Awesome!!!

The Hall at Huntingtown is a wonderful wedding venue. While it is a fire hall, it also really is a hidden gem, complete with a stunning chandelier, its own linens, tables/chairs, and bartending service, and has the ability to really showcase anyone’s DIY skills. The Hall is a great venue that can be transformed to fit any style of wedding. Carole, the day-of coordinator who comes with booking the venue, was so wonderful to work with and absolutely one of the reasons that not only do we recommend the venue, but also a reason that we chose it for our wedding in the first place. We cannot thank her enough. You will not be disappointed if you choose this low-cost, beautiful venue!

Carole makes your wedding day everything you hope it will be. She is amazing & the hall is the perfect place for anyone on their wedding day! I could not have had my perfect day without Carole and all of her hard work!

Couldn't have been better! The hall was perfect for the small wedding we planned. Location was perfect and very accommodating for older guests. Many thanks to all who helped us at The Hall at Huntingtown. Carole was excellent at suggesting ideas and helping!

Carole and the staff at Huntingtown Fire House were AMAZING to work with! Carole really made us feel at home throughout our whole wedding planning and during our wedding day! Everything turned out more than we could have ever imagined and our day was beyond perfect! I would do it all over the exact same if I could! She never missed a beat.

The Hall at Huntingtown was the perfect venue for my dream wedding! Carole is the coordinator and she is absolutely amazing. The hall is gorgeous and Carole can help personalize the space to be anything you want. We had 220 people and we fit with plenty of space. I couldn't have picked a more gorgeous venue.

Carole is the best! She made sure everything went 100% smooth for my big day. She was so personal about things. It made me feel comfortable allowing her to control how things got done. She was great at advice giving! Every meeting we accomplished things and I got a little more relaxed about the whole wedding. The venue is beautiful and perfect and decently priced!!!!

Went to the bridal expo to check the place out and fell in love with it. Carol is so amazing to work with and really goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding reception is beyond perfect. I didn't have to worry one bit about anything that dealt with the hall. Carol's planning experience, expertise, and advice are the reason our reception was so beautiful and ran so smoothly. I can't thank her and her staff enough for all they did for us.

The Hall at Huntingtown provide a picture perfect reception venue for my wedding on Halloween. Carol was FABULOUS and made sure everything was taken care of. She met with us several times in person, and was available via email. She took all the worries of the wedding away and just let us enjoy our night. We can't say enough good things about Carol. And our quest loved the hall, and were blown away by Carol!

I can't say enough about The Hall at Huntingtown and Carole. From the very beginning she was always available to help and make suggestions regarding our wedding. She was so pleasant to work with and offered for us to use some of the accessories that the Hall had there for weddings. The Hall was beautiful and Carole was outstanding. The price was reasonable as well. I would suggest The Hall at Huntingtown to anyone.

The location was excellent and need I say any more about Carole, the wedding coordinator. She was awesome and made everything work like clockwork. She was very personalble and did everything I requested. The venue was beautiful and close to home. I recommend this place to anyone. It is affordable and they work with you in every way. It was beautiful with all the decordations and Carole provided the personal touch. She saved me so much time with this part and she was very organized and detailed.

The hall of huntingtown was a great place to have our ceremony and reception. The price was not over priced. Ms. Carole (facilitator) was so great and easy to work with. The reception hall can be decorated in any theme you choose.
Ms Carole has access to many options to choose from for your tables, chairs, and linens. The hall is handicap accessible.

Hall at Huntingtown is a wonderful place! It's big, open, great windows, a balcony, and a gorgeous chandelier. The beauty is that you can dream up anything and make it happen here. Both my sister and I had our wedding reception at Hall at Huntingtown. She was married three years ago in October and I was married about 3 weeks ago. Each reception looked completely different. The one person who makes this place all that it is Carole Fonfara. Carole is absolutely amazing and if you get a chance to meet her you will understand why. Carole makes everything go smooth and she makes you feel like you are the only person who matters. She sets your timeline up and makes sure all of your vendors get a copy of it. OH! She can also suggest vendors if you need help with that as well. Carole goes above and beyond for her clients. Another bonus is that you can drop off your decorations the day before and they will set it up and they will also take it down. That was a major plus for me! There is an elevator there as well. You would never believe that you are over a fire department. This place is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hall!

Carole was such a blessing while planning my daughter's wedding. She met with us at least four times before the big day to ensure that all my daughter and son-in-law's wants and needs were met, and she made their vision happen. She coordinated with the DJ, caterer, florist, and bakery about drop off and pick up times. She ordered all of the linens and set up the room exactly as we discussed. I gave her our favors/table assignments, champagne flutes, table numbers, and cake cutting utensils a few days before the wedding, and she and her staff did all the set up and made everything beautiful. The day after, all of our items were cleaned and ready for us to pick up.

We had compared the Hall at Huntingtown with other locations that did not have an on-site coordinator. I am so glad we chose the Hall, because Carole and her staff made every detail run smoothly, leaving us to simply enjoy our family and friends without worrying about all of the little details. Highly recommend!

Carole made our daughter's wedding a dream come true!
We were able to meet a few times, had all of our questions answered and requests fulfilled.
On the day of the wedding, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves which we did!
We highly recommend The Hall at Huntingtown for weddings and other events.

The Hall was the perfect size for our wedding reception and provided a beautiful setting. Carole's dedication to making our day perfect was unexpected and greatly appreciated. She helped us with every detail and made sure that there was nothing for us to think about on our special day. She took our random thoughts and likes and put together a beautiful and cohesive environment. In all, the reception space as well as service were perfect for us.

I was a little hesitant at first to even consider a "fire hall" for my reception, but it was anything but the typical hall. Carole is wonderful! She made sure everything was perfect. Every vendor that I selected from the Southern Maryland area told me that this was one of their favorite venues to work at because Carole is so organized and reliable.
The venue was beautiful, and created the perfect setting for my reception.

The Hall at Huntingtown was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. The Hall itself is beautiful and all of our guests told us how wonderful everything looked. Carole is amazing!! I was living in WV and moving back to the area amidst all the wedding planning and she was so helpful. She was always available for any questions and had great ideas to help in planning my day and keeping me in budget. I couldn't have done it without her!! On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly, Carole made sure of that. I was go grateful to have her there helping us. She is so organized and I didn't have to worry about anything all day! I even extended the reception at the last minute and it ran like that had been the plan the whole time. I would recommend The Hall at Huntingtown to anyone who is planning on getting married. From Carole helping plan, set up, and run the day to the beautiful hall that turned out just the way I pictured it.

This venue was amazing to work with, as soon as my husband and I walked in and met with Carole with knew this was our place to have the reception. It met every one of our expectations, and took so much stress off of us that the months, days and hours leading up to it was effortless. I would recommend this venue to any of our friends and family members to have any type of event. My husband and I were so happy everything worked out, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect ending to our already perfect day! Thank you to the Hall at Huntingtown for making that possible.

Love love love Carole! Everything was as amazing as we hoped. Carole coordinated with the photographer, DJ, cake co., caterer, chair rentals and me to make our wedding day as memorable and affordable as possible. Beautiful hall with a blank slate to work with and great dance floor/chandelier!

The location and venue were wonderful. The Hall coordinator Carol Fonfarra was a gem to work with. She made my small wedding seem like the fairy tale wedding of my dreams.

I recently had my wedding at the Hall at Huntingtown. Let me tell you, it was the best decision we made! They weren't over priced at all, and the venue was gorgeous!! There are old barns and trees out back for pictures, and they even let you take pictures with their fire trucks!! The best part of the Hall at Huntingtown was Carole. She was absolutely amazing. I would not have been able to have had such an amazing day if it wasn't for her. She made sure everything ran smoothly, and even set up the hall for me! She is definitely a God send. I would recommend the hall based on Carole alone. All of my guests had an amazing time and Carole had a big part in that.

The Hall at Huntingtown was AMAZING. Carole was phenomenal to work with. We instantly felt like she was more family than a vendor. She assured us from our first meeting that we would have nothing to worry about the day of my wedding and she was absolutely right. From the decorations to the vendors to everything, she did an incredible job. She is highly professional and super easy to work with. She always made it a point to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial or important. I had a Christmas wedding and she even re-decorated the Hall's tree to accommodate my desire to have no red in the banquet hall.

Once inside the building, you could never imagine that it was a fire hall. The quality of service as well as a beautiful location is unbeatable for the price! Carole makes the Hall the premier reception venue in southern Maryland.

Please don't be off-put by the fact that the Hall at Huntingtown is associated with a fire house. It is NOTHING like the image that comes to mind of a dingy, cinder block room. The Hall is nearly new and set up with wedding receptions in mind. The space is large and bright, and equipped with a stunning crystal chandelier that hangs over an enormous dance floor. There is state of the art AV equipment that we utilized to play a video montage during the cocktail hour. There is plenty of parking, and an elevator for guests who need it. There offer many options for room set up and table placement. Carole, who is in charge at the Hall is absolutely wonderful to work with. She made everything run completely smooth. She took care of every detail and left nothing for us to worry about. The day ran completely smooth and the hall was beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hall to anyone planning a wedding reception, or any other party for that matter. Working with Carole was such a pleasure, and she is the BEST asset that the Hall offers!

Absolutely amazing venue! Carole the planner of the venue helped out all the way and was such a major help with the whole process. The only thing I heard from my guest is that there was no last call for the bar but other then that I give the Huntingtown firehouse hall 5 stars!

The rental of the hall was a great experience and we absolutely loved working with Carole! She helped plan everything from where to place the cake, the schedule/ line up for the day, down to what kind of napkins and silverware we could use. Great experience and we would definitely recommend the Hall at Huntingtown!

I loved everything about The Hall at Huntingtown. The hall itself is beautiful, and Carole (the manager) is absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my questions and was willing to meet with me as often as I needed to sort everything out. She was willing to help me in any way that she could, and tried to accommodate all of my requests. I would highly recommend this venue.

The only negative I saw in working with this venue is that there are some hidden costs. When you first are given the price, keep in mind that price is ONLY for the rental of the space. All linens, bar tab, etc are not included.
