Daphne at the Spartan Manor is fabulous!! She takes care of everything and is very professional yet home town friendly. We have had several events with Daphne at the Spartan Manor and would not consider going anywhere else.

We were very please with everything at Spartan Manor. All of our guests stated that their meals were delicious and generously portioned and that everything was gorgeous. Daphne was awesome to work with. She helped us every step of the way and was always willing to answer questions or concerns that we had. Daphne was such a great help, that it was a joy and pleasure to plan the reception! We can't thank her enough for her expertise! Anyone would be pleased to have their wedding/reception here.

Sparton Manor did a great job on my wedding back I had close to 300 people and we had plenty of room.I did not have to do anything the day of my wedding they set up the room to look great. I would have Sparon Manor handle any special day for me in the future.

I visited this facility with my fiance because it seemed perfect and a good value for a wedding. When we visited the facility, we both loved the place and how it was set up. The surrounding area was not very nice, though. We attempted to set up a tasting and had decided to book our wedding. We called Daphne several times and she was very unprofessional. She did not call me back for at least 3-4 weeks. I simply requested a tasting and had a few other questions about the facility before holding a date. I attempted to call a few more times with no return call or consideration. I have decided to look for another facility (since my wedding is not for another 11 months) because I do not want to give one dollar to a facility that cannot return one call. I was shocked that any business could flourish with such unprofessional and inconsiderate staff.

I got married here and they recamended a photographer and they were horiable. they acted like they were invited to the wedding insted of being there to take pics, i hade to get them out of the hall every time i wanted a pic taking. The bar tender diddint give me the drinks i wanted and i paid a shit load of money for the open bar. and my djs diddint play the music i wanted. oh and very lowsey cordianating!! oh and there was a little fight there LITTLE and they called the cops!! there was 5 of them whoe showed up for absalotley nothing!!!! WOULD NOT RECAMEND TO NO ONE SRY!!!!

This place gives you what you need and for a awesome price , I loved the food and the ceromony was beautiful! I couldnt ask for a better wedding planner Thanks Daphnie for everything!! I wouldnt of changed a thing.

Spartan Manor was the perfect location for my dream wedding! Early in on planning my wedding I decided on a 'vintage theme' - so, with the beautiful chandeliers, mirrors throughout the halls, black baby grand piano, romantic setting and beautiful courtyard - I couldn't go wrong. From the first moment, I knew my guest would love Spartan Manor as much as I did. And I was right, all my guest couldn't stop talking about our wedding.

I couldn't had planned for a better wedding without the helping hand of Daphne. She helped me hire ALL of my vendors, made suggestions about meal choices, rehearsal times, etc and even decorated the hall the exact way I envisioned every detail placed, candles throughout our reception, dark lighting and our centerpieces flickering in the light.... It was absolutely beautiful!

Anytime I had a question about our wedding ceremony details, whether highly important or not, Daphne returned my phone call/email at a decent time, which made me feel important, not just a bride with another annoying question. With that being said, I am forever grateful for the amazing time I had on my wedding day - Daphne and your crew, thank you!

Daphne was absolutely amazing. We loved the venue and everything about it. I couldn't believe the professionalism and quality of service that we received. Now that I know that they do more than weddings, we will definitely be using them again in the future :)

I could not have dreamed of a better location! The site was beautiful, I had so many compliments! We did the ceremony and "elegant reception" package and could not have been happier! Leading up to the ceremony, Daphne went above and beyond in accomodating my requests and my schedule! From 1 year to 6 months out, her normal response time was 2 days to 1 week. After that, she typically responded within a couple of days for even minor things! My entire wedding party and all of my guests were impressed with how nice everything looked, how good the food was and most of all the incredible service! The staff at Spartan Manor was just amazing - so nice and so on top of everything!

I did a lot of pre-planning and had a lot of little requests - special things on the walls, special arrangments, extra decorations - Daphne handled every idea and brought everything together in the most beautiful way!

Most of all - for the rehearsal and wedding day - I did not have a care in the world! Daphne handled everything! She only came to me with important questions (most of which my mom answered!) and she kept the entire event on time and in a smooth flow! Everyone had a carefree & fun time! I was told by many people my wedding was the most fun they've ever been to & I attribute that to Daphne & her incredible staff keeping people happy & carefree!

I can't say enough good about Daphne & the amazing staff at Spartan!!! They truly gave me the best day of my life!!!

We just had our Wedding at Spartan Manor on September 5, 2009. This hall was so beautiful and amazing. They did such a nice job and they were so helpful. Daphne was so sweet and very responsive to all our needs and request. We were very impressed. The room was so nice. They were also very afforable. The staff was great as well. We highly recommend this hall for any event that you have.

The Spartan Manor and specifically Daphne were amazing! The food was unbelievable and there was something for everyone. I had vegetarians in my party and they were more than happy to compensate with a delicious, meatless alternative. The ballroom was beautiful, the appetizers were hot, plentiful and delicious and the cake was better than we envisioned. For the price, it's the best you can get. Our limo driver was professional, friendly and helpful. The servers were professional, provided personal attention and Dan and I received MANY compliments on how beautiful the reception was. I can't thank them enough for such a memorable and gorgeous day.

I have worked with this venue since I was in high school doing military ball. They gave us a military discount and took care of all of our needs. I could not have asked for a better place to pick. The price was also good considering they included the food and decorations. The food there is also always the best! Best place in town.

I couldn't have dreamed to of had my reception anywhere else! They are absolutely wonderful, everything went with a breeze, I didn't have to worry about anything!

Spartan Manor was absolutely phenomenal. They helped us plan our wedding reception and made things very easy on a nervous bride. This venue included a gorgeous reception hall (optional ceremony hall but we were married in church), with really pretty scenery for pictures. They included the hall decorations (including center pieces), the appetizers, deserts, our wedding cake, and our limos. Everything ran smoothly and was beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious! The cake is from Publix, which has the best cakes in Florida! I didn't have to worry about one thing. The woman (Daphney) who ran the show was so patient, kind, and just plain fabulous. I couldn't have imagined it any other way. She made our day very special. The prices were very reasonable and worth what we received. I would recommend them for any important event.
