From day one, when I spoke directly to the company's owner about our wedding event, I knew we were in good hands. Their processes, communications, and online forms made it easy to plan our day. The team at Sounds to Go also attentively listened to all our special needs and crafted an agenda that included everything we wanted, from playlists to special requests. Our day of DJs Dominic, Craig, and Nicole made it all come to life and were vested in ensuring everything was a success. I can't say enough about these folks. You cannot go wrong by using them for your event.

I could go on and on about how Mike and his team made our big day unforgettable! From our first conversation with Mike, my husband and I knew that he was professional, organized, and going to make sure that we had the best night. When the day finally came Mike and his team delivered- our dance floor was packed the entire time!! We highly recommend Sounds To Go to be sure you have the best celebration.

Don’t look any further!

I can’t say enough good things about Sounds to Go. They kept the dance floor packed all night long! My guests are still talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and I owe it all to Sounds to Go. Wedding DJ dreams

I was completely overwhelmed when my fiance and I began the search for a DJ for our wedding. I asked around and got a few recommendations, Sounds To Go being one of them. After talking to Mike I knew the search was over. He was so understanding and organized (which really made my type A heart happy). Mike was readily available with any questions or concerns that I had, and made sure that our day went smoothly. We had TONS of guests come up to us and tell us how amazing Mike and his team were. I cannot thank Mike and the entire Sounds To Go team for making wedding the best day, everyone was up and moving the entire wedding!

Packed dance floor the entire night!

Mike and his crew were fun and so easy to work with from the beginning. All meetings and communication with Mike and his staff were smooth and efficient. Sounds to go executed all of our ideas for entrances and first dances to a tee. They kept the energy level at max the entire night which is not always easy to do. Guests of all ages had an amazing time and didn’t leave the dance floor. We cannot thank Mike enough for his professionalism and for helping us celebrate the most unforgettable night! We highly recommend Sounds to Go!

Epic wedding entertainment

EPIC!!!! That’s the word our guests used to describe our wedding and it’s all because of Mike and Craig from Sounds To Go!! My husband and I were extremely picky when it came to our DJ/entertainment. Mike was very reassuring throughout the process and answered any questions in a timely matter. He was able to give us a perfect mix of classic wedding throwbacks to eventually a full on jersey shore nightclub vibe! Mike even got us drinks when our wedding coordinator was no where to be found!! If you don’t hire STG you’re doing it wrong!

Sounds to Go was instrumental in our wedding being one to remember.

Sounds to Go did a great job of making everyone feel welcome and the music was wonderful. We gave them an idea 💡 of what we wanted and they went above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I are from different cultures and nationalities and Sounds to Go helped us to honor both of our cultures in a fluid way. It felt like the perfect blend of , Sinatra, jazz , motown , and dance music 🎶 that we still receive compliments regarding the music at our wedding which was May 14 , 2022 @ the Windows on the Water in Sea Bright NJ.

Can’t say enough about what a pleasure Sounds to Go was to work with for our recent September ’22 wedding. The owner Mike is such a nice guy and made the initial process very easy. Their website is very intuitive, including all the needed details and options for song requests so that they make sure to deliver exactly what you’re looking for. Based on reviews we had chosen DJ Ryan, and he crushed it! A month later we are still hearing from our friends and family about how awesome Ryan and the music was. Ryan played tons of our requests and added in other songs that fit the vibe perfectly. He kept a great flow to both the music and the entire reception. We would highly recommend Mike, Ryan and Sounds to Go if you are looking for an amazing and rocking wedding!!

Packed Dance Floor ALL night

We loved working with Mike and Ryan from Sounds To Go DJs. The ultimate goal for us was to have fun, parent-friendly music in the beginning of the night and transition into a jersey shore club by the end of the night. Ryan and Ricky did exactly that!! There weren’t any cringe moments and Ryan totally had my back with the no-play list & requests. We also hired Marty through S2G, for ceremony music (violin/cello). He was so great and played all of our songs that we had picked out. It was such a special way to elevate the ceremony. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the ceremony music was!

Ryan is the best!

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of using Sounds to Go for our DJ and mirrorbooth at our wedding! Ryan as our DJ was PHENOMENAL!! He kept the dance floor packed all night and went above and beyond his role as a DJ by checking on us throughout the night. The mirrorbooth was also a hit with our guests, and the attendant did an awesome job putting together our guestbook with copies of pictures. We highly recommend Ryan and Sounds to Go for anyone who wants to have the best time dancing the night away at their wedding.

Sounds To Go = Beyond Awesome!

My husband and I got married in March 2019 in the Monmouth County (NJ) area. We booked our venue in March 2018 and, by that June; all of the vendors were booked! As Type-A as my personality may be, we really put faith into the professionals that we were hiring. A wedding DJ was actually very important to us because we wanted to spend the entire night on the dance floor and to keep the vibe of our wedding super up-beat! First, Mike, Alexandra and Ben are all awesome! I actually heard of Sounds To Go when I attended a bridal show back in September 2016 – shortly after getting engaged. Life happened and the wedding planning started a year and a half later. Thankfully, Mike’s contact information was still in my email history and I reached out. Alexandra was super helpful in setting up appointments and answering all of my questions. Ben was our DJ and in our eyes, the best DJ ever! He made us feel super important from the first meeting to the wedding day/night. Sounds To Go uses a questionnaire that really helps keep everything organized and everything that we wrote, Ben actually read and he was able to create perfect harmony from the pre-ceremony music, to the cocktail hour and throughout the reception. We know we mentally set the bar high for our wedding, and by 11:00 PM, on our wedding night, it was clear to us that our wedding was a blast and we are very appreciative that Ben brought his A-game the entire time!

Hands Down the Best Band

The Ever After Band played at our wedding in September, 2019. We had the 5 member band which included the saxophone player and they were absolutely phenomenal. Rich was very easy to deal with leading up to the wedding and they were able to accommodate all of our special requests.

The band is able to play such a wide range of music all with great quality. We received rave reviews from our guests at how good they performed. I would highly recommend them to play at your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

They Were Awesome

Loved working with Ryan!!

We actually won our experience with Sounds to Go at the Red Bank Wedding Walk. We requested and were assigned Ryan as our Emcee for our big day. When we finally met to discuss all the details, we gelled with Ryan completely. Our taste in music is not typical wedding music and he knew exactly how he would work it in and make it work. Ryan has a really great comforting personality and had our backs the day of our wedding. He also pulled off our unusual cake cutting scene from the Wedding Singer flawlessly. We also received the photo booth with our package and our guests loved it. My husband and I really enjoyed looking at the wonderfully put together album the next day! We would most-definitely recommend Sounds To Go for a stress-free and excellent experience with entertainment!!

Party Never Stopped

I'm not sure where to start. From the moment I first called Mike, the owner, I felt like I knew him forever. He was so friendly; he answered all of my questions and was the perfect price. When we went to their office to fill out the paperwork we were greeted by
Alex; she is phenomenal! We would email her all the time and she cares so much that she would go above and beyond to answer us back at non office hours which is unnecessary but appreciated. She is also super sweet, hospitable and easy to talk to. She walks you though their website. Their website makes picking out your songs dummy proof. Even if you have no idea what you want for something, it will give you suggestions for popular options which makes for a great starting place.
Our MC Ryan was amazing. We met for a consultation and after a few minutes of light conversation, knew we were in good hands. All we did was give him a few songs that we would like to hear on our special day, He knew where we were trying to go with the night and took care of the rest. Also we didn't want any wedding cliche dances and he reassured us that even if people came to request it, it wouldn't happen! He had been to Windows on the Water so many times that he knew the staff working our wedding and even our photographer. This made our wedding seamless. They would discuss things and all we had to do was sit back and enjoy our party. We also used their mirror booth. That was a HUGE hit. There was a line for the mirror booth the whole night and we love looking back at all the pictures. We could not be happier we went with Sounds to Go. Everyone keeps telling us how much they loved our wedding DJ and we could not agree more!

The Mirror Photo Booth - the BEST!

The mirror photo booth by sounds-2-go was perfect for our rustic-chic wedding in October. The mirror was gold which I loved and it allowed our guests to see exactly how they looked as the photo was being taken as it's a mirror -- something many guests thought was amazing and really appreciated. Plus, it took up minimal space. Also, communication was always clear and prompt which my now husband and I really appreciated when it came to figuring out the day-of-details. Lastly, the attendant for the mirror during the day of was professional - he encouraged guests to give it a try and allowed them to have fun in doing so. We highly recommend.

Wedding with The Ever After Duo

I don’t know where to start!!!
This was a small (60 people) 2nd wedding held at the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, NJ.
From my 1st conversation with Rich, I was made to feel comfortable and in good hands. My husband and I went and heard them play and signed up immediately!
Rich was always available and responsive during the decision making period.
A few weeks prior to our date, Rich sent me a form to complete on our desired music for the wedding and HE FOLLOWED IT TO A TEE! We were pretty flexible and didn’t make any crazy requests but if we had, I’m sure Rich would have honored them with grace and professionalism.
Rich and Cat played for 4+ hours and sounded great the entire time!
I have had several compliments and not a single complaint from my guests (and it was a tough crowd - lots of senior citizens)
I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Loved their demeanor, confidence and most importantly their TALENT IS EXTRAORDINARY!

They're versatile, high energy, and unbelievably talented!

My wife and I had seen Rich perform before and had high expectations for the rest of The Ever After Band--they did not disappoint! They're versatile, high energy, and unbelievably talented--not to mention friendly. The band was only a couple of songs in before our guests were commenting on how great they were, and that lasted throughout the night. Needless to say, we would HIGHLY recommend The Ever After Band.

While each member of the band is fantastic, it all starts with Rich. He's a true professional and pleasure to work with. And above all, he's genuinely invested in making sure that you and your guests have the time of your life. We certainly did!

Absolutely Amazing!

DJ Ryan was absolutely amazing! We are so grateful to have hired him and his team for our wedding, they did an incredible job. After the wedding, we received numerous compliments about our DJ and the music he played - he had people dancing all night long and at one point, he had practically all the guests dancing to a slow song, it was an incredible experience. Before meeting Ryan, we met with CEO Mike (who was also very helpful) to start the booking process and to select our DJ, and then a month or so before the wedding, we met with Ryan in person and he was very accommodating and easy to talk to. We explained what we wanted and he delivered it at our wedding, it was perfect.

We also booked the Photo Booth with them as well (highly recommend) and that was a big hit with the guests! Their photo booth assistant was very helpful and provides a scrapbook of all the photos that were taken with signatures from the guests. Very nice!

Highly recommend Sounds to Go DJs and especially DJ Ryan to anyone who wants a super fun and fantastic wedding!

Best Day Ever!

WOW! We booked STG for our October wedding and our DJ Ryan McCrorey was awesome! We had a meeting with him ahead of the wedding so he could get a feel for what we were looking for. We wanted a mix of everything so all the generations at our wedding would party, and then some chill, fun music for the cocktail hour. Ryan put together an amazing mix for cocktails, and then from the time the bridal party was announced into the reception, the dance floor was packed all night. Some people even danced through dinner. The party was so much fun and it was because Ryan knew how to read the crowd and keep them up and dancing. We received so many compliments on our DJ, and I actually had to collect some business cards from him at the end of the night because some of our guests wanted his name for any future parties they throw. My husband and I will do the same. We will never use another DJ. Ryan is professional, easy going, so nice, and an amazing DJ. Thanks for making our wedding epic!

Incredible wedding band, our guests wouldn’t stop complimenting them.

We were recommended to the Ever After Band by someone we met while planning our wedding. We watched all of their videos and fell in love with their vibe for our wedding. We took a leap of faith a booked them without ever seeing them in person.

Well, they blew our expectations out of the water. Rich and the band sounded incredible. From sound check alone we knew we found something special. The entire night our guests were on the dance floor out of their seats. We asked for a continuous non-stop dance party and they delivered. Weeks after our wedding our guests have reached out specifically to tell us how impressed they were by our band. Rich was extremely easy to work with leading up to our event. He tailored everything exactly to the vibe we were going for and made our night what we had dreamed of. We would HIGHLY recommend The Ever After Band to anyone.

Sounds To Go gave us the 5-hour dance party we hoped for!

A few years ago, my now-husband and I were at a wedding and they had Sounds to Go as their DJ. We knew then, before we were even engaged, that we'd need them for our wedding day. Mike and his team were so helpful during the entire process and set us up with Ben. Ben was our hype-man from the day we met. He traveled almost an hour to our home to meet with us and discuss our vision. We wanted a party, and he delivered! He is so knowledgable and talented, and he could transition from song to song effortlessly. Our guests could not get over how he was able to have 200+ people on the dance floor at all times. What we loved the most was how passionate he is about his job. Every time you looked at him, he was having as much fun as every guest there. Ben is the best of the best, and we would do it all over again if we could. Thank you Ben and the rest of the Sounds to Go team for making our wedding the epic party we dreamed about!

For our wedding we had Ryan McCrorey as our DJ & he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. It is refreshing to see someone with so much passion! He is a natural at what he does and it certainly shows through his work. Ryan was very assertive and in-tune with our music interests and dislikes. He was available via phone and text, even during last minutes changes. The day of our wedding Ryan and his team were adaptable, professional, and well dressed. Sounds to go was fantastic. From the moment I met with them at their Red Bank location to the wedding day, everything was fun and stress free. They completely understood our laid back style and were happy to work with us to make our wedding feel like us. Ben was our DJ, and he accommodated all of our requests and exceeded expectations! Sounds to go was recommended by a friend who also used Ben at their wedding...so I knew I was in good hands. The online event portal is easy to navigate and allows you to choose specific songs you want played at your event, the genre(s) of music you like and any specific requests you have/need. So many people told us that they LOVED the music played and that they couldn't stop dancing. We also used Sounds to GO for our photo booth and we are so happy with our book we got to take home of all the silly photos. Everyone had fun with it and Sound to Go even gave us a USB drive of all the pictures. I would recommend Sounds to Go, and Ben, to anyone! They are professional, friendly, and happy to make your wedding feel exactly what you want... whether that is an interactive DJ with props and lights, or something more relaxed.

From our original consultation to our wedding day, everything about this company has been nothing short of amazing. We were able to easily pick the songs we wanted played during our wedding through their planning form. Our DJ, Ryan, was perfect, and played music for everyone to enjoy! Nonstop hit after hit and definitely made our dance floor one to remember forever!

Sounds to Go DJ was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We had one meeting with DJ Ben and it became clear that he understood exactly what we were looking for. Our wedding reception was perfect because DJ Ben was able to read our vibe as a couple and it translated to an awesome party. Our wedding was for all ages and everyone enjoyed the music and danced. I would highly recommend Sounds to Go DJ. They were super professional and absolutely high quality as far as customer service. Also a shout out to Johnny who ran the Mirror Booth that we ordered through Sounds to Go DJ. All of the guests absolutely loved the mirror booth. I would highly recommend that as well.

The Ever After Band had our guests on the dance floor all night! We had an incredible wedding night with Rich and the band leading our entertainment. They helped to keep the night flowing between courses and different toasts/speeches without skipping a beat & even keeping up the music during the meal. We can’t say enough on how much fun we had throughout the night and enjoyed the amazing entertainment from this band! Prior to the big day it was easy planning to set up our first dances/entrance songs and planning out the night! We love this band!

Sounds To Go was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We decided to go with their company based on our gut feelings after meeting the owner Mike. We met him at the Wedding Establishment in Red Bank which is a gorgeous building and actually a lot of fun to visit. The vibe was chic, modern, and comfortable. We were met on time and offered beverages. Mike showed us a video and explained the mission of his company and demonstrated his website. We found the planning forms simple and easy to use. Zac was chosen for our DJ and Emcee and he was amazing!! Zac met with us also at The Wedding Establishment to go over all our special requests. He was professional, kind, and extremely flexible and open-minded. Zac made our wedding day extremely special with his music selections. We asked him to play music that would accommodate guests of all ages and he did exactly that. He played all our requests as well as many other fun, energetic songs! Zac is a kind, professional, and fun DJ and Emcee! He also had an assistant with him Craig who did a great job on the turn table helping Zac. Zac and Craig did everything we asked for and so much more! We also booked a photobooth with Sounds to Go, where Matt was the attendant. Even though we were so busy throughout the night, Matt made sure my husband and I got to go in the photobooth. We received a photo album of all the pictures taken at the photobooth as well as digital copies which was an awesome feature! Alex from Sounds To Go was helpful in always responding to my emails and helping with suggestions for hair and makeup and other wedding essentials even though it had nothing to do with our entertainment package. Zac, Craig, and Matt made our wedding day extremely special, entertaining, and fun for all our guests. The Sounds To Go company is professional and easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an event DJ or entertainment!

I had Karma Band perform at our wedding and let's just say we were completely blown away by their talent! They were able to play all our requested songs without hesitation. I've dealt with bands that will play your requested songs only during dinner or not even at all, but this wasn't the case with Karma Band. They incorporated our "must play"'s into their set. There was never a time when one of the members wasn't performing. The dance floor was packed the whole night. I cant recommend Karma Band enough!

Ryan was ah-maaazing! He kept the party going all night, played everything we had asked for an even found a string instrument version of Africa by Toto for my walk down the aisle (best song ever!) Ryan McCrorey as our Emcee/DJ was amazing!!! He was so easy to work with and he made us feel so comfortable and secure through the entire process. Sean and I HIGHLY recommend him!! He listened to all our wants and desires, assisted with I put along the way and was always accessible. Alexandra Wilson was a great person to coordinate with as well. These guys will really make you enjoy the whole planning process.

We recently had the Karma band from Sounds To Go DJs play at our wedding, ceremony through reception, and every minute was a delight. From the time we first booked the band to the actual night of the wedding we had prompt, courteous, warm attention throughout. They even sent us a thank you note after the wedding! We had our guests create the playlist which, therefore, ran the gamut from oldies to country to rock to classics....you name it and this band can play it to perfection! They rock! We had nothing but rave reviews from our guests and we couldn't have been more pleased. We had a four piece band and not only were they unbelievably good but, best of all, they are truly lovely people. They have it all: personality, talent, showmanship, professionalism and a genuine caring for the people for whom they are playing. I would recommend this band to anyone. Would we ever hire them again? Absolutely! The Karma band is worth every cent we paid and more, truly. They made the night unforgettable for all who attended. Thank you , Karma band, for making our wedding into a party enjoyed by all ages.

Hands down, the BEST people around to help make your day AMAZING! The people who work for this company are without a doubt the most superb examples of customer service and dedication to their clients. They help you plan every step, every song, and make you feel so comfortable. I briefly mentioned to them how much l loved Disney, and they surprised me by playing all Disney songs during our dinner music since I told them I didn’t have a preference for dinner music. My guests and myself loved this so much! Everyone had so much fun and they really get everyone out on the dance floor. Guests still come up to me and tell me how the music and dancing at my wedding was the best part of the reception. Our DJ Matt was phenomenal! Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fun wedding!

When we first met with Sounds to Go (The Wedding Establishment) for our wedding at their beautiful spot in Red Bank, we were hooked. Ben Cohen was our DJ and he did not disappoint. He was so super helpful from the moment we stepped foot in their office. Ben’s goal is to throw you the best party. This is a guy that truly cares about your big day. His song choices were on point. We had more Aunt’s and Uncles than we did friends our age (mid 20s), but nonetheless, he had everyone out of their seats and on the dance floor all night (it was packed!). His timing of slow songs was impeccable. We received several compliments about Ben’s music/song selection during the week after from our guests. But the real value with Ben is how he takes command of the night. There are many moving parts to a wedding and Ben is aware of all of them. He worked with all of our other vendors (especially the venue/maitre’d) so that things ran on time and smoothly. Laurie worked our photobooth and did a wonderful job. She treated our drunk and obnoxious guests with nothing but professionalism and made sure the kids had a great time. The keepsake guestbook was a great addition and a funny way to see how much fun everyone had. Kevin was Ben’s assistant and did a wonderful job as well. We would definitely recommend Ben and Sounds to Go for your wedding/event. You should absolutely book a consultation with them at their new location in Red Bank. It is gorgeous and will definitely make you feel you are in good hands. Thanks BEN!

My husband and I got married at Windows on the Water on 9/9/17. We are so grateful that we hired Ryan as our DJ for our wedding. My husband and I have gotten an unbelievable amount of compliments regarding not only our wedding in general, but specifically the music that was played. Ryan was perfectly able to capture the type of wedding music we were hoping for, and even managed to sneak in music that we requested from him, but weren't sure would be appropriate for the wedding, like Dashboard Confessionals (because he was able to manage to do this, we have great memories with songs that are super meaningful to us)! Ryan DJ'd our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and managed to play everything we requested. Not only did he play everything we requested, but managed to play songs that we loved and didn't even think of based on our requests, which made our wedding SO MUCH FUN.

We would recommend Ryan to anyone who is getting married and wants their guests to have a great time. Ryan was easy to communicate with, flexible, and just seemed to get what we were looking for. We really appreciated how easy he made this on us!

Before meeting Ryan, we met with Mike, who was also super accommodating, personable, fun, and helpful.

Sounds To Go DJs is on the top of my recommendation list. Ben was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and hit every note. The groom noted he has never seen his side of the family dance so much on the dance floor! I think I was a difficult bride because I love all types of music with the exception of country so I wasn't able to give Ben as much guidance during the process but he was able to take a look at what I had and through conversations leading up to the wedding he put together an amazing playlist. He kept me smiling through all of my nervousness. I don't know if he did this purposefully but he had a burgundy jacket which TOTALLY fit in with my wedding theme. He truly cares about his craft. He set the pace for the whole night and knew all the right moments to throw in a slow song or throw in the anniversary dance and when to really turn up and keep the party going. So professional and so much fun.

Something we were up in the air about booking was a photobooth. Book this through Sounds To Go! Laurie ran the photobooth and everyone complimented how it was a great addition. The kids at our wedding had a great time with it too. She was super accommodating to the millions of pictures they wanted to take. The keepsake guestbook you get is super high quality and not what I was expecting at all! The day after our wedding when we got to look through the book was such a joy.

The Sounds To Go team is perfect for your wedding day!

As a side note: Their new location in Red Bank is gorgeous! I would make them your first stop because of all the services The Wedding Establishment has to offer.

From beginning to end the experience of working with Sounds To Go was amazing! Booking was easy and meeting at their studio was convient for my wife and I because we were also getting married in Red Bank, NJ.

Our DJ Ben was terrific to work with! Before the wedding he made the whole process easy and really listened to everything we wanted. On our wedding day he was helpful, fun, and enthusiastic. Throughout the night guests kept coming up to compliment us on how great our DJ was.

Mike and the Sounds To Go DJs team were so attentive to all the details for our wedding. There were many emails sent back and forth the week of the wedding, due to some last minute changes (by the bride) and all of these changes were address quickly. These guys were absolutely amazing. Our DJ Ryan killed it! We met briefly a month or so before our big day and after talking for a bit, Ryan said he knew exactly what our taste in music is. He had our dance floor packed all night long! Hands down, Sounds to go easily became our favorite vendor! From the beginning they made it simple, easy and fun. From the messages I exchanged with Mike to meeting him in person, I knew we were in good hands. There is something very genuine about him and how he runs his business. You can see it in each employee you talk to. Their website is set up in a user friendly way where you can work at your own pace - reload your forms - make changes and stay organized! We met with our host and DJ - Ryan, a month or so before the wedding and he was so understanding and accommodating of each request we had. He's such a great guy to work with. The amount of compliments we received about them was insane, but we couldn't agree more with each compliment. Ryan and Zac went above and beyond and took pics and videos for us as well! (Ryan, you owe me a video or two that's on your phone :))

My husband and I wanted to thank all of you so much for an absolutely perfect wedding night. Every one of you contributed to our beautiful night and made it completely flawless. Mike as the CEO, you were amazingly attentive and in tune with us when we met with you. From the very beginning of our meeting not only did we know you understood our music taste and what we wanted, but you were so welcoming and a pleasure to sit and talk with. Jay and his assistant played the perfect music choices and were attentive to us the entire time. Our wedding on 7-7-17 was nothing less than spectacular due to DJ Ryan and his support staff! He was professional, responsive (by text too!), and extremely knowledgable about his craft. When I met DJ Ryan for our planning meeting (in their new fabulous office space!), I was immediately relaxed and confident that I made the right choice. During the wedding, Ryan's music selection kept my wedding guests dancing! He incorporated all the music styles I requested. He also helped coordinate a special dance sung by a family friend after dinner- simply perfect! He went above and beyond. My wedding flowed so effortlessly due to him! We also had a vibrant & very talented steel drummer for our beachfront porch cocktail hour. He perfectly set the tone for my wedding! We also were given a free upgraded photobooth! Unfortunately, an electrical issue happened that was the venue's fault and the photobooth stopped working towards the latter half of the wedding. I still received a bunch of photos and Sounds To Go gave me a FULL refund for the photobooth- talk about class! After the wedding I received several compliments about DJ Ryan, the cool mirror photobooth, and the steel drummer! I highly recommend Sounds To Go!

We cannot say enough great things about sounds to go! From the very beginning we had a clear idea in mind on what we wanted and how much we could spend. To us, the music was THE most important part of our wedding and Ryan was the BEST person to work with! He understood exactly the vibe we were going for, had incredible recommendations, and made us feel so confident and excited about how amazing our wedding was going to be. From the ceremony music, cocktail hour, to the reception, Ryan and Zac set the scene for the most fun wedding ever! I literally never left the dance floor! At one point my 90 year old grandfather asked me to request a song that we did not discuss ahead of time, and about 2 minutes later my poppie and I were dancing to it--which definitely made his night! We never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want and Ryan made our playlist better than we could've ever planned all on our own. Sounds to Go was the best investment in making our day memorable, and we will be referring all of our newly engaged friends directly to them!! Thank you!!!

They are no doubt a 5 star DJ, from the moment we met with Anthony we knew they were the right DJ for us. Very welcoming and friendly. If I had any questions he would always get back to me in a timely fashion. Our DJ was awesome and really knew how to get the party going! We had a lot of complements on how great our DJ was! He knew exactly how to mix all the music together so it sounded perfect, even with my crazy playlist the had tons of different genres. We highly recommend that everyone use Sounds to Go DJs and if you don't I would have to say it would be a major loss for you. We even used there photo booth which was a total hit at the wedding.

Ben Cohen with Sounds To Go DJs was fantastic!! We were planning our wedding from Los Angeles, so it could have been very challenging finding a DJ without ever meeting in person, but Sounds To Go made it SO easy! We had an initial consultation with Anthony, the owner, via FaceTime and then met Ben, our DJ, when we were in NJ a few months before the wedding. Ben kept us on track when it came to determining our songs, but never made us feel like we were behind in planning, even though we waited until the last minute to finalize a lot of details! On our wedding day, we did not have to worry for one second about whether our friends and family were enjoying ourselves. Ben somehow seemed to know exactly what music we wanted to hear, even though we didn't give him too many specifics. The dance floor was packed even before salads were served! Overall, I would 100000% recommend Sounds to Go to anyone and could not have been happier they were there for our special day. THANK YOU!!!!!

As I reflect on my wedding this past weekend I have to send my praises to DJ Ben and the rest of the staff at Sounds to Go. From the moment that I met Ben he was so accommodating and made such an effort to speak with me about all of my questions and concerns throughout my entire planning process.

The music at a wedding is one of the most important parts and Brett and I have Sounds to Go to thank for making our wedding so special. The drum during cocktail hour was amazing and the music in the reception was truly a blast. I think the party started dancing from the moment that we walked in the door.

If you are planning a wedding or any other special event I would recommend contacting Sounds to Go ASAP!

Go no further. I worked in the music industry for a decade plus. These guys know their playlists and absolutely know how to read a crowd. We gave them a setlist of music and they built an evening on top of it. Non-stop dancing, shout outs, good feelings...holy s*%t - so amazing, professional, and flexible. Ben and his crew absolutely killed it that night.

Our wedding was on November 12, 2016- I was an extremely laid back bride but the music was SUPER important to me. Sounds to Go was the first DJ company I visited and after meeting with Anthony and Ben, I knew they were the company to go with. They were professional, funny, knowledgeable, and prompt in getting back to me with any concern I had. Ben was available through text whenever I had a question and even came to my house a few weeks before the wedding to go over details. By the time the wedding rolled around, Ben felt more like a friend. It was very obvious that he cared about making our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be. When he made suggestions about specific songs, it was clear he had been listening to everything I was saying about our vision for the day. On the day of the wedding, he was absolutely wonderful. Everything was smooth and transitioned from one part of the wedding to another. He played songs during dinner that made us laugh about inside jokes and songs after dinner that made us dance our butts off. The dance floor was crowded all night and we got several compliments about how amazing the music was. My husband's family even danced... and they don't dance ever! Like I said, after all was said and done, Ben was the absolute BEST choice for our wedding and it wouldn't have been the same without him. Jeff and Mike,

Mike and I want to THANK YOU both for absolutely killing the music at our wedding. From hearing UB40 as I was coming down the stairs to cocktail hour to introducing us as husband and wife over the magical sounds of Arcade Fire then feeling like we were flying as we danced our first dance to our amazing rendition of The Black Keys' Everlasting light, and then being able to take in a moment of pure bliss while grooving to Glass Animals--I can go on and on about all the unforgettable moments we had while all our favorite songs were playing in the background. Such good vibes all night. Jeff, you were such an awesome emcee and support system. You were great with all the little kids, too. Everyone loved you. Such a pro. Thank you.

And the mirror booth! That was so much fun and everyone loved it!

Sounds to Go was great to work with. They were quick to respond to emails and answered all our questions. Our DJ was Jeff and he went out of his way to take the time to meet up before the wedding to get an idea of what music we wanted to be played. He is super friendly and professional. He made sure to check with us during the wedding to make sure we liked the songs that were playing and to make sure there weren't any songs we wanted to be played before the night was over. He helped make our wedding so much more fun by getting everyone out on the dance floor! We also used Sounds to Go for the Photo Booth and book- we loved it!! We definitely recommend using Sounds to go!

Gregg did a great job on our wedding. We booked with STG on relatively short notice in wedding-world (I think a month before our event date?) and he was really eager to make sure he did a great job with the minimal timeline we provided him. Any songs we hadn't personally requested were a hit and got everyone dancing. Would recommend!

My husband and I met at our indie rock college radio station, and are very particular about the music we love to listen to. We thought that finding a DJ who would play the music we loved instead of the typical wedding songs would be difficult, but it was pretty seamless once we were recommended to Mike Merrell and Sounds to Go DJs by a friend. Once we looked on their website and spoke to Anthony, we knew this was the company we wanted to go with for our wedding.

Sounds to Go DJs makes it super easy for a bride and groom. Once you book, you get access to a form where you plan out the music for your entire wedding. Mike also called us when it got closer to our date to go over the choices. Everything went perfectly on the actual day. We kept getting texts all night about how great the music was. Everyone was dancing and having fun the entire night!

I highly recommend booking with Mike and/or Sounds to Go. They were integral in making our wedding the best day of our lives!!

Gregg was awesome! He helped us figure out exactly what we wanted in terms of music, but then also knew exactly how to play to the crowd to make sure everyone was out on the dance floor and having a great time. He knew what we wanted before we wanted it and provided us with an awesome mix of genres that made all of our guests happy. Thank you Gregg for an amazing wedding! We were so happy with everything!

Ryan was our DJ for our wedding and we cannot thank him enough for the incredible job he did. The music was fantastic and all of our guests commented on how much fun they had. Everyone danced and had a great time. We appreciated Ryan helping us along in the process and keeping everything so organized for us. We absolutely recommend people use SoundsToGo. Having the percussionist was fabulous and our guests commented how it added an additional element to all of the music you played.

Sounds to Go was a fabulous vendor to work with. They were extremely quick to respond to emails and fully answered all questions. The specific DJ we were provided with, Jeff Abrams, was professional and friendly. He would check in with us to make sure everything was set for the wedding several weeks before. We also used Sounds to Go for the Photo Booth which included an attendant. Unfortunately, our Photo Booth scrapbook went missing along with all the pictures and thumb drive of the pictures. When we contacted the DJ, Jeff, he put is in contact with the Photo Booth attendant, Johnny, who personally dropped off two sets of the pictures and a new thumb drive to our house! It was so generous and kind! Sounds to Go is not in it for the money, they are there to please and throw a wonderful party!

My husband and I attended the Oyster Point Wedding Vendor a few years after we got engaged. We had no venue or date set at the time, but still wanted to go. STG was there, and we filled out a info card. We got a call a few days later from them because they were running a promo for a few lucky people, and we happened to be one of them. For the package we were getting, and all previous reviews, we went with STG. I was so happy we did!! I have met with Anthony, and he is fabulous! Always so helpful and answered every question we had. Our DJ was Ryan, and we met with him about a month before. He was also fabulous and really got to know us. We went over our music tastes, request list and what not to play. Ryan immediately picked up on the vibe we wanted for our day. The day arrived, and it was an absolute blast! We had so much fun, I didn't want the dancing to end! I loved every minute of the day, and Sounds to Go was a big part of it! We got so many compliments and everyone loved the music and dancing!

Gregg was amazing! He communicated with us well in advance of the wedding and also right before. He was professional, played our song list - and even had a back up ones! He announced all of the speeches perfectly and was fun cool and everything we were hoping for!

Our DJ Gregg was incredible. He worked with us from start to finish planning our big day and was so receptive to all of our ideas. I even decided to change wedding songs at midnight the night before the wedding and Gregg was ready to help! We received so much valuable advice from Gregg and it paid off! The wedding was flawless and the energy was amazing all night. Gregg read the room perfectly and matched the music to the energy. Everything was on point. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Sounds to Go to anyone planning an event.

When we were planning our wedding the DJ was a big deal with both of us. We wanted to make sure we picked the right people to help share in our special day. We researched quite a few DJ company's but I kept coming across Sounds To Go. They had a great package price and they seemed really friendly. All their reviews we great and they just always seemed to capture the right vibe and keep people dancing. My husband and I were married on June 04,2016. We had Ben as our DJ, Julio has the assistant and Johnny as our photobooth attendant. All these guys were AMAZING. Ben and Julio had our guest on the dance floor all night and Johnny constantly had a line for the booth. We can't say Thank You enough to these guys they really made our day special. Where to begin with STG??? From the gecko Anthony and the team were awesome! Our DJ, Ryan, met with us about a month before the wedding. We felt extremely comfortable with him. He totally understood our vibe.... which was to have a huge dance party. Ryan and I worked together on our playlist and he said he would also let the crowd's vibe decide on the music- which was AWESOME. Everyone was dancing from the moment we were introduced till we were all kicked off the dance floor.
We decided to add their state of the art Mirror Booth. We were the first wedding to use the mirror booth. Mike and Anthony set it up perfectly to if there was a line, it was on the dance floor. the Mirror sis not take away from the awesome dance party. We got married last month and our guests are still raving about our wedding and the music. We also added a percussionist and I HIGHLY recommend it to all people having a DJ- it really gives the live band feel. You would be silly if you didn't go with Sounds To Go for your wedding!!!

DJ Jason, Laurie and Sounds to Go Team were absolutely outstanding at our wedding. They provided ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music and entertainment as well as the photobooth. They had the entire place dancing away the whole night. Playing a variety of music and keeping everyone happy & dancing was the best thing I could have asked for. I did not have 1 doubt choosing Sounds to Go as our DJ after speaking with them at my first consultation as well as seeing the wonderful job they did at the Redbank Wedding Walk. Jason was so very accommodating with being available to FaceTime to speak with us to meet our crazy schedules, he was awesome. Laurie was an absolute joy at our photobooth, having fun with all of our family & friends. We have gotten many compliments on the DJ & staff since our big day, as well as many people asking for their information! I will be using their services for any future events as well as recommending them to any and EVERYONE.

We just had our wedding April 23, 2016 with Sounds to Go as our DJ and we could not have been happier! Gregg was our DJ and he was fantastic! He made sure the music we wanted was played and when he selected music it was 150% on point! We danced the night away and are still getting compliments about how wonderful the music was! I would recommend STG to anyone. They have forms online to fill out so you know exactly what music will be playing at your wedding. Anthony is super easy to work with and he always responded to my emails promptly. Our DJ Ben was also super awesome. He was extremely friendly and you could tell that he genuinely cared about and loved his job. He takes the time to get to know you so that he has a good feel of what you're looking for at your wedding. He also had me on "texting basis" so I could text him anytime I had a question or wanted to change anything. He remains professional and calm no matter how freaked out the bride is! We also had a photo booth at the wedding which was a huge hit with the guests and STG provided a photo album and a memory stick of all of our guests pictures! They were hilarious to look at the next day and the album is a great keepsake. We also paid extra for a gobo name projection on the dance floor. Unfortunately the names were a little blurry in the projection, but it could have been the font I chose (you get to design it yourself). It really didn't matter though because it still looked nice on the dance floor and it got the point across. We were also able to keep the actual name plate! It's a great keepsake to have! Overall, I was very happy with STG and I'm glad we chose them for our wedding!

Sounds to Go was an amazing DJ. Our DJ Ryan was great at getting the party started and also keeping the music low when people were eating and wanted to talk to one another. They played all of our requested music and continually checked in with us during the reception to make sure everything was going well. From my first meeting with Anthony, to Laurie's social media postings after the event, Sounds To Go made our wedding better than we could have imagined!!! I was very nervous when hiring a DJ because I have been to a BUNCH of weddings with horrible DJs (NOT Sounds To Go). I sat down with Anthony and he imidiately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to find out my expectations and requests, explained all the package options, answered all my tons of questions, and even created a custom package for our event. Any time I had a question after booking, they were super responsive and very patient with me. Jeff A. was our DJ and he could not have been better!!!! He took the time to get to know me, understand the feel of our wedding and what was important to us. He helped me through any song selections I had trouble with and even mixed our intro music to loop a certain way we wanted. The online tools at Sounds To Go made the planning and commutation seemless and effortless. At the wedding, Jeff kept the party going (even when some guests were being sticks in the mud). Laurie ran the photobooth and was able to get just about every guest in there! Our guestbook is so much fun and we are excited to have such a fun momento. For ANY event that you want to have an awesome DJ experience, don't hesitate, just call Sounds To Go. I can not say enough how wonderful they are to work with, it is truly a personalized experience for a great value.

Working with Mike and his crew at Sounds to go was absolutely AMAZING from the first time we contacted them to the last song at our wedding. We knew that the DJ was one of the most important part of the wedding so we when we met with Mike he put us at ease right away that he would be able to deliver exactly the kind of night we were looking for. He also helped guide us in choosing the package that was right for our style and budget. When we met with Mike right before the wedding, he worked with me to make sure the wedding would be exactly how I wanted it. I was very specific in what music I wanted to hear and he followed through. We still get comments about how people never left the dance floor including us. The music throughout the night was executed flawlessly. I had friends coming up to me saying they didn't want the night to end because they wanted to continue to dance.

Ben, our DJ, was fantastic!! He really knows how to read the crowd. Adapting the music throughout the reception was flawless the entire night! We sat down with Ben before the wedding, and he really listened to us as he played exactly what we wanted. My husband's family and friends were here from France for the wedding, and Ben successfully passed the task of getting everyone on the dance floor with French and American music- we were all dancing and having a blast together! We used Sounds To Go for our wedding last August. They were AMAZING!!! The entire staff was so professional, yet super friendly and welcoming! Ryan was awesome!!! After meeting with him about a week before the wedding, we felt 100% confident that we had made the right choice! He was so easy to talk to, really enthusiastic about our ideas, and had really great ideas of his own to add. He made us feel really comfortable, and right at home. Before our ceremony, he popped into the bridal suite to let me know he was there, and asked if we needed anything. How nice!! It’s the little things! Once the reception started, the dance floor was packed. And it stayed packed until the very last song! It was such an awesome party atmosphere, and he had the young and old dancing the night away. We added the percussionist to our package for an added touch of uniqueness. BEST decision! Our guests loved to “live music” atmosphere it added. I’ve had guests come up to me in the weeks and months following, telling me they’ve never danced so much, or had more fun at a wedding. And I have Ryan, and the team at Sounds To Go to thank!!!!! I was planning from across the country, and was late with just about every request I had. However, working with everyone at Sounds To Go DJs was so nice and easy! I thought there was no way all my requests would be met b/c I was late with the details, but everything went perfectly. I love their forms and how organized they have everything. All of our guests said how they loved our DJs, and what a great time they had. Anthony truly was such a wonderful host for the day- I'm really picky, he nailed it. It was all overwhelming for me, and I felt so at ease knowing they had each part of the event moving along, with the perfect soundtrack. I had gotten connected with Sounds To Go through winning a contest where I received a large amount of money off of their services. Even though I was paying for everything at a much discounted rate, everyone at Sound To Go made me feel like I was their top priority. I literally never had to wait more than an hour for an email to be answered, a voicemail to be called back, or a text to be answered. Gregg was our DJ and was incredibly accommodating, professional, helpful, and good at what he does ...he even made a house call to review our planning form! He gave great advice when we weren't sure if something we had in mind would work, and was very receptive to the type of more low-key wedding that we wanted. The venue we chose required the DJ to use their sound system, and when that wasn't working properly (which we didn't find out about until after...I didn't even realize at the time!), Gregg improvised and was still able to make it work and be a huge part in the best night of my life! Thanks again!

Our DJ, Greg, was absolutely perfect! He was on top of it all from the very beginning. He reached out to me when needed to be sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. He worked so hard to find the exact songs we were looking for. For someone who is a huge dancer and who has been to many weddings, I feel as though the DJ can make it or break it. As the bride, I literally, did not get off the dance floor! My guests were ranting and raving about how the music was amazing! Greg was kind, patient, and very helpful being new to all of this. He was easily accessible and always prompt with any questions I had. I could not have asked for a better DJ and by the looks of my dance floor, I'm sure my guests would agree as well. He truly made my night a BLAST!

We had a lot of fun planning for our wedding and reception with this place. They were professional and provided top notch service. They accomodated our eclectic musical tastes. We provided them with a list of song we requests we obtained from our guests. We came downthe aisle to "Waterloo" by ABBA and walked out to "We Are The Champions." This gave the DJ guidance. He played "Country Roads." Our guests stood on chairs and danced to "Don't Stop Believin'" and we ended the evening with a surprise the DJ planned. He played "The Irish Rover" and we all locked arms, swayed back and forth and sang along. It was the perfect ending and I could not have planned it better. We also had a photobooth. This served as a guest book and was assembled for us during the reception.

Wow. Words cannot even describe how great Sounds to Go is ! Our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to them and they were the best to work with. they listened to all our wants, likes and dislikes! I was dead set on hiring a band for my wedding. When I found out a DJ was more desirable for the venue I picked, I read review after review of different DJs. Disappointed with everyone I spoke to, read about and their pricing, I decided to check out the DJ associated with the photographer we went with. From the first meeting with Anthony and then with our DJ Hunter, I was wholly impressed with them. They weren't pushy at all and were on board to play the music my husband and I enjoy. I was able to arrange everything online (my preference) and the music was fantastic for the ceremony and reception. I received compliments for days after how great the music was. We did opt for the photobooth as well and it was a huge hit. I even got a photo album with a copy of all the pictures. Even though I had an opinion on DJs coming in, I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys in a second.

The DJ, Ben, was great. He listened to what our goals were prior to the event, and followed are wishes every step of the way. Everyone had a blast! The Photo Booth, a late add-on, was perfect! Vicki, our attendant, was so patient with the young children attending. They wanted to take pictures with every prop we purchased, and she was so sweet to accommodate them

DJ Hunter would get a 10/10 if I was allowed to rate him that high! My husband and I got married September 25th and he flawlessly provided the music for our ceremony and reception. Hunter was SO easy to work with and kept our guests dancing ALL night. Our guests are still talking about what an awesome party the reception was! My husband and I had a couple specific requests and Hunter was so flexible in delivering exactly what we were looking for. We will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Hunter and Sounds to Go DJs to EVERYONE!

We used Sounds To Go DJ's for our wedding this past Saturday and they were nothing short of amazing. Gregg Acre was our DJ and he was fantastic from the get go! You felt like he was a family friend helping with your wedding! He fit right in and did an amazing job! He made suggestions and played the songs on my play list! I would 100% recommend Gregg and Sounds to Go to any friend, family or stranger! They were fantastic!

A DJ that keeps my groom on the Dance floor all night gets 5 stars in my book!

Sounds to Go is absolutely amazing! We got the pleasure of working with Anthony in the beginning when we decided to book our wedding and were assigned Ryan for our big day!

Our wedding took place at Windows on the Water, Sea Bright on September 18, 2015. Ryan was OUTSTANDING! Our dance floor was packed the entire night and the party started from the moment everyone was introduced up until the last song at the end of the night! Everyone had an amazing time and we have Sounds to Go to thank for that!

When planning our music we had a dilemma of what I liked (the bride) and what my groom liked, but Ryan NAILED it and played a mix of both! Our crowd loved the mix and it allowed for all ages to get up and dance or sing along at the tables! My favorite part of the night was seeing my groom (who never wants to dance) on the dance floor the entire night having the time of his life with our family and friends.

We can't thank you enough for making our night so special! The day was better than we ever expected and our family and friends had such a blast dancing the night away!
