Our cake was both delicious and beautiful! We had both the key lime and amaretto raspberry swirl and both got rave reviews from the guests. The outside was decorated just as we wanted. It was dark blue at the bottom and faded to lighter blue at the top with white starfish decorations around. We couldn't be happier with the way the everything looked and tasted.We'd both highly recommend Cakes by Carolynn. Thanks for making our perfect cake!

Very nice people to work with. Our cake was beautiful and exactly what we had asked for. Their signature flavor raspberry amaretto swirl was absolutely amazing. The cake was very moist and perfect. We had alternating flavors of the raspberry and butter rum and everyone loved the cake! I cannot wait to eat the rest of it for our year anniversary!

Cakes by Carolynn made our beautiful wedding cake! We chose sunshine orange with rasberry filling for one flavor and strawberry swirl with strawberry filling for the second flavor. We chose buttercream frosting. All tasted DELICIOUS! We had SO many compliments on the cake. Too many times you go to a wedding and cake is dry or just not good. Well we are SO happy that was NOT the case with Cakes by Carolynn! Our cake was PERFECT! We had a purple ombre style for the decore and our florist placed lime green hydrangeas on the top tier and on the middle tier to the side. It looked PERFECT! Our wedding venue (the Grand Plaza on St. Pete Beach) recommended this vendor. SO glad we went with them! THANK YOU!

We ordered our cake through the Buffet package at the Grand Plaza Hotel. I was a bit nervous about how the cake would turn out since my husband and I live out of state and could not do a tasting. We arrived in town the day before the wedding and dropped off seashells for our cake. The bakery was very clean and the women were so friendly and organized. They had everything for our wedding order organized and jotted the placement of how we wanted our cake decor. They executed our vision so well. Not only was the cake just beautiful but we received so many compliments about how delicious the cake was! We opted for a coconut cake with pineapple filling and off-white butter cream icing. It was so moist and tasty. Let's just say we didn't have to worry about packing the top layer on the plane back home!!

They were able to make the visions we had in our head a reality. We loved the cake!
