    Delicious cake

    Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! Our guests loved the two flavors. The cake was simple yet beautiful. Perfect for our winter wonderland wedding.

    Our cake was epic. We had a very unique and delicious chocolate and peanut butter combination, which was a big hit with our guests. The presentation was immaculate, everything we could’ve hoped for and more. We still get texts from guests asking if there’s any extra leftover!

    We recently had our wedding at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn and had our cake from here. Although we were too busy having fun at our reception and unfortunately only had a bite of cake, we absolutely loved it! It was beautiful and tasted amazing! :)

    My husband and I were married at Stroudsmoor Country Inn on October 21, so our wedding cake from Stroudsmoor Inn Towne bakery was included in our package. Our cake was not only stunning, but delicious! We decided on a marble cake, and our secondary cake was red velvet. When we attended our appointments at Stroudsmoor County Inn leading up to the wedding, we would often stop in at the bakery on the way home to grab a couple treats for ourselves. Excellent!

    My husband and I got married at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn and a cake from Stroudsmoor Inn Towne Bakery Cafe was included in our package. We didn't think much about it until we found a custom cake we were dying for. They were able to customize the cake to fit within our budget and it was INCREDIBLE!! Not only did it look better than we could have ever imagined, it was DELICIOUS!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom wedding cake - they were great!

    WE MET WITH THE BAKER AND TASTED VARIOUS CAKE AND FILLINGS BEFORE MAKING OUR FINAL WEDDING CAKE CHOICE. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL WITH THE DESIGN CHOICE ALSO. THE CAKE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS!

    Ran all over the Poconos to try to find someone to make the cake I wanted. Stroudsmoor Bakery in Towne MORE than stepped up to the plate! the cake was perfection!!

    Our cake and Whoopie pie bar were FANTASTIC! Our guests loved it and couldn't stop talking about it. We can't wait to go back and have more sandwiches and treats from this delicious bakery!

    Our cake was part of the price we paid for the wedding venue. It was beautiful, exactly what we wanted, and absolutely delicious!!! I can't wait to have a piece in a year for our anniversary!

    We had our daughter’s wedding cake made by the Stroudsmoor Counrty Inn Bakery. It was truly fabulous! It was a strawberries and cream old world style cake and it was absolutely delicious!!!

    The cake was moist, fluffy, and delicious. Despite their varied and wonderful decadent selection, I went with a plain white cake with whipped cream frosting, and it was PERFECT. Not too busy, not boring, just perfection. And all the goodies, we had reese pieces cookies, peanut, almond, and cashew brittle and everything was delicious and eye-catching. Thank you Stroudsmoor Inn Towne!!

    Cake flavors were delicious! Ginger pumpkin for the wedding cake and chocolate with strawberries for the second flavor. No flavor left behind!!!

    My wedding cakes were absolutely amazing. We got to pick two different cakes with our package from The Stroudsmoor Country Inn so we went with a white cake filled with fresh strawberries and whipped cream and the second cake, which was just a sheet cake they kept in the kitchen, was chocolate filled with a raspberry mousse. Both cakes had whipped cream frosting to keep the cost down and it was the right choice because the main cake was gorgeous. I just gave my wedding coordinator, Cathleen, a general description of the cake I wanted and it definitely came out better than I expected. Did I mention that they were delicious? Truly some of the best cakes I've ever had.

    We selected the vanilla and strawberry shortcake filling, and chocolate with strawberry mousse filling as our wedding cakes and both flavors were outstanding. The cakes were so light and moist and the fillings were perfect.

    Our cake looked gorgeous with the cascade of flowers down the layers. I was thrilled with how beautiful it looked.

    Thank you, Stroudsmoor Inn Towne staff, for making the most AMAZING cake for our wedding day! The cannoli tower was a big hit, and guests from our wedding are still talking about not only how beautiful the cake looked, but how delicious the cake tasted! Direct quote from the bride's cousin: "It looked awesome, but usually wedding cake is gross---your cake was so delicious!"

    I will highly recommend the bakery to any future bride I can!

    The wedding cupcakes from Stroudsmoor Country Inn Bakery were amazing! We opted for a simple cupcake tower in Strawberries and Cream with an 8 in cupcake for us to cut. Everything was perfect - we would definitely recommend!

    I absolutely loved our wedding cake. We did a simple, white, textured icing with flowers cascading down. We decided to go non-traditional with the banana spice flavor and it turned out fantastic.

    My cake tasked great and looked great. There was many different styles that we were able to choose from and different flavors. The Value was rather expensive. I wanted a funfetti cake but they wanted an extra 100 dollars for this. I was rather upset with the value, but everything else was good.

    My wedding cake was included as part of my meal package at Stroudsmoor. I requested a square tier cake, with ivory/champagne color icing and vintage color leaves. We were charged $75 extra for the fondant leaves, which I was OK with. I provided pictures to the bakery so they knew exactly what I wanted…so you can imagine how I was upset when I saw my cake was not what I ordered on my wedding day. First, the tiered cake was not tiered. All 3 layers were the same size so when it was stacked, it looked weird. The bottom layer was suppose to be the largest, and top layer was suppose to be smallest. The fondant leaves were also sparce and tiny…for $75 I'd expected larger leaves and more of them. The taste of the cake was wonderful…we ordered the Italian Rum cake. Everyone seemed to like it. It was moist and tasty (who doesnt like rum?!) All communication with the bakery was done through my coordinator Cathleen, so if I use them in the future I would have direct communication with the bakery rather than through my coordinator. Perhaps this would have helped. To guests reading this review, I'd be glad to show pictures if anyone wants them!
