Very flexible and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Delivered to our reception site on time and made a lovely buffet for us and the food was to die for! Service was excellent and all of our guest were ecstatic! We were told more than a dozen times how it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Amazing!

We had a great wedding. Our reception was a blast and ran smoothly. The views from the cocktail area are amazing. Our event planner Chad was great to work with.

The planning of the wedding was fantastic, and the venue was very willing to please and helpful. The day of the wedding, and the some of the food was not what we were execting. We had some issues that, luckily, our guests didn't know about, but was an inconvenience to us both that day and when we returned from our honeymoon. We received the backoffice notes from our wedding day, and the coordinator had not accurately recorded the events, and tried to blame us for the wedding not going on time as planned. In her notes she also bashed me as a bride and it was a very hurtful and disappointing thing to see.
Overall, I would recommend this venue, but be sure to be very clear on your expectations so there are no surprises.

Exquisite place. The guy was very professional and nice; he had recently gotten married too. The place and view was absolutely incredible!

The Log Cabin was absolutely perfect, from the meeting with the planner to viewing the venue and chosing our food and room for the nights. Their professionalism was outstanding and their flexibility was as well. When choosing our menu for our night we were having trouble not only because of how good everything was but because we were intimidated by the packages they had pre-set on the website and in the packet they gave us upon booking. When we went in to meet with Donna after tasting and explained out budget and our concerns she was able to make an a-la-carte menu to our exact specifications that was everything we wanted and none of what we did not want, it was perfect. If you are considering the log cabin for your day i strongly recommend it, it may not be the cheapest place there is but if you love a beautiful view or a beautiful sunset in the fall (as i had) and you demand the best food and service in western Massachusetts the log cabin is a must! Go meet with a planner and see for yourself! Hope this helps...

Great venue! Food was delicious, staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly! They really take care of everything for you to ensure your day goes perfectly. You don't have to worry about a thing. Beautiful views of Mount Tom Valley - perfect for pictures!

The Log Cabin provided the cake, which saved a lot of time. They met with us 3 times and they responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Very helpful, professional, and efficient.

The Log Cabin is a wonderful venue to have a Wedding and Reception following. The views are beautiful, and the food and service is wonderful!! Our Wedding Planner, Donna Clarke was Great, and we had no problem planning our Wedding there in Holyoke, Mass. from our home in Raleigh, NC. We enjoyed our big day so much, and have many happy memories of that day that we will cherish forever!! Our Head Server, Will, was fantastic, and our Coordinator that day, Deb Pearl was Wonderful as well. We did have our Sand Ceremony Vase broken, and the Memorial Candle for my Grandfather went missing, but the owner of the business was very courteous and apologetic, and made sure we were compensated for our losses. My husband and I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Deb Pearl again after our Wedding, and she has never returned any of our calls, which was disappointing.

We had a great experience at the Log Cabin. The venue is beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything went off exactly according the plan because of the Log Cabin's meticulous attention to detail. Our wedding coordinator, Donna, was always willing to go the extra mile for us, and very responsive to our questions and ideas. It was no problem at all to pull off a wonderful wedding there in a five month time line.

Our ceremony and reception was handled very proffessionally from beginning to end. We were treated with great respect and I will say that the wedding was flawless due to the staff and the chef. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable with the fireplace as our backdrop. The food was excellent and the private room made it more intimate with our adult children and it was very grandchildren friendly!

Professional company but is now growing too big too fast and not personalizing there business anymore. Great Venues, great service & staff and they know there stuff, but if you want unique food at your reception your probably not going to have it they way you want it.

This was hard to book because all the Saturday nights were taken, but I got in on a cancellatino after calling them twice a day every day for about 2 weeks. The first person that was assigned to our account was kind of flaky and some of her recommendations were flaky too. But then she got the boot and the owner of the Log Cabin took over and cleared everything up and helped us. I was very happy with the venue and how smooth everything went. My only complaint is that it's kind of weird to have 3 other weddings going on at the same time as yours.
