Dependable. A job well done!

I am so happy I found S&K! I rented gold Chivari chairs for my wedding as well as drapes for behind the Sweetheart Table. Sil responded quickly to calls and emails, and he was very flexible throughout the process. I was so happy with the final product! Would 100% recommend.

I used S&K for both chiavari chair rentals and overall flowers & decor. When my maid of honor and I first met with Kay and her assistant, I couldn't exactly articulate what I wanted, but however I explained it, Kay took it to mean "royal" and regal. And that it was. She honestly decorated our venue and had it looking like $1 million. Our guests were blown away. My husband was blown away. Even I was blown away and I thought I had an idea from our preview session on how everything was going to look! Kay has a calming spirit that I really appreciated having through it all. She's very patient and extremely thoughtful. She knew and understood our budget from the beginning and worked with it to still deliver an AMAZING result. One of my friends told me that her and her boyfriend liked it so much that I shouldn't be surprised if for their wedding things look exactly the same! I also appreciated Kay's willingness to entertain last minute changes and also her bringing new ideas to further enhance the original design. We originally thought we were going to do 2 centerpiece ideas for 42 tables. Kay however came up with the brilliant idea of creating 4 unique centerpiece ideas to balance things out since there were so many tables. Each one included fresh red flowers in a different way and I tell ya it was all just absolutely beautiful. Don't worry, we met beforehand and she decorated each table to show each design so that I would know exactly what it was she wanted to do. Her husband I believe handles the chiavari chair side of things and he is great too - super chill and patient. They make a great duo! I would highly recommend S&K Event Rentals for your needs. They are professional, timely, respectful, thoughtful, and deliver great quality that is sure to please you!

S&K Events decorated my wedding which was on April 22nd 2017. I planned my wedding out of state so most of my interactions with Kay and her husband Sil was over the phone. They were certain things I wanted for my wedding and Kay made sure I got it. I chose a certain cylinder for the guest tables and I remember Kay telling me she got newer and nicer ones which she will be using for my wedding. A week before my wedding I met with Kay and her husband for the first time at the venue and they were so lovely. After surveying the place they let me know what will work and what won't. They were so patient with my husband and I. They came to set up the night before the wedding and was there most of the night. When I went to look at the unfinished work I was taken by surprise. The venue looked so transformed, she used her new chivari chairs which made everything look so elegant. When I had my first first look on my wedding day the entire place took my breath away. S&K Events exceeded my expectations for what I imagine for my wedding. Their company has pretty much every item or Decorations you would want for your wedding. They took their time in decorating my reception venue. I was blessed to have them be part of my wedding.

I rented chiavari chairs from S&K Event for my wedding reception. They delivered, setup, and returned to pick up the chairs as scheduled. They are very professional. I would definitely recommend S&K Event.

When I say that I began planning my wedding with no real vision or idea of what I wanted. S&K event took my small ideas and created the most beautiful day a women could ever imagine for her wedding. This company worked within the budget that I had from the floral to the table arrangements they get a 5 star. Very professional group that really can see big picture with just a small picture provided. I recommend them for the couple who knows what they want and the couples who have no idea. S&K is a preferred choice on my list. I truly had my fairy tale wedding and it was just beautiful like and enchanted garden. I was in awe just as much as my guest where. This is a very professional 5 star event planning business that I would recommend to anyone in need of wedding decor or flowers because everything was phenomenal. This company deserves more than 5 stars and will definitely be used again for future events.

This company is absolutely amazing! I struggled finding a chiavari chair in my price range. These guys delivered from GA to NC, set up, and broke down for the price others were charging for the chairs alone. Sil contacted me again to follow up on a previous quote and I am so glad he did. At that point, it was two weeks prior to the wedding and I had given up on finding my dream chair, until he called. They were extremely professional, timely, and courteous. One of my best decisions!

I don't even know where to begin with writing this review, other than saying that working with Kay from S&K event Planning was our best decision during wedding planning. From the first time I met her I could tell that she truly understood my vision for the wedding, she listened to what I wanted and took so much stress off my shoulders. Not only did I feel like she understood my vision, but she was also so present during the wedding planning. She gave me someone to look to for advice and opinions, while being nothing but completely supportive of what I wanted. The wedding day went flawlessly from all the work and detail she put into the wedding. Not only were all the details in order, but the wedding turned out to be so much more than we could have ever dreamed it would be. We received so many compliments on our special day and it was all thanks to KAY and her husband. I would highly recommend S&K Event Design and rentals.

Kay did a really god job helping me put my thoughts into motion. Yes, the chairs are $5 and yes they do show up and on time. The only issue I had is a small one and that is with the color red, I also ordered red tablecloths from them but when they arrived they were burgundy, so they did not match with my wedding colors. Also, make sure to sign an agreement so that their will be no confusion about what was discussed, I think I was so happy to finally get the chairs I wanted for $5 that I misunderstood a few things when it came down to canceling chairs i no longer needed after cutting the list.

This is a very pleasant and professional team that work very hard to provide you with the things needed for your event. They go above and beyond to see that you are pleased.Their prices are also very reasonable, some of the best around. I would definitely work with them again

I really really Love S&K, they went far beyond my expectations from the time they delivered up until they came to pick up, they provided Excellent service. They were beyond helpful when it came to me needing to add things before delivery and their prices are THE BEST!! I went far and beyond my research while planning My wedding and all the other event planners were too expensive, unhelpful, had extreme delivery fees, and I had to put in a quote instead of being able to speak directly with someone or the same person when I needed additional information or wanted to make changes. I will DEFINITELY be returning as a long time customer! Thank You Again S&K Event Planning!!!!

My family and I worked with S&K to deliver chairs to Savannah, Georgia, and it worked out really well. I was able to get chiavari chairs for $5 a chair instead of $10 that I was finding in Savannah. They were able to deliver directly to the venue and pick them up that evening - all on time. Had no problems with setup. We had to change the chair counts a few times and they were always flexible. There were a few times that it was difficult to get in touch with the company via phone, but overall everything worked out great.

S&K provides gold chiavary chairs for my wedding and I am glad I didn’t have any issues with them the day of. Before my wedding it would be so hard to communicate with them, at the beginning communication was no issue, but after I made my final payment it was almost impossible for me to get in contact with them. It was so bad that a friend had to call from a diff number and ask them if they were still planning on delivering the chairs to my wedding because I hadn’t heard anything back and I was freaking out. They assured her that they would be there and they were. I can’t say they are a horrible company because they followed through but in the middle of the process I did freak out a bit because communication with them was so hard.

Be careful with what you expect from a 'day of planner'. I was told (from other people) that they would take care of everything on the day of the wedding. I was still running around trying to make sure things were done as were my girls in the bridal party and my grandmother. I feel like I wasted my money on this. Also, they do rentals and were talking about purchasing the chair covers and sashes from me, and then without even talking to me they bought them off my grandmother for way less than I would have sold them for, knowing full well how much I had paid for the items (over twice what they gave to my grandmother, who thought that I had approved of the sale of both sets together for SOME reason...). I feel cheated on the whole ordeal.
