We booked under a special for our wedding (GREAT deal!) but I'm not sure it was/is worth the stress of dealing with Heather and Claire. When you're planning your wedding the last thing you want to do is hunt down a vendor because they simply do not respond.
They sent an email offering the special on 1/17. I emailed back later that day saying that we would like to take advantage of it. The package included "unlimited black and white and color pictures, two attendants, customized header and footer, large props table, guest book, and dvd of all pictures taken at your event and optional online gallery". I sent in the contract along with a payment and a request to send us a copy of the fully signed contract (...because everyone should have a copy of contracts you sign, right?). Was told that we would get a copy as soon as they received/signed it.
A month went by and still no copy so I sent an email on 2/28 just to make sure they even received the contract. No word. After multiple calls and emails we finally received a copy on 3/19. Woohoo! We had no other reason to contact them until the week of the wedding so all was fine. They were great the day of the wedding and everyone had a good time.
It's now been 3 months since the wedding and we haven't received our DVD of images. My husband has called a numerous times and I sent a couple emails. We starting trying to contact them after 2 months but again....no response. At this point I'm not really sure if I even want to bother. I imagine they're pretty busy with their business but it really is just basic customer service.... We aren't asking for anything special.
