    Unmatched Service and Experience

    I had the pleasure of having my Nigerian Traditional Wedding at Signature Manor on 01/04/18. The whole event was beautiful, well coordinated and truly perfect! Ms. Katherine, Abria (the coordinator we worked with) and the entire team were very organized, professional and simply went above and beyond for us. They did everything for our wedding so beautifully; the entire day of the wedding went by so flawlessly that we actually had nothing to worry or stress about. We had well over 400 guests for our wedding but Ms. Katherine, Abria and the team made certain that everything was taken care of impeccably.

    I do not think I have enough words to express my sincere gratitude to Signature Manor. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with excellent service, please go with them... you will not regret it! We are so grateful and appreciative of you! Thank you for making our day memorable!!

    Best Venue

    I have nothing but good things to say about Signature Manor! From the very first day my family and I walked in their doors, they were very welcoming. They are very accommodating and flexible. They honestly had me with their amazing hot chocolate. Abria, my coordinator was attentive and carried out the vision my husband and I had for our wedding which took place on June 29th, 2019. Staff was great, food was amazing and their preferred vendors were great to work with. The venue itself is very beautiful. I would definitely recommend anyone to this venue.

    Awesome Experience!

    Bonnie was amazing! I would highly recommend going here if you ever need a venue that is in the Sugarland/Bellaire area. They really work with you and try to stay within your budget as much as possible. You just have to ask, and let them know your thoughts. They're the best!

    My Wedding

    I had my wedding here in September of 2018. From the moment I first interacted with the staff I had nothing but great experiences ! The two people I work with the most were Akshay and Abria. They were both phenomenal!! I chose the all inclusive package with on their end worked out perfectly perfectly . They scheduled all of my meeting and most of them were scheduled in house at the venue. The explained everything in great detail and made my payment schedule. The venue itself if gorgeous with and elevator, spiral staircases, large brideal suite with acces to the upstairs outdoor balcony. The food was excellent along with the decor and bar service ! I loved everything about my wedding with 3 exceptions .
    - the photographer that I chose through the venue with my package ( there is more than on option for photographers with the package) was average at best . He came alone so he missed a lot of key photos . Some of his jokes/remarks were not rude. He made no attempt to contact me unless I reached out to him first . If I had to do it all over again I would have used the other photographer or brought in one of my choosing
    -the videographer also included in the package I chose, however we did spend and additional $1500 for the package that included the highlights clip . In is not past our 4 month anniversary and we still don’t have anything from them . They keep pushing the date back as to when we will receive our videos and it’s veet disappointing. What’s worse is their communication. They are very professional in person and over the phone, however they are terrible about communicating with you when you’re not in person with them. My husband tried getting in touch with them before and on the day of the wedding to see when they would be arriving and never got in contact with them . They just showed up . After the wedding we had to keep calling,texting, and emailing them to see when we would be receiving everything. Hopefully their quality of work is great, I’m not sure when I’ll even find out .
    -the Hotel Hilton Houston Westchase that the venue partners with for our of town guest ... I worked with Tricia Tebo . Throughout the process and over the phone she was always very pleasant, however the weekend of the wedding was a nightmare for my guests . I had to pay additional for them to pass out my welcome bags, as well as for a shuttle to pick up and drop off guests to the wedding venue . The shuttle was supposed to be a van that held up to 10 guests . However Tricia failed to tell me that the van they had was in the shop and they had a small 4 ford sedan in its place, even though he charged me the full amount. Then at the end of the night they never came back to get my guests . I’m so grateful to Akshay and his team as they found a way to get all of my guests back to the hotel. They also were not passing out my welcome back until I called 3 times after I had over 10 guests say they never received them . The hotel itself is average at best and the staff was not nice to my guests . One of my bridesmaids staying at the hotel who was 8 months pregnant at the time requested a refrigerator and took a day and a half before it was delivered to her room .

    My main 3 concerns weren’t with the venue or it’s staff but some of the people they work with . All that being said I want to bring back the focus on the venue itself . If I had to do it all all over again I would 10000000% pick signature manor again. Their cake partner Cakes by Gina was AMAZING. Best wedding cake I’ve had in my life . She was also very sweet an accommodating! One of their flower partners Miranda’s Floral was also excellent! She worked with my budget and made sure I had exactly what I wanted . She was also very accomating as well . The photo booth staff was excellent! I can’t say enough how glad I am I chose Signaure Manor as my venue it was truly amazing !

    Excellent service provided

    This venue was the only place we looked at and there was no new to looo at others. From the moment we walked in we knew that we would have our wedding there. The staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our day was a success.

    I am having my wedding reception at Signature Manor in March, and I have to say this is the perfect place. As everyone know, planning a wedding is a bit overwhelming, but the staff and the event coordinators know what they are doing. I found Signature Manor after visiting just about every wedding venue in Houston, and after all the crazy prices we got, we realized that Signature Manor gives you the most bang for your buck. Every penny will count for something when planning an event at Signature Manor. Not only do they provide with the basic necessities of a wedding reception, but Signature Manor goes above and beyond to make your dream wedding come to live because they are able to provide everything from A-Z. This is a beautiful and one-of-a-kind venue that you don't want to miss out on.

    Awesome place, awesome staff. It's beautiful inside! They were willing to accommodate all of my desires. i absolutely recommend this place for everyone having an upscale event. Bonnie is amazing, prompt, attentive and kind. Catherine matches my creative style. I had an amazing experience

    My husband and I hosted our 10th anniversary vow renewal here at Signature Manor on August 7th. The ceremony was held in the forum and I absolutely loved it. I did not want the typical seating arrangement but Bonnie, along with the entire SM team, did an exceptional job of creating exactly what I wanted! It turned out more beautiful than I had even imagined it. I definitely recommend anyone to use their beautiful facility.

    I had my wedding in January at Signature Manor. I must say the place is very beautiful and elegant. I was also impressed by the staff: Pallavi,Akshay and the rest were really nice people to deal with. You could tell that they were genuinely nice people who are not only good listeners but also went out of their way to satisfy their clients. If I were to do it all over again I would still pick Signature Manor in a heartbeat. Thanks guys for making our day a memorable one.

    We had our wedding reception at Signature Manor and it was absolutely PERFECT! We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating and understanding coordinator. Pallavi, you were awesome! We truly enjoyed working with you. You and the team at Signature Manor made everything so easy for us and were very good about communicating every single detail with me or my family.     Our mother's birthday was a success because of the quality of service and professionalism that was orchestrated by signature manors staff. I highly recommend this venue for any occasion, because they are very true to what they do.

    We had our wedding reception here. From day 1, when we walked in, we felt like we were talking with friends! There was no rush to get you out for the next appt, in fact, we felt like we were the only customer. The planning process was smooth, we were educated in areas we did't know much about, and there was plenty of communication back and forth. Pallavi was our coordinator, and she did such an amazing job with us. We may have arrived to some appt's stressed and feeling overwhelmed, and after leaving, felt like we were another step closer to our big day! The day of was awesome, gorgeous, and everyone had soooo much fun! The staff working our reception were so nice and attentive! I definitely recommend the Signature Manor for your event, because they definitely leave their mark on your event, helping to make it very memorable! We thank God for leading us here, building great relationships, and making our big day that much more special! :) Thank you!

    Our wedding ceremony and reception at the Signature Manor was outstanding! I could not have expected better services. They organized our whole wedding in about 6 weeks and everything turned out just perfect. Our guests were very satisfied and spoke highly of the staff, the services and the whole event. Our event coordinator Pallavi Tyagi was the best! She handled everything with extreme professionalism, but she was also compassionate and understanding. She did much more than I could ever have expected! Katherine Cheng was always present and available for additional support. We loved everything and greatly appreciate for making our special day unforgettable!!!

    Signature Manor is a beautiful venue! The minute we walked in, we knew that it was the one! Pallavi and Katherine were an absolute pleasure to work with and they have truly transformed the ballroom to more than anything we could have ever dreamed of. The food and drinks were simply divine and our guests were extremely impressed with the venue as well as the coordinator's attentiveness and talent. Thank you Signature Manor!

    I'm part of a non-profit organization. We hosted an inauguration ceremony at the Signature Manor. The facility is grand and made my event very elegant. The staff is professional and always there to help solve my problems. How can I forgot the food...it was delicious and tasty. The venue is highly recommended.

    Once upon a time we dreamed of a fairy tale wedding... Our theme was, "A Summer Romance." The hardest thing in the world to do was trust others with the production of our ceremony and reception; but Signature Manor by far exceeded our expectations! Our special day was unimaginable! It is rare that we are at a lost for words, but we are left speechless in regards to describing our satisfaction. Our wedding was over a month ago and we are still receiving daily comments from guest about their overall experience. Everything from the suite accomodations to the food was superb! All the staff was pleasant and very attentive to our needs. Special shout out to our coordinator Uju! She is the best! Ask for her by name! We were beyond pleased and would recommend this venue to couples who want to look back years from now at their footage and still smile at the timeless encounters and memories shared.

    I had my wedding at the AMAZING venue of Signature Manor on September 3rd, 2011. From the first time my husband and I set foot in the venue our breath was taken away! It is a beautiful place of pure elegance and luxurious touches. The customer service and kindness of Katherine Cheng and her staff was what makes Signature Manor an all around excellent place to host such a special event. The staff is one who cares and is there to take care of your every need. They have tasty vendors for food and cake choices that are included in your package. They have awesome linen choices, and if you want something different they will help you find it. From the minute details, to the grand scheme of things Signature Manor's staff is all over it. Katherine went above and beyond the call of duty to insure that our wedding was absolutely beautiful and flowed well. I booked the venue in June of 2010 and was there almost every month or so to just take a look and chat with Katherine and her team! I was one of those brides that had to make sure everything was going to go well and just to peep in at the venue and see how pretty it was going to be. Signature Manor has so many different options to make your wedding beautiful! My wedding was one that will go down in history as the most fun, beautiful, and loving weddings I and my guests have ever attended. Thank You Signature Manor for everything you did to make our wedding "The Wedding of 2011"

    This venue was a dream come true! We came to Signature Manor for linen rentals at the advice of my Mom. She knew that once we stepped into the venue we would fall in love, and boy was she right. We went from renting linens to booking the venue. We knew that we wanted our day to be perfect and Signature Manor gave us Perfection! If I could do all over again I wouldn't have changed a thing! The manager, Katherine, even had an emergency kit on hand for removing makeup that a bridesmaid got on my dress. She had it removed before I could even stress over the stain. The crew there is solid and the venue is something out of a fairytale. Thank you Signature Manor for everything!

    I was a unexperienced bride with little help on the whole wedding planning process. My husband and I started our venue search process about 2 months after he proposed to me. We searched all over Houston literally! We found beautiful places that had more to offer on the outside rather than on the inside and were overpriced as well as venues that were priced nice with very little appeal to the eye. We were beginning to feel like we would not find what WE were looking for all in one package. We already had where our ceremony would take place, so we just needed a nice, comfortable location for our reception. I noticed a few times on Facebook I would get these notifications from Signature Manor on offers to have our wedding there. We set up an appointment and from START we knew that this was our reception location. Our rep was Akshay and Marie and they were both great and accomodating through the whole process. You get your money's worth and then some with this location. The food was GREAT, the cake that comes with the package was AWESOME and my florists enhancements only added a touch of class with the enhancements!!!! The venue was georgeous and we had a beautiful white dance floor which our families enjoyed the whole night! The decor I mean everything provided by this venue was just awesome!!! I highly reccomend this venue as they hosted one of the best days of my life and made it as memorable as I could have imagined. Keep up the great work!

    This was a perfect setting for a perfect wedding!! Our decor was just the way we wanted it and the food was delicious! Not to mention, the staff was very professional and flexible on accommodating our wants and needs. I would recommend this venue for every bride who wants a picture perfect wedding. Especially with the wrap around stair cases and fountains. Our wedding was a blast and unforgettable!

    The staff at Signature Manor were great. From the first step to the day of they paid attention to every details and made my event really special.
    We were very impressed with her services and she went above and beyond to help us. She walked us through all of the decisions and planning throughout the process. The location is really grand and gorgeous. The spandex chair covers had that sleek and sexy look. The ballroom was very new and the overlays were very unique. Even the bathrooms looked beautiful.

    They made my event look amazing. From the great wait staff to the delicious food it was pleasing to me and my guests.

    The price was really reasonable for all the things that we got. Everyone there was so nice from start to finish.

    I would recommend this location.

    We had an awesome experience with our wedding reception at Signature Manor. Although we went to them with just under two months left to our wedding reception, Signature Manor was very accommodating to our requests and made us feel like loyalty. Pallavi was very professional and a wonderful coordinator and helped us in all aspects of our planning. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a very smooth and stress free experience. We would definitely recommend to have your big day at Signature Manor as not only it is a beautiful place but the service that you will get is the best in Houston!

    An Unforgettable Experience

    All I can say is WOW!!!! From the moment i went to my cousin's wedding at Signature Manor, it became the on of top of my list to see. My husband and I went to tour the venue and its amazing features. I love the place, but I admit I got hesitant. My husband was immediately on board (it all started with the cup of hot chocolate). But Katherine and Abria were so patient with me!! They were so helpful, understanding, and amazing throughout the whole wedding preparations. They truly made this process magical. Fast forward to the wedding day and I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! The decor and the service that my guest received are STILL being raved about to this day!!! If you want an elegant experience for your guests and a fun and amazing time in wedding prep, Go with Signature Manor. You will not regret it!

    I was worried at first since we were last minute. We had to scramble to get a location. Lucky for us they were available and so willing to work with us. Overall my experience with signature manor was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the service was on par. They really came through for me when I was in a bind. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my friends.

    They even helped me find the perfect vendors. And took care of all my needs.
    Everything was so perfect.

    The venue was very beautiful to begin with. The grand stairs in the foyer created a grand and elegant feeling as you enter the venue. We had our cocktail hour there and all of our guests were impressed with the setup and how beautiful it is. There is little decoration needed. The ballroom was also beautiful, with the awesome lighting and dancefloor. The staff was very professional and well organized. They were able to bring the picture we had in mind a bring it to life. They were also very flexible with the vendors which we wanted to use. During the reception, they kept track of time, was very attentive and ensured everything went smoothly. All of our guests complimented us for the professional staff that Signature Manor had provided us.

    The only negative comment I have is on the catering of our dinner. My biggest concern was taste and portion, which was excellent at the tasting at Post Oak Grill. I asked the executive chef that the food that evening will be "exactly like this." He replied right back that it will be, minus the basmati rice, looking straight in my eyes. My wife took a snapshot of the plate with her camera phone. A few weeks before the wedding, I expressed my concern to our coordinator there at Signature Manor on the portion and taste and she said not to worry. Nonetheless, the portions were much smaller that evening, nearly half. I'm not sure if this is Signature Manor's first time working with them.

    Overall, I would highly recommend Signature Manor for the reception or for both the reception and ceremony. I've been to probably 80% of the venues here in Houston, and I think Signature Manor is by far, one of the most beautiful and very reasonably priced compared to the others.

    First and foremost Pallavi Tyagi has to be one of the sweetest, most patient, resourceful and thorough person ever. She was my wedding coordinator and was there when I needed her throughout the entire process. The Venue was chosen based on several things that were most important to my family. The internal structure was just perfect! The place was immaculately clean and well kept. The size of the place was also nice and accommodated our entire wedding party, vendors and guest. The Bridal suite was also spacious which comfortably sat all of the ladies who were in my wedding as well as those who were there to help.The staff was beyond helpful and always greeted us in a professional manner. The way I imagined my day is exactly how it went. If in the future you're looking for a place to entrust one of the most important days of your life, look no further as Signature Manor was GREAT from the beginning to the end!

    Signature Manor gave us a great package for our wedding ceremony and reception. They were so kind and accomodating - whatever we envisioned or wanted, they made it happen. They already had a list of vendors for us to work with and get discounted prices, which saved us tons of time and money. They also provided us with a coordinator who handled everything related to the venue. Overall, I feel like we got the best venue and service for a reasonable price. Our wedding was amazing thanks to the Signature Manor staff!

    Akshay and Elissa were pleasant to work with. Everyone enjoyed the food--- we had a breakfast buffet. It would be wise to have a onsite coordinator for Elissa to work with. The facility was beautifully decorated with their linens, vases, etc.

    My brother got married here in May 09. Even though it was the "back-up" venue, the staff was professional in getting all the arrangements together. They were very helpful and accommodating.

    It was a huge venue and we used the entire building (approx. $20K to rent the place plus cash bar). There was a place on the 2nd floor for the groom and his men which was separated from the bride and her women. Gorgeous walk down the staircase. The large group pic in the foyer was priceless! Ample parking and very clean restrooms was a plus.

    The only problem was that some of the food that was saved in the kitchen for guests to take home seemed to have disappeared.

    I recommend this place if you need a large venue and want to save some money.

    An excellent venue to host any assortment of events. Me and my wife are glad that we found Signature Manor and had a wonderful and magical experience there on our wedding day. From the food to the decor, we were very satisfied. The staff on hand were very polite and helpful and we had the most awesome coordinator you could ask for in Pallavi. She made sure that we had everything we needed and really went the extra step on many occasion. I highly recommend Signature Manor to anyone wanting a top notch event venue.

    At Signature Manor, they were very professional and helpful. Especially the day of the wedding. They tried to accomodate to my needs.

    Signature Manor seemed like an excellent venue to hold our wedding reception. Plenty of things went very well; however, there was certain things that were a pretty big fail.

    Every meeting we had before the event was extremely professional, and they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. However, they did not deliver all the things that were promised to us.

    First, the floor plan they gave us did not even come close to matching how the hall actually got laid out at first. We had to go to the hall on 2 separate occasions to ensure that the tables were arranged according the plan that they gave us.

    Second, the bar for cocktail hour was supposed to open at 6:00, but they did not start serving until almost 6:20 which is a big deal since you are paying so much for the booze. The bar service was slow and one of the bartenders was very rude to our guests (the other bar tender was amazing).

    Third, they did not have enough servers for the amount of guests we so many people had to wait an extremely long time in order to get their food (which was very good).

    My advice would be to be extremely cautious with this venue and make sure to get everything thing in writing including the smallest details as far as number of servers and bar time. Also, make sure to have a good planner on your side to get things accomplished on the day of. If it wasn't for our wedding planner, Liz Pallathumadom I think all the issues above would have been much worse.

    In the end, I would not really recommend using this venue for a wedding. The level of service does not match the price you have to pay.

    This was not our first choice venue. Our original venue was booked over a year before our wedding but it was a new construction. We were told 6 weeks before the wedding that the venue would not be done in time so we were forced to look for another venue. We called every venue we could find who could hold our 500 guest wedding and this was the only venue available with our wedding date open. The venue is gorgeous so we thought we hit a home run for finding them. And they assured us that our wedding would turn out just the way we wanted.

    Now where to start with the issues....

    We were told the dancefloor would be big enough for our party. We stressed to them several times how important a big dancefloor is to a Hispanic wedding. Well turns out their dancefloor is tiny. And they supposedly didn't have any extra flooring to make it any bigger. They claimed to have just gotten a new dancefloor and sold the old one. So we were forced to order another dancefloor from an outside company just 4 days before our wedding.

    The Monday before our wedding, my complimentary wedding coordinator from the venue emailed me to ask if I needed a cake table, sign in table, gift table, head table, etc. Because apparently those were not part of the standard room set up and I would have to pay for each of those. That's the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard!!

    Not only that, but they did not set up the venue with the 50 tables we were promised in our contract. Instead they claimed they could only fit about 43 which left some guests with no seats.

    We also got ripped off on drinks. Our caterer supplied canned coked which HEP Signature Manor agreed to sell for $.50 (to cover the cost of ice) until they ran out. Instead of selling each can for $.50, they filled a tiny cup with ice and poured from the can to the cup. And their bar did not accept cash. All guests had to buy tickets and trade those in at the bar. The majority of our guests complained about getting ripped off with the whole ticket process.

    All in all, I'd say HEP Signature Manor is all about the money. They want your money and don't care much about making your dream day come true. They knew we were already in a bind with having to come out of pocket with paying for a change of venue just weeks before our wedding. They convinced us they'd take care of us but once we signed that contract, everything changed.
