Some Crust was great to work with. They were very responsive and helpful and worked with our budget and our ideas.

The staff was wonderful. The cake was beautiful. Look just how I asked. The cake tasted amazing during the cake tasting; however, on my wedding day the cake was dry and just not as yummy as during the cake tasting. Also, I'm not a desert person so I don't have cake flavors in my head. Some Crust could have done a better job of making flavor suggestions.

We had a specialty cake made (Stanley Cup replica to match our LA Kings theme) and although there were miscommunications along the way, they came through and everyone loved it. I'm allergic to gluten so I didn't have any cake (other than what my groom fed me) but my guests still say it was very good. They have gluten free cakes but none of them were good.
My emails were answered promptly and they were always professional, both in person and via phone and email.
I insisted to my site that they use Some Crust before I booked with them, even though they no longer contract with them and they agreed to it. The site covered the cake in the package we got but we had to pay extra for the fondant needed to have it look silver, which was frustrating since I hadn't budgeted a dime for the cake since it was included. They worked with us on it but it took awhile to iron it all out.
I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a bakery though.

I'm sad that we didn't have leftover cake! Our cake was beautiful and delicious, It was the most amazing cake I have ever seen or tasted. We will be back again!

Tasting - The worst customer service ever! We have the cake included from this bakery for free. But, because of the lack of customer service we are going to pay for a better bakery. First, we had to interrupt a conversation that two employees were having just to receive service. We were then told that we had too many people for the tasting. We both are in management for high-end hospitality companies, and we would never treate any guest in the manner the employee was talking to us. This bakery does not have the "can do" hospitality heart. I suggest better training for frontline employees. Second, the walk across the street and down an alley to get to the tasting room was a bit out of the way. All in all, this was a bad experience.

We had Some Crust make mini-cupcakes for our wedding and ended up going with 4 different flavors. We ended up going back and forth between a cake and mini-cupcakes and didn't finalize our order with SC until a week before the wedding, but Jill was very patient and helpful throughout the process. All the flavors were a big hit and looked beautiful set out on the dessert table.

From beginning to end we had a great experience. Their cake was delicious, and they are very easy to work with, Marcy was our contact....loved her! Highly recommend!

Our 3 tier wedding cake was delicious. The bakery was able to create a design based on a picture we found. The coordinator was extremely helpful and provided us so many options. We can't wait to re-visit the bakery on our anniversary for our top tier cake.

The chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling was delicious!! I had got lemon cake with lemon custard as the top tier because I fell in love with it at our tasting, but unfortunately I did not get to taste any at the wedding... The bakery was very accomodating, and even though I changed the design I wanted twice via a phone call, the cake still turned out EXACTLY as I wanted. It was beautiful! And DELICIOUS!! They delivered right on-time (I believe they were about 15 minutes early). Great vendor, great experience!!

Some Crust Bakery has the most delicious cake! When we went for our tasting we loved everything so much that we couldn't choose a single flavor for our cake so we had a different flavor for each tier!
