  Lou was so easy to work with, ensuring that our details were confirmed and our wedding day transportation was smooth and enjoyable. We travelled between the OC and the San Gabriel Valley and their limo van (seated 16) was such a great experience for our wedding party. We highly recommend Synergy Limousine.

  I called to get a quote for a party bus for the duration of the entire wedding. It was lower in price than other services. They were willing to work with us and were very accommodating.

  We booked Synergy for our wedding!! We had a pretty big bridal party and ended booking a party bus from Synergy. With Synergy you truly get your bang for your buck! We researched other companies and they were the most affordable.
  
  The party bus was stocked with beer and vodka!! Perfect to get the party started!
  We received 5 star quality service and I would highly recommend their services to all my friends and family!

  We had a rather complicated pick up/drop off schedule to get everyone to the venue, but the driver was great and even early with each pick up! I was able to relax knowing that everyone was where they needed to be. Both of the drivers (limo to get us all to the venue and SUV to take my husband and I to the hotel) were kind and courteous. They were very careful with my dress and made sure we were done pouring the champagne before they started to drive.

  The limo ride was awesome, our driver was Felipe and he was a incredibly nice guy. We had a last minute change in schedule the day before, I had sent the change but it didn't happen. So he showed up a hour early to the 2nd stop instead of the first. Which was ok, because he was early. Plus he was super apologetic about it. But he was rocking the music, had the limo full of drinks and ice, made sure we were enjoying the ride. My wife really was happy with him, said he was super nice and helped with the loading and unloading of the wedding stuff. If you go with Synergy make sure you ask for Felipe.

  Arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule - great! clean stretch hummer limo; vodka, soda and water provided; Driver did not get lost and was pleasant and friendly throughout the day. They were responsive throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

  I was looking for a limo service for my wedding in Jan. I’m from VA so all I had to go on were the yelp reviews of others. I narrowed it down to two options. I’m pretty happy with my choice. I agree with one of the previous Yelpers that the booking could have been a bit more organized. It was a lot of phone tag. They are super friendly which I liked. Aside from that, they delivered what was promised. They said they even upgraded to the nicer limo but I had no basis of comparison so I took it at face value. From what I remember, the guy on the initial phone call said it is a bit newer and the interior was nicer. It all looked the same to me and with a $5/hr price difference (not charged) I didn’t care. I’m a dude, I don’t do details. The limo we had was stocked with juice and liquor which I was nice and the driver called twice before hand to make sure of the address. He was cool about following our photographer to various stops along the way to the reception for quick photo ops. Can’t say anything bad except the booking. Overall very satisfied.

  Only thing that sucked was, everyone in the wedding party could not fit in the limo. It only holds 7 people comfortably. Granted my wife’s dress was long, the quote said 9 can ride. My wedding party had 10 so I had to caravan the rest.

  BEWARE don’t sweat off your makeup!!!

  Long story short...
  Music didn't work in the party bus!!! Yes a party bus with music for ONLY 30 minutes. Driver couldn't fix it, no radio no Bluetooth no nothing absolute silence. The bus was extremely hot when we would get on it later find out while talking to the owner. It is because the driver has to switch on the air from the front where we have no access. So the driver didn't turn on our air. Sidenote that I didn't even mention to the owner or the driver, but there were old drinks in the ice chest and no provided waters nothing but waters left over from a 50th birthday party with the label on them.
  I called and spoke with the owner to come up with some kind of resolution because a party bus with no music is quite boring and very infuriating and the owner just wanted to blame the driver and take zero responsibility. Lou, the owner not only talked over me when we were speaking he never let me speak . Then he proceeded to text me with threats of contacting my church. Whatever that means. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional in my life. He told me to go ahead and sue him cause I was trying to get a free ride...something I would never do. On top of it all the owner wanted me to get my tip back from the driver, and also proceeded to tell me I got a free extra hour on the bus, but doesn't include the fact that we waited over 30 minutes for the driver to try and fix the radio again for the third time. I would definitely rethink using this company as nothing is guaranteed, and then the owner is threatening me. I've attached text screenshots below from the OWNER
