  We used them for our wedding - the driver was super friendly and took us wherever we wanted to go. He was flexible with us and we very much appreciated it!

  I use them for my bachelorette party and the day of my wedding and it they are completely professional very good at what they were doing had no issues and I would definitely use them again for another occasion

  They forgot the bride and groom at the church. My mom and i talked to the managers on multiple occasions and they hasn't told the drivers the plan for the day. Once we were on the bus it was so much fun and we completely forgot about whatever else had happened.

  We used Spot's to transport our out-of-town guests from the hotels to the ceremony. They allowed me to downgrade the size of the bus that we needed a week before the wedding, which was nice since it saved us some money. However, the day of the wedding, the bus got lost on the way to the ceremony and a 15 minute drive turned into 40 minutes. All of our guests say that the driver was driving erratically and hitting curbs, and they felt unsafe. They made it to the ceremony with only minutes to spare before it started. The drive back after the ceremony was normal and comfortable. I spoke with the company about these concerns and they did not offer us any compensation for the trouble. For the simple reason that my guests felt unsafe, I would not recommend them.

  I tried to book Spots for my bachelorette party and had the WORST experience ever. For one the first time I called to gather information I was told for a Saturday night from 10-1 they would charge me $325. Then when I called back to confirm and put a deposit down I got laughed at and told it would be $425. I told him never mind we wouldn't be able to do it and I never put a deposit down. Somehow through HIS misunderstanding he showed up at the hotel I was going to have them pick us up at. When he called and I answered he was completely unprofessional. when I tried to explain the mix up and that I never put a deposit down so I wasn't sure where the mix up was, he continued to tell me I was a terrible person and he "hoped that my marriage was a failure." He then told me he was going to charge my card $500 and HUNG UP on me. Funny, I never gave him a card number. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! Do not waste your time with this company.
