We hired this limo service the day before our reception (our wedding was held the week before) to drive us and some friends home after the reception. When I called to get pricing they told me $200 + tip for the driver. I tried to give them a credit card over the phone so we wouldn't have to deal with it but they wanted cash or check when they picked us up. We had a check for $200 for the driver & $20 in cash for tip. We all piled in and then the driver asked one of the guys to get "the bride" (aka me). Since I was all the way in the limo at the other end he asked him what he needed and he said he had to have $20 more for tip. This was seriously no problem to us EXCEPT for the fact that when we called they never told us about a required amount for tip. Instead the guys had to pay him because of course I didn't have any cash on hand in my wedding gown! I didn't feel like it was the drivers fault but instead the limo service for not telling me this when I called and inquired. I would have been happily prepared if they had.
Otherwise our driver was nice & the limo was great!
