I recently got married at Stonetree Estates by Wedgewood Weddings, and wow, what a location! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The setting is absolutely stunning, and the venue itself is beautifully maintained. Their all-inclusive package made wedding planning seamless.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They really went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue. It's a truly magical place that will leave us and our guests with memories to last a lifetime. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I are so grateful to the Wedgewood team for helping us put together a wedding that was even more beautiful, more personalized, and more special than we could have imagined.

Throughout the whole process, Jackie, our coordinator, was by our side, helping ensure every single element of our wedding was exactly what we wanted, going above and beyond. She was always understanding, accommodating, responsive, bubbly and smiling, making me feel reassured. Jackie and the Chef were very accomodating of food allergies and preferences among our guests. And
Jackie helped at every corner during the wedding, helping me prep to walk down the aisle, ensuring we were fed and hydrated, helping the photographer get the best pictures, and bustling me before our first dance. We were not expecting such an amazing, high level of service from the team!

The venue turned out even more beautifully than expected and our day was amazing. We enjoyed working with the various vendors that partner with the venue, including the florist, DJ, and lighting. We did not have a good experience with the officiant, but our Wedgewood team was able to step in and help course correct.

Absolutely incredible experience and we cannot recommend this venue and the Wedgewood team highly enough! From start to finish they made planning our wedding stress-free and truly enjoyable.

Jackie was our main coordinator and was exceptional. She was so organized, friendly and attentive to every detail. From the moment we met Jackie and went on a tour of the venue we knew this was the place for us. We were operating on a tight timeframe (2 months) so it was truly a team effort from Wedgewood to pull of the wedding of our dreams. We wanted to shout out both Tianna and Hannah who also helped along the way. The meetings we had with all the coordinators made wedding planning fun and not as stressful when you think of pulling off a 2 month wedding! They were super responsive and always available to jump on a call to talk through all the minute details we had along the way. You could tell they all genuinely cared about making our day perfect and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.

One of the best parts of working with the team at Wedgewood is their all-inclusive package. They made it so easy to customize our day and stay within our budget. The decor of the ceremony area, hallways and reception area was flawless. If something wasn't included in the package, they had vendors that were top-notch. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the setting, the food, and how smoothly everything ran.

Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, thanks to the amazing team at Wedgewood Weddings. If you're looking for a venue with impeccable service, beautiful spaces, and a team that genuinely cares, look no further!

My husband and I toured multiple Wedgewood Venues, but Stonetree was by far our favorite. The beautiful driveway caught our attention right away, it was straight out of a movie. Our initial tour went great, we even spotted an otter in the near by pond which we took as a sign since I work with animals. Planning went smoothly, each email and question was promptly answered in a timely manner. We were given a planning binder as soon as we booked our date, and each detail that the venue needed was specifically asked in the planner. They made it so easy from the very start. When I had a communication issue with another vendor they were there to iron out the wrinkles.

At our final meeting we met with Tianna (who was filling in for our day of venue coordinator), and instantly we clicked. So much so that she requested to switch to be our day of! She brought each vision to life, including when I requested to enter from a different door at the reception, or when I specifically asked if I can have my vendors eat with the rest of the guest so that they were in arms reach.

Tianna also helped run our practice rehearsal and made everybody feel confident about each part of the ceremony and their part. I applaud her for being able to wrangle my crazy family.

The day of the wedding I was introduced to Taylor (our banquet captain), and honestly we were so blessed with a dream team. Taylor was so kind and always made sure we had a drink in our hand. We didn't know about all the small fires they both were able to put out until AFTER our big day, including improvising on seating arrangements, or moving our dessert table from the patio to inside the reception because the wind started to pick up. I was even told by a bridesmaid that Tianna stopped to ask if she was OK since she seemed a bit overwhelmed, and Tianna also created a codeword for another bridesmaid and the bartender who was requesting no alcohol in her drinks. Tianna also took the time to bustle my dress and get me into my party shoes when were running behind during our photoshoot/cocktail hour.

Clean up was also a breeze, Taylor and the rest of the banquet team were able clear up the whole reception so quickly. Taylor was so sweet and personally helped us packed all of our decor items and even packed my husband and I some of the extra food and desserts. She even stayed a bit to chat while we packed up the car. She literally was icing on the cake.

We were beyond impressed by this venue and their team, and received nothing but good reviews by our guest. We cannot recommend them enough!

We had our dream wedding made possible by StoneTree by Wedgewood Weddings! The venue was beautiful and well kept. Our day of coordinator, Jackie, helped our big day run so smoothly and everything was perfect. We’ve also worked with Myranda, Kimber, and Tianna throughout the whole planning process and they were professional and helpful. The StoneTree vendor partners were also easy and pleasant to work with. Food and drinks were good and we felt like we got good value for what we paid. Highly recommend!

We recently had the wedding of our dreams at Stonetree Estate! Let me explain why:

The venue location has lots of parking, a beautiful outdoor ceremony/cocktail area, and a large reception space with lots of windows for natural light. Easy to navigate for the guests and provided a good flow from ceremony to reception.

The team (especially Jaclyn and Ava) is organized, friendly, and professional. Every interaction made the planning process stress-free. The guests even complimented how sweet their team was the whole night. Weddings are never 100% perfect, but it was as close as perfect can be to us in all that ways that mattered most.

Finding an affordable Northern California wedding venue with beauty and charm can feel impossible, but we struck gold with Stonetree Estate. From the ceremony site to the photo ops everywhere, this venue blew us away as soon as we toured it.

What sealed the deal was the value. Many comparable venues charge way more without including nearly as many amenities in their packages. The coordinators took so much work off our plates as well with vendor recommendations, floor plans, and setting up decor.

Overall, I can't recommend Stonetree Estate highly enough to couples planning NorCal weddings. Between the unbeatable value, gorgeous details, and wonderful staff, you will not have to compromise beauty for budget here! We had an amazing day!

Our big day was perfect!

My (now) husband and I have nothing but the best to say about the Stonetree Estate team... Myranda (our coordinator) took everything off our shoulders so that we could relax and enjoy our wedding. The venue was beautiful... the food was amazing and the cake from Krumbs Cakes was one of the highlights of the night!

Fantastic experience! Do your homework, come prepared, and make sure to check in and fill out every sheet in the planner - it will help the coordinators do an even better job. We missed the food tasting, but as it turns out, it didn't matter, because the food was fantastic! We had so many people (30+) say it was the best filet mignon they've ever had, and the wedding they've ever attended! We did put in a fair amount of time and money ourselves, but it was well worth the effort. Just make sure to keep communicating with the coordinators, and keep calm when things don't necessary go the way you think. Pro tip: Tiana is the best. If you get lucky enough to have her as your day-of coordinator, you're in great hands!

Fantastic experience. Couldn't ask for an easier way to get married with the team and coordinators let alone an amazing location. The experience began with a tour of the location followed by an overview of the details. Shortly after we signed our contract and it began. A few weeks later we were invited to the venue to a dinner where we could try appetizers, drinks, meals and see table/decoration options. We then had a few other meetings throughout the next few months to ensure everything was running smoothly. The day of the wedding Kimber and Mae made everything look great and ensured we had a great time. 125 total guests and i've received nothing but compliments about the ceremony, venue, food etc.

Our wedding with Stonetree was amazing! From the very beginning they were super communicative, answering all of our questions and laying out a timeline for all the steps of the process. They didn't mind when I called them changing my mind about various details multiple times, and were so pleasant to work with. The whole team there was super sweet and really helped us have an amazing day. The fact that the venue is all-inclusive cut down so significantly on the stress of planning and honestly the time that we needed to plan a wedding (which is a lot). We were able to work with Stonetree and get exactly the day we wanted, they were super accommodating with any specific/unique things we wanted to do. Honestly the team there was so much fun to work with as well and made the process and the day feel like fun! Oh, plus the venue is beautiful and the food is delicious. I'm still dreaming about the apple phyllo kisses. Seriously, you should get them as one of your appetizers.

When we walked into Stonetree, we both knew immediately it was our venue- gorgeous property. Kimber, who we first met with (and who helped through our wedding day) was so kind and helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Overall amazing experience. Everything turned out perfectly!

As a bride who DID NOT want to plan a wedding, I could not be more grateful with the Wedgewood staff and this location. The only things we had to truly take care of were deciding what color linens we wanted to use, selection of foods, the flowers and cake! Wedgewood took care of everything else including all of the small things I would have pulled my hair out trying to organize. The day-of team were the most incredible people, as well. Our venue turned out beautiful and our guests could not stop telling us how much they loved the location, THE FOOD and the amazing drinks made by the bartender. Our DJ recommended by Wedgewood, DJ Steve, was also the most amazing person! He made sure all my song choices throughout the day were covered and was so personable on the mic. I did not have to think about a single thing the day-of because they made sure I was where I needed to be and just let me enjoy the experience. They even made sure I was all packed up before it was time to leave so I didn't even have to worry about it!!! Danielle, Mel and Angie were the greatest and I cannot recommend this location, the team and the Wedgewood package enough!!!

We absolutely loved working with everyone at Wedgewood! Planning with Danielle, Kimber, and Morgan was so great! Beth and Myranda especially exceeded our expectations during the rehearsal and on the big day! Their expertise during the event made everything so smooth and really helped calm our nerves. Beth's ability to anticipate our needs was truly outstanding! Our wedding guests were also super impressed! Multiple times we were told how much they loved the food and the venue. Our bridal party ran into some small snags during the clean up, but Myranda was very helpful and kind and resolved the situation quickly. Everything and everyone was so amazing! You are all truly incredible and made our wedding extra special!

I loved the fact that they're an all inclusive venue. We didn't need to stress about coordinating between vendors which took a huge load off. We knew we couldn't afford to hire a wedding planner, so their planning services were amazing and so helpful. There's so much we didn't know or think to ask, and their planning binder was so helpful in breaking everything down, and the day of coordination was just amazing. I can normally be a bit of a control freak but our day of coordinator made me feel so secure. She was calm, collected, and every time I had a question she had an answer ready. I quickly was able to relax on my wedding day knowing she had everything under control.
Everything was beautifully set up, food was great, and the whole staff and associated vendors truly care about you and making your day special. I loved everything about our wedding. Our planner Morgan was amazing and the best and the whole venue is just so rustic and romantic. It really was my dream wedding brought to life. We did the most basic package and from there only paid for upgrade to farm sweetheart table and 2 chandeliers over the dance floor. Great service and overall pleased.

This venue and the wedding team was absolutely amazing. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and both areas were beautiful. we got married in the fall so all the leaves were changing and the outdoor space made for the best sunset ceremony pictures. The vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams inside the reception space were great. I always thought country clubs were a meh place to get married because the reception spaces looked like conference rooms but, the reception space completely changed my mind. The wedding team that we worked with with GREAT! They made everything so easy and we're so quick to respond to any and all questions I had. They were so nice and helpful and that made for a stress free day where we could just enjoy this once in a lifetime moment. I'm so happy we chose this place to get married and I would absolutely choose it again and recommend them to any couple looking to get married there.

We instantly fell in love with StoneTree during our visit. The outdoor ceremony space has breathtaking panoramic views and the indoor reception space is equally stunning. And you really don't feel like you're on a golf course. The StoneTree staff was so helpful and friendly, particularly during COVID-19, and they made the planning process easy and stress-free. It really felt like working with friends. Choosing an all-inclusive venue was such a great decision. All of the vendors they work with are fantastic, including the DJ, baker, and florist, and the food was incredible. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to (which means the world to us) and we truly feel the same way. Memorable, fun, and most importantly, drama-free!

Stonetree Estate by Wedgewood delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations! From our very first consultation, to the Covid-19 lockdown and finally the reopening, you could tell they’ve been in the serious wedding business since the dawn of time. They are prepared for it all! They have the most knowledgeable, dedicated, responsive, and uplifting staff. Starting with our amazing team of Rachel, Danielle, Lili, and Dayna to the service staff, everyone was taken care of through and through. They helped us navigate the intricacies of wedding planning and execution to perfection. My wife could not stop saying nice things about them. Happy wife, happy life! The venue is picture perfect in June, no breeze, ideal temp, the food my guests could not stop raving about it, the open bar, and their service team was extraordinary. There is so much to worry about but if you go with StoneTree, I guarantee they will lift many of those burdens enabling you to actually enjoy your big day! 100/100!!!!! Zero complaints.

Our initial wedding was on Sept of 2020 and we had to reschedule our date to May of 2021. At first, Stonetree was hesitant on changing because everything at the time was up in the air, but as the date got closer and it was evident that weddings had to postponed, they helped us set a new date. Since our initial deposit could not be refunded due to corporate policies, they gave us free upgrades and discounts on our new dates which we really appreciated. They were very understanding of our situation and did not enforce a hard payment minimum because most of our guests could not come so we can't thank them enough for that.

Stonetree's package definitely made planning and working with vendors very easy. The lighting, florist, cake, and DJ all work directly with Stonetree so they knew exactly what needed to be done and there were no real headaches to make sure everything gets delivered. Stonetree also provided a day of coordinator which was really helpful to make sure the wedding went smoothly. Unfortunately, our coordinator had to leave in the middle of the event so we didn't know we were behind schedule after dinner time. But the DJ was on top of it since he worked the event so many times and helped us get back on track!

Overall, Stonetree was great and we heard great things from our guests that attended our wedding. We recommend them to others!

Like many, our wedding was initially postponed weeks leading up to the date due to the pandemic, which led to plenty of uncertainty and stress. The Wedgewood team made it very easy to change our date to a year later (we just got married April 25th, 2021) with a discount and the flexibility we needed for our family/friends.

Wow - our loved ones cannot stop talking about how incredible the day was. It was truly a dream and we cannot thank Lili and the entire Wedgewood team including DJ Steve, our photographer Andy, Angela for the flower arrangements enough for making it better than we could have ever imagined. The outdoor ceremony is just incredible with the beautiful scenery, which makes for perfect photos!

My wife and I are busy surgical resident physicians in Sacramento, which made choosing Wedgewood a no brainer for us based on previous reviews. And they lived up to it! It was so easy to work with everyone and to pick things we wanted and didn't want based on the very flexible and interchangeable packages they have. Also being on a budget, we never felt that we were being pushed to add things we thought were unneeded. We compliment the entire team for helping us schedule things around our schedule!

OMG! I do not know where to start. My wife and I were engaged for nearly a year when we decided to go with Wedgewood. The process of selecting a photographer, venue, caterer, flower person, venue etc. was very stressful and overwhelming for us until we discovered Wedgewood's All-Inclusive event.

We were able to schedule an appointment with one of their wedding experts, who made our dream wedding become a reality. We booked our wedding date with her after receiving a phenomenal tour of their property. I cannot explain the joy and excitement my wife and I experienced after signing our contract.

Then, less than a month before our wedding we received a phone call stating that Wedgewood could hold our wedding at our scheduled date due to the COVID-19 pandemic that was taking place throughout the Bay Area. We were devastated and at a lost of words because we have been planning for our special day for nearly two years so that we could become Husband and Wife.

After the call, we were able to reschedule our wedding a few months later, but then with there was a surge in corona virus cases after restrictions were beginning to lift throughout the Bay Area.

Ultimately, Wedgewood proposed for us to have a ceremony at our new scheduled date and gave us the option of having a reception for a celebration at a later date.

I must say that COVID-19 was an unprecedented time for everyone and I read many articles about lack of professionalism, empathy, drama, disappointment etc. that other couples received from their wedding venues. BUT!!! I must say that Wedgewood maintained their professionalism throughout their entire process and money was not their concern. Their priority was to fulfill my Wife and I's dream wedding and our event was nothing short of AMAZING!!! I am so happy that Wedgewood made our dreams come true and I highly recommend this company for any and everyone who is prepared to tie the knot with life partner.

To put all our beyond satisfied feelings we have for the Wedgewood team at StoneTree is going to be a challenge, but here we go. First of all, we got engaged in January 2018, visited our wedding fair the next month in February where we ran into the Wedgewood booth who mentioned "all-inclusive" which intrigued the both of us, visited the Novato location in March where we fell in love with the location and met the best team, and then booked our date in April! We booked November 2019, so we had a little over a year and a half to plan everything. Throughout this time, I emailed over 100 emails back and forth with the team. They are so fast to respond, and always have an answer for everything. As the day got closer (and oh, did time fly!), we met our two event captains Lili and Alma. These two ladies did SUCH an amazing, flawless job at organizing, facilitating the chain of events, communicating to the bridal party and the guests, and overall throwing together the best day of me and my husband's life. To this day, the both of us say we literally did not have to lift one finger that day; we felt like a King and Queen. I truly feel every bridal couple should feel this way. There should not be any stress the day of your wedding because it is your day to enjoy every single second because it goes by right before your eyes. This venue is beautiful. The courtyard had romantic string lights, the archway was decorated by the talented florist Angella, DJ Steve was a great host and DJ who really got the crowd settled at the ceremony and then lively with good vibes at the reception, the food was delicious, including the sweet cake by Krumbs, and the awesome Wedgewood staff did such a great job at making sure the guests were all taken care of. Can't forget the great open bar the whole night and also the add-on of sliders and fries at the end of the night. All our guests keep saying how great the wedding was, and 100% agree. Everything was more than we could ever ask for. Thank you a million times, Wedgewood StoneTree!

Everything about our wedding planning experience and overall execution of our wedding day of was perfect! The fact that they are an all-inclusive style venue created such a seamless and stress-free planning process, which as a bride, you desperately need. They are really a 'one stop shop' and I highly recommend utilizing their preferred vendors as well, they all did such an amazing job!
We had a morning ceremony followed by a laid-back brunch style cocktail hour and reception which turned out exactly as we had hoped. Our family and friends have all mentioned to us what a great option that was to have, how good the food was, how beautiful the venue is, how nice the staff was, and the list truly goes on. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate everything we experienced from this venue!

Decided to go with Stonetree because they were the only venue that was so tentative, but not just that; the venue itself is beautiful and amazing. All the staff and coordinators were friendly and amazing to work with. It's an all inclusive venue so it definitely helped relieve some stress. I'm so happy with our wedding day. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Stonetree team, you did an awesome job!

We visited StoneTree today and was helped by Shanay. The venue itself is very lovely with greats spots for photos! The reception area however was a little dark due to the color of the hardwood floor, but decoration can fix that. Overall very pleased.

The minute we stepped onto the property, I was in awe. The ceremony area was outside, with the beautiful greenery as the backdrop. The ballroom reception area was grand and full of light. Working with Rachel, Danielle, and Shaina was hassle free and my husband and I were so thankful for them at the beginning to the end of the whole process.

They provided us multiple vendors, from cake to floral, and everything in between. They have an in-house caterer, who provide delicious hors d'oeuvres and main course dishes. They also provide vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian options for those who need it.

I was constantly emailing them, multiple times a day, everyday, and they were quick to provide feedback and answers to my questions. I was very indecisive about our table linen and had them take multiple pictures of linen combinations after I decided to change our original choices, and they were instantaneous. I was extremely impressed with Shaina as she coordinated our rehearsal and was our wedding coordinator for the wedding day. She kept us as on time as possible, while giving our photographer and videographer all the photos and captures that they needed.

Overall, I loved our experience with them and have never been so happy with our decision to work with them. I continually recommend them to all my friends, engaged or single, because they really put your budget into consideration and still come out with an elegant finish. They provide top quality service! Can't say enough good things about Wedgewood StoneTree! We had the time of our lives! They made the wedding run incredibly smoothly and we had such a fantastic time. The set up and arrangement of our decorations and supplies, the flowers/centerpieces, and overall experience was amazing. Their vendors did a wonderful job in all aspects; DJ, cake, and florist :) The wedding coordinators and staff were very supportive and helpful throughout our wedding and planning. They made it all come together for us wonderfully! Pre-wedding, they helped every step of the way, were very prompt in emails, very flexible, and the planning meetings helped relieve any stress that we would have had without it! It is also an incredibly beautiful venue and all guests had a fantastic time. so many compliments were given!! Thank you, Wedgewood!!

My husband and I got married in September of 2018. Both Rachel and Katy did a phenomenal job making my wedding dreams come to life! They were so accommodating and understanding with our demands regarding my husband's military schedule. We needed to change the date twice due to work conflicts on his end, we couldn't make all the in person appointments, etc. This was no issue for the Wedgewood team! They did everything they could to make sure each phone appointment was as detailed and enjoyable as an in person appointment.

I really appreciated all the hard work the team put in to make this day absolutely perfect. Right after my husband and I finished walking down the isle they snapped a photo of us and had it printed out and framed within minutes sitting at our head table when we walked in for our reception! It's the little details that made this day so special!!

From the moment we picked them until the end of our wedding night they were amazing! All questions were answered all emails were responded to and everything went off without a hitch. They were wonderful on the day of our wedding and catered to our every need. We would recommend wedgewood to any friends getting married!

Let me just start by saying that I have never planned a wedding before this, but I have been a bridesmaid twice before my own wedding. I am generally a good planner, but our decision to have our wedding at Wedgewood Stonetree was truly a gift. We fell in love with Stonetree's venue and aesthetic beauty first and foremost. We had heard about Wedgewood and it seemed like such great value and amazing to have the option of a one stop shop for all vendor needs, but we just didn't fall in love with the other Wedgewood venues. We were SO lucky that Stonetree was a newly added venue to Wedgewood at the time we got engaged. Even more lucky that the one thing that we didn't love at the time we got engaged was the old carpet they had in the reception room, and they had replaced it with hardwood floor right as we were making our decision to book.
Honestly, the Wedgewood team here - Rachel, Shaina, and Danielle are just absolutely amazing. Our wedding turned out even better than I could've imagined and they made the whole process so seamless. The most difficult part about planning my wedding was dealing with difficult family members and Chinese traditions - I don't blame Wedgewood for any of that! But the actual planning process for the event, decor, etc was SO enjoyable and so easy. The preferred vendors I worked with through Wedgewood were also amazing and great value, in my opinion. Shoutout to DJ Steve for rocking the house all night!! The great thing is that even if you don't want to go with their preferred vendors, you can completely customize your package to include as little or as much as you want.

We were married at StoneTree on 3/30/19 and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The team at Wedgwood are such professionals at what we do and they thought of everything. All the vendors they suggested were well vetted and were willing to do whatever it took to make our day the best. We loved that they made the process of planning much easier than we expected.
The location itself is beautiful - so open and green and good mix of indoor/outdoor space so guests could have a variety of scenery throughout the day. There were also games like pool and shuffle board for people to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception. Everything was very accessible and comfortable for our older family members as well.
The food and drinks were great and everyone commented on the quantity and quality of it.
Overall we would highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at this venue on 10/28/18--it was the 3rd place that we toured during our venue search. It didn't take long for us to know that it was "the one". From the moment we exited and drove up the majestic road that lead to their terrace, we knew there was something special about this indoor/outdoor space.

The Venue:

This venue is extremely beautiful from the inside out. Novato is blessed with great weather year-round. Throughout the year, we were lucky to witness the changing of the leaves with each season and how versatile/different the venue felt each time we visited. Because of it's natural setting, it can be a casual venue. However, add bells and whistles and you can dress it up to become anything you desire. The grounds are decorated with gorgeous flowers, ornate planters, whispering willows, etc. It is meticulously maintained and every corner is an Instagrammable photo op.

The Process:

We entered the Wedgewood Sales Office, which is located next to the golf shop, and we were greeted by Angela and Katy. They took us on a tour of the venue and explained the various packages. We received some information to take home. Days later, we contacted them to announce that we'd like to get married there--this was in Jan 2018. We were beyond excited, yet nervous to sign the contract. Katy was extremely detail-oriented and walked us through the entire process. During that meeting, we signed the contract, made the deposit, set up the next 3 meetings over the next 9 months, and received our Wedgewood Wedding Planning Binder. This binder was our life throughout the process. It contained information on each aspect of the wedding--the ceremony, reception, decorations, invitations, favors, photography, videography, websites, floral designs, do's/don'ts, hotel accommodations, house rules, etc. This company and team know what they are doing and how to do it right.

We chose the Emerald Package and took off a couple of items that we didn't feel we needed. Yes, you can select a package and say, "I want to take this off, how much would I be saving there? I want to add this vendor, how much extra would that cost?" Rachel & Katy truly helped make the process easy and seamless.

The Team:

The team really went above and beyond with the service! They were so helpful and took care of the details. Our bridesmaids and groomsmen didn't have to worry much about setting up the reception. Everyone who works there have a calm and respectful demeanor. They are good listeners and have a can-do attitude, which is important when you're distressed.

The day of the wedding was busy, but the team really understood what was essential--being there and keeping calm. They are masters at finding solutions. I forgot the garter belt at the hotel and Sue, the Banquet Captian, found something as a placeholder. Right before walking down the aisle, I took a deep breath. I looked back and Sue was fluffing my dress and making sure that it was perfect. It's the little things that count.

For each event/wedding, they have an extensive meeting about the ins and outs so that everyone is on the same page. Their organization and execution is truly top notch!

The Food:

As somebody who attended culinary school, I would say that I have a strong passion for food/the culinary arts. Food and drinks are extremely important to us and we wanted to make sure that our guests were well taken care of. We had close to 190 guests at our wedding and we thought that it would be tough to please a crowd of that size, especially since we had to cater to guests of different generations, backgrounds, diets, and preferences. We opted for filet mignon and salmon. After the wedding, we kept hearing, "The food was amazing! Do they serve on a daily basis at the restaurant?"

The Vendors:

Their list of preferred vendors are amazing! One thing to keep in mind, these vendors have done a ton of events there. They know the venue inside out and know the drill. We thought about hiring a well-known DJ (also a friend) to do the music, but we didn't want to risk technical issues or any kind of hiccups. In the end, it saved us a lot of time by not having to do our research when it came to each item.

The Wedding Extravaganza:

Once (or now twice?) a year, WW will put together a wedding fair with their preferred vendors to showcase their work. If you are able to make it, RSVP to this free event! You will get to sample their food, grab a drink, meet all of the vendors and see what they can possibly create for your dream wedding.

This place is amazing! Everything was perfect. The view was perfect, the building itself was beautiful, the food, the employees....and our guests raved about the food here. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding

Katy and the Wedgewood team were awesome! They made everything so easy and everything went so smoothly. They had clear communication, they were able to answer all of our questions, and they made our wedding truly spectacular! We did the basic package for floral and it was beautiful. DJ Steve was great; super friendly and laid a black, but also thoughtfully planned songs, which really set the tone for the party. The decorations were beautiful. We brought some of our own decorations and desserts, and they set everything up for us and made it look perfect! The food was SO good! All of the appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious, and dinner was sooo good! For dinner, we chose the tortellini, garlic herb chicken, and the prime rib. The venue itself is beautiful! There are lots of nice views, and the ivy walkway is perfect for pictures. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day! I would highly recommend Katy and the Wedgewood team, and this location in particular. They maybe a newer location, but they killed it.

The planners at StoneTree, Katy and Rachel, were exceptional! I could tell that they were really interested in making the wedding planning as simple and fun of a task as possible while providing us with support for everything we requested. As the wedding date approached they were both incredibly responsive; Katy even allowed me to intrude on her lunch break so I could vent about my nervousness. My stress level dropped immensely after talking to her... just ask my husband!

I would recommend Wedgewood StoneTree to my friends and acquaintances. I've even told some strangers about the fantastic service at StoneTree. I also have to give a shout out to Sue for helping me envision how the reception would look once the tables were arranged and decorated.

The venue is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures of this venue do not do it justice. It is versatile and can support rustic, classic, modern, simple or ornate weddings. I want to do it all over again, and that is not something many people say about wedding planning!

Unbelievable!!! Our wedding on 5/27/18 was all we dreamed it would be! We also didn’t make it easy as we had two very different ceremonies, first a Hindu ceremony, an intermission with food, drinks and entertainment and then the Catholic ceremony. We required extra time, extra details and lots of extra coordinating to pull it all off and Rachel at Wedgewood was all we could have asked for! Kind, patient, responsive, friendly and always so happy and supportive! The whole team was great the day of the wedding, and Sue the banquet captain was also wonderful to us, helping behind the scenes no matter what came up. You can not go wrong with this team, and the venue is just breathtaking with weeping willows, bright green grass, sunset over the terrace, and a reception room with huge windows and hard wood floors. Our guests said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to! We enjoyed every moment stress-free thanks to all the planning help and being able to put our trust in Rachel. We can’t thank them enough! Any bride would be lucky to have such an exceptional team behind her and the most perfect wedding day!

A huge thanks to Wedgewood Weddings StoneTree! The wedding we hosted there was incredible and this is truly a beautiful venue! Very grateful for the staff and services and I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to have a wedding they will never forget. StoneTree Golf Club was an amazing venue for our simple, joyous and memorable wedding. Katie made our wedding planning easy. She helped us organize what we needed to do to plan and have a perfect wedding for my husband and myself. He told me afterwards that the wedding couldn't have been better in any way. All our guests raved about the ceremony, location and the delicious food. I couldn't believe it was over when the music came to an end. Everyone had a great time and I was sorry when it all ended. I will remember this wonderful day for the rest of my life! You can't go wrong by booking Stonetree Golf Club for your wedding event. Makes me want to get married all over again!

What else can I say about this venue.. Amazing, organized, respectful, beautiful..the list goes on. I fell in love with Stonetree Golf Club the moment I lay my eyes on it and knew I wanted to have my wedding there. Katie Colomb was probably the reason I booked and I am so happy I did. She is amazing, works within your budget, has your best interest at heart and CARES!!!!! The food was amazing, they can customize to any menu you want, I am Grenadian and their chef made traditional food just for our wedding, it was so tasty, like my mother's cooking.. They are worth every penny, you won't regret it. Just ask for Katie Colomb!!!

ABOSOLUTELY PERFECT. Everything was done well, from the food, to the service, to the assistance with ushers, pictures, keeping to schedule, following us during the rehearsal, in the rooms helping keep to schedule, offering food and snack to the bride getting dressed, very calm, EXTREMELY ORGANIZED TEAM. I could NOT HAVE DONE WITH THIS WITHOUT THEM. Do yourself a favor, use Stonetree.

Our 150 guests were attended to by the Stone Tree staff with the utmost professionalism: courtesy, friendliness, flexibility, and attentiveness. In addition, they were sure to seek me out with any questions, and I was able to enjoy my party without worry.

I was surprised how good the food was. We choose a simple pasta bar (with salad). The kids were thrilled about the ice cream bar.

The word that most of my guests choose to describe this party was "elegant."

After searching the bay area for the perfect place to have our wedding, my husband and I were recomended Stone Tree, and I am so happy we decided to have our special day there. The entire staff was very helpful the day of to make sure things ran smoothly. And the onsite coordinator, Katie, was the BEST! She helped make the entire planning process much smoother and less stressful than I expected.
The food here is amazing, and the grounds are so beautiful. I would definately reccomend this place to anyone looking to plan their special day!

When we started looking for a wedding venue, both my husband and I were hesitant to have our wedding at a golf course, just because we thought they all had the same look.
Then we went to go check out StoneTree. The venue is beautiful and the views are beautiful, and you absolutely don't feel like you're right on a golf course.

And we are so happy we made the decision to have our wedding at StoneTree. Katie was amazing to work with. She was always on top of communicating upcoming deadlines/decisions with me, and when it got closer she and my coordinator took care of so many details so I didn't have to. Besides that, Katie was wonderful about recommending things that have worked well for her in the past, and all of the details came off without a hitch.

The day of was perfect and I can't think of a single thing that went wrong. The staff had everything set up perfectly, exactly how we had discussed, and I have had so many guests tell me how wonderful the service was at dinner. Dinner itself was also amazing! It was better even than the tasting, and possibly the best food I've ever had at a wedding!

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone! We had so much fun and made memories that will last our whole lives.

There are not enough words to express how happy we are that we had our wedding at StoneTree. When we first started looking for venues, StoneTree was the first place we looked. We went to several other venues to see what was out there and every time we said to ourselves, "It's just not StoneTree". Booking our wedding here was the best decision we could have made.

Katie worked with us during the entire planning process and was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient, encouraging, and so much more. She really listened to what we wanted for our wedding and helped make that become a reality. The days leading up to the wedding she was right on point with last minute details and kept everything moving forward. The day of our wedding she was there every step of the way. After the ceremony I saw her in the crowd and gave her the biggest hug because throughout all the months of planning together she became family in a way! With all that she has going on, she is able to make you feel like you are top priority, which is so cool.

The rest of the StoneTree team was just as incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to help execute our wedding. Everyone that I talked to greeted me with a smile and helped me in every way they could. This is an A+ team.

Aside from the beauty of this venue and the incredible staff/team that work there, the food is out of this world. I've been to many weddings, and I've been to even more events where the buffet food was just not good. That is so not the case here!!! I had people come up to me all night long to tell me how good the food was - I am still getting compliments almost three weeks later!! I don't know how they do it, but they provide quality 5 star food - for large groups. That is no easy task! The chef is top notch and will work with you to make sure you get the best food for your guests. Even the kids food was incredible!!

I could go on for days about how amazing this place is - do yourself a favor and check it out.

We had my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception there, and it far exceed even our highest expectations. The facility is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your every need is attended to. We were planning this event for a little over a year, and every step of the way, Elizabeth responded to our questions immediately, and her expertise was only surpassed by her incredible personality and genuine concern to provide the highest level of service.

Elizabeth and her team at StoneTree were incredible. They helped me create my vision for the wedding so well and were always very accomodating when I wanted to make last minute changes. The venue is fantastic and it has a great flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception to dancing. Everyone was so professional and made my wedding flawless. The chef at StoneTree prepares delicious food and everyone said that the food tasted amazing even with our group being 200+ I would do it all over again there in a heartbeat!

We had a large wedding of 270 people and elizabeth was so helpful in the planning and accommodating of such a large wedding. Stone tree is a beautiful venue for weddings, the food was spectacular and we everyone raved about it. The staff on the day of reception was incredible, the set up was fast, the service of the buffets was quick and the food was plentiful and hot. Definitely put stone tree at the top of your list of considerations.

My husband and I were married here and had an amazing experience! Elizabeth helped make the planning process so easy. She was very easy to get in contact with which I completely appreciated (especially when last minute questions pop into your head.) She was always prompt in getting back to me. The day of was fantastic. The staff was so nice and helpful. The grounds were gorgeous and everything was set up perfectly in it's place with more than enough time to spare. We loved how many different places on the grounds we were able to take photos. The food was delicious and excellent protion sizes. Our guests still tell us what a great time they had and raved about the food. The staff checked on us frequently and made our special day so unforgettable.

Working with Stonetree was a great experience. They really made the process about the bride and groom and what we wanted at our wedding, things were flexible. The food was AMAZING!!! Everyone that was at our wedding hasn't stopped raving about the dinner and cocktail appetizers, and its been three weeks already. The scenery, the layout, was just perfect. Stonetree made our wedding the most amazing day ever!!!

Our dinner party for 60 was so easy to put together thanks to the professionalism of the Stonetree staff. We really liked the room, which was the larger side of the space, because of its nice light and views. The food was outstanding...we chose both hot appetizers and the cheese table for the cocktail party, and then the Mediterranean buffet plus prime rib station for dinner. Everything was beautifully presented, plentiful and tasted delicious...many folks went back for seconds. A nice touch that the chefs served the food and described each dish being served. the AV system that was provided for our laptop-based slideshow was easy to set up and worked perfectly. Our 3piece band had a perfect spot in the large window niche. We would throw another party here in a heartbeat!

We couldn't be more happy with our decisicion to have our wedding at StoneTree Golf Club. The grounds and clubhouse are beautiful. The staff was professional. Everything went just as planned.

Beautiful venue and great staff to work with. We just got the final bill and there were no "surprise" charges at all. Before the event we had a great tasting and Elizabeth Bugg was very responsive to all of our questions/concerns. They also were flexible on the day of the event since it was a VERY hot day.

When we were getting ready plan our wedding, I knew I wanted a place that would provide food, so that it's one less vendor to coordinate. But to have the option to select all our vendors through them, that's even better! We ended up selecting only a couple of vendors through them, but if you want easier planning, you could totally go with all their vendors, who are accustomed to working with them and are familiar with the venue. Katy and Rachel also threw in a few things that we didn't ask for, just to make our experience even more special. They took very good care of us, were very flexible with our needs/requests, and frequently checked in with us throughout the process (and on the day itself) to make sure our needs were being met and that we were happy with how everything was going.

Beautiful venue, our guests had the best time! Easy going and friendly staff, very with everything!

Katie was great to work with! Very professional and helpful! The only problem was that once the inflatable obstacle course got plugged in, the lights on the patio, parking lot, and part of the clubhouse by the bar, kept going out. We had to shut down the inflatable until the vendor was able to bring a back up generator to use. Unfortunately, we lost two hours of play time for the inflatable, which we had to pay anyway.

I honestly can’t begin to describe how wonderful of an experience I had getting married at Stonetree Estate by Wedgewood weddings. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the planning binder you receive upon booking with them, to each meeting with the planning team and the extravaganza, every stone is overturned. My wife and I had the absolute honor to work together with Jackie, who is a member of the planning team. She immediately made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her and I knew that we chose the perfect venue. She laughed and cried with us as we went through the planning process and then on wedding day as we committed to one another. She not only decorated beautifully and brought every detail of my wedding vision to life, no matter how silly my requests were, but she was also a friend, a confidant, a shoulder to cry on and a listening ear whenever it was needed. The venue itself is gorgeous. The golf course grounds are pristine and the sweeping trees and water features make for incredible photo backdrops. There is parking for guests and small shuttles can fit fine for hotel to venue drop off services with their recommended vender. Inside the ballroom is gorgeous with the wooden beams on the ceiling. The buffet was plenty of food for our guests to go back for seconds, and the bartenders were very professional and quick. I had so many guests approach me on my wedding day to tell me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I wish I could do it over again every weekend!

Everything ran smoothly, starting with our first day of choosing the venue. This team was communicative, responsive, engaging and answered questions as they arised. The day off, things ran smoothly, and flowed very well. The banquet staff and chef delivered and met every expectation.

Beautiful wedding venue - excellent food, reception dining area, etc...

I had my wedding at StoneTree and overall I was very satisfied with the venue we chose. We searched long and hard throughout the entire Bay Area looking for the most beautiful location and at the right price. StoneTree cost a little more than what I really wanted to spend, but the location and setting ended up being the most important to us.

The staff at StoneTree was wonderful. The day of the wedding the event crew couldn't have been better. The food was delicious (wish I could have ate more, but my dress wouldn't give) and it may have even been better then the tasting! The ceremony was beautiful, even though my June wedding resulted in having it indoors, but it all worked out and may have been even more beautiful. It was also very nice already having a plan B for rain without having to incur more costs. The wedding coordinator was very helpful and a great resource throughout the process. She was also very flexible so despite how much I changed things it seemed easy. I will not lie, there were a few hiccups, but they were minor and there were only two (it had to do this table number stands and chair color). I am still thrilled with my wedding at StoneTree and would definitely recommend having a wedding there! It's absolutely beautiful!

We are SO pleased that we picked Wedgewood StoneTree for our wedding on 08/16/2019. They made the wedding run incredibly smoothly and we got SO many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was.

Danielle was our coordinator and she was so helpful in setting up all of our decorations and made it look amazing. The food was AMAZING - our guests seriously could not stop talking about the Panko Parmesan Chicken! We also used their DJ and he was great at keeping people on the dancefloor.

Danielle was so great during the wedding, making sure we were taken care of. She also helped direct our rehearsal the day before and made sure everyone knew where to be and when.

My husband and I live out of state, but Wedgewood was great at being flexible in terms of meeting with us and even FaceTiming us a few times to help us visualize the space and answer any questions we had. Overall, we had a magical wedding and are so glad we went with StoneTree.

BayClub Stonetree was a beautiful venue. It was the first we toured. After visiting seven more out of due diligence, it was clear that we wanted Stonetree. The venue was purchased by BayClub after we signed our contract and we ended up working with a different coordinator than we expected. It's a good thing we had always wanted the indoor venue because the sunset terrace was converted to an outdoor lounge space that can no longer accommodate such functions.
We received less support on the actual day than I would have liked, but friends and family came through. Some things were not as I expected such as a buffet dessert that was plated and served. Ultimately it was fine, just not what we expected.
Our pictures are absolutely stunning because it is such a beautiful venue. All of my memories are good ones. As BayClub, they offer Sunday brunches now and my husband and I plan to return regularly to be in our space.

Had a hard time rating this venue. They recently went through a Sale of the golf course, and as a bride I cant say it was necessarily for the better. Change of staff. They have gone through 3 event coordinators in the last 7 month. When your taking a year to planning your wedding, its very frustrating to not work with the same person. They are making changes for the better, but it really benefits the club members. Reception room and bar lounge has TV hanging all over the place, which cant be taken down.

Don't get me wrong the venue is beautiful, especially the site. The willow trees make for awesome photos. Had great staff that showed us around the site for when we took the photos. Dressing room is a locker room which isn't ideal, but turned out okay.

They do have a lot of stuff (outdoor heaters, mahogany chairs, tables, tables cloths and full glass and place setting) that allows you to limit your venders that you need to bring in. It was nice that guest were able to use the shuffle board and pool table that they have in the lobby (outside the ballroom).

Overall my wedding turned out great, but it was a very exhausting process to work with the venue, as much as they tried to accommodate me.

Before Bay Club took over we had only wonderful things to say, but after it was a nightmare. Trying to get answers from the new Coordinator Hannah Keck was like pulling teeth. We would have to put in our email subject lines "3rd email" to get any type of response. They ruined the inside by putting TV's everywhere! If you are going to have your wedding here be ready to make many calls and send a lot of emails. If you don't care about communication then this is the place for you.
I will say that our actual wedding day was wonderful. The catering manager clearly knew what she was doing and we had an outside coordinator, don't know what we would have done without her.

We booked this venue for our ceremony and reception several weeks BEFORE Bay Club took over. We heard of the changes, but figured since we signed a contract already we'd stick it out and hope for the best since we loved the venue and it met all of our needs. Katie Columb (who is now a wedding planner for a different company) was amazing! She responded to us almost immediately and answered every question we had.

Now that Bay Club is in charge, we can not get a call back for squat. I have left several messages and emails with questions so that I can coordinate with our other vendors, and to no avail. My fiance and I even drove 45 minutes with no traffic to the venue to drop in and while some of our questions were answered, we still have more. This is not the experience that I imagined when I started planning my wedding. We're spending a lot of money here, but maybe it's small potatoes to them and thats why we're receiving such crappy service.

The venue is beautiful and the food is good, but if we were not already in contract with them, and had the time and energy to start venue hunting all over again, I would walk away and save myself the drama.

DO NOT COMMIT TO THIS COMPANY DURING THIS PANDEMIC!!!! WAIT UNTIL THERE IS CERTAINTY.

We were to be married in July 2020, and due to this pandemic... we were concerned about putting more money down on a non-refundable establishment. Luckily we only put down the initial deposit that we will be losing on. But they insisted even in this uncertainty... that we must make the 2nd installment payment and would not offer any type of reimbursement if the wedding had to get cancelled. Can you believe that???? Put more money down

I understand that they have a business to run, and that this pandemic has impacted them. But the manager Rachel promised, "we are a family company. We will do what's right!". In my opinion, and in a state of emergency... if someone doesn't want to postpone, getting a partial refund is right. Not everyone wants to be in wedding limbo for the unseen future. Because the truth is... this COVID-19 issue could go on for years.
