We were very happy with our ring from The Diamond Room... after we got it. The week before my husband was going to propose he had been told that my ring should be in by Thurs... Thurs came around & they still didn't have it... Fri came around & they still didn't have it... Saturday morning came & they HAD IT! He had to go in & get it all while being extra nervous for the proposal that was going to happen in only a few short hours. He was a mess for a few days leading up to the proposal... now I know why!! The ring is GORGEOUS & when I went in to get my bridal band, they were EXTREMELY helpful!

We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band with the Diamond Room and found the quality of diamond, the price and the level of service to be wonderful! Two years after I received my engagement ring, strangers would stop and ask where it came from because the diamonds look so white.

We were able to buy a larger diamond with better qualities at The Diamond Room than any other jeweler in Sioux Falls. Also, getting our rings soldered was no extra cost since we had purchased our rings there - we have been very pleased with their customer service - we really felt like they wanted us to find the ring that was best for us & not the best buy for them! We highly recommend them to others!!

Easy to work with, very helpful in making jewelry selections. Great selection, and wonderful sales people to work with. It wasn't high pressure sales, and even though we stopped in several times with them knowing we weren't making a purchase we received great customer service.

The Diamond Room is where my husband got my ring. They are amazing! They helped him to find the perfect unique ring...just like I wanted. it was very reasonably priced and they allowed him to make payments without getting a loan, line of credit, etc. I can go back whenever I want to get it cleaned and we would highly reccomend The Diamond Room to anyone!
