I cannot recommend the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant and the team from Beachside Hospitality enough. If there was a term for a "turnkey" wedding, this would be it. From Carley working with me to figure out if I needed the full deck to Shawn who kept everything rolling smoothly day of to their recommended vendors of Sandhill Photography, Say I Do on the Suncoast, and DJKenwa, everything was just perfect. I'm pretty sure every one of my guests told me how beautiful everything was. Food was great, service was attentive. I absolutely had my dream wedding day. If you're considering this venue, book it! You won't regret it.

The destination wedding dream team!
The Beach House and their hospitality team was nothing shy of amazing for our wedding day. I am at a loss of words how incredible our day ended up being. This team didn't miss a beat and left me to be relaxed, sit back, and just soak it all in. When I walked into see our reception area on began to cry because it was even better than the visions I had in my head. Shawn and her team also made sure any and all beach goers were cleared from our area to ensure they weren't walking by or in any pictures during our beach front ceremony. I cannot thank this team enough and recommend them enough. This is the dream team for any wedding or event... and on top of that, the food was INCREDIBLE! Every single guest raved about their dish and how they have never had a wedding meal as top tier as this. We cannot be more thankful for this team that gave us our dream wedding. Perfect wedding location in every way
We fell in love with the Beach House when we had dinner there three years ago and it was our first choice when planning our wedding on Anna Maria Island. We were worried after Hurricane Helene hit the island but were assured that everything would still work out perfectly - and it did! The wedding day surpassed all our dreams and expectations, and it was such a magical location. Shawn, our day of planner, was amazing from start to finish, and really felt like family by the end of the reception. All our guests loved the food, bar offerings, location, and of course, the view!

Hire Beach House!
Beach House was absolutely the best venue. The staff was amazing and so helpful! Carley was the sales manager and couldn't have been nicer. She was so kind and supportive after two hurricanes hit the venue. She never made us feel like we had to settle for anything less because of the hurricanes. She answered questions quickly and never made me feel like I was a burden.
Shawn was our event coordinator and I loved her! She was born to do this job! I was a destination bride and Shawn was so responsive during email and answered every question I had. She also gave her expert opinion to help make my wedding beautiful. During the wedding, she was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She ran around all night taking care of all of the little details. My husband was not feeling well on the wedding day and all night Shawn kept checking on him and bring him Juice to help him feel better. She was amazing! I am grateful to have hired the Beach House and would do it again in a heart beat!

Beach House
The Beach House was the perfect wedding venue. Shawn made the process so easy and stress free. They provided options for vendors for florist, officiant, photography etc and each and every vendor we had was also amazing. My dream wedding!
The team at The Beach House AMI helped me plan the most beautiful wedding I could have dreamed of. From the view, to the ease of everythiny, to the delicious food, and the insanely kind and hard working staff I fondly look back on our big day with so much joy, and I know half of that joy was due to how much fun I was able to have, rather than stress over the tiny details. I never felt silly asking a million questions or asking for help, they were always quick to reply and happy to help. Perfect wedding
As a little girl (I was maybe 6 years old) I saw a wedding on Anna Maria Island (at the Sandbar) and I thought this is perfect that's how I want to get married one day, so ever since then I have been dreaming of my wedding on Anna Maria Island.
We got engaged in January 2020 and started planning our wedding on Anna Maria Island for September 2020. We wrote a few wedding venues on the island, Anna Maria Island Venues made everything so easy for us and they did not have any hidden fees or charges like some other venues have. Within less then 2 weeks after our first contact, we had everything booked with Anna Maria Island Venues. And we booked everything online, we did not get to look at the venue in person, I have seen the restaurants as restaurants before but not as an actual wedding venue but they made everything super easy for us. We decided on the Beach House over the Sandbar because of the climate controlled dining area and the exclusive bridal suite (it’s not a big room but perfect for you as bride to get ready in and the bride has her own bathroom!!).
We decided to have a plated meal instead of a buffet style dinner. We were able to get exactly what we wanted: 6oz filet steak with a lobster tail – IT WAS THE BEST STEAK WE HAD IN MONTHS!! Oh and the servers did a great job, we didn’t even notice that they went around and asked our guests how they wanted their steaks to be prepared but they did!
About 4-8 weeks after we had everything finalized, COVID-19 hit the world and we weren’t sure how things were going to go with our wedding in September 2020, at the end we had to postpone our wedding 3 times due to COVID-19 but let me tell you this: I would have not wanted to work with anyone but the team from Anna Maria Island Venues, they were fabulous and understood our situation, we were able to roll our down-payments over to the next date and the next date and the next date without ever having to worry about losing any of our down payment.
September 1st 2021, one year later than initially planned, and less guests than we initially planned, we were finally able to have our wedding ceremony at the Beach House on Anna Maria Island. Yes the weather wasn’t perfect, it rained all day, and we weren’t able to have our ceremony on the beach as we initially planned either but the entire staff did a great job on moving everything inside and it was still a special moment.
I want to thank the entire team from Anna Maria Island Venues who helped us, especially Shawn THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Shawn helped us plan our February wedding at the BeachHouse. She asked about details we hadn’t thought about. We communicated mostly via email which is the most convenient way for me - she is extremely response. Everything detail was planned before, and the staff made sure the night went flawlessly. The evening went exactly as planned. The food, drinks, service, and view were amazing. I can not recommend the BeachHouse enough!

Incredible venue + outstanding service
We had the absolute pleasure of working with the team at The Beach House for our destination wedding last November. We had a short list of venues we wanted to tour and The Beach House was our first. We honestly could have skipped every other tour as we knew this was our spot. The restaurant is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Shawn was our main contact and she was a dream to work with. She was very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. They had a great list of vendor recommendations, which being from out of state was very helpful. The week of our wedding hurricane Eta was scheduled to hit the island a day or two before our wedding, and that she did! The hurricane hit the day before our wedding. We were in a slight panic, but the team at The Beach House assured us they had back up plans if needed. Luckily we woke up the day of the wedding and it was like nothing had ever happened. The day went off without a hitch and was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. We would pay money to go back and re-live our wedding day. We owe it to Shawn and her team at The Beach House. We can't wait to go back for many anniversary dinners. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

LOVE this venue!!
My husband and I got married at The Beach House on 11/7/2020 and it was the best day ever!! We couldn't have chosen a better venue!! Our beach wedding was even better than what we imagined!! Shawn, the event coordinator is a saint and she is AMAZING to work with!! She is so sweet and helpful and she was always very quick to respond to our emails or phone calls. We live out of town and we had no clue what vendors to use, but she recommended all of them and we were so happy with everything!! Planning the wedding was extremely stressful during the pandemic, but Shawn always made us feel at ease and helped us throughout the whole process. We seriously couldn't have done it without her! Also, the entire staff were incredible!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our special day! They were all so friendly and professional. I cannot say enough about the food, amazing!! We have been to the Beach House many times prior to the wedding and NEVER had a bad meal!! The location is so great and has a beautiful view! Our guests still talk about how awesome our wedding was, thanks to Shawn and all of the staff!!! You guys were all amazing and we can't thank you enough!! Excellence at it’s best
My husband and I were married at The Beach House this November. By far the best thing about 2020. The Beach House went above and beyond our expectation for a wedding during a pandemic. Shawn was such a blessing during the whole experience(we had to postpone our wedding in May). She made getting married look easy, and was with us every step of the way. Shawn and the Beach House were accommodating with our constant change in guest count, and attempts to make everything covid safe for our guests. Our guests constantly told us how safe they felt attending our wedding. Our ceremony was on the beach at sunset and reception followed on their amazing outdoor deck. The food was absolutely fantastic, our guests would not stop raving about it. We chose to do the raw bar, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The beef tenderloin was mouthwatering. People still talk about the bacon wrapped scallop, ahi tuna and coconut shrimp appetizers. My husband is a chef, they worked with us on the menu, and they knocked it out of the park. Thank you again to the back of house for the best meal we’ve had in a long time, and all the effort that was placed into everything. It showed! The venue was just as we imagined, overlooking the water, lights strung overhead and they set up the table decorations perfectly. We opted for a day of coordinator, Korinne, and it was also the best decision we made. She was fantastic, calm, and collected. The staff, bartenders, servers, back of house, all were pros. They even brought the apps to us on the beach as we took a little longer making our way to the reception due to all the pictures. Such a great touch, it did not go unnoticed. The bartenders were absolutely amazing and so quick to serve all our guests. Servers were polite, quick and efficient. The night went flawlessly. This was definitely not their first rodeo. Thank you all again! We would get married there again in a second and change nothing! Truly the best night ever, and more than we could of asked for given the circumstances. Do yourself a favor book any event here, and you won’t give it a second thought. You are in great hands!

We love The Beach House
The best sunsets on the Gulf are here. Such a gorgeous area of the beach. Not a bad photograph at all can be made here. Picturesque setting. The food is amazing as well as the helpful staff. The outdoor patio is perfect for dancing and fun.

Shawn and her entire staff at the Beach House were absolutely fabulous. The day & night went so smoothly from the time we set up the reception area & ceremony area, to having to pick up at the end of the night. Jeff & Jim were so helpful and so down to earth for rehearsal the night before as well as the day of. The food was incredible & our entire family loved everything. We were married last November and had 70 guests. I came in just knowing that I love the BeachHouse and I wanted to get married on a beach. Shawn was amazing and very patient -- her team handles a lot of weddings so they are very prepared and they work with a lot of the same photogs, djs, etc which is really helpful. Prices were very reasonable (as I learned from pricing venues for our cocktail hour the night before) and we were thrilled with how everything turned out. The dance floor on the beach was better than I could have wished for. My only recommendation for brides is to keep a bag with essentials near the ceremony entrance. I had everything in the bridal suite but I didn't want to run into guests before our official entrance so I was stuck. That was my only 'issue' everything else was truly amazing.

Best Venue Ever!
Shawn, the event coordinator, at the Beach House is an absolute dream to work with! She is so experienced and helpful that she totally puts you at ease. The venue is beautiful with amazing views and the food is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Shawn was always very quick to respond to emails and agreeable to everything we wanted to do. They allowed us to bring all of our wedding boxes to the rehearsal and the staff did an amazing job setting it all up as we requested and everything looked even better than we could have imagined. Anyone can see for themselves how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food is, but the real reason we chose the Beach House was because of Shawn. From the very first meeting, I could tell Shawn loves her job and would make sure everything would run smoothly. She is so down to earth and relatable and has a way of always making you feel comfortable. I am so thankful to Shawn and the great staff at the Beach House for making my daughter's wedding a dream come true!

My husband and I were married at The Beach House Restaurant on 4/21/2018 and I cannot emphasize enough on how wonderful it was! The food and service was phenomenal and had my guests raving about it days after the wedding. The beach and views are breathtaking, making the ceremony that much more magical and you can also view the scenery from the reception area. The cherry on top of all of the magic is Shawn, the day-of coordinator that comes with the venue. She is amazing, responds quickly to all inquiries, makes helpful suggestions, and ensures the newlyweds are taken care of. She brought appetizers to us after the ceremony and always made sure we were ok throughout the entirety of our event. If you are considering booking this venue, DO IT! You will not regret it!

My wife and i were married at the Beach House on March 15 2017. It was the best day of my life!! The event coordinator Shawn was very professional. She responded to emails in a timely fashion. We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding. We felt at home at the Beach House as soon as we walked in. We didn't have an appointment to meet with Shawn, the event coordinator but it didn't matter. She was more than willing to meet with us. She made everyhing so easy from that day forth. Our decision was easy and we never looked at another venue. The venue and staff were so accommodating with all of our needs and wants. We never heard no!!
Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing!! We never lifted a finger. Every need was taken care before we knew we needed it. The venue opened early for our brunch wedding. It was the perfect backdrop, the beautiful water and historic scenery.
Our wedding day was the best day ever!! We married on Septermber 21, 2017 and our wedding guest are still bragging about our wedding, the food, the staff, the setting! It was perfect and I would do the day all over again.
The Beach House is not only our wedding venue but a place we will frequent much. It's like home!

Sean and her team were fantastic it was a complete no worry wedding. Sean made sure that everything went perfect. the wait staff was fantastic, we even had a waiter dedicated to just us who greeted us in the line up for introductions and took our drink orders having our drink to our table as we arrived to it. It was beautiful day made perfect by wonderful people.

There literally isn't enough good to say about the Beach House! We booked the Beach House for our wedding on 09/22/2017. From the beginning, Shawn (Special Event Coordinator) was personable, friendly and easy to work with. Although our wedding wasn't considered a "destination" wedding, we live about 2 hours away from Anna Maria, so much of our planning was done via email and phone. Shawn was always willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. We were confident that no matter what we threw her way, that she would find a solution, and I can honestly say that I don't think our day would have been nearly as special without her expertise! She helped calm my wedding day nerves, and assisted in the overall "flow" of the day to make sure things went as smooth as possible. And not only that, the STAFF! Our guests continually rave about how professional the staff was, and how quickly they worked. Plus, the food is to die for! So many of our guests complimented the food, and said how it was the best "wedding" food they had ever had & WE AGREE! We have been to the Beach House many times before, and have never been disappointed in our meals. Our wedding day food was no different, and we couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out. I could speak volumes about Shawn, the Beach House staff, and the food - just know that if you come here for dinner, or you book a special event, you will NOT be let down. The atmosphere, location and "island" feel of the Beach House is amazing and it's a must try if you are on Anna Maria!

I would not turn away from this opportunity! This place was great and Shawn, the manager was awesome with listening to my needs and feeling excited along with me on my special day. I would not only recommend this place for your wedding but a place to come back for an anniversary as well (which they accommodate). The food was amazing!!! All my guest were fascinated by the beautiful view of the sunset and ocean but mostly, how we were served with hospitality like no other. I was going to have a formal wedding in my hometown and spend over $15,000 but after seeing what I can have here I saved money, had a great service and experience, and can make a planned vacation to revisit my beautiful day. Do not pass this opportunity, seriously you will not regret.

I am soooooo happy that my husband and I decided to go with the beach house restaurant as our wedding venue. Shawn was absolutely AMAZING and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams all the way from California. I seriously couldn't be happier. The location is so pretty, right on the beach, with the beautiful view. We did our ceremony in between two palm trees and the pictures came out gorgeously. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this venue is!! First of all Shawn Rotan is AMAZING!!! She is top notch when it comes to coordinators and her services at the venue are free with rental of the outdoor pavilion on the beach. She is Type A like me, so everything was exactly how I envisioned it...or better! I gave her pictures of my centerpieces and dropped off all my stuff for set up the morning of and...WOW!! Beautiful. The pavilion they offer is covered and just a step or two and you are on the sand. They have to beautiful palm trees growing out of the sand, with the ocean as your backdrop. The food...AMAZING! Part of why I originally picked this venue because the menu for the price per person was fantastic. Then they worked with me on tweaking some of the selection! SAME PRICE. We wanted a laid back, fun beach wedding and we got it!!! Shawn also gives you a list of preferred vendors to help you with DJ's, Calypso players, Cake, Hair, Makeup and where to stay on the island and things to do. That was so helpful for me! We are from Orlando, but it is no different than planning blind from a 1,000 miles away. If you want a beautiful beach wedding, don't want to break your piggy bank, Have 60 guests or less, plan on having fun, eliminating stress, have great food and a reasonable priced open bar...then this is YOUR place! I can't thank Shawn and the Beach House enough for a perfect wedding. My family and friends are still talking about it. The most fun wedding they have been to in years!! Thanks for everything!!!

Almost 2 years ago, my siblings and I decided that our parents deserved to celebrate making it to 35 years of marriage. We began planning a massive trip to Florida where we wanted our parents to be able to renew their vows on the beach. After months of searching and not getting any responses for venues, I stumbled upon the Beach House in Bradenton Beach. I sent an email inquiring about their services and within an hour, Shawn from the Beach House contacted me back. Within a few weeks, Shawn helped me finalize the date and she also pointed me in the direction for a local Photographer, officient, and DJ. Shawn made planning this event so easy and stress-less that I would go back there for any kind of special event. We had over 40 guests that flew in to Florida from Illinois, and with Shawn and the entire crew at the Beach House, we had no problems! Thanks for making this event so memorable and fun! Can't wait to get back there just to relax and eat some amazing food!

I was the groom. Everything went really smoothly and all of our guests enjoyed the venue. There are a lot of very nice hotels within walking distance to the venue. There's also a free shuttle for getting around the Island. It was a little cool out for Florida, but the people at The Beachhouse had really nice heat lamps set up so nobody was uncomfortable. The staff was very professional, the food was good, the service was great and my wife and I were very happy with how it all turned out. We just want to say thank you. =)
To other couples: The December wedding really worked for us at this venue. The beach wasn't too crowded when we did the ceremony and the Beachhouse had their Christmas lights up, which were really nice. They also had us sectioned off from the rest of the restaurant really well, so you really didn't notice that there were other diners.

I chose the Beach House Restaurant sight unseen from all of the wonderful reviews and also from the help on a kind bride who had just had her wedding there.
I can't even express how happy we are with our choice of using the Beach House for our big day. Everything was absolutely perfect. Shawn and the staff made sure it was set up just how I wanted and the food and service was spectacular. I wish we could do it all again.

My fiance and I currently live in Cincinnati, OH. Therefore we had to plan the wedding long distance. At first, I thought this would be challenging but with the wonderful staff at the Beachhouse Restaurant, everything went so smoothly. Shawn Rhoton was responsible for coordinating our wedding ceremony and reception dinner, and she did a FANTASTIC JOB! She was so dedicated to our interests, needs, and making my dream wedding come true! Whatever, we needed, she found away to make it happen. Shawn was also so great at making me and my fiance feel at ease about the whole wedding planning process. She was knowledgeable about additional resources, such as vendors for cake and photography, and was very prompt in returning my calls and emails. The ceremony and reception was everything we imagined. The food was incredible and we got so many compliments from our guests. Me and my husband were so wrapped up in the party, we didn't even eat our meal and they were nice enough to box it up for us. Shawn Rhoton made herself available during the ceremony and dinner so if anything was needed she was on it right away!! The sunsets are breathtaking for photos and the guests thoroughly enjoy watching them. The children at our event had a great time as well. The venue offers a variety of scenery for photos to be taken and allows for guests to move around and enjoy themselves on the beach during the time of the event. There are many great things I can say about the Beachhouse Restaurant. My fiance and I loved it so much, it now has a special place in our hearts and we look forward to going back and visiting on vacation.

Mrs. Shawn Rhoton was fabulous, I can't say enough about how she truly made the day (and year) flawless and enjoyable. Her prompt and thorough response to emails, her attentiveness on the big day, and her love for her job are just a few of her great qualities! Seriously, you're in good hands with Shawn and the Beachhouse. My new husband and I talk about our 4/17/15 wedding constantly and wish we could do it all over again! We had 34 people including ourselves and the reception pavilion fit us well (can fit up to 60 I think), and the designated dance area in the sand was so perfect for our dance party.
Food was great.. we didn't change anything about the menu. We set up an alcohol cap that was never met (awesome)... but I did hear from guests that our server was hard to find so many of them would go inside to the bar to get a drink which meant they paid for it themselves instead of adding the drink to our tab. Definitely recommend only doing beer and wine option with a cap. If your guests want a special drink, let them pay for it - you are offering a free beer/wine option!
We were a destination wedding couple and never saw the venue until we went the day before for our ceremony rehearsal and we were so pleased! I was a pretty low key bride and didn't do many 'extras' in terms of decorating etc, but the little we did have was fabulous - We only did centerpieces, sign-in area, table names w/stories, and an awesome drape thing for the arbor. I had looked at renting drapes for the pavilion but the cost is crazy (no need - the area is beautiful without the linens). We used ceremony chairs and rented chairs that matched (from Sandbar restaurant) in the pavilion. Normal pavilion chairs are brown wicker.

Everyone commented on how great the food was, what great service we got from Jeff and Shawn! The Shawn (the coordinator) and staff were very easy to work with, there was a great menu selection and the prices were great, very comparable but best for the value! The small ceremony location with the palms overlooking the Gulf was beautiful and having an option for covered venue with heat on a brisque, breezy January day was PERFECT! Can't say enough good things! Wow.. superb!!!

The BeacHhouse Restaurant was simply AMAZING! We utilized it for our reception only and we are so thankful we did! Shawn Rhoton is so easy to work with. Communication was a breeze! If I couldn't reach her by phone, I'd email her and within 24 hours, she responded! She helped set me at ease and was so knowledgable about everything! The manager in duty Saturday 9-20-14 morning, Mike, was fabulous! He allowed us to drop off centerpieces and was so polite! Anything we needed help with or asked of them, was done without hesitation. They truly make you feel special on your special day. The staff was professional and awesome the night of the event, as well. I sent an email of inquiry to the Event Coordinator, Mrs. Shawn Rhoton, and within two hours, she responded back! I am sure I sent over 10 venue inquries that same day but no other potential venue sites got back to me with such quick AND excited responses. Ms. Shawn was concise and very helpful from the very beginning. She truly was down to earth and happy go lucky. Truly, Ms. Shawn MADE it possible to have the wedding of my dreams at the Beachhouse Resturant. She is an absolute joy to work with, as well as her staff!!
Upon visiting the site, I was not 100% sold and nothing "wowed" me at first view, HOWEVER, upon meeting Ms. Shawn in person and talking with her, she helped me envision how my future husband and my wedding could be like. She WON my heart by her excitement, her true care of my dream wedding, and her desire to make it all possible.
The site itself is beautifully set right upon the beach which extends outward for miles. The entire environment was relayed with Ms Shawn and she would pop in ideas of what has worked in the past and made it possible. She and her staff were wonderful to work with in the set up the day of the event. Ms. Shawn and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND in every aspect!
The day of the wedding was BEYOND perfect and more wonderful than I could have ever imagined. The staff was WONDERFUL and SO KIND to my family, my wedding party and myself. Any little thing that I could have thought of was addressed and then some.
The venue also provided the food and it was SPECTACULAR and OUT OF THIS WORLD! My parents and I ate there at the Restaurant about 4 times before the actual wedding. The day of the wedding, the food was simply divine and of great variety. There was the obvious seafood of shrimp and grouper, as well as prime rib and chicken for those that weren't seafood lovers.

I can't begin to summarize how amazing The Beachhouse restaurant was for my April 29, 2014 wedding! From the moment we began planning our wedding from Michigan, Shawn at The Beachhouse was an invaluable help. She fielded e-mails quickly, answered any question we came up with, and coordinated the set up of all the centerpieces. On the actual day of the wedding she was somehow everywhere we needed her to be, whether it was helping to time things for the ceremony or handing me a wet rag when my husband wiped cake all over my face at the cake cutting :)The staff was incredibly helpful and no one ever went without a drink in their hand. They also helped up break down and load up all the centerpieces and décor at the end of the night. And the food.....AMAZING.

Thinking of having a high priced wedding at home? DON'T DO IT...unless of course, your home is close to Bradenton Beach, FL and you want a low cost MAGICAL wedding. I had been visiting Anna Maria Island/Bradenton Beach since I was a little girl as my grandparents resided in Bradenton. Pre-engagement my now husband and I were visiting AMI when we saw a wedding ceremony at The Sandbar (Beachhouse's sister restaurant). We decided then and there that we would get married there. However, once we were engaged we realized that maybe The Sandbar wasn't for us but then found The Beachhouse- aka the best venue in the entire world with the absolute perfect wedding coordinator! Shawn Rhoton was a dream of a coordinator to work with. She answered all of my emails at rapid speed and made sure that everything was perfect for our wedding day. We were out of state throughout the entire (nearly 2 year) wedding planning and she made sure we knew details of how everything would look, taste, feel, etc. She and the Beachhouse staff made me feel extremely relaxed on our wedding day and she also managed to get our 5 flower girls and 2 ring bearers down the aisle all with smiles on their faces! The Beachhouse was PERFECT for our destination wedding. Jamie and Shawn were amazing to work with- they had an answer for every question, gave excellent recommendations for other vendors on the island, kept me notified about different things going on with the restaurant, and made sure everything was just right on our wedding day. Our ceremony and reception were in the north pavillion area which provided a breathtaking view of the Gulf and was very comfortable for our 45 guests. The food was great, and the staff was extremely personable and professional. From start to finish, our day couldn't have been more perfect, and that is in large part due to the wonderful staff at The Beachhouse!!!

Our wedding was wonderful and so much thanks to The Beachhouse Restaurant and all they did!! We could not have asked for anything better and we look forward to going back!! I planned my wedding from 2000 miles away and it could not have been any easier than it was. Shawn at The Beachhouse was the most helpful and a delight to work with!! We also had John do our music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and it was wonderful!! He has such a variety and he is a GREAT singer!! I would recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place to have any size of reception or party, to do it at The Beachhouse Restaurant!! Where do I start? Our wedding day was so amazing!! We could not have chosen a better location! The first time I saw the BeachHouse I told my now husband that this was going to be the place we got married. We had the north pavilion which was a good enough size to hold our small intimate wedding. Everyone keeps talking about how beautiful everything looked and how the food was amazing. The staff was so attentive to our guests we couldn't have asked for anything better. Shawn always responds to our emails and phone calls on a timely manner. Jamie was amazing! She really made our day memorable! She even took care of us the day after our wedding too! Thank you to everyone at the BeachHouse for making our day so special :)

There is not enough space on this page or enough words to describe how perfect the Beachouse is for a wedding. Shawn and Jamie, the event planners are so great in their roles. They answered every question and were amazing at their jobs.
The wait staff at the Beachhouse is one of the biggest reasons I would highly recommend this place. We had 50 guest at our wedding and I felt as if every guest had over the top service. I drink was never empty and a dirty plate was never left.
The Beachhouse is so flexible and extremely well priced. I can not thank Shawn and Jamie and the entire Beachhouse enough for their amazing service and making my wedding say the best it could be. I am over joyed with my choice of venue.
I already plan to make a trip to the BeachHouse on our anniversary.

When planning a wedding you think setting the date and the venue is half the battle but on our case it felt like it was almost the whole battle. The Beach House Restaurant, Bradenton delivered everything and more than we expected for our big day.
We wanted to thank everyone who made this day, the perfect day. Special event coordinator, Shawn Rhoton, was outstanding before, during and after the event. She has very positive energy and were very helpful through out the entire process. She really is a big asset to the beach house.
The food was outstanding, best we ever had at the restaurant. The waiter staff was also very helpful through out, made our guests very comfortable and allowed them to have a good time. The crowed loved Jeff.
One constructive criticism would be to improve the bathrooms, this was the downer of the day since the groom and his family had to change and get ready on site, the only place to do it was the bathrooms, but this ones were not up to the standards of every other service you provided us. We suggest to look into having an area for this sort of things at special events like this.
Once again thank you very much for all your help and great service.
We look forward to come back to the beach house - a place that means a lot to us now.

While visiting Clearwater from New York 5 years ago while on a Fire Dept. convention my boyfriend insisted that groups of us drive the 45 min. to The Beachhouse Rest. I reluctantly agreed to the drive. We enjoyed an amazing dinner and were blown away with the atmosphere. There were two weddings that evening, both just beautiful. I half heartedly told him that if we were to ever marry, this is where I wanted it. So in March 2012 when we became engaged I knew immediately that we would get married at The Beachhouse. Planning the destination wedding was so easy because of the planning coordinator Shawn and her Assistant Jamie. Our wedding was amazing and our family and friends that made the journey from New York were beyond impressed. The food was fantastic. They were so flexible and the entire staff was spectacular.
When I first contacted Shawn I infroemd her this was a second marriage for us both adn just wanted something simple, elegant and just down right fun.... And this is what we got, a life long memory of an amazing day!!!

We could not have been happier with our experience at the BeachHouse. Shawn, the events coordinator, was incredibly helpful. While she is a very busy woman, she somehow managed the time to answer our many questions and always provided great advice. The day of the wedding she helped to make sure everything was running smoothly. We planned our wedding from out of state and we cannot imagine having to plan a wedding without having all the services the BeachHouse provided. Everyone enjoyed the food, drinks, and service. My only complaint is that I wish it could have lasted longer! (There is a noise ordinance in effect after 10pm on the island).

At times they answered questions before I had a chance to ask them! The locations is beautiful! Our friends and family enjoyed the food and the scenery. I spoke with Shawn, the event coordinator before the wedding and she was so helpful! I had a small beach wedding and just wanted a nice, comfortable place for dinner for everyone that would also accomodate various guests and their food choices. Our server worked so hard for the few hours we were there to make sure everyone was happy. Everything was done timely and every single dish that was ordered came out AMAZING. All of our guests were so pleased with their meals. They also accomodated our cake that was brought in earlier that day for us and cut and served it for us. My husband and I can't wait to come back and celebrate an anniversary and go back for dinner!!

Each question we had was answered quickly and since we were out of town, everyone was so helpful with suggesting the perfect vendors for other aspects of the wedding. Working with The Beachhouse was a dream come true in the wedding world. Other than the location being out of this world, the backdrop was dreamy for all of my wedding photos. Shawn and Jamie at The Beachhouse are the sweetest most professional and helpful people a bride to be could hope for. If you are a girl who loves the beach I am telling you this is the BEST and most affordable place. Shawn was very easy to work with while planning our destination wedding. She promptly answered all of my emails and even sent me pics of our reception site, so I could plan for decor. Jamie and the reception staff were very extremely helpful and friendly during the event. Everything turned out beautiful and we are incredibly happy with our choice of venue. Our guests LOVED the Beachhouse and Anna Maria Island!

Amazing venue with a beautiful sunset view. Wedding coordinatiors are extremely helpful in answering questions every step of the way. I found The Beach House by googling FL beach weddings and saw a picture of the out door paviilon at night lite up and I had to get married there. I booked it for my ceremony and reception and it was the best decision we made. Shawn, the wedding coordinator was AMAZING. She was also quick to respond to voicemails and emails. She provided me resources for all areas of a wedding; flowers, bakerys, dj, etc. Once we got there she made us feel at ease as she had everything planned and ready for our wedding. The ceremony was so beautiful. The view of the water with palm trees surrounding you made for great pictures. As the sunset started the reception started with the best food. The service was great and always there when you needed. Our guest were so pleased with everything. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get married on the beach. : )

The Beachhouse Restaurant was an amazing venue for our wedding in January! We held our event in the South Pavillion section of the outdoor deck, and it was perfect. Even though the evening got chilly, the clear flaps they put down blocked the wind and the gas heaters kept everyone very comfortable.
The staff was amazing from the time I sent my mom to scout out the location last spring through the end of the event itself this winter. Shawn and Jamie were extremely professional, friendly, helpful and responsive to my many emails over the months I was planning the event from 800 miles away. The staff and waiters were very helpful with the setup prior to the wedding, including hanging the lanterns.
Shawn and Jamie also work as your coordinators for the day of the event, telling people when to start walking down the aisle and directing guests to cocktails, and everything in between. They are more than just the points of contact for events, they are very helpful coordinators!! And they are also great at working within the budget you give them, giving good advice on making the most of it, and no nickel-and-diming you.
The Beachhouse is an awesome wedding venue and I'd recommend it to anyone!! I'm almost certain that some of our guests will return there one day to have their event in the same place!

I can NOT say enough positive things about The Beachhouse Restaurant. Shawn and Jamie were above and beyond in helping me plan our wedding from out of state. We booked this venue without seeing it. When we saw it for the first time, we knew it would be perfect. They were well within our budget and did not charge more for all the little extras. Jamie ensured the day ran smooth (which it did - perfectly!). Our guests raved the entire night that it was one of the best, if not the best, wedding they had ever been to. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would recommend The Beachhouse Restaurant to any Bride and Groom!

Shawn Rhoton and Jamie Berfield, respectively the Special Events Coordinator and the Assistant Special Events Coordinator for the Beachhouse Restaurant, are absolutely wonderful - helpful, immediately responsive and thoroughly professional! Jamie was our primary contact, but Shawn always responded promptly when Jamie was not available. We had barely a month to plan a wedding party to accommodate our Navy daughter's schedule, but clear and complete information from the Beachhouse covering every aspect of our party and lists of recommended outside vendors made it SO easy! The setting on the large back patio was lovely, the food delicious and plentiful and the servers accommodating and efficient. We have received so many complimentary comments from our guests and, in every way, the party was just what we hoped it would be.

My husband and I are from Girard, Pa. My parents winter in Bradenton Florida every year and we love visiting every March. At the time that we were dating, we would travel down to spend some time on the beach. We would always pass the Beachhouse and I would think to myself, what a beautiful place to get married. After my husband proposed we knew we wanted to be married in Florida. My parents became our wedding planners.
I emailed Shawn Rhoton at the Beachhouse for more information and then it all began! Shawn is an amazing woman! She answered all my emails and questions in detail and in a timely fashion! My parents made an appointment with her to start to get our plans underway. We set our plans to get married in the North Pavilion. We had a smaller wedding and that accomadated us perfectly.
Since I am not from the area, Shawn suggested where to get my hair done, makeup, etc... All of her suggestions were right on point! I couldn't have been happier!
The Beachhouse has a very pleasant and wonderful staff! They work very well with all vendors and bend over backwards to make sure your day is a dream come true!
We couldn't have been more pleased with the venue, the service, and the food.
Our 1 year anniversary is coming up in March. We will definitely be spending our evening reminiscing at the Beachhouse.

The Beachhouse Restaurant was the perfct venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. I can't say enough good things about the place! My husband and I went for lunch one day to check out the place, and we fell in love. We've been back quite a few time since our original visit. We worked with Shawn, but even more so with her assistant Jamie. Both were amazing! Jamie and I communicated about every detail. She was so awesome throughout the planning, rehearsal, and the day-of. She helped me with any question I had, instructed us on what to do and where to stand, tried to help accomodate our 10 foot arbor, and even helped us schedule a back-up plan when rain started pouring down the day before the wedding (luckily the weather was beautiful so we could proceed with our wedding in the sand). The wedding day could not have been more perfect. The entire staff was super friendly and made sure our guests had everything they needed. The food was delightful, and the scenery was gorgeous. We got a TON of compliments on our great location and delicious menu. I would definitely recommend the Beachhouse Restaurant time and again for wedding ceremonies. I would not change a thing about that special day!

I would recommend this venue to anybody!! Shawn Rhoton and her staff are AMAZING!!! I basically just showed up and everything was taken care of. All of our guest said "that was the best wedding ever". If you are looking for the perfect laid back beach location this is it. The staff was on top of everything but yet not distracting. They did NOT nickel and dime me with linens, cake cutting fees, and bar-tending fees. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable and the food was EXCELLENT!!! This was the perfect place for me and my husband to tie the knot!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Shawn and Jamie. They both worked to make my day not only special, but beautiful and carefree! I would suggest The Beachhouse Restaurant to any of my friends looking to have a low cost, but great wedding. I did not even have to have the extra expense of a wedding planner, because Shawn and Jamie took care of everything for me. She and Jaime helped me figure out all the ceremony details that I had not even considered and made sure both the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. They coordinated the wedding day-of and took care of directing everything so I didn't have to worry at all. I had the most perfect wedding ever! Everything went well, the ceremony site on the beach was perfect, reception site was perfect, people loved the food, and the staff was wonderful to my guests. Our wedding in April was in Sarasota on Siesta Key beach. All of our planning had to be done over the phone since we are from Chicago, so it was a little hard for us. Finding a reception location was fairly easy since The Beachhouse Restaurant is rated so high. I got in touch with Shawn and she was immediately accommodating. The reception was everything I wanted and more. The staff was amazing. Our families loved the staff and the venue itself. The food was great and the sunset views were spectacular, especially for our wedding photos. Thank you Beachhouse!!!! P.S. Make sure you try their Mojitos!!!

My husband and I got married at The Beachhouse 10/30/10. We were planning our wedding from DC. We couldn't decided if we liked the venue or not from DC, so we got in the car and drove down. It was completely spontaneous and unplanned. Shawn was awesome and took the time to meet with us that day, completely unannounced. We fell in love with the venue. The views are amazing! Shawn worked with us, even though we got some of our decisions to her last minute. Everything went so smoothly, we never knew there was another wedding there that day. If you're looking for a nice, casual beach wedding, this place can NOT be beat. Trust me, we looked ALL over Florida. For the location, beach, views and customer service, you will not be disappointed.

My wedding was perfect thanks to everyone at The Beachhouse! Everyone there was incredibly helpful and professional during the ceremony and reception and Shawn and Jamie were amazing helping me plan the ceremony and pull together the final details beforehand....they went above and beyond! I dropped off my centerpieces and decorations before the wedding and they were laid out exactly as I had imagined and made everything beautiful! The food was fantastic and the scenery was amazing!! I HIGHLY recommend The Beachhouse and can tell you you that you will NOT be disappointed!!!

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Shawn and Jamie were in helping me prepare for my wedding. They were very responsive, professional, friendly and accommodating. The food and service were top-notch, it was a great value for the money and the breathtaking view of the gulf was just the icing on the cake. I got so many compliments from guests about how great everything was. My wedding was also viewable from the FoxNews webcam, which made it easy for those who did not attend, to be able to see my wedding! I would highly recommend the Beach House to any bride looking for a beautiful venue with 5 star service, but doesn't want to break their bank. Great job ladies!!! We will be returning to the Beach House for our 1 year anniversary!!!

This venue absolutely rocked!!Shawn and Jamie were super helpful answering my many questions and ensuring our wedding day went smoothly.The staff were friendly and accommodating.The food was top notch and plentiful ( we received a lot of complement from our guests). The major selling point for this being our venue was the view.Perfect view of the gulf was truly the icing on the cake for our wedding day.Not to mention the value was unbeatable. We would recommend the Beach House Restaurant to anyone in a heartbeat!!

We just had our wedding at The BeachHouse two weeks ago. Everything was AMAZING!! It was my dream day! Working with Shawn and Jaime made everything stressless! They executed everything flawlessly! It was a perfect day and perfect wedding from start to finish! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location either! The food and the service were excellent! Thank you so so so much for making my dream come true!

We had our wedding reception at the Beach House on December 18, 2010. We had approximately 55 guests and used the larger pavilion. Everything went perfectly. Shawn has been wonderful since day 1... she actually helped my husband (then boyfriend) plan my proposal! And Jamie (her assistant) has been wonderful, as well. I had someone helping with the decor of my wedding since I lived out of state, and they were very willing to help her in any way. She was even allowed to go decorate the ceiling of the pavilion that morning before any customers came to the restaurant! As others have said, they don't nickel and dime you here. They are very willing to work within your budget and help any way they can. Everyone enjoyed the food and the views are amazing. Honestly, I was a little worried at first because it's a more casual venue, and I was afraid that it wouldn't look as "elegant" as I wanted. But with the right decor, it looks absolutely beautiful. And you can't beat the fact that it's right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this venue to any of my friends.

My daughter's winter solstice sunset wedding at the Beach House was stunning! The venue on the beach is just beautiful, and the service and coordination of the ceremony and reception were top class. We could not have been happier.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception on 11/6/2010 at The Beachhouse. Our ceremony was on the beach and our reception was in the south pavillon. Everything was PERFECT if I could go back in time and change one detail I wouldnt! It was amazing and everything we wanted. Our guest still to this day are talking about how beautiful and perfect everything way, Shawn was so helpful with everything!

I am so glad I found the Beach House for my wedding venue! My fiance and I live about an hour and a half south of Bradenton Beach but the Beach House was everything we wanted in a venue so we had to have our wedding there. The location is so beautiful. Its all the ambiance of being on the beach, with the comfort of being in a restaurant. The sunsets are gorgeous. The staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. Shawn especially was amazing. Anything I said I wanted to do or try, she was on board 100% and made everything so easy on us. She was quick to respond to any question I had, any concern or any weird bridezilla request. The night of the wedding, Shawn kept everything running smoothly. It made the whole experience stress-free for me and I was able to focus on getting married and enjoying my husband. The Beach House is perfect if you want a beach wedding, with all the convenience of a restaurant setting. I can not recommend this venue highly enough!

I got married at the beach house on October 22 of this year. The wedding cordnator Shawn is amazing!!! She was so helpful with anything that I needed the whole time I was planning. The day off EVERYTHING went PERFECT! She had everyone in their lines and took care of everything for us. The food was fantastic and the wait staff was great also. I couldnt have asked for anything better. This is such a amazing place to get married the view is just amazing and the rocks just add a special touch when taking pictures.

This is the place to have a perfect sunset wedding. Either intimate or larger, you get a view of the ocean and the sun dipping into the waves. We fell in love with this place after a friend's wedding a couple of years ago. And ours was just as perfect. The food is GREAT!!! People were more impressed with our food than that of an earlier family wedding for triple the price. The staff was INCREDIBLE, very flexible and under control at all times. They know their stuff and it shows.
