  used S&G limo for a family dinner to celebrate after my engagement. Was a beautiful limo and very professional sweet driver. I will be contacting them to be the limo for my wedding!

  I will be using S&G for my upcoming wedding. From the very first call I placed to this company I have been extremely satisfied. They completely put me at ease with all the requests I needed to make for transportation. Steve and his staff were, and still are, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

  Just WOW! The service was fantastic. The driver was very polite and professional. The ride was smooth and enjoyable. He was on time and very helpful to whatever i needed. I would definitely use this company again. The service was magnificent!

I've used them several times for airport transportation and for leisure travel. Drivers are extremely polite and professional. I've never had a bad experience with any of the reservations I've made. I've used them so often I may even been a first name basis with some of the drivers by now. They are all fantastic, but I also highly recommend Kevin. He was on time, friendly, and knew exactly where we were going so I knew I could sit back and relax. ”

  This service was top notch and very enjoyable. The drivers were on time, professional, and friendly and we were into the city with ease. The ride was smooth (absolutely nothing like riding in a taxi) and it was just an all-around great experience. I highly recommend S&G Limo

  Limo's air conditioner didn't work and the driver was rude and wouldn't listen when warned he was going the longer way to venue. Company was not responsive. I was wondered about transportation because I had read mixed reviews but I would suggest to pay a little more and get a more reputable company to transport you.

  My fiancé found S and G, who gave us a very reasonable quote and we booked them for my mother.
  
  I was taking photos outside our venue when the limo pulled up. We told them when we asked for a quote that it would be 11 people and 1 baby on the way in and 13 people and 1 baby on the way back. After they got out, the driver asked to speak to me and told me the limo was too small for the way back. He, my neighbor and I counted together and he said it was fine, it actually wouldn't be too small.
  
  Cut to midnight when everyone is due to be picked up. A new driver, Kareem, with the larger limo and says he can't take them anywhere without $100 cash. Kareem called his dispatcher (Michael? Mike?) who was rude, condescending and dismissive. He tells us it's not his problem and we need to find an ATM. Our wedding is on a Sunday, in a fairly residential section of Brooklyn and it is now 12:30 am. Kareem was very nice about it but the dispatcher was a jerk. My husband asked him to put the $100 on our credit card that we used to reserve it and he says "Nope, cash only." My husband goes looking for an ATM, I'm now crying, and the dispatcher insists that it's out fault for not answering our cell phones. During our wedding ceremony.
  
  The next day, while we're on our mini honeymoon, the owner calls my husband. He insists it's not his fault, in fact saying I confirmed with the first driver the larger number of people and what do we want him to do about it? There was no apology, not even a sorry about the misunderstanding. He acted like he was put out by us being upset. They were still rude after the fact and gave huge runaround when we explained that they were in fact in the wrong. Eventually, after multiple conversations and them calling their driver... They finally concede they maybe were in the wrong and we got our $100 back.
  5 years later, they disputed my wife's review. Please see the attached photos that prove we paid them.
