Jim, the owner of Rose Jewelers, works the counter. He does all of the fitting and adjustments himself and will do custom pieces. He worked very well with my partner and I getting exactly what we wanted at a really great price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed to have my wedding ring resized, and went to Rose based on the advice of some friends. I took my gold wedding ring in, they measured my finger and wrote the size. I went to get my ring after it was resized and discovered that my ring had been completely destroyed. The jeweler took the size down to where it could not fit my pinky finger, let alone my ring finger. The shape of my ring was no longer round, but more oval, and there were substantial dents and scratches in the band. The integrity of my ring has been forever destroyed by this jeweler, and I can not replace my original wedding ring. I asked for it to be fixed, and was told there was nothing wrong with it. I asked for the size to be readjusted because it was not the correct size, and was told they won't do it because the size difference is due to my fingers becoming hot or cold. I will never do business with Rose again, nor will I be referring anyone to see Mr. Rose. His business practices leave much to be desired, and his professionalism and skill is not that of a true jeweler.
