I will never forget the amazing service my wife and I received having our wedding reception at The Log Cabin. From the event planner (Rachel), to the owner (Peter), and everyone else involved in our special day, it couldn't have been made any simpler/perfect. They really do care about you and value your experience. They did not disappoint! We had our rehearsal dinner at the Delaney House and it was a wonderful experience. The staff there was incredibly accommodating and friendly and the food was delicious. They provided us with a small private room for our wedding party, which was a perfect way for us all to visit and celebrate together the night before the wedding. Diane specifically was really helpful in the planning leading up to the dinner. It was a great night!

The Log Cabin/ Delaney House was an absolutely incredible wedding venue. From start to finish they are a well-oiled machine that helps even the most disorganized brides (me) stay on point and make the best decisions for the day. Beth and Rachel were always available to answer any silly questions I had and their vendor recommendations contributed to my husband and I having the perfect day. The food was amazing, the servers were so attentive and incredible the day of, the hotel was beautiful and the location meant that our pictures turned out to be absolutely stunning. Again, the level of detail and service that the Log Cabin provided meant that we had an elegant wedding with a price that included EVERYTHING. Everybody on staff was accommodating and helpful and I almost wish I was getting married a second time because the day was so perfect, not in a small part to all the efforts of everybody at the Log Cabin. With the staff from the Log Cabin it was so easy to both plan and have the perfect wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding at The Delaney House October 2015, we would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue and reception! We had both our ceremony and reception here. Our ceremony was outside on the hill, the atmosphere was very intimate and romantic with the stone pathway leading up to the site. Why we chose here too for our ceremony was for the in climate weather option, the beautiful covered garden terrace, thankfully we had a beautiful day so we were able to have our ceremony outside as we had hoped. The staff at the Delaney House are AMAZING! Rachel Voci was out wedding planner leading up to the wedding, always available for questions/concerns, so organized and helpful with every last detail the night before our wedding she was on top of. They provide you with a lead server and coordinator the day of the event both were wonderful, would do anything you asked of them! Food and service was incomparable, our guests could not stop talking about how great the food was! Best part of The Delaney House is it's all in one ceremony, reception, hotel and brunch the next morning! We would recommend The Delany House for any event 10/10 service!

Amazing! We utilized the Log Rolling for our wedding in Look Park and the service/food was the best! We have had so many compliments on the food at our wedding. Log Rolling really made our wedding special. It was a pleasure to work with Rachel, she made the process a breeze and I really appreciated her attention to detail throughout the entire process. Our cake was beyond all expectations and Rachel was easy to assist in customizing the menu how we wanted. I really appreciated the flexibility of the choices and ability to make the day what we envisioned.

We were married at The Delaney House (not the sister site- Log Cabin). We had our ceremony at the outdoor ceremony area there (which is beautiful) and had our reception in the tented terrace. We had a hard time finding a venue that would take a guest count under 50 but The Delaney House gladly worked with our guest count of 40. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We worked with Kelsey as our wedding coordinator and she was awesome. She was always very helpful and responsive to my emails and met with us to help us make decisions and plan everything. They took all of my decorations early so I didn't have to bring them the day of. The day before the wedding we had a rehearsal with Louie who was very nice and helpful. On the day of the wedding, the bridal suite was set up with snacks and champagne and Louie helped everything to go smoothly during the ceremony. We didn't go to the cocktail hour but we heard it was nice and we had some of the appetizers brought out to us while taking pictures and they were delicious. Our lead server for the night was Brittany and she was awesome! She was very attentive and also fun which was a plus! She brought us out everything we needed while doing our pictures and then got us drinks and everything we needed during the reception. The reception went off without a hitch- the food was excellent, the cake was really delicious and looked really nice and the staff/service was fantastic!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Delaney House- I would highly recommend having your wedding there. It was classy yet fun and casual at the same time. Everyone at the wedding had a great time and raved about The Delaney House.

There was everything to love about our experience for our daughter's wedding at the Log Cabin.
From the moment we met our personal planner, Beth, and booked the date, we felt at home and at ease. And we COULD NOT ask for a more gracious, experienced staff to help us on this exciting journey!
Because the Log Cabin and Delaney house are affiliated, we were treated to special events at the restaurant location leading up to the big day such as a cake tasting and planning event in the Delaney House banquet room; and a complimentary, intimate family dinner in the restaurant where we could order and taste a variety of items from each course offered on their event menu.
Beth really listened to what we had to say about what our hopes and wishes were for the big day and made easy suggestions to help achieve what we wanted.
So much is included in their very reasonable prices. From start to finish we were treated with over-the-top, first class, caring and courteous service. The reception manager and staff took great care of our guests and made accommodations for their personal needs and ours. It was definitely NOT a one size fits all approach, but a very personal one that made us feel so special. The food, complimentary wedding cake with extra dessert choice, and more, were plentiful and delicious! Our personal ceremony coordinator, Neil, helped us with both the rehearsal and ceremony, and kept things running smoothly. We had no worries and were able to focus on what mattered most!
We were allowed to bring in decorations and store them on-site early in the week and flowers the day of. All was set in place by the staff exactly as planned! And little details we may have overlooked were graciously provided. We were also allowed to store the decorations in a secure spot on the premises to pick up at convenient time all in good order. I would highly recommend the Log Cabin to anyone deciding on a venue for their event.

Our reception exceeded our dreams! From start to finish, we can't begin to express how pleased we were. Our wedding planner, Brianne, made everything so easy. She was so lovely, professional, accommodating, flexible and efficient. The VIP room my husband, wedding party and I enjoyed was beautifully appointed, comfortable and much appreciated after our Mass and pictures at the church. Our "personal assistant" was so helpful and was truly at our beck and call along with the banquet manager. We honestly felt like royalty! Our guests, without fail, repeatedly remarked about the quality and quantity of food!!! The hors d'ouevres were especially memorable!!! We were so pleased with our cake as well. We opted for the lemon cake with raspberry filling.....so yummy! For any future events, my husband and I will certainly be contacting the Delaney House! They helped to make our wedding day a dream come true!

The grounds are gorgeous, the view is amazing, the staff is friendly and the food is awesome. I really had the dream wedding at The Log Cabin’s Upper Vista. It was the perfect setting for my elegant nature themed wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Kelsey to plan our wedding. She was amazing every step of the way and was always there for me whenever I had a question. I really felt like she was invested as much as I was.

The night of the wedding I was lucky enough to have Mancha as the event manager. She always seemed to be one step ahead. When my hotel shuttle was late she already coordinated everything with the Band, officiant, and my groom. I did not worry about one thing the entire night. Our head waiters Kaitlin and Edward were fabulous and always there for my groom and me if we needed anything. The food was excellent and the cake came out even better than I imagined. I cannot thank the entire Log Cabin staff enough for giving us a truly magical evening.

We used The Log Cabin/Delaney House to cater our wedding at The Eric Carle Museum in Amherst, and we were very happy with them. We worked with Rebecca to plan everything, and she was awesome to work with. It always felt like she was looking out for our best interests in terms of helping us make our vision a reality while keeping the costs reasonable. She was very responsive to emails and was always more than patient when we changed our mind about something or wanted clarification on something. She helped us plan out all the details so that everything ran very smoothly. I was really impressed by all of the personal touches and requests they were happy to accommodate. For example, we wanted to use ice cream from a specific place with some specific toppings for our sundae bar and they were more than willing to make it happen. I was also surprised by how much they did as caterers besides just providing the food. For example, they dealt with the rental company we chose to get the tables and chairs we needed and they set up all the favors, place cards, centerpieces, the gift table, and made sure everything ran smoothly. None of these services were provided by our venue, so I don't know what we would have done without their help with all that. We probably would have had to hire a separate wedding planner.

We chose to have food stations and we got so many sincere compliments about the food. Our server got food for us from the stations and brought it to my husband and me to make sure we had time to eat. We also got our cake from them, and it was delicious!! They worked with us to make it exactly how we wanted it, and I was honestly surprised by how good it was. A few guests told us it was one of the best cakes they've ever had. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Log Cabin/Delaney House! They helped us to create exactly what we were looking for at very reasonable prices.

We were more than impressed with the Log Cabin for our wedding in October 2014. Rachel Voci, or wedding coordinator was very personable and easy to contact. She helped us keep all of the details organized and gave us some great ideas in planning our special day. There were many flexible options, the Log Cabin would pretty much consider anything that we asked. We were able to add and subtract some options to make our wedding fit within our budget. Connor was our head waiter on our wedding day, he did an outstanding job taking care of us the entire night. He helped make our day run smoothly, we couldn't have asked for a better waiter! He was fun, friendly, and calm which is just what we needed on our wedding day. Everything from the staff to the food was amazing. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the ceremony site was, overlooking the valley. Many of our guests stayed in the D. Hotel where we got fantastic service, and we also spent a lot of time at the Mick bar where the staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making our entire wedding experience perfect!

My husband and I had our wedding at The Log Cabin and we had a wonderful time! We worked through the planning process with Rachel, who always made time to answer our never-ending questions. She coordinated everything between hotel shuttles, photographer, DJ, food, cake, etc. The venue had been recently renovated and no detail was spared. The view for the ceremony and cocktail hour overlooking the valley was beautiful.

Josh was our day-of coordinator and Connor served as our head waiter - both were absolutely phenomenal! The entire day went so smoothly with them handling every last detail.

We were blown away by the attention paid not only to is, but to all of our guests. We cannot say enough positive things about this venue and every member of their staff. All of our guests raved about how much of a wonderful time was had. You cannot go wrong by planning your wedding at The Log Cabin!

My husband and I recently got married and had our reception at The Log Cabin. We do not have enough wonderful things to say about our experience and our wedding. We felt like celebrities with the attention that was paid to each detail and to ourselves, our family and friends throughout the day and night. The view was fantastic. Peter our planner, amazing! We chose The Delaney House as our reception venue. It was the perfect size for the amount of guests that we were planning on. Rachel, our event coordinator, was fantastic! Any questions we had, she got back to us right away. Any special requests that we had were fulfilled. The entire staff was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process but most especially at the reception. We would recommend The Delaney House to anyone looking for a venue whether it's for a wedding or any event!
