I couldn't wait to write a review about SCE! Jason was our DJ for our wedding and I can't say enough! When we first walked into our reception hall, which was the Versailles Ballroom in Toms River, we were breathless! The detailing of the lights, the plasma's and we were super impressed by the very clean set up, not one wire was visible! Jason was professional, upbeat and friendly throughout the entire planning process. His excitement made us so much more excited! The entire night the dance floor was full! The photo montage, which P.s make sure you get, added an amazing "WOW" factor for my husband and I as well as our guests. It was perfect. With Jason's incredible talent, he did an amazing first dance remix that left everyone speechless! As far as we are concerned, there is only one entertainment company that we will use and recommend to the world. SCE you rocked our wedding! Jason, you made it Beautiful and Unforgettable!!!!! We can't thank you enough! Please take my advice and use these extremely talented group of entertainers. You will not regret it! Thank you!!!

Paul Knox was our DJ' from SCE Group and he was amazing in every aspect!!!!!From the ceremony to the cocktail hour then to the reception the dance floor was packed all night!!!! Paul added purple up lighting and completely transformed our reception hall it looked amazing!!!!! He was so enthusiastic all night from our intro's to our last dance of the night!!!! Eric and I feel so grateful for everything he did for us. We only have one word to describe our wedding because of him.....INCREDIBLE!!!!! We are trying to put another party together just so we can have him come back!!!!

Jeff was our DJ from the SCE event group and he was fabulous! Jeff played music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception. He was really easy to work with and was very accommodating when we added last minute updates such as a photo montage and monogram. Jeff played music we really enjoyed and made sure throughout the night we were happy with everything that was going on. All the guests loved the photo booth provided by SCE event group also and everyone still has been talking about it. SCE event group was an excellent choice for many wedding services and I would definitely use them again for any future events. Thanks Jeff for making our night a blast!

I almost wish this scale had a 10 I could select to show what an incredibly wonderful an experience my husband and I had working with Paul Knox and everyone at SCE Entertainment. The DJ was a HUGE decision for my husband and I because music means everything to us. We wanted to make sure we found someone who would work closely with us and see our same vision. This was exactly what Paul Knox was to us! Paul is a bundle of positive energy. He is flexible and patient and allowed us to explain exactly what we wanted for the details of our music. He gave his expert opinion graciously and on the day of our wedding, not one person in the room could stay in their seat! He played a diverse selection of music so people of different generations could enjoy the night up on their feet. He interacted with the crowd just enough to keep the energy up and everyone smiling, then he did what he does best -- played AWESOME music!! Several people at my wedding came up to me and told me he was the best DJ they'd ever heard at a wedding. He and his entire team were friendly, professional and showed that their top priority was for everyone to have the time of their lives.

Everyone at SCE was a pleasure to work with. They kept track of our contract, payments and changes without any issue and each person we worked with - Jason, Kira, etc - was always kind, patient and looking out for the best for us.

Please take our advice and use SCE and Paul Knox for your wedding. You WILL NOT be disappointed and you will surely have just as an incredibly beautiful day and Raul and I had.

SO many good things to say about Paul, Jason, and the entire SCE team.
First and foremost the party they throw is TOP NOTCH. Could not be more happy with their ability to pack out the dance floor throughout the ENTIRE night. We had people dancing before we even did our introductions! Music and sound system were perfect, the lighting extras were beyond our expectations and took the party to the next level.
Their care and attention to detail are amazing. Professionalism is not the word to describe them. They made sure everything was perfect and went as planned. Paul readily accepts cell phone calls to discuss changes, ideas, or to just talk it up for a bit. I spent a good twenty minutes on the phone the night before our wedding just chatting it up like bros!
In short, look no further. 5.0/5.0 Down the board speaks for itself!

Paul Knox and his assistant Joe worked our wedding at The Crystal Ballroom in Freehold this past weekend - and I cannot say enough good things about them!!! I have been to a lot of weddings/occasions where I have been annoyed by an obnoxious DJ who played bad music and was on the mic too much - so I was picky in my search for the perfect DJ. From the moment my husband and I met Paul Knox, we knew we found the perfect person for our wedding! Friendly, genuine, down-to-earth, professional, accommodating, supportive...I could go on and on! The rest of the SCE staff was always friendly, organized and responsive, which made planning a breeze. Paul played everything we requested, went above and beyond in helping my dad to surprise us by singing at the reception, and had everyone dancing and excited without being on the mic all night like I asked.

On a side note, I decided to save a little money and book a photobooth with another DJ company that was running a special. My experience with the owner and manager of that company was awful - he was pushy, slimy, and tried to scam me by double charging me. I wish I had just went with SCE on the photobooth because I would have saved myself a headache and received the same great service I did with Paul.

I highly recommend SCE and Paul Knox in particular! You will not be disappointed!

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE!!!, will tell you that your wedding was the BEST wedding that they have ever been to and they will really mean it!!!! Jason Jani did my daughters and most recently my sons wedding at Oyster Point, he is amazing, beyond words, he is more then a dj, he is a friend. He helped us create memories that we will hold in our hearts forever!, and we love him for that and much, much more.

We hired SCE DJ, Joe Falco, to do our wedding. He came recommended to us by a friend and he certainly did not disappoint. Since we live out of state we skype interviewed Joe and liked him from the get go. We are not your typical NJ couple...we live in the south, listen to country music, and say y'all. Joe totally got us and catered to all of our wishes and music requests. Joe did the cocktail hour, reception, and provided uplighting for behind the DJ booth. Their set up was so snazzy, white, and professional. Both Joe and his assistant were dressed in black and looked super sharp! They were on time, so friendly, and professional. As the MC, Joe really did a fantastic job. He announced all of the entrances and as each event (cake cutting, etc) happened in a really great way! He wasn't cheesy like I have experienced with a lot of other NJ DJs. I cannot recommend Joe enough. Planning from out of the state can be hard, but the online system SCE has and Joe's communication made it easy. He really read the crowd at our wedding and had the dance floor packed for the entire night! Thank you so much Joe!

Paul Knox and his Assistant DJ'ed at our event this past Saturday at Park 33.. And let me tell you from day 1 Paul was awesome. He is very kind, attentive, friendly, helpful, energetic and all around such a great personality.. They did a spectacular job. I could not have asked for a better nite of music, and enthusiasm from them. They really had the crowd going..

With two different backgrounds I was a little worry that not everyone was going to have fun , but for my surprise he had our dance floor PACKED the entire night He gave just the right amount of involvement--nothing tacky , He guided me and my now husband through the evening, letting us know exactly what to expect and when. I planned my wedding Years in advance so me and Tony Tee had a lot of phone calls and emails. I changed and added to my contract multiple times and Tony was also there by phone / email to attend to my changes.
He was excited for our wedding and worked hard the day of like it was his own.
No one left the dance floor unless they had to [cake cutting, garter toss, etc.]. He was great with announcing everything and everyone and taking requests from the guests.
One guest of ours said he doesn't usually dance at weddings and hadn't enjoyed himself on a dance floor in 20 years but even he couldn't resist Tony Tee's mixes and danced with the rest of us.
He was worth every penny and he gave us a wonderful wedding!
I would recommend him to anyone! Actually taht's how we found him, friends of ours used him and recommended him to us!

I was a very particular bride-- I knew exactly what I didn't want from a DJ (no intrusive 'typical NJ' fist pumpers allowed) but also knew that for our wedding my then-fiance and I needed someone who would host our party, make sure our reception moved along smoothly, and most important, someone who had everyone dancing all night long! We searched far and wide and every entertainment company I came across was cheesy, not sophisticated enough, and/or just didn't seem to understand my vision or care to work with me to personalize my wedding the way I wanted to. That all changed the second we met Jeff Balkin at SCE. My husband and I were married on May 18th, 2013 and hired Jeff B. as our event host and DJ for our reception held at Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, NJ. We also got the multimedia package through SCE featuring four plasma flat screens (for our same-day video edit we had done by our cinematographer) as well as ambient room lighting and intelligent lighting. From our first meeting until the day of the wedding, Jeff B. was super responsive, so easy to work with, and spent as much time as necessary meeting with us, responding to emails in a very time sensitive manner, and calming our nerves the day of by making sure everything was on time and in order. We even decided to add a monogram last minute and Jeff B., Kira, and the SCE staff worked with us to replicate the monogram we used on our invitations and made sure it was done on time and flawless for our big day. Jeff B. had everyone dancing all night long-- the party was so amazing that at the end of the night people did not want to leave! What I loved most is that he played to the crowd and not just off some pre-set wedding list- he saw what was working, stuck with it, and also changed things up if necessary to make sure people were dancing all night long! We HIGHLY recommend Jeff B. & SCE and would hire them again in a second!!

I cannot express how amazing SCE was at our wedding. From the Ceremony music that made everyone get ready for my entrance to the music in the reception. The only time our dance floor was empty was during dinner and even then people got up to dance. Jeff Gould was the best ever and had everyone so pumped the entire evening. They created a song for our entrance that will not be forgotten! We are still hearing how SCE made the night!!! Thanks to Jeff and his team for helping make our night go so smooth and let everyone have an amazing time!!!!!

Can't say enough good things about our experience working with SCE Event Group! Our wedding was absolutely amazing and mostly because of SCE. Jason is the greatest DJ we have ever heard and probably the nicest person in this world. His enthusiasm and excitement for our wedding made us feel completely special. They transformed our wedding venue into one of the most gorgeous rooms we have ever seen. The drapery and lighting blew us away. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone had a blast in it. The voice overs left not one dry eye in the room and it is still today one of my most favortie moments. Jason and his teams energy is out of this world and the whole night just left us speechless. He made every single dream that I had about this wedding come true. It was everything I envisioned the night to be like and more. SCE Event Group was worth every penny that we spent- they are the best of the best and we honestly can't thank them enough!!
