  I was really pleased with the food. We ordered a plated dinner with either beef wellington or chicken cordon bleu. Both dishes exceeded our expectations and were delicious! The servers were also very professional and awesome. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't appear to have the ability to provide tastings! Our wedding venue only uses this caterer, so we didn't really have a choice to use anyone else and were did have the opportunity to attend a total stranger's private event at the venue to try a sample of their food (which was not anything like what we were having) so we were able to get an idea of the quality of their food, but it would have been nice to know what to expect. It was more than a little stressful having no idea what our food would be like until we were eating it. Now that I know, I wouldn't have been worried and would happily recommend them to anyone!

  Great food, not so great customer service

  My husband is a banquet chef specifically for large groups of people, so the catering for our wedding was very important. The presentation of the buffet tables and the food were AMAZING! We had a couple vegans, gluten free people, and other allergies and they were able to accommodate these restrictions. The downside to this company was the customer service. I found Annette to not be very forth coming with information about added charges. For example, there are charges for using their plates, charges for using 3rd party plates, charges for water service etc. When our plate vendor dropped out the day before the wedding due to very unfortunate circumstances, her response to my maid of honor who was checking on alternative options was what do you want me to do about it. I would most likely recommend using this company because the food is fantastic, but I would suggest asking A LOT of questions up front and know what you are getting into.
