The only star I am giving this company is for responsiveness strictly because they actually answered the phone every time i called. The rest of my ratings (or lack there of) are due to two major reasons: 1.) I had booked a vintage rolls royce MONTHS before my wedding to pick up my groom and myself from our reception at the end of the night. Three weeks prior to the wedding, I had (thankfully!!) decided to call to reconfirm all of our reservations. The owner of Road Trip, decided only at that moment to tell me they had "sold the Rolls Royce" and he needs to "call around to see if he can find another one." Sold it? When exactly were they planning to tell me this? Never?? Fortunately, I immediately called Classy Transportation and they still (by some miracle) had a rolls royce to rent the very night we needed it. 2.) even though the aforementioned Rolls Royce drama had occurred, I still kept my reservations (for basic limos) with Road Trip to take the bridal party to and from the wedding. The limo TO the venue, showed up (probably bc we had called that day to re-check everything). The SUV limo we had pre-reserved for the end of the night, however, NEVER CAME. In fact, when members of my bridal party called to check on its whereabouts the person who answered the phone seemed to have no clue this reservation was ever even made (again, note that I had made it months ahead of time, and had a reservation confirmation printed out to prove so) and had to "call around to find a car." Needless to say, brides, do yourselves a favor and find another transportation company to go with!!
