Stardance made my dreams come true
Stardance has such breathtaking views and incredible service. They are VERY reasonably priced for the great quality they provide.
I had a couple of last minute requests and changes to decor and timeline - they were able to accommodate all of them. I can’t recommend them enough for any event.
I had the wedding of my dreams there. The atmosphere was unmatched and such a great place to start the rest of my husband and my life. -

We recently hosted our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception at Stardance. The entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The venue itself is absolutely stunning! It is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue, and the flow of the space made the entire evening feel effortless.
Every vendor recommended by Stardance and that we worked with was professional, warm, and truly committed to making the day special. I can not esteem the owner, Kelly and her team and designated facility / wedding planner, enough! They brought our vision to life with care and creativity. Everything ran smoothly—from the catering team who provided delicious food to the décor setup and floral vendor. Each partner exceeded our expectations. The DJ, photographer, hair stylist, makeup artist, bartender and support staff were equally outstanding and so very kind! Each contribution by each vendor is valued and so appreciated! They were organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the celebration unforgettable!
What stood out most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. It felt like a team of people who truly cared about our family, guests and our daughter and son-in-law's big day. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and excellence shown by every vendor involved, especially Kelly.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful venue and an amazing owner and a team of vendors who deliver above and beyond! -

They turned the wedding into a completely magical event. The breathtaking views set the stage for the most beautiful ceremony. Then onto inside for an enormous space for the reception. The dance floor was fantastic. The staff was beyond attentive and we wanted for nothing. It has been a constant that people have been commenting on how delicious the food was.
It’s hard to believe that it is not the most expensive wedding venue in Tucson. The affordability is surprising for what it includes. -

The best venue !
From the beginning Kelly was so kind and helpful. Even when I changed my mind a million times lol! We booked our venue at Stardance Event Center after looking at several locations here in Tucson.
From the moment we walked on property we knew this was the place we both wanted to get married.
The staff was very accommodating the day of our wedding. The food was delicious, and fresh! They helped us decorate the day of, as well as helped us clean up after the event! We loved this location because they also offer the his/hers suits for your bridal party to get ready in! The girls suite was BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed!
The wedding DJ was wonderful and helped us dance the night away.
The main thing that really stuck out to us when booking this venue is how gorgeous it is for pictures! It was breathtaking, for our local friends, and even family visiting from out of town! It has beautiful views all the way around the venue!
It was also very close to hotels in the area for anyone visiting from out of town!
If you’re looking for an all inclusive type of venue , where they help take care of the big things involving a wedding, this place is for you!

Working with the owner of Stardance made our experience seamless. She is responsive and kind and we look forward to working with her in the future with other upcoming weddings we will have. The venue speaks for itself. It is hard to find the backdrops that Stardance gives for the wedding ceremony and wedding photos. It was beautiful! The desert landscape is amazing! We had a very large wedding party and we were able to seat 200 plus comfortably with dancing in the middle. The venue was just what we needed to make our wedding perfect. -

Kelly and her team are by far the best in the business! Our wedding party had approximately 270 guests and the space and ambiance was great! When I say there was NO STRESS there was none! Kelly and her team were the best hosts and knocked it out of the park ensuring a seamless day! As in most wedding days things come up and it didn't matter what it was she kept everyone calm and everything moving smoothly. We seriously had the best night and our guest were raving about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Kelly and team thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing us with the best memories to our dream wedding! To anyone looking this is by far the best venue! We looked at several this places and this one is absolutely magical! The photo opportunities are also endless!! Spectacular! -

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Stardance Event Center. Working with the owner, Kelly was easy and painless. She allows you to personalize pretty much any detail you want so that your wedding day is everything you envision. She was also there for our wedding and made sure everything was perfect and flawless. Although their standard dinner option is a buffet we decided to upgrade to a plated meal and it completely paid off - the food was delicious and the servers were very professional. Most of the vendors you need for a wedding are included in the package and were all amazing to work with! We would highly recommend this venue to any couple who is interested! -

We had the BEST experience having our prom hosted by Star dance Event Center. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was unmatched. I don't know how we will be able to ever find a better venue. Mark, the DJ, was great with the high school kids and taking requests. The venue provided drinks, which was included with the package. They were extremely easy to work with leading up to the event. Wish we locked in a date for 2026 because it was just perfect. -

Working with Kelly and her staff was a joy. She is high energy and flexible, making my parent's 50 year anniversary celebration a wonderful experience. The venue is a special place surrounded by the Tucson Mountains and Sonoran Desert landscape. The food was delicious with many options to choose from. My husband and I got married on 3.8.2025 at stardance. It was a gorgeous day. Kelly is incredibly kind and warm. She is a great person to work with. Her DJ, coordinator, and staff worked diligently for us to have a very special day. Star dance offers many great options. Our guests loved the food, our dessert bar, and Photo Booth. The bar was awesome and gave us drinks to enjoy in our getting ready suites. We were overall very satisfied. ❤️❤️ ❤️ -

Stardance was the perfect Wedding Venue for our wedding March 1, 2025.
Kelly the owner is amazing and was always available to answer any questions and meet with us anytime. She provided a stress-fee experience and direction on all planning. The vendor list Kelly provides were easy to work and communicate with. t
The caterer, and the service they provided for planning our wedding dinner was a nice experience. The DJ was engaging all through the wedding, helping and keeping everything moving and upbeat for the wedding.
We had so many compliments from our guests. I would recommend using Stardance for the wedding of your dreams. Stardance gave us the wedding of our dreams along with memories. Thank you Kelly -

My son and daughter in law were married at Stardance 2/16/2025. It was perfect. The venue, although rustic, is still versatile. They wanted a "winter wedding" with pine and pine cones and chose the theme Simple Elegance. We transformed the venue to just that and it was exactly as they wanted it. Ive known Kelly for awhile and always love working with her. And we worked with Cayla day of, and Melissa for rehearsal, as Kelly ended up sick and unable to be there. Everything went great and they were very easy to communicate with. I felt cost was affordable. The food was good. The DJ was great. We brought in our own photographer. Overall, 5 stars and many many compliments! -

Stardance Event Center helped us host the most wonderful wedding in December, fulfilling our dreams of a winter wonderland, Christmas wedding. Kelly was nothing short of amazing and was very accommodating, as well as responsive to our millions of questions we had during the planning period. Kayla helped decorate the venue beautifully, with our vision in mind. The food was so tasty and just what we wanted. The amount of compliments from guests on the food, decor, and the flow of the entire day and evening was overflowing. If you are hesitant to book, or just not sure, GO FOR IT! They are wonderful and we would do our wedding over and over again at Stardance. -

Dream wedding at a dream venue!!
My husband and I just had our wedding at Stardance the first week of January, and it was truly a dream come true! From the amazing Stardance team, to the beautiful venue, everything about our wedding and wedding planning experience was so wonderful. Kelly is so helpful and knowledgeable, as well as hands on. She was a great resource throughout this process and is just a great person. Kayla was also amazing and made our night run so smoothly! It was great to have so much freedom and support to create our dream wedding. We were so grateful for the DJ, Photo Booth, the delicious food, and amazing staff that helped to make our night more perfect. I could not recommend this venue more. This venue is an absolute dream!!!
This venue is absolutely beautiful! The owner and the staff are amazing! They truly made my entire wedding process as smooth as possible from the very beginning to the very end. The venue is a dream!
I got married here last week and I'm still reliving the fairytale that was my wedding day. Kelly and Kayla do an AWESOME job of ensuring every detail is perfect for your big day. From the moment we met Kelly she was warm and welcoming. We booked this venue 18 months in advance and Kelly and Kayla both did a fantastic job of touching base through that time and going through everything we'd need - even things we hadn't thought about. The day of was so much less stressful because we hired Kayla to do the day of coordinating. She was constantly running around communicating with vendors and herding our family members and bridal party for pictures, grand entrances, etc. I can't recommend this place enough! As if the people weren't great enough, the views are stunning out here! You'll need minimal decor. The barn and mountains alone are breathtaking. -

Better than we could have imagined
My husband and I got married at Stardance on April 13th and it was more beautiful and better than I could have imagined.
Kelly and her whole staff are so kind and thoughtful. They helped us with every little detail throughout the planning process. On our actual wedding day, they made sure it went so smoothly. Everything was executed so perfectly, down to the very last detail.
On top of their incredible staff, my guests LOVED it. So many people told me it was the most fun and beautiful wedding they've ever been to! And while I'd love to take credit for it, I know it was all because of stardance! I also heard time and time again it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! -

We wanted to thank you and your staff for doing such and excellent job. The wedding was wonderful, and your staff made sure everything ran smoothly. I would like to particularly thank Kayla. I am sure you are already aware, but wanted to let you know what an asset she is to your organization. She is not only extremely professional and efficient but is also a pleasure to work with and is very warm and sincere. We were able to completely relax and know that she had things under control. You are fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.
I would also like to recognize Mark for doing a great job as emcee and DJ. He made the event flow smoothly and kept the energy flowing throughout the evening. He too is an asset to your organization. I did not interact as much personally with the rest of the staff so can’t call them out personally, but that is not any slight by omission. They were all wonderful. I also received many positive comments from my guests on the venue and how good the food was.
Please pass on my thanks once again to all of them. Obviously, Saturday was an important and very special day for us, and they knocked it out of the park! Feel free to pass on my thanks and comments as you feel appropriate.

Best wedding venue!
I'm not the type to give 5/5 on anything but stardance far exceeded my expectations for my wedding. They had everything set up for us when we got there that morning and checked in on me when we were getting ready. Their communication is top notch. The gold package is the way to go, it has everything you could ever want. Kelly and all the staff were wonderful and I highly recommend them!! -

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have found this venue. Kelly right from the start was so transparent about pricing and easy to communicate with. It is crazy the amount you get for the price. It is basically all inclusive - ceremony (surrounded by beautiful mountains and cacti), cocktail hour, reception, DJ, day of coordinator, and bartenders!! Not to mention it's BYOB!!! Saved us SO much money!! Kelly always responded to my texts so quickly and was so accommodating. She even let our pups be a part of our special day and walk down the aisle!
Kayla the day of coordinator was just so phenomenal to work with. I paid her to set up and take down all of the decor. I am not creative at all, so I basically gave her creative freedom to make the venue look pretty with he decor I bought, and it was so much prettier than I could have ever imagined!!!
The DJ was so LIT! We asked for them to make it like a ratchet middle school dance, and they definitely obliged! People were dancing the entire time. The day of coordinator even led a line dance!! It was amazing!!
There was never really a line at the bar, and everyone was able to get drinks quickly!! We had FIVE signature cocktails which they executed perfectly and all of our guests got to try them all!
THE FOOD. THE FOOD WAS SO DELICIOUS! We did buffet style and oh my goodness we got so much food, everyone was stuffed!!
Before we booked with Stardance, we actually had already booked with another vendor. But once we saw Stardance Event Center, we knew it was the venue for us and we canceled the other spot!! We have no regrets!!
YOU HAVE TO BOOK WITH STARDANCE!!! They made our wedding so special and the best night of our lives!!!

My husband and I decided we wanted to renew our vows after a few years of heartache and tragedy. I knew it had to be at Stardance. The venue itself is stunning as it overlooks the mountains. It provides so many wonderful backdrops for photos. Everything was very easy and straightforward. We were able to do our food tasting/linens with one meeting. Kelly was amazing to work with and made us feel like we were the number one priority through the planning process all the way through our special day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Kayla is also amazing she did our bar meeting with us and told us based on our count what exactly we would need and suggested stores that would take returns if we had left over at the end of the night. The entire night was absolutely perfect and beyond what we could have imagined. Stardance is the perfect setting for your wedding or party! I would highly recommend reaching out to Kelly, you won’t regret it! We haven’t gotten our professional photos back yet but I will attach some that were taken by family members. -

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Stardance.From day 1, Kelly was on top of everything. She is responsive and always has an answer to your question. The venue is inclusive of multiple services and they reach out to you to schedule tastings, DJ meetings, etc. Kayla was a life saver on the day of our wedding. She set up, coordinated and helped move the day along smoothly. You can tell everybody there knows what they are doing. No stone was left unturned and I didn’t have to do a thing on wedding day. The servers, bartenders and coordinators were on top of everything. Everybody on site was a joy to interact with and I would recommend the venue to anybody looking to plan their wedding. -

What an experience it was to have our wedding at Stardance. We could not have chosen a better option than this magnificent place. Kelly was not nothing but attentive to our needs and wants. Kayla our coordinator did a fantastic job during along with our DJ and our bartender Hannah. Everything ran so smoothly that I thought I was missing something.
Ceremony was amazing and so emotional with a fantastic view of the city and sunset. Dinner. Appetizers and desserts were well complimented by all of my guests. Several of my guests also complimented how beautiful everything was and that they had not been in a place of the sort before. We’re were extremely happy with how everything turned out and what a great time our guests had. Props to all of Stardance team!

Kelly is a sweetheart and all of her staff are top notch! Kayla did a fabulous job putting out the decorations and boxing everything up afterwards. Everything went perfectly and smoothly. They are flexible and very willing to work with you to make the day tailored to your wishes. I highly recommend this venue!

Amazing Experience
Working with Kelly and her team made our wedding the best experience we could’ve asked for. We live in Colorado, and planning a long distance wedding has many challenges but Kelly was so responsive and organized it made everything easy! Also a huge huge huge thank you to Kayla, our Stardance day of coordinator, for setting up and taking down decorations, facilitating our special drinks, and keeping everything moving/organized during the ceremony and reception. Kelly and her crew made me and my fiance feel like family from day one. She was just a text away with a quick, helpful response at any time. Everything we could have asked for and more. The owner Kelly is amazing to work with and very patient. She listens, understands and executes your vision with such ease. The venue offers outstanding views of the desert, mountains and Tucson. Having the groom casita and bride room was perfect for us to get ready with ease and have a place to put all our stuff. First Wedding of 2022
Absolutely a gem of a venue. Went into wedding day with the unknown and allowed things to flow, & the staff and coordination of that day was beyond exceptional! Every employee the day of the wedding knew their unique role & responsibility which made the evening flow effortlessly. Kayla by far was exceptionally amazing, don’t know how she does it but she truly loves what she does & it pours out of her, without her assistance that evening who knows what the day would’ve been like. Miss Kelly…the gem to it all, you have so much on your plate, not one hiccup happened, we don’t know how you do it but keep up the great work. All vendors recommended were fabulous, catering was executed perfectly by Gibson’s, DJ & Photography there aren’t enough words for the job well done. Photographer Che & Red…WOW…you all are incredible!!! No matter the temperature outside or the craziness going on within the family y’all were so memorable and made our day that much more special. Having two amazing photographers on site for the wedding was such a surprise but was definitely needed.
Stardance venue as a whole, I cannot wait to see how much more you all grow & flourish!!! You all hold a very special place in our hearts for the beautiful wedding day that we had!!

After touring many different places, Stardance was really a no-brainer. It has the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor, all inclusive accommodations, and a stunning backdrop. We were all set to get married in March 2020, and then the pandemic hit. Fortunately, Stardance was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. From revising our dates, to turning our rustic spring wedding to a spooky Halloween wedding, Kelly and her team were incredibly accommodating and responsive.
Our wedding day, when it arrived, was amazing. We had coordination from start to finish, many hands assisting with set-up and breakdown, and super professional organization leading up to the day. The dinner was incredible, as were the margaritas!
I would (and have) recommended this venue to any Tucson couple! -

The food from Johnny Gibsons was high quality and tasty. The venue is magical from the altar overlooking the gorgeous mountains, to the romantic & beautiful barn. 5 STARS does not do this place any justice. When I say this team goes ABOVE and BEYOND, holy cow! It started pouring 30-40 min. before our outdoor ceremony. What was supposed to be a quick mountain rain turned into an hour or two long rain and Kayla and Joe went above and beyond to move the ceremony inside along with getting everyone seated and situated. Truly, the inside ceremony was just as beautiful as the one that would have been outdoors. My hats off to Kayla because she was the star of the night handling it all from a coordinator perspective. I cannot imagine this day without her. Joe, our DJ was also so helpful and our MC along with checking in on me and my husband and both of them are the power team, truly both of them can rule the world. Not to mention, our dearest Kelly. Her knowledge and kind and supportive demeanor through this whole pandemic (our original wedding was supposed to be 03/27/2020) was incredibly helpful. Truly, a one of a kind experience!

I got married at stardance on 3/14/21 and Kelly the owner was so incredibly helpful! She took the reigns on the wedding day when there were issues and helped us set everything up! Kayla also worked her butt off in order to ensure that everything went well and all decor was set up! Stardance Event Center was such an amazing venue. The staff were wonderful and on top of everything. The DJ crew helped to make the music and the day perfect. We had a lot of guests tell us that the music was great and there wasn't a single bad song that was played. The bartenders and waiters were friendly and treated our guests very well. Most of all, Kelly, the owner of the venue was stellar. Anytime I had a question or concern I received an answer right away. She was flexible with things we wanted for our special day and was so easy to work with. She has many years of experience in the wedding industry and it truly shows. I am so happy that we chose Stardance Event Center to have our wedding at. I do not think we would've been treated so well at any other venue. My daughter wanted a unique Quinceañera that had a country/rustic feel and chose Stardance Event Center. Kelly, the owner, was very friendly to work with. She was so responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to help make my daughter's Quinceañera beautiful and memorable! Our family and friends had nothing but compliments, they can't imagine how my daughter's wedding will be after having her 15th birthday event at Stardance!
Review of Rehearsal/Planning;
-Kelly was very responsive to emails throughout the whole process...She is very receptive to questions and ideas, she will also offer advice as she has a lot of experience with weddings and has made a lot of connections with vendors.
-The staff was organized in making sure to book a rehearsal time early...
-Various Stardance vendors contact you early in the planning process making your planning easier.
-The DJ sends an organizational sheet for bride/groom to fill out their preferences...
-The DJ makes sure to meet with you early so they can discuss the flow of the event...
- The rehearsal went really smoothly. Staff arrived promptly on time and they were involved with the rehearsal the whole time.
-The staff allowed us to bring our decorations on rehearsal day, so we didn’t have to bring them the day of the event... Good for those brides who are more DIY...
Review of The day of the event;
-The staff arrived promptly on time at day of the event.
-The staff were very professional and interactive throughout the entire day. They had SUPERB customer service, which is important for anyone making a big investment in their event....
-The female dressing room was spacious enough for 9 young ladies to get dressed. They had seating, mirrors, outlets for our 9 young ladies to get ready.
-The male dressing room was spacious enough for 9 young men to get dressed.
-The bathrooms were clean, roomy, and modern for our guests to use.
-The outdoor ceremony area was clean, well landscaped, and simply beautiful showcasing the desert beauty. We normally have our ceremony in the church, but we simply could not pass up on having both our ceremony and reception at Stardance!
-The outdoor ceremony stage is raised, so the ceremony can be seen by everyone. We had 2 medium tables, 4 chairs, and 5-6 people on stage at one time, so stage is roomy. The weather here is perfect most of the days of the year, so chances are you can have your ceremony outside.
-The courtyard provided extra space (aside from the ceremony area and venue hall) for our guests to mingle and provided such a stunning view overlooking the city at night... I think the courtyard was our guests' favorite spot after taking a break from night dancing!
-The indoor venue was perfect with my daughter's country/rustic vision and very spacious to accommodate our 200 guest count plus other tables (cake table, candy buffet, food buffet tables) without feeling cramped (unlike other venues that "say" they can accommodate 200 guests, but they really can't).
-The indoor venue also has a stage for a nice indoor ceremony.
-The dance area was spacious for 200 guest count. Kelly will help you organize your tables and still bring an intimate feel if you are having a smaller guest count.
-Lots of natural light with large barn doors and windows. The hanging lights really provide the rustic/country feel in such a beautiful way.
-High ceilings give the barn a big and elegant feel.
-There was plenty of parking (unlike downtown venues) and the event is in a quiet area by the mountains (unlike venues by airport/downtown city traffic).
-They had a self station for non-alcohol drinks and bartenders in different area for the alcoholic drinks, which provided efficiency of getting drinks for our 200 guest count. My daughter and her friends loved the lemonade!
-We had a dinner buffet, and the staff were very organized and efficient in helping to facilitate 200 guests to come to the buffet for dinner in an organized way.
-You can bring your own alcohol, so we were able to return the alcohol we did not use after our event.
-The Stardance photo booth was a super hit with all of our guests! The photo booth was interactive and area was clean, attendant was professional, and there were items to make the photo booth fun.
-The staff made sure to help facilitate the flow of the event, so everything went super smoothly. Several guests complemented on how organized the event felt....
In addition, Stardance has a variety of vendors so you can choose to have an inclusive event if you want instead of having to look everywhere in Tucson for the same services that you can receive at Stardance. These are things to really consider when making your decision on a wedding venue. You deserve to have people who are organized throughout the whole process and attentive to your special event. Stardance will deliver on customer service because it’s important for you to have a perfect event.
My daught did not regret choosing Stardance because of their high quality. The entire Stardance staff (Kelly, bartenders, coordinator, DJ) were very accommodating and flexible with our needs, they really made the day of the event beautiful! My daughter will cherish her Quinceañera because of Stardance! -

From the moment we met with Kelly, my husband and I knew that we wanted our wedding at Stardance and we wanted to go on the wedding planning journey with Kelly. The whole Stardance crew was amazing through the whole process, from the meetings to the tasting to the music meeting and rehearsal. They accommodated some of my families odd requests like putting together a special menu based off a crazy idea my dad had. It was above exceptional. We have continued to receive complements about how wonderful the venue was. The coordinator was so sweet through out the night, the DJ-Che did an amazing job and since we were seated near him, always made sure we didn’t need anything. The bartenders were so nice to everyone and really catered to my husband and I anytime we went up to them. Everyone really made us feel so special. This place and the crew really has it down pat on how to make dreams come true and know how to make a bride and groom feel special on their day!
One of the photos is just one of the food options we that we had that night a huge charcuterie board. They packed up all our left over food and we were able to take it home! Thanks again to the Stardance Crew! -

My goodness, where do I even start! We had the BEST experience at Stardance. From the beginning, the owner, Kelly, was so kind, flexible, and genuinely excited for our big day. Because there is so much I want to say, I am going to make a list.
1. The venue is beautiful. It captures the true beauty of Tucson. Very simple, yet elegant, yet rustic. Just overall the most beautiful venue ever and I am so so SO happy we chose Stardance.
2. Mostly everything is included in this venue. Such a plus!
3. BYOB. Makes everything so much cheaper! Also, the bartender is amazing. She let us bring Sangria even though our package did not include this.
4. We had to change our wedding date due to family issues, and Kelly was so chill about it. She just sent us new available dates, and did not charge us extra to change.
5. Speaking of extra charges, there are no hidden fees, or tricks. Everything is a set price and there are no surprises.
6. Lastly and most importantly, Kelly and her staff make you feel extra special on your wedding day. I know that this is their job, but I truly felt like they wanted us to have the best day ever. Everyone was attentive, making sure I was not stressed, Kelly even bustled my dress before I was introduced into the reception. I am telling you, this is more than just a "venue." Kelly puts her heart and soul into her business. It was the most magical day. You will not regret picking Stardance for your special day -

Beautiful venue and excellent service
Stardance Event Center is a beautiful rustic/western venue with stunning mountain views! The reception hall is gorgeous inside, with high ceilings, a fireplace, long farm tables and a great dance floor! The food was delicious - I have had so many people tell me how much they enjoyed it! The DJ was awesome. He was super fun, took song requests and kept everyone on the dance floor all night! The coordinator, Kelly, is also amazing! She is super on top of it, quick to respond to all of my questions, and made 100% sure that our day ran smoothly. She really did a wonderful job in making sure I didn't have to worry about a thing! So many people told me beforehand to expect something to go wrong on my wedding day, and thanks to Kelly and her team, nothing did! I am still receiving compliments from guests about how beautiful the wedding was, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone getting married! -
