Best Dress Shop Around
Alessia and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish! The day I found my dress, I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy a dress. They allowed my family and I to voice our opinions and wants without any judgement. They are reasonably priced and alterations are included (unless adding material)! I absolutely felt beautiful and felt like family each time I walked in there for my alterations and they were so excited to see pictures once I was finished! Couldn't recommend more! -

Great service, found dream dress
My mother-in-law made the appointment to go dress shopping (the appointment was back in March 2018). I found a dress ahead of time online from a designer their website said they carried. This was my second dress shopping experience (1st at Stephanie's). They had my dream dress and it fit like a glove and within my price point with alterations included. I tried on a few other dresses in different styles just to make sure and felt very supported by the consultant. During the appointment, they even helped me tweak the straps to convertible right then. Alterations were a breeze and I got a veil to match the vintage style beading. Dress was ready on time and took the stress out of the experience. -

I looved my wedding dress! At Stephanie's I originally worked with Alisha who was awesome! She had me try on a variety of dresses and I ended up buying a ball gown which was what I thought was a definite NO, but I loved it. They helped me accessorize with a beautiful belt, shoes and jewelry. I really liked that they would let me come in to try my dress on with different items to see what I liked and then when asked their opinion they were honest! I also got my bride's maids dresses here and again they were so helpful with this process. It is great that the alterations were included as well. I cannot say enough about Stephanie's! My girls and I had such a great experience and they helped to make my wedding day perfect! -

I went to four bridal salons and Stephanie's was the first I went to and the one i went back to. I am plus sized and they had such a large amount for plus size to choice from. Also they were very accomidating. They didn't make you feel like you were the average skinny bride. You can tell the people working here have been doing this for a long long time because they know the trick of the trade to get you to invision something if it wasn't your exact size. The girls working there are just so sweet and make you feel like you are the only one in the shop. the prices of the dresses you cannot beat for the quality. And he best part of alterations are included which saves you a fortune and the seamstress you can tell knows her stuff. Love this dress shop! -

My experience with Stephanie's Bridal was amazing. I worked with numerous (if not all) of the ladies that work there and they were all great. I spent a lot of time trying on various dresses, and ended up finally deciding on one. I paid for it in full up front, and within the week began second guessing my decision. I had my heart set on a dress that was in the fitting room with me the entire time, but the design on the dress I ended up selecting sold me. I called and asked if it would be possible for me to come back in and try on the original dress again that I had my heart set on and they agreed. I made an appointment for Saturday, and decided to go with the original dress I fell in love with. Not only did I feel comfortable in it, but it was more "me". I found out that day that the designer stopped making the dress the day before, and so it was not available for order anymore. They worked it out for me and were able to cancel the order I originally placed. They offered me the floor model of the dress I wanted, cleaning it and bringing it in to my size. Not only did they do this, but they did the alterations completely free of charge. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. I originally had gone to David's Bridal and was SO happy I made the decision to go to Stephanie's. Their selection is so much better and it is a much more personalized experience. You do not have a sales rep balancing between you and one or two other girls, they are completely focused on you and helping you make the decision on the dress. -

Stephanie's Bridal was fabulous when it came to picking out my wedding dress. I had actually found my dress at another store but knew they were capable of ordering that designer. They ended up being the cheapest around the area for that specific dress, PLUS they offer free hemming, bustling, and pressing. I only had to pay $30 for my alterations! And they were super flexible with my schedule considering I was from out of the area and allowed me to complete my fittings a little early. Loved their services!!! -

I got married on June 7th, 2013 and used Stephanie's Bridal for my bridal gown. Over the years I have gotten many bridesmaids dresses there as well. They have always been helpful and accommodating. My bridal gown looked absolutely perfect on my wedding day! They have very reasonable pricing for alterations, which is not true for most other bridal salons. My dress was very difficult to bustle, however, they made it work and it was perfect. They also helped with items that I did not purchase at their store. They were able to sew a belt that I had purchased elsewhere to my dress so that it looked amazing on the day of my wedding. I want to thank them for all the help over the years, and for making the most important day of my life perfect. I would recommend any bride to purchase their bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from Stephanie's! -

I had the BEST experience at Stephanie's! The entire staff was helpful and professional as well as cheerful and welcoming! They remembered me every time I called or went in! The prices were reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner! I wish I was getting married again so I could use them again!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I had just got married nearly a week ago. I got all of my bridesmaid dresses and my dress from this shop. I went to about 5 different bridal shops until I found this one, which was nearly an hour from my house. It was absolutely worth it. The girls in this shop were so helpful and so sweet. Everyone was very personable, and made me feel like my business was appreciated. The alterations were also very affordable, and I can honestly say that myself and my girls looked GORGEOUS! I am a bit sad that I wont be going into the shop anymore now that my wedding is over, but hopefully my friends will be getting married in the future so that I can tell them all to go to Stephanies! I found my perfect wedding dress at Stephanie's Bridal! I had searched several different bridal shops with a few pictures of wedding dresses I loved, but none of them had the perfect dress or the same styles that I was looking for. I was beginning to feel discouraged, until I went to Stephanie's. I showed Joi the dresses I was interested in and she brought me several similar dresses- including my dress! Their prices were very reasonable and the hemming of the dress was included. My dress was ordered in my size and color from the distributor (make sure you leave a few months for the dress to come in as they have it custom made for you). It did take longer than expected for my dress to come in, but when I called to ask when it would be delivered, they called the distributer for me and it was in within 2 weeks of them calling. The hemming was perfect after the second fitting and the bustle was color coded to make it easier for my maid of honor to bustle me the day of the wedding. I picked up the dress a few days before the wedding, perfectly hemmed, steamed, and bagged for me. I even bought a bracelet made by my consultant Joi that was gorgeous! All of the consultants were very helpful and friendly. -

Stephanie's Bridal is a small boutique. You will be very surprised to find that they have a large selection of gowns, bridesmaids, and mother's dresses. They also have all your accessories right there too. It's nice to that they take their time with you and you don't feel like your being rushed or that they are working w/ 20 other guests trying on dresses. I have recommended this place to a friend and she has also got her weddding dress there too. -

I bought my wedding dress here and highly recommend it. Though a seemingly small shop, they let you be hands-on in browsing dresses and accessories and can order whatever you need. The staff took a sincere interest in helping me create my dream bridal look, from gown to accessories and hair. Staff member Becky, who helps clients shopping but is also a seamstress extraordinaire, was patient and supportive (and simply fun to be around) through my fittings and alterations. I loved visiting Stephanie's! -

They were also helpful in selecting a veil to compliment my chosen dress. I was happy with the alterations that the seam stress did to my dress to make it fit me the best. I got my wedding dress at Stephanie's for my wedding on 11.4.11. All of their staff was great, from the first appointment to the final fitting. When my dress came in, it was too short for the huge heels I had bought - I had my heard set on wearing them and thought I'd be stuck in flats. The seamstress assured me that I had nothing to worry about - she could make the dress longer. I was doubtful of how they could make a lace dress longer - BUT THEY DID! They perform miracles - the dress was absolutely perfect and the alterations were completely unnoticeable. My mother and I were also totally blown away by the inexpensiveness of their alterations. What a great salon! I will use Stephanie's again if I need formal attire for an event! -

Stephanie's was a wonderful experience! Beautiful dresses and the staff was so helpful and knowledgable! I went back three times to try on the same several dresses and each time they were so patient and great to work with! Don't let the small shop on an older street fool you - the selection of dresses was extensive and they definitely know the business of weddings! Nearly all alterations were included with my dress and they were also very helpful in helping me find the perfect veil to go with my dress and bolero jacket. I would recommend them to any bride! -

Stephanie's Bridal is great! Super helpful staff and extremely reasonable pricing. I purchased my Mori Lee dress from Stephanie's. I was recommended by a friend and believe it or not 3 of my other friends purchased dresses from there as well. They are a very small place, but have a lot of great dresses. I totally recommend getting your dress form here. I wish I could get a dress all over again :) -

I was so impressed with the staff at Stephanie's. Don't let their youth fool you! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and complimentary. We got both my dress and my bridesmaids dresses at Stephanie's. They did an excellent job of altering a complex train. -

The head seamstress(I think her name is Joanne)was definitely helpful as she fitted my bridesmaid's dresses. She has a lot of experience, and fitted my girls just right! I don't think any of them had to return to be fitted a second time after they tried on their dress for the "final" fitting. Several of the girls who work there are polite and offer great advice on how the dress looks or could look on you. My mother thought that Camrin was really helpful when she picked out her dress. -

I had visited many bridal stores before settling on Stephanie's Bridal. Everyone was very friendly towards me and my party on our first visit. I wasn't able to settle on a dress at that point, but after coming back for a second visit I selected my dress. I also fell in love with one of their bridesmaid dresses, so we placed a decent sized order.
Once I had chosen my dress and the deposit was made, I feel like the level of service we were provided went down slightly. On one of my bridesmaid's fittings (which we had an appointment for), we were hardly acknowledged and waited for the associates to finish up with other customers (who we found out did not have appointments) before we were helped.
It's a great perk that they offer free alterations up to a point on the dresses. My bustle was included and I only paid a small fee for a few other alterations made to my dress. One of my bridesmaid's had to have her dress taken out and the zipper ended up breaking on my wedding day. Fortunately, we had a semi-seamstress in the party and were able to avert a potential wedding day "catastrophe." -

All the gowns were purchased from Stephanies at a great price. They were very helpful and shipped the gowns to me out of state. The only problem I had was with shoes - they dyed shoes for us. All of the bridesmaids shoes came out fine - but mine did not match the gown. As I was out of state, and my sister was handling in person, I found it difficult to get a response. I ended up wearing the shoes, which they said should match, even though they didn't. Other than that - the service we received from this store was fine. -

The shop had my dress in within about four months of ordering and were very ammenable regarding the alterations. The seamstress attached these lovely sleeves that made people think they were part of the original design. I needed about three fittings and the shop was very accomodating regarding my schedule.
There was one alteration that needed to be made right before the wedding, however my godmother was able to alter the dress as the shop was not open.
Some of the girls who handle the sale are very petite and may not understand a plus size frame. When I went with my mother and sister to first look at dresses, the salesgirl (who was very sweet but really tiny) pulled a couple gowns that were not suited to my frame. However the seamstress fully understood how to make a plus size body look amazing, and all the staff was very sweet. We also found a gown for my mother who looked amazing.
Most of the gowns are reasonably priced. As expected, the heavly beaded and detailed gowns are higher in price. However, a more casual or classic style will not be as expensive as one would expect. -

This is a review as a bride for the 'mother of the bride' dress. I actually was in a wedding last year and the bridesmaids dresses were from here except I found mine MUCH cheaper elsewhere. I digress- I loved that my mom loved her dress. That's really all I wanted. She had to order a dress a size too small because it was the last one and they happily and successfully let the dress out and it fit her perfectly. When she put the dress on at the fitting though, there was a weird puckering at the end of this lace overlay that was very unflattering and noticeable being that it was smack dab front and center. We both went 'oh the dress was let out but the lace is still too tight there. We asked the seamstress to look at it and she said there was nothing she could do... at first. My mom pushed and she went and got the head girl and another girl- they said what we thought and fixed it right then and there. Thankfully, my mom and I don't really take no for an answer and we were glad they agreed and were able to in fact fix it. The dress was beautiful- a little pricey but the ladies at the shop were kind as well. Pickings are kind of slim in the area and they do carry some nice gowns. -

Stephanie's bridal is a good place to find a dress and even order the bridesmaids dresses BUT DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR ALTERATIONS. The alterations people did an awful job on the bridesmaids dresses. The hems were uneven and if you need anything more than hemming it was a disaster! 2 of my sisters had to take their dresses to our family seamstress to get them fixed and she even said how TERRIBLE the alterations were. Thank goodness I found that out before I let them touch my dress.
But the worst part of it was when I went in for my last fitting. The alterations woman did do my bustle and she was showing my mom how to bustle the dress and ended up getting jelly from her donut that she was eating earlier on my dress...5 days before the wedding! Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL. On top of that the woman LAUGHED about it and said "oh this will come right out; don't worry I've gotten much worse on dresses" I was so upset I was shaking. And why in the world would you brag about getting worse stains on wedding gowns?!?
So overall the staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodated my tight time frame for my wedding, but the alterations people really ruined my experience. -

All in all, the biggest problem was communication, or lack there of. I shouldn't have to call with a status update for my bridesmaids dresses, nor should my MOH be surprised with fees during the check out transaction.
I would not recommend this place at all. -

HORRIBLE! They were great until they got us to drop 400$ on a bridesmaid dress. It was like as soon as we all paid the service went out the window. Every single one of the bridesmaids was dissatisfied and had awful experiences. The seamstress and bridal attendant were both rude and refused to listen to what we wanted done. Alterations were sloppy and poorly done and the dresses weren't fitted correctly. I had to have my altered by a different seamstress after Stephanie's did it and she absolutely couldn't believe they left my dress like that or how poor the quality of the seam work was. They also messed up the groomsmens suits so when the groomsmen went to pick their suits up three days before the wedding they were all wrong and had to be re-altered. The grooms shoes were also wrong. Luckily it all worked out in time but it was a seriously horrible experience! -

Don't recommend to anyone, terrible customer service. The staff don't know what they are doing and they are rude. They ordered me the wrong size dress and then made me pay to let it out. They told me I must have gained weight because my measurements were different when I actually lost weight from when they took the original measurements. They don't have any idea how to treat their customers. Apparently they have never heard the phrase " the customer is always right". Find a different shop evn if it is further away. -

As the Mother of the Groom the bridal shop staff were very friendly and helpful in trying to find the right dress for me. However, the dress never came in for the wedding and when I spoke with them regarding the missed date they explained to me that they would not have missed the date had I called sooner. So just a heads up, if you order a dress from Stephanies Bridal make sure you call often so that they don't miss your date! -
