We absolutely loved him! He did an amazing job on our wedding photos at the Salt Lake City temple. If you want an amazing photographer and great quality photos, Robert wood photography is who you should get! He is really flexible with photo ideas and getting back photos in time for your reception if it's a week later, even if they aren't edited yet (ours still looked amazing even though they weren't edited yet). You won't regret choosing him!

Amazing photographer! I called and set up an appointment and I was in within a day. So kind and so much fun to work with! I recommend to everyone of my friends getting married or having any kind of event in need of a photographer.

One of the best parts of my daughter's wedding was working with Chris. The service and value was great. He was fun to work with and the pictures were of high quality that we will treasure forever.

Chris was amazing to work with. From the first time we ever spoke to him he made our day feel so important and special and was great at listening to what we wanted and making that a reality. He was professional and captured every moment that mattered to us over our entire wedding weekend. He was so wonderful that even our guests gave us rave reviews. He was very honest in terms of cost and level of service and he alone captured over 1,000+ photos of our weekend each one better than the next. Everyone getting married in the Salt Lake City/Park City area should use Chris.

Best photographer ever! He captured the most memorable and important moments at our wedding and reception. The lighting was beautifully done to make all the family members glow. He was on time and willing to try new things to fit my style.

Chris was fantastic. He was so fun to take pictures with, and his pictures were high quality and captured the emotions of the event. He knew exactly what he was doing and had great ideas, but he also was willing to go with our ideas as well and made them great. Definitely recommend him!

Chris is a fabulous photographer. I'm IN LOVE with my pictures. He's mazing to work with, he knows what he's doing , willmake recommendations on whatv he thinks / knows works but is completely open to the couples ideas. Easy to work with, fun and friendly. I live in California, but got married in Utah. I found Robert Wood Photography here on wedding wire, I am all about reviews so here is mine.
Chris did my bridals and photographed our wedding all day long (I am not kidding he was there from 11:00am to about 10:00pm) I am very camera shy and within minutes of my bridals Chris made me feel more than comfortable and ready to pose like a model with all the confidence in the world.
I absolutely love direction when it comes to photos so people aren't just all over the place, he told us exactly what to do from how to stand to where to put our hands. Chris knows what makes the perfect picture. He made this whole life experience so much fun with his professionalism, his knowledge, and his awesome personality that is just to die for. He is such a great person! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Chris was our photographer and he was wonderful. He did our bridals/groomals, wedding and reception. The pictures were wonderful and he was a lot of fun to work with. The groom even that he was great and didn't mind the photo sessions at all. We got the bridals back in less than a week so that we could get enlargements chosen and pictures printed for the reception. He did a great job.

Working with Chris was absolutely wonderful. Neither me or my husband like taking pictures. Chris made it so easy, and it didn't feel like we were taking pictures at all.

Our engagement pictures were perfect, and just what we were looking for. We haven't gotten our wedding pictures back yet, but I'm sure they will be just as amazing.

Chris was very easy to work with, and always responded to any inquiry I had, silly or not.

Chris Wood of Robert Wood Photography photographed my husband and my wedding and he also photographed my brother's wedding. He did a wonderful job! He was great to work with and even called us to confirm everything. He was friendly and personable and fit right in. Most importantly he got amazing shots! I would recommend him to anyone! We were extremely impressed!

Chris was super great to work with! On the day that I took my bridals we were afraid that it might rain and would have to change the date. Chris kept in touch with me all day and was willing to make accommodation if needed. Luckily we didn't have to. On our wedding day he was outstanding and we LOVED all our pictures!!! I would highly recommend Robert Wood Photography!!

Chris Wood was wonderful to work with. When other photographers charged additional mileage to go to a venue outside of Utah County, he did not. He had a wonderful special running for his services and we were able to get a great package of beautiful photos. I was also impressed that he was the 1 photographer that planned to spend the whole day with us on the wedding day. The other photographers I had looked at would only provide 2 hours and 1 location anything more was an additional charge. Not with Chris. He was there at the Temple, did the family photos and the bride and groom photos as well as family photos before the reception and was there at the reception. He also gave me some great ideas for the "sending off" of the bride and groom. Something I hadn't even thought about. He was great at scheduling the Bridal shots before the wedding and I really relied on his expertise and experience.
I was so pleased with his work and professionalism that I had him do our family pictures with our new son in-law and I have asked him to do the photography for my 2nd daughter's wedding this coming Spring. You want pictures that will be a wonderful memory of the exciting day and Chris really came through.

Great photographer! Awesome pictures, personality and a great deal. He was so helpful and flexible as well. We had our wedding on one day in Manti and the reception in Salt Lake the next and he was willing to make it work which was so fantastic. I would recommend Chris to anybody.

My fiance and I interviewed many photographers. But I've got to tell you, we went with Chris not only for his exceptional photography skills, but because he was SO extremely personable, I really felt like he "got" me! I felt like he understood what I was looking for, was willing to work hard to get me what I envisioned ... but yet knew that my parents and grandparents wanted to see certain things in photography as well! This had to last a lifetime. And I knew I'd get a FINISHED product of art! Not just a CD that I wouldn't know what to do with. That was VERY important to me. Chris was so much fun to work with - was able to get my fiance out of his shy shell to show his true self - and made me feel comfortable and relaxed on a day that was a bit crazy with details! We appreciated him helping us start to finish. The best photographer! I've referred him to everyone and feel so happy every time I walk by my beautiful portraits! Thank you, thank you!

Robert Wood Photography was everything I could have asked for on my wedding day. He let us have fun and be ourselves and captured all of it in beautiful photos. Our wedding day was rainy and blustery but every picture turned out amazing. Most of our photos were not even touched up on a computer but were still fantastic. Chris Wood was patient and flexible with his time and was willing to take whatever shot we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend Robert Wood Photography for your wedding or special event.

Robert Wood Photography is one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a photographer but with the package we chose and the service we got I am so glad I hired Robert Wood. He was so fun and flexible and we got all the perfect pictures we wanted and more. I am so pleased with Robert Wood Photography and will use them again in the future for my family pics!!

Christian Wood did such a fantastic job for our daughters' wedding Photography. He was so convenient to work with and his work is amazing! We couldn't have been happier! I think one of the greatest compliments you can give any professional with which you conduct business is to refer all of your friends and I would definitely use Chris Wood's splendid services AGAIN!
Everything about working with Chris Wood was enjoyable.
Our initial meeting was a great success, it was relaxed and informative. You worry you might forget to ask something that might be really important on a day that can’t be repeated but Chris asked all the right questions and answered those we forgot to ask! It was great to be able to look at other bride’s photo books as well as see other weddings, bridals, and engagements online. His website gave us considerate tips how we could be better prepared as a family and our daughter as a bride. His experience was welcome, his willingness to be flexible was a relief and he made the day fun for everyone. He helped our new groom to relax in front of the camera and captured their precious moments. On a more practical note his prices were very reasonable and we feel we definitely received value for our investment. Chris Wood has a gifted eye for capturing memories and we so appreciate him. I LOVED everything about our experience with Chris. Not only were his skills as a photographer excellent, but his humor put us all in a great mood and took away a lot of the stress of the occasion. We have already used him to take our missionary's pictures, and will use him again and again for our family photography.

Chris was wonderful! I highly recommend him for your wedding. We knew that we needed someone that we could trust and Chris came through beautifully.

Chris' style is not for everyone. If you are looking for very trendy photography-- you know the ones where you get more pics or the guests shoes than their faces, this is not your man. But if you want a professional with an eye for light, and classy pictures this is your guy. Chris ability to shoot all of our different pictures was incredible. And with some fun and artsy shots thrown in. Chris is the real deal.

The most telling was hearing my father-in-law and father compliment the photos. After seeing other children's wedding photos the contrast was so apparent. Our family and friends adored our pictures as do we.

Chris is great to work with. Very flexible and accommodating through the entire process. He is great at organizing group shots and getting all of the poses you could ever want, but is not obtrusive as part of the wedding party (most of the time you dont even realize there is a guy there with a camera-- and then your pictures come back 'wow!')

In summary, I highly recommend Chris for your wedding and any of your photo needs if he fits your style and budget.

Chris was the best photographer I could've ever dreamed of! He was easy and fun to work with. Very flexible with our busy schedules! His prices are amazing and lower than anywhere I found but the quality is much better than any i've seen. We love all of our pictures and HIGHLY recommend him!

Chris was clear that my photo package wouldn’t be ready until about a month after my event, so I can’t say much about the value yet. I will say that he made my bashhful groom feel very relaxed and happy, so the sample pics he sent me are of our best selves!
Chris was great to work with before the event and even that morning when I was panicking about time. He put me at ease, and worked well with me, even though I was a good half hour late to the photo session. With how he made us feel and how well he delegated my HUGE family, I will recommend him to my little sister when the time comes!

As the mother of the bride, I was looking for a photographer who would not bother me with questions of where people should stand or what pictures to take next. I wanted him to take charge of the photos and let me enjoy the day. Chris was ideal. We talked several times before the event and discussed specifically what I wanted. He arrived early and stayed the entire time to capture every single moment. He took charge when it was time for group pictures. He swooped the delirious bride and groom off to the most picturesque spots at our venue capturing their personalities along with their gorgeous attire. He was so knowledgeable about where the lighting was best at 2pm in October that there was absolutely no time wasted with, “Hmmm, should we go here or should we go there?” At the wedding banquet, he was in full force. The entire event was photographed, from the arriving to the leaving and everything in between.
Chris takes such extreme pride and care with his work, that there is a several week wait to receive the package of pictures and slide show. This impatient mother had a hard time waiting. But the finished product was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Chris is a master photographer. When I look at those photos, I relive that moment in time. I could not be happier with them.

The pictures were really good for the most part but some of the cutest poses had eyes closed with digital cameras why didn't they look at that and take another?They were also kind of hard to get a hold of.
