  Mark and his band were the perfect addition to our wedding! Mark was so courteous and professional. He played exactly what we wanted him to and had all of the guests dancing all night! He has such a variety of music to chose from- there was something for everyone there. Mark is an accomplished trumpet player, and both he and his wife, Kathy, have beautiful signing voices. I highly recommend this band for any event.

  Hello,
  I recently celebrated my wedding at Loews Portofino Bay Resort and had the pleasure of working with the Z Street Band. The evening was magical and everything was absolutely PERFECT. Mark was wonderful to work with and they set the tone wonderfully for the evening. I booked cocktail hour with their saxophone player which was a fantastic extra when the guests arrived and settled in. When my new husband and I arrived to the reception area, they introduced us perfectly and we went right into the first dance. My parents were celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary and my husbands were celebrating 50 years. We asked the band to please invite our parents to join us on the dance floor in honor of their anniversaries. Mark inviting them to join us clearly and quickly and it was an amazing dedication. The music was very mellow and romantic during dinner which is exactly what I wanted. They changed the tempo as the guests began moving around the reception area and indulging in cocktails. The evening moved to a more fun rhythm as the time progressed. With each hour, the band really seemed to read the mood of the crowd and changed the music tempo to match each temperament. At the end of the evening, all the guests started screaming “one more song, one more song,” and the band gave us exactly what we asked for. During the speeches, they professional and invited guests up gracefully. We had an ice-cream station and photo booth…both of which were mentioned to guests as “open” from the band…they really alerted everyone to what was going on in reception area…..which was awesome.
  Our departure was through fireworks and the band bowed out gracefully. They also wore tuxes and Kathy was GORGEOUS in her gown which fit right in with my décor as it was black tie event.
  If I could do it all over again, I would literally not change one thing about working with the Z Street Band. They made the evening a success and I could not recommend them enough. INCREDIBLE!!!

  All we can say is WOW!!!! Mark Zause and the Z-Street band were amazing.   The Z Street Band presented at my wedding and they were amazing! They were vey professional, talented, and kept eveyone dancing all night long. I would recomment to everybody who wants to have a trully magical wedding. No hastles and 100% reliable. A must hire!!!

  Mark and the band were absolutely great !!!!! You cant meet and talk to Mark and not immediately like him!! We met him with our wedding planner Brandee Gaar and we booked him right away. What a great decision it turned out to be ! The Z street band kept the dance floor packed the entire night ! It was a perfect mix of music throughout cocktail hour( where he played the sax), Dinner, and of course the reception, which is exactly what we wanted. We chose a band over a DJ for this very reason.. we wanted someone who would play for the parents and songs they knew and loved as well as our friends. Mission accomplished ! We are so glad we chose them to be part of our day and would recommend them to anyone. Our guests LOVED the entire night and put the flip flops we provided to good use.

The band was such a hit at our wedding reception and had people dancing on the floor from the very beginning and they never left! Many commented to me that they were mesmorized by your skill on the trumpet and asked who you were so they could remember you for their special events. You also were so great about adding in all of the specialty songs that we asked for like "Love Boat" at our bridal party entrance! Thank you, thank you for another job well done!   We first want to thank Mark and his band for the most wonderful display of professionalism on top of the most fun night of music we have ever had. Mark played at our wedding, and from the moment the music started until the end of the last song, people were out on the dance floor the entire time.   Super happy with the band's performance at our wedding. Absolutely loved the band and Mark was a great MC. Very accommodating to our special requests and going with the flow. Played the right music for the crowd and the right volume for people to be able to have conversation in the beginning of the evening. We had a full dance floor all evening. Wished we could have had them stay longer, our outdoor venue had a noise curfew. Great value for the money and our guests are still giving us compliments today. Thanks for an unforgettable evening!!!

  When my family and I review the wedding pictures, this service still brings us warm and happy feelings. We appreciate all that they did, from beginning to end and we highly recommend Mark and his band..If we ever have another occasion to celebrate, there is no question as to whom we would hire...Mark met us at our convenient time as we were in the area a few days to plan...He arrived professionally dressed, with all options open to us...He asked all the right questions, and questions we wouldn't have considered...When we first met, Mark's big smile and personality made us feel confident that he would be outstanding..Being in the entertainment business myself, I understand how important weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc are, as these individual events are personal and have one shot at being perfect, And that is Mark and his band.......Please, consider Mark and his band...Anna

  Mark Zauss and the Z Street Band made my daughter's wedding reception. They were truly the best band I've ever heard and I'm so glad we found them! Both female and male singer sang tight harmonies and the horns were terrific. When asked other vendors what band to use, their name came up over and over again and I can see why. During the dinner hour they were quiet enough for us to talk and then everybody danced after dinner until the very end. Mark was so nice and always available when we needed him. The band played music for all ages and I am going to hire him again for our annual holiday party! Thank you Mark and all the members of the Z Street Band!
