  Perfection at Salty's on Alki

  Salty's on Alki was the perfect venue for our summer reception! The event coordinator, Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was extremely responsive via email and even made time to meet with me in person more than once. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the planning process actually enjoyable! The venue itself was gorgeous. Salty's allows you to order rentals through their preferred vendors, and their staff sets everything up for you day-of (so you don't have to think about it!). My place setting were set up perfectly! And the venue was clean and well maintained. The food was also phenomenal! My guests complimented the food over and over. Ultimately, my experience at Salty's on Alki was nothing short of perfection.

  Perfect venue

  This was the perfect place for our wedding. The process was super easy to navigate without a wedding planner because the event planners at saltys are really helpful and have checklists for things you will need to have in order. The event planner helped me source some things and was really responsive and helpful throughout the process :) the view is great, food is great and service was great!

  Over the year it took to plan our wedding it was amazing to have the venue that I had wanted Rebecca was amazing to work with.

  This was my first choice for my venue we did look at a few other places but nothing compared to salty‘s on Alki. Having grown up in West Seattle we really wanted to have it in West Seattle and to be able to have Saltys and the Seattle skyline as the backdrop was amazing. Rebecca was amazing to work with and the food was fantastic not to mention being able to get our cake there too and it was delicious we didn’t even have a piece to take home it was all eaten

  This was my first choice for my venue we did look at a few other places but nothing compared to salty‘s on Alki.   Salty's was the absolute best place for our wedding ceremony. We wanted an outside ceremony and a small place for our family only wedding. We were able to hold the ceremony outside with the skyline of Seattle in the background and then move indoors for a lunch reception. Kate was a delight to work with and was responsive to all my emails. The staff was great and of course, the food was fantastic. I highly recommend them as a wedding venue.

Spencer our coordinator was so great to work with, making sure my husband and I and family were all comfortable with our decisions. He made the whole process easy, which says a lot with my family seeing how they are lol. Spencer was professional and always tended to our needs and reassuring us everything would go without a hitch. Everything went without a hitch as promised and Spencer and his team ran around all day and night making sure everything was absolutely perfect and it was. The food was amazing and the quality and quantity of the food was top notch. Staff, food and venue was everything I could have hoped for and more. It was such a beautiful day and it was so nice that my guests could walk in and out of the space to get fresh air. I recommend Salty's if you want a gorgeous view as your wedding backdrop and if you want hassle free coordination. Spencer was the best and we can't say enough of how wonderful everything turned out.

  The rehearsal dinner was amazing! Seattle was sunny and had clear sky's making the skyline and view spectacular. The food, no words, it was amazing. I have members of the bridal party still dreaming about the Tiramisu. Staff was wonderful, helpful, and the Buffett was filling.

  Salty's was the absolute perfect wedding venue. We worked with Mindy and she was AMAZING - super laid back so we never felt panicked, super responsive, and just plain fun to work with. The view is of course the best you can get in Seattle. We had the full deck right on the water and all of our guests loved it. The staff at Salty's took amazing care of us on our wedding day - everything was set up to perfection and we never had to lift a finger. We had both ceremony and reception there and everything went perfectly - the ceremony was set up on the deck and it was awesome, with the reception being indoors. We were well fed, well watered, and all the tables and chairs looked spectacular. The food was, of course, off the charts. I had multiple people say it was the best-tasting wedding they'd ever been to! My maid of honor has multiple food sensitivities, and the chef took care of her, making a special dish just for her so she could eat it. I would recommend Salty's to anyone in a heartbeat for any event! Thank you Salty's and thank you Mindy! Now I have to start coming up with an excuse to have another party there!

  We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Saltys on Alki. The venue is spectacular and the service and food were wonderful. We enjoyed working with the staff and they made our special day perfect! Highly recommend this venue.

  We are suckers for a view. We chose Salty's because we wanted to show off Seattle to the 75% of our wedding guests who would be traveling from out of town... and wow... we couldn't be happier.
  
  The food was excellent, the cake was beautiful AND delicious, the decor was great, the open air/deck could not have been more perfect, and the staff could not have been more helpful/courteous/gracious/professional.

  I had my wedding ceremony and reception in the Duamish room at Salty's and could not have been happier! It was extremely turn-key which I was looking for. The staff was all really friendly and accommodating to any needs that came up. The food was great and the view was amazing. Everyone had a great time, thank you for helping to make our wedding day perfect!

  This was the only choice I ever would consider for our reception. They were wonderful, the food was impeccable, the view of Seattle - breathtaking. What can I say? Salty's has charm, sophistication, and a laid back atmosphere that I would recommend to everyone!

  Colin, Jimmy, Jeffrey from the sales department and the wait staff were amazing! They made my day extra special. My only complaint was the awful treatment by the valet staff when we arrived and wanted to park near the back enterance to unload our stuff. They were insistent that we come back and let them repark our cars. We had been told specifically that this would not be necessary. It got the day off to a bad start and made me very cranky. The valet guy was a huge jerk to me and to my mother and to my friend (we were in separate cars with other people riding with us and we all arrived together). However, it was all uphill from there and the day turned out to be amazing for the most part. The only other annoying thing was a couple with a little girl came breezing past the windows of the room WHILE WE WERE GETTING MARRIED to go stand on the deck that was supposed to private for us during our ceremony. It might behoove Salty's to either gate the deck off at that side of the restaurant or put up signage that the area is private for those using their banquet rooms. Again, these were small things in what was otherwise an amazing and fantastic day. The wait staff in particular was helpful, efficient, professional and amiable. We didn't get our apple cider toast but I didn't really want it anyway so I didn't miss it. I especially appreciated Colin's willingness to work with me on what was best for my wedding.

  This is where my husband proposed. The staff was so friendly and flexible. He made the reservation the day of but told them it was a special occasion so they were able to get us a great table. They even let him back into the kitchen so he could see them make up the plate that said "will you marry me on it".

  Amazing Seattle Wedding Venue

  Salty's was an amazing place to have our wedding! They are very affordable compared to most Seattle wedding venues, and arguably one of the most beautiful. The setting felt very private despite being at a restaurant. The food and drinks were incredible and also fairly priced compared to many other catering quotes we received. It was also nice that they included all the tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and extra free decor such as candle votives and lanterns.
  
  The one downside to Salty's is there is not a getting ready area, and you do not have access to the venue until an hour before your event. This means a very tight setup window for your vendors, and you cannot get ready or do pre-wedding photos at the venue. They do have the option of booking an additional hour of setup time, which was definitely worth it!
  
  Salty's is an amazing venue that combines a dreamy beach surrounding with unbeatable city views. I am shocked we were able to have such a dreamy wedding spending far less than I expected!

  Salty's was a great place for our small family wedding. Great view of downtown Seattle and excellent food. Really loved the Admiral Stateroom for our 12 guests.

  Salty's was wonderful! We were planning our wedding remotely and they made everything easy for us. Our guests really enjoyed the food and the view. Their staff was absolutely wonderful.

  This is a very pricey venue (especially in August) but we chose to go simple on every aspect of our wedding except the venue, and it paid off! The guests were in awe of the view, and the food was suprisingly good! I have eaten at Salty's and always felt the food was good, not great, but that they got away with it because of the view.
  
  The staff was very flexible and helpful. We were able to pare down the buffet so that it was exactly what we wanted and the open bar drink prices were really reasonable.
  
  The best thing about Salty's (besides the view) is the fact that it is the whole package. Dance floor, waiters, bartenders, linens, centerpieces (we just used their votive holders and mirrors and didn't need to spend money on centerpieces from a florist), parking... It was nice not to have to book all of those things separately.

  Saltys was the perfect location for our wedding reception! It was hard at times to communicate with the catering director but they were always very helpful when we did. The food was amazing and the day of staff was wonderful!!! They did everything possible to make sure the day went perfect. And you can't beat the view!

  Salty's is a wonderful place to have your wedding. They were incredibly supportive, especially on the day-of - the servers were professional and competent, and the food was amazing. The only slight issues were responsiveness at times due to some staffing changes at the time that we were planning; however, I felt that overall they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us have the perfect wedding. Another reason to choose Salty's is that it provides both an indoor and outdoor space so if the weather is good, you can go on the deck, and if not, you can enjoy the great view from the floor to ceiling windows.
