The S&B team did the most amazing job on my Hilton Head wedding! Eliza was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and she truly made my vision come to life. They Made Me Feel Truly Special on My Wedding Day

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Eliza Edwards, Shelby Naillon, and Shelli Jasper Thomas. They were the absolute dream team, and honestly, I do not know how I would have survived my wedding day without them.

Our wedding day ended up being incredibly stressful behind the scenes. We had multiple issues arise with vendors, and on top of that, the rain forced us to completely switch to Plan B and move our ceremony indoors. There were so many moving pieces and situations that needed to be handled throughout the day, but somehow this team made everything feel manageable and under control. They kept me in the loop when I needed to be informed, but they also handled so much quietly in the background so I didn’t have to carry the stress on my wedding day. Looking back, I know there are countless things they took care of that I probably never even knew about — and that alone speaks volumes.

They were beyond organized and prepared. Their timeline was down to an absolute science, and they kept everyone on track all day long without ever making things feel rushed or stressful. And when I say they were prepared for everything, I mean EVERYTHING. They had every emergency item imaginable ready to go — lip gloss, safety pins, Tide sticks, anything anyone could possibly need.

But what truly stood out to me most was how deeply they cared. They didn’t just feel like wedding planners — they felt like best friends who genuinely had my back. They made me feel supported, protected, celebrated, and cared for throughout the entire day. They were constantly checking on not only me and my husband, but also our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family members to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Some of the moments I appreciated most were the little things that showed just how attentive they were. They kept bringing my husband and me drinks throughout the reception so we never had to leave the dance floor or wait at the bar. During cocktail hour while we were busy taking photos, and later while I was getting my dress bustled, they brought us appetizers so we actually had a chance to eat and enjoy the evening. Those small acts of care meant so much to us in the moment and made such a huge difference throughout the day.

What also stood out to me was how special they made me feel. I completely understand that weddings are their job and they do events all the time, but they never once made me feel like I was just another client or another wedding weekend. In fact, they were one of the only vendors who truly made me feel special and important on my wedding day. They cared about the day just as much as I did, and that level of genuine care, kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail is something I will never forget.

Hiring their team was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. They are professional, friendly, organized, calm under pressure, incredibly thoughtful, and truly exceptional at what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any wedding or event planning needs. If you are considering hiring them — do it. You will be so thankful you did.

Best Decision We Could Have Made!

I truly don’t know what I would have done without Shelby. Hiring a month-of coordinator was the best decision we made.

In the weeks leading up, she just stepped in and took over in the best way—coordinating with vendors, organizing everything, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

On the actual wedding day, everything ran so smoothly and I genuinely didn’t have to think about a single logistical detail. They handled everything behind the scenes and kept things moving without making it feel stressful or rushed.

Shelby and Bree were super organized, communicative, sweet and just had that calm “everything is handled” energy that you want on your wedding day. I was able to enjoy every moment and dance the night away without a single worry, which says it all.

Saved my life!

Hiring Caroline from Stunning and Brilliant Events was the single best decision we made during the wedding planning process. What began as a month-of coordination package quickly turned into a full 10 weeks of peace, calm, and total confidence, all thanks to her. From the moment she stepped in, my stress level dropped to zero, and I’m not exaggerating when I say she saved my life throughout the entire process—especially on the big day.

Planning a wedding is no joke.... we unfortunately hired an absolutely awful catering and bar service. They were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the planning process, and it created so much unnecessary tension. But through all of it, Caroline remained calm, reassuring, and unfailingly kind. She had this incredible way of making me feel like everything was going to be okay, even when it felt like things were falling apart behind the scenes.

On the day of the wedding, the bartenders continued to cause problems—but I barely even noticed. That’s how amazing Caroline is. She handled every issue behind the scenes with such professionalism and care, shielding me from the chaos and making sure I could focus on the joy of the day, not the drama. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure I was taken care of, and never let the stress reach me. I was able to be fully present on my wedding day because of her.

Caroline is the definition of grace under pressure. She is organized, compassionate, reliable, and so good at what she does. She made me feel supported, seen, and safe throughout a very stressful time. She didn’t just coordinate my wedding—she carried me through it with heart and professionalism.

If you are even considering hiring Caroline—stop thinking and just do it. I promise you, she will be one of the best parts of your entire wedding experience. She truly went above and beyond for me, and I will never stop being grateful for her.

The best decision we made for our wedding day!

Working with Stunning and Brilliant Events was truly the highlight of our wedding planning experience. From day one, Madison was attentive, calm, and so incredibly thoughtful. I came to her with every little worry and question, and she never made me feel like I was overthinking. She was always available, always reassuring, and always had several different solutions that she was willing to work through with me.

We had a last-minute scramble to find an officiant, and Madison pulled it off flawlessly. She coordinated every detail of our big day with such grace and magic—it honestly felt like she was in 100 places at once. Every part of the day was perfect because of her and Taylor.

March 2025 Wedding

The Stunning and Brilliant Events team is nothing short of AMAZING! We had a little over 2 months from when we picked our wedding day until the actual day. We worked closely with Eliza from the S&B team who walked us through each step seamlessly!! There was never anything too difficult or stressful as Eliza was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. The day of the event, the S&B team thought of every single detail even to checking on us earlier in the day while getting ready to pick up last min items and see if we needed anything. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Our families were ready to jump in and get everything ready and they were shocked that all they had to do was relax and enjoy the weekend as S&B did everything! The enjoyment from ourselves and family was worth every dollar to not stress one bit during the week of the wedding. Don't hesitate to book them for your events!

be the bride you've always wanted to be

I met Bianca when she was the wedding planner for my friend's wedding. When I was looking for a coordinator, I shopped around a little but it kept coming back to Bianca.
Her energy is exceptional. She and her team were responsive, with me and each other. I was so relaxed on my wedding day (as relaxed as one could probably be at their own wedding...) because I knew things would get done.
My budget for a wedding planner/coordinator was pretty tight and I'm also a crafty busy-body who was hoping to do the decor myself. I already knew who I wanted for a DJ and a photographer. During my first call with Bianca, she said "It sounds like you don't really need us for a lot of the planning. Save your money and do the month-of coordination." So that's what I did! Bianca was kind and responsive throughout but in those last 6 weeks really took on the mantle to gather and organize the vendors. She was invaluable. I handed her a binder with inspo pictures and a bunch of boxes of supplies and she took it and ran with it - making my vision even better than I could have imagined. As I was walking through the space (we got ready at the venue), I would look at what they were setting up and if I had a suggestion or a note they immediately pivoted and checked in to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. I got to feel involved, empowered, and respected ... but didn't have to lift a finger. Man, did I feel like a BRIDE! It was so cool.
I found out a week before the wedding that we were required to clear the venue that night. Remember I DIY'd a fair amount of things... now I had to make sure it ALL got out?! I was very stressed. Bianca told me not to worry - and she was right. She took total care of it, coordinating with my mom and wedding party to make sure everything was re-packed and loaded in my mom's car. I turned around to go back up to the bridal suite to collect my things, and all I saw was the Best Man walking toward me with a box full of... all my things.
We had a snafu during our ceremony. Bianca was ready to coach me through it, but I said no - I wanted to just stop and re-start. And so she made it happen. To have that kind of support? To know you're surrounded by people who will make sure your wedding is exactly what you want and will love you through it all? That inner peace, that clarity and resolve, even in the face of a possible disaster - THAT is what you want on your wedding day.
Bianca and her team are incomparable. I know there are a lot of people and teams who will create aesthetically beautiful weddings. But if you want your wedding to FEEL beautiful and magical - if you want to know in your soul that it's YOUR day and your team is 10000% there for YOU - you have to hire Bianca.

The Stunning & Brilliant Myrtle Beach team is AMAZING!

We hired Stunning & Brilliant to help plan our November 2024 wedding at our dream venue, Brookgreen Gardens, in Murrells Inlet, SC and it was the easiest and best decision we made! Right from the beginning, talking to Sara was different than other planners we spoke with. Her “no pressure” approach was transparent and realistic, but also encouraging that we could have an incredible wedding while being mindful of our budget. Sara, Eliza, Lynn, Allison, Caroline, and each and every member of the S&B team were always kind, energetic, and professional in every interaction we had with them. They helped curb the stress of wedding planning especially since we live a state away from our venue.
Eliza was our Lead Planner and we LOVED her! She really listened and learned our style. Her suggestions were always thoughtful and spot on, never steering us in a direction away from who we really were. Her vendor suggestions were 10/10 and fit our day so perfectly! She was so fun and always positive. I looked forward to receiving her emails with status updates (hey hey!). On the day of, Eliza and her team were more than we could’ve ever asked for! Made our Wedding Day a carefree dream!

The Stunning and Brilliant Events Myrtle Beach team made our wedding day a breeze! We decided to go with their Month-of Planning Package (we loved that they offered multiple package options), and they took care of everything, as promised, starting 6 weeks out. Their relationships with other vendors in the area is unmatched, and that is a real difference maker - especially if you are not local to the area. They gave us the best advice, had a strong sense of urgency (which I really appreciated), and were extremely professional.

The high level of communication between their team really stood out to me. The day of our wedding, they had team members stationed at the venue, at the hotel blocks, and at our getting ready location to ensure everything was running smoothly and on-time.

Another anecdote that I think illustrates their above-and-beyond service: we are from Atlanta, and in the middle of our reception in Pawleys Island, SC, our house alarm in Atlanta started sounding. My husband's phone was blowing up with notifications from the Ring app. Eliza, our lead planner, jumped into action, asked for our neighbors number, and spoke on the phone with our neighbor in Atlanta to make sure everything was okay at our house (which it thankfully was). My husband and Eliza handled this quickly without me even knowing about it...I was still out on the dance floor! Being a COVID bride who had to cancel everything one month before the wedding, it took some time to rebound and feel ready to replan our wedding again. Spontaneously, we said, “let’s do this”! Our Dream Wedding

S & B Events did an amazing job. The team was so wonderful and really made our day run smoothly. After a falling out with another planner, I found S&B through our venue recommendations. I was blown away by their professionalism and responsiveness while we were discussing our package options. Having already planned quite a bit ourselves, we opted for the coordinating package. The timeline they created kept everything running smoothly, even readjusting timing to make sure we were able to do our golden hour photos at sunset. I did a lot of DIY on decor, and S&B did an amazing job making sure all our personal items were set up and retrieved at the end of the night. The team made sure my husband and I were well taken care of, snagging us cocktail hour food, refilling our drinks, and even packing us a to go plate from our dessert bar. They even handled bustling my dress, which was very complicated with 2 separate bustles. And my bustle stayed intact the whole night! (Truly a testament to S&B's attention to detail and my amazing seamstress). Our whole wedding was a dream come true, and I'm so thankful for Stunning & Brilliant Events for making our day as stress free as possible.

Best Coordinators Ever!

Everyone at S & B events was amazing! From the very beginning of working with them I felt the stress leave my body. Planning a wedding is tough and I was so worried about coordination on the day of. Once we spoke with Sarah at S & B about what I wanted, I felt so much better. Her and her team handled all coordination the day of and even made sure to make my husband and I plates for after the ceremony. They thought of everything. And everything I wanted was done and it was done perfectly. They truly made the day stress free!! All communication was timely and professional. Sarah was always on time to video calls and rehearsal. Karen, Payton, and the rest of the S&B team were incredible from start to finish! Everything on our wedding day went unbelievably smoothly and if anything did go wrong it never made it to us because Karen handled it. From the start of the process until the very end Karen and S&B were over the top helpful. We could never in a million years have coordinated the wedding the way they did. They were perfect in every aspect from vendor selection, to on the fly adjustments for rain, to making sure we ate and always had champagne available/in our hands. The Best in the Business!

I can't say enough great things about Sara, Dallas, Caroline and & the team at Stunning & Brilliant Events. From the second that I spoke with Sara McCall when I called to inquire about a wedding planner, she was so funny and personable. I immediately felt comfortable talking to her, and she also called me back within seconds (whereas other planners that I called took hours to call me back). After I booked Sara as my planner, when people or vendors would ask who my planner was, they would say "Oh my gosh, Sara and her team are the best. You're in great hands!" Based on the extremely positive feedback from so many people/vendors, I knew that I made the right decision hiring them.

Dallas was my month-of planner, and she was truly spectacular. She always had a smile on her face and had a fun spirit about her. She was ON IT, and she took so much off of my plate. She communicated with all off my vendors which made me feel much less stressed throughout the last couple of weeks leading up to my wedding. On the weekend of the wedding, she was so organized and prepared. The rehearsal went great and was quick which was nice. On our wedding day, she and her team came to check in on me and my bridesmaids several times as well as my husband and his groomsmen. They literally fixed my mom's hem in her dress. They had drinks for us as soon as we got married and throughout the entire night. I don't think I ever went to the bar lol. They also got appetizers for us and had our dinner waiting at our table as soon as the food came out. They literally do EVERYTHING, and it was so nice to not have to think about anything on our big day! Dallas, Caroline and their team were fun and everyone in my family LOVED them. My guests could not stop talking about how great and organized they were. Needless to say, they were a HIT. I wouldn't change a thing about my wedding. Hiring them was the best decision that I made. Alyssa Gore was able to customize my package. Initially, I was searching for a day of coordinator, but I upgraded to the month of coordination, and Alyssa was able to work within my budget. She is so easy to talk to and communication with her went smoothly. She set me up to work with Ally Shuford.

Now Ally and her team did an amazing job! She let me be hands on when I wanted to be and she took so much stress off my shoulders. She listened to my every need and it reflected on my wedding day. When we walked through the venue, she took thorough notes, asked questions for clarification. She wanted to get everything right. She had a few layouts for the venue and even changed the layout when I asked her to put the dj near the dance floor. On the day of the wedding, Ally and her team came out and set everything up beautifully. The timeline of events went smoothly, and I was able to enjoy myself without worry. Towards the end of the night, my husband and I were getting tired and wanted to end the wedding 30 minutes early. I communicated that to Ally and her team were able to adjust and began the send off when we were ready. I loved every bit of my wedding day and Stunning and Brilliant events helped take most of the stress off my shoulders. Please hire them, the value is great, and the team is helpful and professional. My wedding was 6-7 months ago, and I still rave to my friends about how great Alyssa, Ally, and the team were.

Fourth of July Wedding

I really appreciate all the work Stunning and Brilliant did to make my wedding happen. They worked with me making my Myrtle Beach wedding beautiful, even though I live out of town. Amazing Service and Personal Investment

S&B was amazing to work with! We got the Month of Coordinator Package. Sarah and Ashley did such a good job handling everything with my MOHs while stationed in Germany. My husband and I are both always busy so it was nice to plan the big details while letting the S&B team take care of our vendors, timing, and details that we would have otherwise overlooked. Our big day went by in a flash and it was nice to not have to worry about everything that came up on that day so that we could really enjoy ourselves. Ashley buzzed around the entire evening really taking care of us and helped us fill up a beautiful guest book with notes and polaroids from our guests. She handled some minor vendor/venue issues very gracefully; she came to me for anything that needed a decision and handled the rest on her own leaving us with minimal stressors throughout the night. The S&B Team really does care about their clients, keeps vendors accountable, and takes personal interest in making sure their couples are taken care of.

Phenomenal Team!

Although we booked S&B Events for month-of coordination, Sarah was able to provide guidance and where to start with booking vendors and what kind of things we would need. Her communication was always prompt and thorough and she was cheerful and very pleasant to work with. From the initial consultation, we knew she was it.

Day of the wedding, we had Ashley and she was a gem. Her and Trent went above and beyond their duties to make sure everything was great. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t have had my wedding without them!

Loved working with S & B

When they say you won’t have a thing to worry about the day of the wedding, they mean it! Organized, pleasant, and professional are some of the words that describe S & B. Every step of the way they were a great resource about questions concerning various aspects of the wedding. If you are debating about a planner, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them. I would say S & B was the best money we spent on our daughter’s wedding.

After booking Karen, as our month or coordinator I look back and couldn’t imagine our day without her. Hands down the best!

I don't even know to to put into words how incredible Sara McCall from Stunning and Brilliant events is, she is the reason our wedding went off without a hitch and she literally made all of our dreams come true for our Oct 2021 wedding at Debordieu. I contacted Sara to help with planning our destination SC wedding in March of 2020, she immediately responded to me and helped to secure us our dream venue in Debordieu. My husband and I were sold on her attention to detail, professionalism, and vast network of vendors she had made available to us. Sara reached out to us immediately to help booking some of our vendors including our amazing band, photographer, rentals, florist... the list goes on but her incredible network of wedding vendors made it easy for us to select the best of the best for our big day. She was with us every step of the way her attention to detail is literally unmatched and there is no way especially as an out of state bride that I could have done all this work by myself. Sara prides herself on her work ethic and professionalism and she truly is the best and what she does. As a bride who didn't have a "wedding pintrest" board or even a clue of her wedding vision Sara helped to guide me throughout the process and I can't thank her and her team enough for that. Also I should mention a few of the incredible examples of her saving the day for our wedding: Our original officiant had COVID 3 days before the wedding and she already had found us a replacement before we could even begin to panic, she also was able to find someone to tie my husband's bow tie for his tux just minutes before he walked down the aisle. Again these are just a few of the small details that Sara prides herself on, I am so thankful we hired her for our wedding it was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made. Book with Sara and S&B events for your wedding I promise you won't be disappointed!

Fabulous!

As a first time mother of the bride, I was unsure of the direction I needed to take in so many ways. I hired Sara, with Stunning and Brilliant events and I have not regretted a moment of that decision. My daughter's wedding was a destination event, therefore I needed much guidance in that area. Sara with Stunning and Brilliant was top notch with great ideas to included the smallest details to make the wedding even more special. My Daughter's Wedding

Sara McCall and her amazing team helped make my daughter's wedding the beautiful and wonderful event we had both envisioned. We engaged Sara to step in during the final month prior to the wedding, but she guided us along the way from the very first days of our planning. She was always responsive to our inquiries - no matter how seemingly insignificant the question. She had a great working relationship with all of my vendors, and this added greatly to my confidence. Took the stress out of wedding planning!

We are so thankful we used S&B!! They truly helped to coordinate the day and help us plan down to the tiniest details in which we didn’t even know existed!! They also put out so many fires during the day that I never even knew about!! Invaluable Service

Karen Long at Stunning & Brilliant was incredible and exactly what I needed for my intimate wedding. She took care of all the loose ends so I could be stress free the day of my big day. She even texted me first thing in the morning to tell me how beautiful it was going to be and took time out of her schedule to take her own photos of our ceremony and reception and sent them to me. They were wonderful to receive the day of the wedding so we could post them on social media. She made my wedding Stunning and Brilliant. It was well worth the price. Invaluable!

Sara McCall and her team did an amazing job planning, coordinating and executing a perfect wedding day for my husband and I! We could not be more grateful to have been able to work with such an incredible team! We engaged S&B Events for partial planning services - up to 80hrs plus day-of services. However, what we received felt like a full time commitment to planning the wedding of our dreams! Living in California planning a wedding in South Carolina was challenging for my husband and I; but once we engaged S&B Events, Sara did an a wonderful job of keeping us on track and coordinating with all of our vendors. She helped with major items - such as coordinating with the Church wedding director, working with the catering contact at the venue, securing our marriage license and arranging rentals, including linens and seat cushions. She went above and beyond to assist with smaller tasks as well - such as picking up the groom’s suit from dry cleaning, picking up special cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions and filling out checks for day-of payments to other vendors!! She truly thought of everything and we will forever be grateful for her patience and organization skills. We highly recommend S&B events for any of your future event planning needs!!

The Best Ever!

Sara, Hannah, and Michelle were the absolute dream team. I promise you that I am a perfectionist and they were PERFECT. They made all of my pinterest wedding dreams come to life and were so wonderful to work with from even before we had hired them! Myrtle Beach, SC was a destination wedding for my husband and I, so having them on location and knowing the best vendors to work with took so much pressure off of us. I had a 6ft mirror seating chart and champagne wall dream that Sara made look effortless! Hannah was my go to girl all night from getting the DJ to play our "must play" songs to grabbing me a much needed water during pictures. Hannah even controlled the weather to give us only 1:00 minute of rain during the day (just kidding! please don't expect them to control the weather!). And Michelle was fixing problems before they even happened, like knowing my bustle was going to break before I even put my dress on! Seriously, they are amazing. I'm going to hold all of my future events in Myrtle Beach (or one of their other awesome locations) because they made it such a breeze. If you want to truly enjoy your wedding day and worry about nothing but getting married, then hire Stunning & Brilliant!

7/24/21 Proposal

Sara from Stunning & Brilliant Events did a great job! I had a vision in mind and when I shared with them about what I wanted and what my budget was they were more than happy to help me. They are very good at responding by email as quick as they can and make sure to answer all questions and they do a great job at following up with you to make sure that everything meets your needs. The day of my proposal I was completely blown away of how everything looked so professional as if it was from a movie of some sort. Picture Perfect!

The best wedding planners hands down!

Hannah is the BEST! Everyone kept telling me how much they loved our planners after our wedding! They are so relaxed and on top of everything! We were able to just sit back and know everything was being handled! They are they sweetest team, and we appreciated them so so much! Best Wedding Planning Team in Myrtle Beach SC

Oh my........I don’t even know where to begin. Sara and the entire Myrtle Beach S&B Team earned a lot more than 5 stars with my daughters wedding! My daughter ask Sara to handle everything so that I, her mom, could just enjoy the day stress free! Did Sara deliver?? Absolutely!
