I reached out to Royal events with less than a month before my wedding when options seemed very slim on getting wedding florals. After completing the questionnaire, Victoria reached out to me with a complete design plan that spoke to everything I envisioned. I loved the ability to customize how minimal or extravagant I wanted the designs. The day of my wedding the weather caused a change of ceremony location but they went above and beyond to create a fairytale for my husband and I. By far, royal events and services were my favorite vendor. If I had more major events to plan, I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. Weeks later looking at pictures/videos and hearing guest feedback, our wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful. I cried during my reception reveal lol. Thank you again for stopping at nothing to see me smile!

I started following Royal Events and Services on Instagram prior to getting engaged. I followed her because I love supporting Black Owned Businesses, she's local to the Tampa Bay area and she was out killing it! Fast forward a year, I got engaged and I wanted to see her work in person at Dearly Beloved (the Black Bridal Expo here in Tampa). I was blown away. I left that night with her number, scheduled a call the next week and the rest is history. Working with Victoria literally felt like I was working with my best friend. She's detailed, organized. She helped me brainstorm, she sifted through my junky Pinterest Boards, she also provided recommendations/suggestions in other areas outside of floral design to help us out. Victoria even answered ALL of my last-minute questions. She has truly exceeded my expectations. I hate to toot my own horn but I believe my color palette is the best color palette she's done all year...LOL. The florals are STILL a talking point since the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend Royal Events and Services and I will be using them again for my next event!

I hired RES for full planning services for my destination wedding at Opal Sands on April 29, 2023. RES was an absolute pleasure to work with. The most challenging piece of wedding planning is actually getting started, and finding synergy with your vendors so everyone is available for your special day. RES helped me make meaningful strides with the parts of planning that weren't easy when I tried to do it on my own. My husband and I wanted to have our wedding in the Tampa/St. Pete area, and Victoria helped me narrow down venue choices by completing a Venue Cost analysis. As a bride, this was super helpful for me, as I don't live in the area. Once the venue was selected, everything else fell into place seamlessly! RES referred several vendors based on client asks/needs. She also helped me narrow down selections and stay organized by using optimal planning tools. We met on a monthly cadence (and biweekly as we neared event dates). I was so impressed with the services early on, that I also brought RES in to do florals/decor my bridal shower! The attention to detail was truly unmatched for both events! There was clear communication and execution with any idea that was presented. Victoria, was such a class act in the interactions with vendors. She was always punctual, kind, and relatable. During this process, I truly felt like I had not just a planner, but a friend. Our wedding was scheduled to take place outdoors, but it rained on wedding day. Needless to say, RES worked diligently with the venue and our vendors to curate a contingency plan and make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. None of our guests could even tell the difference! Our wedding was organized and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. We curated experiences for our guests such as the Booze and Bubbles Truck, and a photobooth. Countless guests mentioned that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they've ever experienced! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend RES to other clients interested in floral and planning services. I plan to hire RES again for future events.

The Dream Team
Honestly, I don't even know where to start. From the day we inquired, Royal Events just blew us away. As a very visual person it was hard to envision what our wedding would look like without actually looking at it but Victoria and her team was always very descriptive and great at putting together visuals. No matter what day or time, Victoria was always quick to respond to emails, even if it was my 100th email to her that day. She always made me feel as if I was the priority client. Not only did they take charge of coordinating setup and breakdowns for all my vendors they also recommended vendors when needed. Royal Events had even reached out to some of my vendors to coordinate details before I could even inform them. As a bride, it was very calming to know I had someone in my corner that understood what I wanted even if I wasn't sure I knew what I wanted. Royal events was really the glue and helped put my vision together. From curating a vision to implementing a timeline and delivering, I am so grateful I hired Royal Events. Honestly, I am sad it's over but I will definitely use their services again.

how INCREDIBLE RES has been to us throughout the wedding planning process. We worked with Victoria for both full planning services and florals for our big day. After we got engaged, we were overwhelmed with the process and reaching/scheduling meetings with vendors. Our decision to hire RES was solidified after our meeting with Victoria. We worked with Victoria with RES for about a year to guide us through the process. She has such a bubbly & open-minded personality while also being very detail-oriented and Type A which is needed. Victoria was our biggest advocate & transformed our must-haves into the design and flow of our wedding while working within our budget. She executed our Bougie on a Budget, classic wedding incredibly. The flowers RES provided were absolutely STUNNING and affordable! I am so so so happy to have RES in our corner for our special day. I booked them before the pandemic and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I came with all sorts of ideas for the wedding and without hesitation Victoria was able to put together a gorgeous events for our wedding. The day of the wedding everything was just stunning. It was more than I could ever imagine and if anyone wants a florists or event designer who won't charge an arm and a leg and do stunning work then these are your people. The BEST in the business
I was introduced to Royal Events during the decorating/floral stages of my wedding. As time went on I realized that my wedding planner at the time was in over his head and could not execute the wedding with our vision in mind, and unfortunately lead us to believe he had the experience to pull off our wedding. With less than 2 weeks left till our wedding, we finally had to let go of our planner and start over. Fortunately for us, RE was already supporting us behind the scenes and stepped in seamlessly and put out a ton of fires left from the last planner. The most amazing thing was that they never told us anything wrong until it was fixed. They always had an answer, was incredibly professional and the talent is remarkable! They will make your dream wedding come true! Because of Victoria and her crew we had the fairytale wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t have done it without them! I will always be sincerely grateful for all RE did for us and how “Royal” they made me and my husband feel the entire process... every detail.. every conversation! We love you RE!!

The staff and service was great!!
I hired Royal Events and Services as my florist and for day of coordinator services for my wedding this past weekend (4.3.21). Victoria was great in helping with ideas and putting my dream wedding together. She listened to every detail I wanted and was very responsive, helpful and calming when I felt like everything was becoming stressful. The staff was extremely helpful as well. Courtney and the other staff made sure I had everything I needed the day of and put us back on track (when the ceremony started a little late).. Also, the flowers were beautiful and came out exactly how I wanted. Everything was perfect and I loved working with them. I love supporting black owned businesses and I would absolutely use them again for any events I have.

Royal Events did an amazing job !
Royal Events did an amazing job with our daughter’s wedding! Victoria of Royal Events made every little detail we requested happen. She went above and beyond as this was our third try at having a wedding due to COVID. She organized every detail of our requests no matter the request was and she guided us with ease and true professionalism. She never missed a beat!! She was gracious and kind and the staff was equally as perfect.
Royal Events also did our floral arrangements which were beyond what we wished for and gorgeous!! We received many compliments on how organized our event was and received even more compliments on the florals and table settings all due to Victoria.
I would highly recommend Royal Events ! I am so happy they were part of a very special day. Thank you Royal Events especially Victoria !!

REs, the Miracle Workers!
Simply put the team at Royal Events and Services (RES) are amazing! They were able to take my vision of a jewel tone, tropical accented, regal, modern and semi-glam wedding and make my vision come to life. As you can see I had many visions, just like most brides, I wanted a little of everything (Victoria made me hone that in of course), but they took all the right parts and made it beautiful. In regards to communication, Victoria and I we’re best friends, well at least in my head. However, they were on top of all communication, with quick responses to emails, promptly returning phone calls and extremely accommodating to my work schedule. Whenever I started to worry, I was receiving a call ensuring me everything would be fine. Note: To all brides, everything will be fine! So much so that when my first venue filed for bankruptcy, RES contacted me before I could get to them and just like that they were helping me find a venue and ways to reconfigure floor plans. I originally hired RES as my decor specialist and florist, but after this level of compassion and detail, I knew I needed them by my side on the big day, so I booked them for day of coordination. Needless to say, my wedding day went without a flaw, (well at least from my perspective) and considering all things my husband and I went through in the beginning...like losing our first venue, caterer, dj and to top it off our first date due to COVID!! Nonetheless, while I was stressed the RES team was at work helping me replace them all (the only consistent vendor btw). They were even able to help me find a super dope dj and videographer just two weeks before my wedding. All in all the RES team are miracle workers and I’m so excited I got to work with them! Thanks RES!

There’s not enough characters to write a review on how excellent the RES TEAM is. I had a pleasure of working with one of the owners Victoria. She is truly amazing and has so much patience when it comes to answering questions. What I loved about her is that she’s extremely organized.
I have a type A personality and we meshed well on so many levels. Enough about that let me get to the meat. We originally hired them for day of coordinating and as our florist. Our wedding was scheduled 4-11-2020. In Jan of 2020 we decided to change venues due to customer service. Victoria supported our decision and started assisting us with finding a venue. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then, the pandemic happened lol. It’s been a rollercoaster, but the best darn rollercoaster to be on because RES was with us each ride of the way. Our Wedding was the best Pandemic Wedding Ever...okay. Literally, the best wedding of 2020 lol I’m not just saying that because it was our wedding. Okay, maybe I am.
The day of our wedding was so smooth not one bump, jump, hiccup, leap, okay you get the picture. It was good vibes all day. Not to mention the day of the wedding Victoria was able to assist us on finding a last minute venue for our rehearsal dinner. Again, during a National Pandemic.
The RES TEAM is pure Gold. You’re crazy if you don’t hire them as either your Wedding Planner, Florist, or Coordinator. If you want a stress free wedding hire the RES TEAM. I promise you! YOU CANNOT DO IT BY YOURSELF! Period

Victoria and her team at Royal Events and Services we’re everything we needed for our big day! She achieved the look I was going for effortlessly. She knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it and she was so accommodating and helpful. We used her coordination service, as well as floral and decor. This is the way to go! They do everything for you and she has a plethora of decor to choose from. The florals she provided we’re absolutely beautiful. She also recommended other vendors, and was a huge help to us during these uncertain times. Her team was very professional and kind. Best event planner!
So I had the pleasure of working with Victoria. Not only was she a joy to work with but she was professional, detail oriented, precise and overall AMAZING! To describe myself I’m very type A, I prefer to do things myself and struggle with letting someone else step in. Victoria exceeded any expectations that I could’ve ever anticipated. My only regret was not finding this company sooner. Here’s the selling point, my wedding was during Covid and I found out that my venue wouldn’t host my wedding 30 days from our selected date. Within two weeks Victoria made magic happen and made it all come together. I received so many compliments on my wedding day. I can’t stop praising how amazing she did. Absolutely Phenomenal
Victoria and her staff are simply AMAZING. We got married on March 7th and had a specific vision of how we wanted our florals and table arrangements to be put together and placed. For our ceremony, we had the idea of creating a big, wreath-like, floral chandelier that would serve as our altar with lush greenery, hanging crystals and beautiful flowers in our wedding colors placed within it; Victoria made it come to life! It was breathtaking! That one piece made the entire wedding. Once the ceremony was done, her staff took it down and placed it behind our couple's table. It served as a backdrop and was beautiful. We were extremely pleased with the job that Victoria and her staff were able to do. As good as her execution was the day of, her preparedness and professionalism leading up to the day was equal to her execution. She always made herself available and would check in with us to see if we had anymore ideas for how we wanted our arrangements to look. She was considerate. She was honest. She was creative. She was willing to go the extra mile for us and we are thankful for her. During the wedding process it may be challenging to trust vendors and people you've never worked with and I think that's natural. Honestly speaking, Royal Events and Services was one of the two vendors we did not worry about. When we would meet face-to-face, email or talk on the phone, it felt like we knew her. And that made us confident that she would deliver and do an outstanding job. And that's just what she did!

Words cannot express how thankful I am that we chose Victoria and her team to be our month of coordinator and florist. She was that and so much more!!! She is quick and highly responsive to emails, organized, answers any and all questions without making you feel like a bother, has an eye for elegance and beauty, sends reminder emails regarding last min tid bits you may have forgotten about, and provides a min by min timeline of your entire day and frankly just goes beyond what you ask. For example: I wanted a backdrop of greenery behing me at reception, originally, I had told our event rental vendor (prior to meeting with Victoria) that he could just do artificial greenery to save on cost. Last min, Victoria and her team supplied us with *real* greenery vines at no additional cost. It was perfect. The whole day was. And ON TIME. There were no hiccups and if there was, I wasnt aware of any of it, which is what a coordinator is for. Everything was so smooth. She and her team did a phenomenal job; I cant express it enough. A Dream come true!
Most brides, like myself, have a clear vision of what their wedding will look and feel like. Royal Events and Services takes that vison and magnifies it! I wasn't the easiest bride. In fact just 3 months before my New Years Eve wedding, I had to change my venue. Victoria with RES never showed frustration and always handled me with extreme care. I was so nervous about the venue selection and she always reminded me WE CAN MAKE IT WHATEVER YOU WANT IT. The day of my wedding, when I walked into the ballroom for the reception, it was a dream come true! It was so regal and GRAND, exactly what I wanted. The large center pieces and 10 stem candelabras were amazingly beautiful. There were so many intricate details that I didn't expect to see and each detail added a new layer to the beautiful décor. RES will forever hold a place in my heart as they contributed so much to one of the most important days of my life. My one and ONLY regret is that I did not hire them for day of coordination and I should have. Talking to Victoria regular as it got closer to my wedding day, she had me ask my photographer key questions that played a part in capturing all the work that went into my day. She also helped me coordinate with my vendor for furniture and on many days kept me calm. She truly went way above and beyond and I thank God I found such an amazing Team!

I contacted Victoria because we are from Miami and our wedding venue was an hour away from Tampa and hadn’t had any luck in finding a florist with the lucite Chuppah we were looking for. She was able to send me a proposal after speaking the same day. Very prompt on all my email questions.
We had a hiccup the day of our wedding, our wedding day was windy and we thought the Chuppah wouldn’t stand, but they made it work and everything came out beautifully. From the flowers, decor and day of coordination services, they were amazing! Thank you !

Exceeded My Dream Wedding Vision
Victoria and the Royal Events & Services team were a breath of fresh air during our wedding planning process. From the beginning to the end, they were very responsive, thorough and accommodating. I sent an example of how I wanted my red bouquet and ceremony to look and the team far exceeded my expectations! Our ceremony and reception arrangements and decor are still being talked about two months later! I could go on and on about the production and execution of the work from RES. I HIGHLY recommend their services!

All About the Adetulas
There are no words to describe how amazing our day was, thanks to Victoria and the RES team. She was there for us every step of the way to ensure our wedding was a success. Victoria went above and beyond, fighting battles and going to war for us, and we can't thank her enough for that. We couldn't imagine pulling off a 500+ guest Nigerian wedding without her! Someone get this woman a cape!!!

Res blessed my hot mess!
The RES team did an amazing job with my wedding! I came to them within only about 2 months of my wedding completely unprepared and not ready for anything. They helped me find vendors and brought a lot of order to the unorganized mess I brought to them. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my wedding from people saying that they could tell that I’ve been working hard on this wedding for a long time and that I planned it perfectly (little do they know 😂). My decorations were beautiful and Ashanti did an awesome job as my coordinator. If I could, I’d choose them over and over again.

Life Saver
Royal Events was phenomenal. They work with every budget. When I dropped the ball on relaying information, Victoria was on top of it to get everything done. I purchased the event planning and floral packages. It was the best decision ever because if I had separated the two, the right and left hand is not always on the same page. She brought our vision to life and I am recommending Royal Events and Service to EVERYONE near and far.

Best Ever Floral Team!
Being a florist myself it was hard to disconnect on my actual wedding day however with RES they helped me to be at peace and kick back and fully take in my moment! The centerpieces, my bouquet, and decor were everything I wanted and so much more! Team RES definitely delivered. #asalways

Words cannot describe how much I loved my flowers for my wedding. Victoria was unbelievably amazing to work with!! She responded back to my messages so fast it was amazing. When your a bride you feel nervous about the work your vendors do but if I didn’t have Victoria my wedding wouldn’t have turned out how I wanted it to. She went above and beyond for my wedding and she will do the same for yours!! Victoria thank you so much for making my dream wedding come true with my flowers. Hands down the best florist in Florida! OMG!! Over and above all our expectations!! Royal Events and Services! If you do nothing else, consider hiring Mrs. Victoria King of Royal Events and Services (RE&S)! My daughter initially did not want to hire a wedding consultant/coordinator, she felt she wanted to express her ideas and not be told what she "should or should not do during her wedding". She fell in love with Victoria and recognized how much her services were needed! Victoria was very professional from the start! Her introduction and discussion of the purpose of her business took place in such a manner that it totally instilled confidence in securing her services. My daughter is very particular and Victoria was very patient! She listened attentively and quickly envisioned our needs. The various levels of services offered was ideal for our needs. We hired Victoria (RE&S) approximately 3 months prior to the wedding date! She was so amazingly organized and kept us on target with all details. She readily accepted the vendors we had already selected and had worked with one or two of them prior. Victoria's patience and positive attitude helped the anxious bride manage when we ran into a major challenge with the venue. We were glad we had Victoria on board! She amazingly brought to life, all that we envisioned the wedding to be and more!
Royal Events & Services does so much more than coordinate weddings! We hired Victoria to also do the florals for the wedding and reception! The day of the wedding I met with Ms. King and her crew. They were all dressed professionally and in the colors of the wedding and everyone wearing a smile! When I walked into the reception hall I literally cried at the beautiful floral arrangements, the fragrant aroma of fresh flowers and the total ambience of the reception hall and wedding ceremony hall. To our delight our vision of this special day was totally brought to life by Ms. King and Royal Events & Services! Thank you Victoria! We lived our dream of her wedding!

I wish we had hired Royal Events and Services sooner in our wedding planning process, but she and the team jumped right in immediately to help with all the coordination and decorations. I met with a few other companies and Royal Events has the best packages and prices. Victoria was always super quick to respond and very helpful. Victoria and her team literally saved our wedding after months of planning and running into multiple venue issues. They advocated for us, were ALWAYS available to respond to our questions and requests, made sure to honor our special requests and were on top of every detail from beginning to end! They also went above and beyond for or floral arrangements which were custom picked and shipped from overseas! The room reveal was special to us because they literally created a dream come true along with our DJ/Decorator. They became like family! Like we literally want to continue a relationship with them! We are so so grateful for such a patient and solid team who knows how to take care of business!!

There is so much to say about Victoria King and her amazing staff . From the first day I spoke to her on the phone it was nothing but professionalism , chic style , knowledge and a reassurance that the wedding of my dreams was attainable by any means ! Victoria goes above and beyond for her clients . She would answer my every concern and was willing to allow me to mold my vision for the wedding with her amazing guidance . She is so knowledgeable about her craft and is very budget conscious . My wedding was three weeks ago and my phone is still ringing off of the hook with compliments about everything they did from my bouquet to the centerpieces , the list goes on and on . Victoria and her staff turned the venue into a dream . Their floral arrangements and keen eye for decor made the place breath takingly gorgeous . I always told her that she was my calmness during the process of planning the wedding . I am blown away by her work ethic . Victoria & her staff are truly amazing. With our event space changing 3 times (not kidding) the last one 10 days prior to the date Victoria was awesome. We even didn't catch that we were going to be 2 bouquets short. Victoria immediately went back to her place & made 2 more. I can't express enough how great she is & her staff.

Victoria King, co-owner, of Royal Events and Services, LLC and her team made the planning and execution process for our daughter's wedding effortless. I gave her a budget to work with and she exceeded our expectation. She's a very savvy business woman who knows the importance of excellence in conducting business and delivering superb services. Her goal of making every wedding special and unique comes from her heart.
I have attended and celebrated weddings with many family and friends over the years. They ranged from small to large budget weddings. Often, it was obvious when wedding planners exhausted their budgets dollars because of "guest chatter." This was not the case with Royal Events and Services, LLC
My husband and I are hard working people with a limited wedding budget for our daughter. Nevertheless, Victoria delivered a wedding the looked like a million dollars! She stretched.....our budget. We were so happy and proud as our family and friends celebrated our daughter's wedding with us. The special memories are forever engraved in our hearts! It would not have happened without Victoria and her team.
