One word that describes Steve Mahon's "world premiere photography" is: Unprofessional.
1. He never answers the phone. I had to get a mutual friend to call him in order to set up a date to do my engagement photos.
2. On the day of the wedding he was an hour late.
3. I was promised at least 200 photos; I didn't even get that many. Other girls I've spoken to have received 400-600 photos; and they received all their photos within 2-4 weeks.
4. My contract said I would receive my photos in 2 weeks. It has been over 8 months and I still haven't received my photos; and I have paid in full for them. And of course, he will not answer the phone. I showed up at his office at ULM and he "disappeared" from his office as soon as I arrived. I was going to send him another facebook message today to find that he has deleted me.
He is highly unprofessional and way overpriced. This man should not be in the photography business; treating his clients this way. It is highly unacceptable. I cried when I received my bridals; he did not get the detailing of my dress and he has no sense of direction in his photography. I'm getting my bridals redone this summer. And it looks like I will not be receiving what few photos I ordered since he cannot be reached and it's been 8 months.
