We had the absolute best experience with S&S Limo, and we can’t say enough about our amazing driver, Mike. From the moment he arrived, he set the tone for the entire day—professional, punctual, and genuinely kind. He was early, prepared, and completely attentive to every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Mike went above and beyond in every possible way. He treated us and our wedding party like family, making sure we were comfortable, calm, and even made us laugh when we needed it most. He helped with bags, doors, and timing, and somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even said it. His warmth and positive energy added such a special touch to our wedding day—he wasn’t just a driver, he was a part of the celebration.
The limo itself was spotless, stocked, and beautiful, but it was Mike’s exceptional service that truly made the experience unforgettable. Best limo service!
S & S is amazing! I had last minute changes and timeline updates until the week before the big day. Every time I called they were more than happy to help and work with the changing schedule. The limo driver was amazing and so patient. The whole planning process was made easier having S & S there and willing to update as plans changed. If you ever need a limo service, this is the one to choose.

Great Limo Service
For my wedding day, I had a crazy pick up schedule planned. I needed a limo to grab the girls from the hairdresser, then get them to the venue, then grab the boys from my house, then get them to the venue. I called S&S and asked if this was possible and they said without a doubt! I booked with them right then and there. I even added on a town car to get my husband and I from the venue to our mini moon. Everything was easy to book and we could pay for everything beforehand. The driver was so nice and professional! He knew exactly where he was going and there were no hiccups at all. Overall, great experience.

Clean and Comfy Ride

I absolutely love working with the S & S Limo Team. As a wedding planner, it's important to me that I work with other wedding professionals that have integrity, professionalism, and will take care of my clients. Jen and her team are very responsive, organized, and professional. I recently had the pleasure of working with them on a wedding and, despite all the challenges this pandemic has brought, they were kind, professional, responsive, flexible, and cognizant of keeping everyone safe. Wedding transportation went off without a hitch (and it's the one place that always has a kink!!). I really appreciate all that the S&S Limo team did to keep my clients safe and happy and highly recommend them over any other transportation company in the area. Great and Timely Wedding Day Service
My wife and I ultimately decided to have a shuttle limo service to bring wedding guests to/from our venue, and were very happy with S&S Limo. Cassie and her team were extremely easy to work with, and very quick to respond to any special needs or requests we had in advance of our big day. Bob was our driver on the wedding day, and was very personable and timely in transporting everyone to and from our venue with an added element of fun. I definitely recommend S&S Limo for wedding day services!

Great Party/Shuttle Bus Experience
S&S Limo was great to work with. They provided a party bus for our wine tour and the shuttle bus for the wedding reception. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had great interactions with the drivers. The Best Limo Driver
We hired S & S for our wedding day. I have to say we were not disappointed at all! Marc our limo driver accommodated us down to the very last detail.
Marc is such a nice individual. He went above and beyond for us. I happened to fracture my foot 4 days before my wedding and ended up in a boot. Marc helped me safely get in and out of the limo each and every time (which he didn't have to) but he did.
I greatly appreciate the spectacular service and again for helping me so much on our special day!
If you book your next wedding. Ask for Marc!

We have had a perfect experience with S&S Limos. I have used them in the past for wine tours and always had a great experience. For wedding planning the customer services was outstanding and quick! I needed a larger size vehicle but wanted the more traditional feel of a regular limo vs. a limo bus. They were so accommodating and were able to book the Tahoe limo to accommodate my full bridal party with comfort. The entire experience was professional and experienced. 100% recommend S&S!

Awesome experience!
We could not be more pleased with her experience with S&S! They worked with us to create a package that was going to accommodate our needs on our wedding day. We wanted to shuttle guests at the end of the night back to the hotel, so we were able to do a split package. This was awesome so we did not need to go out and rent an additional shuttle. Our driver was excellent throughout the whole day. He helped to make experience memorable!

Easiest vendor we had
S&S Limousines was great. From the beginning of reaching out to get a quote, to calling to book and giving all our details for the big day this by far was one of the easiest vendors we worked with. The limo bus was amazing and we had plenty of room. Our driver Larry was so nice and always there to help in anyway he could. Our driver was out of this world
Okay, Craig was an angel sent from heaven on our wedding day. He was funny, punctual, professional, and literally had an answer for every problem we encountered. When we arrived at the church, he pulled out a broom and swept leaves off of the sidewalk so it would be less slippery for me. He helped to drape the train of my dress on my arm walking in so as not to dirty it. He even made sure I was breathing before walking into the church. During pictures, he made sure the wedding party didn’t go far and kept everyone focused and ready for the next photo. At the end of the night he helped us load the extra food into the bus and got us back safe and sound. Absolutely blown away by him.

My fiance and I had a great experience since day 1 when we called S & S Limo to ask for availability and pricing. Each staff member was always enthusiastic and happy to help, and we always had a response within 24-36 hours. They were even able to accomodate us and offer an additional vehicle when we had a sudden change in plans and needed an extra limo. On our wedding day, both limos were clean and well-maintained, and both drivers appeared clean, friendly, professional, and got us to all our destinations safely and on time. This is how a limo company should be run, I highly recommend S & S Limousine and would definitely use them again for any future transportation needs!

S&S was great! We were able to reserve 2 hours since we didn't need a large block. My girls and I got ready in Syracuse and then went to Oswego. I booked this vendor at a bridal show because they offered extremely competitive pricing when compared to other show specials that day. They were very easy to work with and provided thorough documentation and receipts. They has no issues with anything I requested. Our driver, Andrew, was also really wonderful, polite and was so nice to my dad. He enjoyed the reception as well, which was great. So glad I booked with S+S, it was cheap, easy, fast and efficient and most importantly, on time - if not early!! Bus was clean, smelled great and got everyone there and home safely. Cant ask for anything more!

Transportation was our last vendor to book. Our venue was close to both our hotel and after party so we really weren't sure what to do. However, I knew I wanted something special. I contacted a few places, yet was blown back by the quote I got from S&S. We used the transportation from hotel to venue twice for guys and girls. Then back to hotel with a mixture before departing to the after party. Then a final return to the hotel. Paul was our driver. He was very patient and helpful. I would use this company for any future transportation needs I may have.

I am so glad I went with S&S they truly were the best deal around! I booked at a bridal show that all of the competing limo companies were at and I was straight forward with each company. I told them I am booking today what is your best price? I started with S&S they gave me a great quote and I told them I would be back after visiting all of the other companies and they told me if anyone gives me a better price to come back and they would beat it. S&S was very responsive always sending confirmation emails, confirmation calls, I felt extremely comfortable and trusted them. The limo I booked broke down the night before my wedding and S&S called me to tell me they upgraded me to a bigger model and wanted to make sure that it was okay that the limo was white. The limo driver was amazing and was nice enough to let us know if we needed anything he was our man!

My fiancé and I choose S&S for all of our limousine services for our big day. This included transporting our bridal party as well as making trips from the hotel to our venue for our out of town guests. I had previously used S&S when throwing a friend's bachelorette party and had been happy with their services. They also came highly recommended from our venue coordinator. We used S&S for our wedding and had Darnell. He was super friendly, and very professional. He ensured we ran on time and was always where he was supposed to be! Darnell even drove my grandma home since she wanted to leave early and walked her to the door. We thought the limo was very nice, clean and exactly what we wanted. I managed and was a chauffeur for another local limo company for over five years. This was my first experience with S&S limo, and they will be the first and last limo company I use or recommend in the future. I was very pleased with our experience with S & S Limo. We booked them for our June wedding and from the start they were very professional. Before the wedding we went over all the details for the day. The day of the wedding, the limo arrived to pick up the wedding party and arrived on time. Granted our wedding ceremony & reception were very closeby, they did not get lost and everything went smoothly. Our limo driver was very friendly and was very helpful in getting me (the bride) in and out of the vehicle without getting my dress dirty. He was very patient with us when we stopped at different locations for pictures. He even helped stop traffic! It was a pleasure working with him. I thought he was very friendly but professional and would definitely book S & S again.

We rented 3 party buses from S&S and we had a great experience with them. They were very knowledgeable and were able to get all 3 buses where they needed to go on time. From picking us up to go to the church to picking us up at the end of the night at the reception and bringing everyone home, they were punctual and professional. Our driver even helped us carry on some of the centerpieces at the end of the night. He introduced himself at the beginning of the day and told us to let him know if we needed any help with anything. What a gentleman! The buses were immaculate and the radio and A/C worked perfectly. We had an amazing experience with the company and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! They were awesome! The limo driver was early, but didn't charge us extra. He just wanted to make sure we got to the church on time. He drove us to 3 picture locations and all was in a great time. I wasn't late for anything and he was very friendly. He even joined in the fun of singing on the was to the reception. Great company and lovely prices. i got my price at a bridal show so it was much cheaper than if I called them.

I was concerned booking a limo company outside of the Syracuse area for our wedding, but S&S limo was there on time, knew the directions to all of our locations, and met all of our expectations. Regardless of where you're getting married, S&S is a great limo company whose prices beat most of their competitors. The party bus that we rented was easy to get in and out of and carried all 17 of us to various locations on our wedding day.

This limo service was great!! They were prompt courteous and friendly. The limo itself was clean and very spacious. The very best part was the special seat for the bride and her dress so no one steps on it!

S&S was easy to work with and affordable. Our driver was on-time and friendly. He was willing to make additional stops that were not part of the orginal plan. They are far from me but were willing to do everything over the phone and through fax. They have a website that shows the limos and ours looked just as it did in the picture! Very happy with S&S!

They have a WIDE selection of fleets, very unique I may add as well. We had a stretch dodge durango. The limo was clean, the driver was very courteous and right on time. Overall - it was a great choice and if I needed to use a limo service again, I would definitely give them a call.

Love S &S. We used them on recommendation from another friend who used them for their wedding. So happy we did. We got a great deal. Our driver's name was Dee. He was awesome! So nice and friendly. He drove us all around during pictures and never once complained. He helped us get out every time which is nice with my big dress! We even went out to the bars after our reception and he gladly drove us!

We used this vendor for the wedding day and also a wine tour of the Finger Lakes region a few days later. They were wonderful in every way. Its expensive, but all limosine services are and I'd rather give my business to S&S now that I know the kind of quality service I can expect. They were on time, friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful.

S&S was the limo service that my bridesmaids booked for my bachelorette party. I must say that it was the most incredible experience. From what I understand about the booking process, it was very simply and the price was extremely reasonable. The drive that we had, whose name was Larry, was completely awesome. He made sure we went to every single place that we wanted. He even stopped at the local fountains to ask if we wanted to take any pictures in front of them. He even took all of the pictures so that all the girls could be in them! He made sure every girl got into the bar okay and that everyone was in the limo before departing from each location. In addition, he even walked around with one of the girls who felt sick! He was extremely professional and the limo was extremely clean...perfect! I would highly recommend their services for any event!

Friendly, courteous shuttle service
We hired S&S limo with the intention of using a shuttle for our large wedding party and then to shuttle guests to/from the hotel and venue. While not many people ended up using the shuttle to/from the hotel and venue, it was a great option available to them. Our driver, Rich, was very professional and made our transportation for the wedding party and guests seamless! I would recommend booking transportation early on in your wedding planning to ensure availability. Our wedding happened to take place on a prom weekend. Thankfully, S&S had a big enough escort bus available for us!

S&S was great – they were very affordable compared to other vendors. We used them for both the bachelorette wine tour and wedding day. The staff was professional and very well-organized. The driver arrived on time and the limo was newer and in great condition. They have a large fleet available, which was great for us, since we got married during wedding/prom season.

I have always used S&S limo...for wine tours, birthdays and now for my wedding. The driver was great, very professional and friendly...and very courteous. I believe his name was Trey! However, when I had called to make the reservation, the woman that answered the phone was rude, short, and very unfriendly. If this had been my first experience with S&S, I probably would not have reserved considering how rude she was. But after all was said and done, I am glad that I did not let this one person ruin my experience with S&S because the driver made up for it!

there definitley a lot to chose from, quite hard to make my decision. We had a stretch hummer, hell yeah. The limo was clean, the driver was very courteous and right on time, very nice, and took orders. Overall - it was a great choice and if I needed to use a limo service again, I would definitely give them a call.
They were cheaper than my brothers wedding and S&S was the cheapest by far.

The limo company was great to deal with! We were able to plan every detail through a few emails and phone calls. It was easy to make payments over the phone, as well. Our driver was on time the day of, unfortunately we were 2 minutes late and our driver called promptly to be sure he was at the correct location. Our limo was clean, though the inside showed some wear. There was ice and cold bottles of water waiting for us. The only thing I didn't like was that there were only red solo cups to drink from, didn't feel too fancy to drink our champagne after the ceremony. Our driver was more than happy to help me in and out of the limo and he was extremely pleasant to work with. I do recommend them!

we ended up going with a limo bus because it was the best for our budget and the most flexible so we were able to offer a shuttle bus to guest a couple hours before the end of the reception. I don’t think anybody actually used it to go back to the hotel but S&S was very easy to work with coordinating this. They allowed us to do as many stops as we needed. With getting married in a small town we had to stay at multiple locations and they were very good about that. We were pleased! it was nice to have the entire bridal party and dates all together.

Our driver from S&S Limo was great! He was on time, safe and good driver, and friendly. I worked with MacKenzie to set up our contract. She was also great to work with - quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. We used the limo bus for both transporting our out of town guests to/from the hotel as well as going out after the wedding for the wedding party. I only wish that there was a better sound system on the bus. We were only able to listen to the radio - no aux cord or anything thing to plug into.

Smooth and Quiet Ride
We wanted to have a limousine for our departure from our venue to our hotel, which was only about 15 minutes away. We had no major issues as the ride was sweet and short, and they were nice enough to allocate the limo to us for 1 hour even though we only needed it for our one way ride. The minor issue we had was that the trunk did not function on the limo our driver was provided, so even though we needed to bring a few items back, we had to utilize the the front passenger spot, and our back seat. Otherwise our ride was peaceful and easy, and helped our night end on good note.

The service for the limousine was also good. Our driver was early and very nice. The limo was a bit old, however and didn't have a working stereo or divider. However, the price was right and they were nice to work with.

I gathered all the limo prices from area businesses to compare. S&S was the cheapest by far. We booked a limo bus, which isn't a coach bus it is a "short bus". The driver was very nice. The inside of the limo had some wear, but it wasn't bad. Overall for the price they were pretty good.

Our driver was nice and fun to work with. He knew how to help me get in and out of the limo with my dress so there was no concerns about the dress getting damaged. However, our limo was older and the audio equipment did not all work. We were still able to listen to music and enjoy the interior lights although it would have been nice to have all of the equipment work. I had no problem with this company on the day of the wedding. I think in general the pricing for transportation is a little steep, but that can't be changed, and we didn't want anyone to drive themselves. Our driver was very prompt and extremely accommodating. She made sure that she helped me into and out of the limo every time, and that my dress was raised, and wouldn't be stepping in any puddles. We forgot cups for our champagne, and 2 seconds later she was handing some back to us. The AC didn't work, but since it was October it wasn't horrible, but did get stuffy and hot when everyone was in there. She offered to drive us around since we arrived early to the church so I wouldn't get too hot waiting in there.

I booked them at a bridal show and got an amazing deal. I originally booked the white hummer limo that was shown on the display board behind the table. I later found out they didn't have that and were going to give me a hummer with a truck bed... I did not want this and had a huge ordeal trying to pick a new limo. The inside of the limos are kinda small and you sit knee to knee and when we first got in our limo it smelled like horses. Our driver was awesome though and I didn't really have many problems with them other than the original problem with what car we were getting.

I reserved our limo a year and two months prior to our wedding date.. They were by far the cheapest and seemed to be a great company. I contacted s & s a day prior to our wedding day with a location change. And from there the representative offered me to upgrade to a hummer or a party bus because the vehicle I requested was experiencing mechanical issues. The representative continued to push the bus on me saying that it's really nice and up to date and that the hummer was a little older. To make a long story short.. I choose the hummer.. When i stepped into the hummer the carpet was very dirty and it smelled like horse crap. The driver tried to blame the dirty carpet on my husband and his groomsmen. After the ceremony my husband expressed his disappointment with the cleanliness of the limo. We will not do business with this company in the future.

Hot limo ride
We ordered a 14 person limo to hold 11 people on our wedding day. It said it fit 14 but we were pretty tight with just 11. That part didn't matter too much but halfway through our day our limo wouldn't start. They eventually got it back up but we had to go on low power mode that meant no air conditioning or lights. We got married in the middle of July so it was pretty sweltering inside when everyone is wearing suits and long dresses without air conditioning. The most important part was the limo showed up to pick up the groom and groomsmen on time and then got the bride and bridesmaids to the church on time, which in the long run is all that matters.

To start - they were wonderfully flexible when we had to move up our time for the limo when we found out at the rehearsal that we needed to be at the church 30 minutes earlier than planned. However, when we called to ask that we adjust the pick up time, they told us we still owed a majority of the bill - we had talked about this multiple times previously and they were instructed to charge my card all but the gratuity which I wanted to give in cash. We were told it was too late to charge my card (which is ridiculous in and of itself) and that I would have to pay the remainder in cash the day of service. Ultimately they charged my card. When the driver picked up the groomsmen, he demanded the gratuity (which is traditionally paid at the end of service based in part on the service provided), which the groomsmen/groom didn't have on them since I was paying. The driver then was later than expected to pick the girls up, and when called he said that we didn't want to get to the church until a certain time. He decided this without consulting me, and the time he suggested we arrive at the church was later than we were supposed to arrive. Then when he dropped us off at the church he demanded the gratuity (while I, the bride, was standing in the church parking lot). The gratuity is a tip - if S&S wants a mandatory amount/percentage, they should adjust their presentation of the cost. The driver then came in to the church and interrupted our photos after the ceremony to tell us we had an hour left and that we needed to get going to the reception venue (5 minutes from the church). Overall, I would not recommend. The business side of things was generally good other than the payment oversight, but they need to reevaluate the drivers, and their gratuity policy.

I booked with S&S for my Bachelorette party in the Finger Lakes to take us to 2 wineries and a cidery. Although I personally believe that S&S should have used the available technology online to figure out that they would be unable to access our AirBnb to pick us up, I will not fault them for that. However, I will fault them for their unprofessional behavior following this. Our driver was 10 minutes late, so we called the office and were told, "He should be there," and when we said we had a reservation that we will now be late for, we were told, "It's a Friday - you can call them and say that you are late," with no remorse for the situation. We took note of this, but let it go considering that following this, we realized that our driver walked up the road to let us know that we would have to walk down to the limo, which was incredibly kind of him to do given the hill we were on. However, he then made this our problem for the remainder of the day. He was not welcoming or kind and left us feeling like we were walking on eggshells all day, which soured our experience. He also asked us where we were going each time when I had given S&S a detailed itinerary 2 weeks prior. Finally, I had told S&S on our final phone call that I would be sending the tip via mail after the trip was over due to personal financial reasons and this seemed to be no issue and I was told they would let the driver know about this so they did not feel slighted. After we said goodbye to the driver, he asked where his tip was with an attitude that left us all feeling incredibly uncomfortable. I explained that I would be mailing his tip due to personal financial reasons and it was clear at that moment that the tip was the only thing he cared about all day. I spoke with S&S this morning via email about my concerns and was met with some apologies which was great, and they stated they would speak with the driver and those involved, however, there were no intentions to rectify the situation with me other than that despite the money I invested in them only to have a poor experience. Although we were able to get from point A to point B safely, it was at the expense of rude customer service all day. I would not recommend S&S Limousine to anyone.

Most unprofessional limo service
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. If I could give zero stars I would. We booked S&S for a wine tour for my friend's bachelorette party. Unfortunately the Man of Honor tested positive for COVID three days before the bachelorette/scheduled wine tour and needless to say we needed to reschedule. When we reached out to S&S they REFUSED to reschedule our trip stating, "the world isn't shut down because of covid." Maybe the world isn't, but this trip now was. It's important to note that all we wanted to do was reschedule, we were not trying to cancel, and they did have availability for the rescheduled date. They said the only way to still have them service the wine tour was us paying another $1000. So THEY cancelled US and we didn't get any money refunded even though there is NOTHING in the contract about rescheduling events. TERRIBLE customer service.

We used S&S for our wedding and were extremely disappointed with their service.We had a huge number of problems along the way because the prices we were quoted in our initial phone call were not honored. In addition, S&S failed to honor the rate that was sent from S&S in the contract and that we signed and returned. I've never, ever heard of a business doing something like that.
After many, many phone calls, S&S finally seemed to want to help us the week prior to the wedding (they did send someone to drive the groom to the church at no charge--thank you!) and took copious notes on how to best get our guests from the hotel to the reception for the start of cocktail hour at 5:30pm. We received a rather confusing phone call at 4:15 (in the middle of wedding photos) that the shuttle was 20 minutes ahead of schedule. In addition, the driver allowed people to sit three per seat, which meant that over 100 people were at cocktail hour over 30 minutes prior to the start of food and beverage service.
I can see that S&S might not think that arriving early would be an issue, but it posed a giant problem for my poor parents. Guests were hungry and thirsty and started complaining that the bar wasn't open. They complained to management, management talked to my parents, and my parents ultimately opened the bar early, costing them quite a bit of extra money. In addition, my parents had to unfortunately overhear some borderline rude comments from disgruntled guests..
In addition to the early arrivals, the driver for the shuttle ASKED GUESTS the best route to the venue. 85% of our guests were from out of town and had no idea, though they should not have been asked to begin with. The driver of the wedding party shuttle also asked us directions. Plus, he did not have EZ Pass, which delayed the bridal party by about 10 minutes, causing us to arrive late to our cocktail hour.
It has taken me months to write this because I was so, so, so upset about the whole mess.

Our wedding was cancelled due to the coronavirus epidemic. With no end in sight we are unable to confidently reschedule our wedding and most likely will not be. S&S Limo took our money the day before our county was put in a state of emergency and banned large gatherings. Me and my fiance called and emailed to try and negotiate at least a partial refund so both parties were not out on money in these troubling times, but S&S wanted nothing to do with it. They gave us store credit , but we have no intention of using a 900$ party bus just to go out to dinner. I'm shocked at how unreasonable a buisness can be during a troubling time. Very frustrating and definitely would not recommend them.

The limo service starts way before boarding. It starts when you first contact the agency. In my case, the start was a good indicator of how terrible the company would be. The emails I received in response to my questions were often short, hurried, and left a few questions unanswered. The people I spoke with on the phone interrupted, sighed, and rushed to answer questions. They would often cut me off as I was trying to go over logistics, saying "I think so," or "I'm not sure, but I think so," or "I'm sure the driver knows." It was pretty much as helpful as a mediocre Google search could have pulled up.
The ride itself was hassle-free and the driver was amiable. The one thing S&S did that made me want to never go back to them ever again is when I woke up the next morning to an email from my credit card company charging me $160 from S&S. There wasn't even an email from S&S explaining the charge. I called the agency and asked why and the incredibly rude employee said that it was the gratuity that was not paid to the driver on the night of. I explained that we paid him in cash, a total of 15% tip of our entire bill. She then changed her stance and said that we HAD to pay a 20% gratuity fee, and the $160 was part of the missing 5%. Of course this is wrong for so many reasons, but the cherry on top was the fact that she barely hid her contempt when she sarcastically said, "Did you even read the contract?" to which I responded that I have, many times, and I even made an extra copy of the contract so I could refer back to it. She then said that if I really had read the contract, I would know it says the mandatory 20% fee. Right then and there, I knew it was nothing but lies. I had a copy of the contract right in front of me, and it states, explicitly right next to the total, a "RECOMMENDED 20%". I dictated the contract over the phone, and she paused and referred me to her manager. Of course, being it as a "busy" season, her manager was unavailable.

S&S was helpful when i was inquiring about their services. Once booked, the tables turned. We explained what we wanted to S&S 3 separate times, and we still did not get what we wanted. S&S refused to pick us up at the address on our contract, forcing our guests to walk through thunderstorms to use the shuttle that we provided for guests, and then refused to give us any money back. Will never use again, and would never wish this company upon ANYONE. Stay Away

When the driver showed up he showed a contract showing we had a nitro which was incorrect. I have copies of my contract with the correct limo. We were unable to fit even the bridal party in the limo they sent. I wasnt told anything until a nitro showed up to pick up everyone and we were stuck trying to figure out rides because we were planning on the yukon denali which we have had planned since last year. I have had the limo paid in full. When I called to see what happened I was told there was a "problem" with the yukon and thats why they sent a small, rusty nitro that didnt even fit everyone I needed. I am astonished how this business is ran. A friend of mine knows an owner for another limo company who has personally spoke with Tom at S&S who has openly admitted he will take the limo away from someone who has it booked if someone has offered more money. I was told I would get half of my money back when I should receive it all back. My ONLY positive review on this company was our driver Paul who was completely embarrassed by your company and continued to apologize. You ruined an important part of our day and I will make sure to let every person know what a horrible company you are. I dont think there was ever intentions to send the limo we RESERVED and had PAID IN FULL.
