Fantastic Experience

We booked Southern Elegance remotely (I am in the UK) based on their initial response, which was speedy, informative, friendly, and above all reassuring. All the way up to the wedding, SE responded to any questions and accommodated my changing requirements without issue.
On the day, they were perfect. Can we pass on our thanks to all, and to the driver (Bill), who was an absolute gent.
A professional and friendly experience all round. I would use SE again in a heartbeat without question

We cannot thank Southern Elegance enough for making our special occasion even better! Jackie was a dream! She made our day beautiful. Every request was met, every detail thought of. Amazing Limo Company!

Very easy to work with, great prices, and they even upgraded the limo for us. The driver was very professional, we loved the champagne bottles, and the whole night went so smoothly with the Limo. We highly recommend Southern Elegance Limousine.

Southern Elegance and Miguel were absolutely great to work with. I hired them for my sister's wedding and Miguel went above and beyond. He was dressed to the nines, he was super humble and the best to work with. If he lived in Chicago I would have hired him in a heart beat. Miguel is amazing!!!

Southern Elegance was such a great decision for our wedding day. Miguel from the get go was prompt in his responses and very communicative. It was also nice to be able to be in a limo and a convertible Volkswagen Beetle in the same day. Thank you Miguel for a memorable wedding day experience :)

Amazing Wedding Experience!!

I definitely recommend Southern Elegance Limousine for your wedding events! I emailed Miguel requesting a quote and he responded back to me within 24 hours, asking for the details of our event and a potential quote. Every time I asked him any question, he was so quick to respond, which I appreciate so much! He had everything ready to go as promised, and he arrived on time with no issues. He was also there with our getaway car when my new husband and I were ready to leave the bar. He was so hospitable, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We had such an amazing experience!!

Loved the limo

The limo arrived on time (actually a little earlier). We had the red carpet, bows in car, champagne, and just married sign. Miguel the owner was the driver and he was real nice and accommodating. He responded to all emails promptly and answered any questions I had.

Moving a very large wedding party and guests around

Miguel and his drivers were AWESOME! We had a wedding party of 22 to move around and they did it with such ease! Our guests, who were picked up at 2 different hotels and taken back after the festivities raves about how easy going and accommodating the drivers were. If you’re looking for a top notch limo company, give Miguel a call!

Prompt and professional

I requested a driver to take myself and maid of honor from our hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding and a driver for my husband and I back to the hotel at the end of the wedding. For both trips the drivers arrived as scheduled looking very professional.

Had a very good experience with this company. Miguel was prompt and professional in his emails. Payment process was easy, no hidden fees or surprises (I like that the gratuity was added in the final payment). Limo driver was punctual and friendly. We had a nice, smooth ride to our hotel. Everything was included as stated in the contract/website. It was a sweet ending to the perfect day.

Wonderful! Everyone was super helpful and pleasant to work with. They made the process of booking so easy for me and were very accomodating. They were early for the pick-ups and we received everything we were promised. If i ever need a limo again, this will be it! I highly recommend this company, they did an excellent job, thank you!!

I took a chance on Southern Elegance as I was planning my daughter's wedding from out of state. I was not disappointed. Everything went well -- they were on time and very helpful and courteous. I liked the fact that they confirmed with me that they would be there so I didn't stress out or anything.

I can not rave enough about Miguel Hernandez and his service. After 2 emails, we had everything set- he arrived to pick up my daughter and the wedding party 15 minutes early and was so kind and professional! We had a few extra stops and he smiled and said it was not a problem! The limo was clean and stocked with water for the ride as promised. It was a great decision to hire him, I would recommend Southern Elegance and Miguel to anyone looking for professional and worry free transportation service.

Miguel was very professional and patient with our wedding party Our timeline had changed and he was very flexible with the changes. I had my wedding October of this year and had chosen a hotel very close to our ceremony/reception site that had shuttle service (first-come, first-serve), so I did not originally plan on using a private transport company. A few days before the wedding, I found out that 3 other brides were staying at the hotel that weekend and not wanting to chance that the shuttle would be occupied and our wedding party would have to uber or worse, I called several local companies to compare rates and availability. Many of them wanted ridiculous amounts for the short notice and some were not very helpful or friendly. I chose this company because Miguel was pleasant, accommodating, and the charges were reasonable. They picked us up without any hassle in the afternoon to get to the site and later that evening when we were leaving and both times the limo and drivers were clean, nice and professional. They made the wedding process much less stressful and I really appreciate the extra touch of having champagne chilled for us for our way back. Excellent customer service and very reliable. I highly recommend them.

We decided fairly last minute that we wanted a limo for the day of the wedding for safety purposes. I sent an email to Miguel from wedding wire and he responded that evening. The limo was booked immediately. Excellent price and excellent service. Glad we did this - and we loved the champagne and red carpet!

I would recommend Miguel's service to anyone, especially someone that is using it for their wedding. He was clearly familiar with the wedding logistics, and was helpful in every aspect. He worked well with our wedding coordinator, thus to not cause any additional stress on the big day. We were provided complimentary champagne which is always an excellent touch! We used southern elegance for our wedding and everything was great. The limo was prompt and very clean. There was an aux cord for us to use in the back so we had fun dancing and singing on our way to the reception. Would definitely recommend!

Miguel was prompt and great with communicating both before and during the event. The limo was clean and everything we hoped for. At one point during the night I had a small, valuable item fall out of my purse into the limo without realizing. Miguel contacted me the next day and went out of his way to return the item. I'm beyond grateful for his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

For our wedding we used this company for our transportation services. We had a stretch limo for the bridal party, shuttle bus for guests, and a classic getaway car. Miguel was very professional and easy to work with. He responded promptly to emails and contracts were very detailed. All transportation was early or on time and the vehicles were clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend this company and hope to use their services for future events.

Miguel was wonderful - great communication before the wedding for booking purposes. He arrived on time, with everything rolled out as promised. The limo was beautiful and transportation was seamless. I was worried right when I was getting into the limo, because I had forgotten his payment inside the venue (the contract stated the balance was to be paid in cash on the day of), but Miguel told me not to worry and that if I wanted, they could just charge the credit card on file. I really appreciated this. Plus, you cannot beat their cost - much cheaper than everyone else I looked into. Very happy I went with Southern Elegance Limousine and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Miguel and Southern Elegance were quite wonderful. Miguel is very responsive, and accommodated our last minute changes without any hesitation. Even on the wedding day when things got really out of the timeline, they rolled with it no problem. Very professional, we had a red carpet entrance to the car with champagne waiting! I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Southern Elegance. Miguel was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was such a relief to be able to stay with one company and get three different kinds of vehicles to service all of our transportation needs throughout the wedding weekend festivities.

He did a great job!! He was there early and very patient and kind. The car was clean and did not smell like smoke or anything. I was extremely pleased with southern elegance limousine!

Miguel was so great to work with! It was really easy getting everything scheduled with him and he was very flexible with our drop off location, not to mention affordable! The car we used was "Annie" the classic Lincoln and we used it for our getaway car. It went with our wedding theme perfectly and the details the car had were beautiful and leaving our wedding in the classic was a fun moment to remember. I am so glad that we booked the car with Southern elegance! It gave us the extra touch of detail we wanted:) Thank you!

Miguel was very professional and courteous. He showed up early for the first pickup, which was really nice. We had the white Lincoln stretch, and I did notice some of the interior trim needed some replacing, but besides that the vehicle was in very good condition. All in all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend! Thanks, Miguel.

Wow what a surprise. I did not know that my daughter had arranged for an old classic car to pick us up after the reception to ride around town. It was wonderful because when we were married 50 yrs ago, we left the church in a car like this, the only difference is this one had air conditioning and back then that was the "in car" I loved it. Our driver Miguel was very polite and made us feel comfortable. Thank you so much Miguel.

Southern Elegance Limo was great! Miguel was very organized and easy to work with. The day of the wedding, all of our pick-ups and transfers were right on time and their Stretch Hummer was awesome! I would definitely recommend them in the future and thank their team for making our day effortless and fun!

Gorgeous cars, made our pictures beautiful and ridiculously on time! I mean like even 5 min early. I HIGHLY recommend them! They also work with your budget to make sure you have what you want.

Wonderful service, very patient, professional. The SUV limo and stretch limo were clean, very nice. Miguel and the other driver were great. Very happy with their services and would call them again if ever need a limo. Thank you for making my day memorable, more than I expected. Southern Elegance Limos went above and beyond!

Miguel was great. He knew about the bad traffic before even picking us up and had an alternate route already planned. He slowed down when asked because my photographer and parents were following the limo. Best price in Orlando. If I have to rent again I with definitely call Miguel

The staff at South Limousine were easy to work with and responsive to our requests. The driver was on time and was able to navigate easily enough to our hotel. The limousine was clean with all of the amenities that we wanted. Thank you!

Southern Elegance did a great job with our wedding transportation. They provided an SUV Expedition limo for pre-wedding transportation for us, and a sedan getaway car after the reception. For both services the drivers arrived on time and the cars were clean and in good working condition. Our one small complaint, and the reason this isn't a 5 star review, is that the iPod cord wasn't working in the limo, so we had to listen to the radio rather than our own playlist. However, punctuality and professionalism are the most important thing when it comes to a limo company, and Southern Elegance had that! The sedan driver was also especially attentive after hearing that we were doing a sparkler exit, making sure to park in a spot that would be most ideal for our exit. I also thought their prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book a limo or town car.

Very professional. The car (Lincoln Continental) was gorgeous and all of our guests raved about it! We would recommend Miguel at Southern Elegance to any couples looking for a wedding day transportation!
