We hired RMA for shuttles for our wedding and were so happy we did. The drivers arrived early and transported everyone to the venue on time. I worked with Lauren to schedule everything and she was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and amenable to changes. Overall, I highly recommend RMA! -

We made several changes to our timeline from the time we booked to our actual wedding day, and RMA was so accommodating! We hired RMA for limo services for our wedding and were very happy we did. The driver arrived early, transported us to our several stops on time, and was very courteous. The limo was very nice and clean. We worked with Kendra to make our reservation and she even helped us to secure the vehicle we wanted after RMA had sold their own. Overall, a great experience and our transportation went off without a hitch. Thanks, RMA! -

RMA was one of the best decisions we made as part of planning my daughter and son-in-laws wedding. I had used RMA for work many times, but not personally. I had the BEST experience from the start over 16 months before our actual wedding working with Kendra Mather and the team. We designed a fleet of transportation for the wedding including limos, Coach Buses, Party Van's, Limo Vans. This also included a Limo Van for the bridal luncheon on the Friday before the wedding. It was extremely important for us to make sure our guests were safe and transported between Lansdowne Resort and Shadow Creek Wedding and Events. The expense was a huge cost for us to our budget, but worth every single penny because of a 7 hour open bar and the distance between the resort, the church and the venue. What was really the difference was the fleet was magnificant, but the drivers were exceptional. They handled windy roads, a large crowd, Two coach buses and party vans, limos and more. The real stand out was the driver for the bride and groom and bridal party. My daughter go hurt on her shoulder climbing into the limo - a pure accident, but a cut that started bleeding immediately. Thanks to her groom and the driver they saved her dress and shoulder from having one stain. The driver immediately got the first aid kit and started tending to her. He made sure the entire time he was with her her shoulder was taken care of. He was extremely attentive. They also made sure everyone had water, and plenty of it because it was a hot day and they were in and out of the limo and limo bus. The music was cranking as requested on the buses and all of our guests loved the buses rolling up at the end of the reception. Lastly we loaded the limo van with tons of flowers, food, a pack and play and our driver was so helpful in getting everything off the bus onto the carts for the resort. If that was not enough...one of our guests lost their phone on the Coach bus. The next morning the dispatcher searched the buses to find the phone and at first did not find it. However, they went back again and looked in bathrooms and they found it there. It would have been easy for them to say yes come from Leesburg to Rockville to pick it up, but they found a driver going to Dulles airport and delivered personally to Lansdowne the phone for the guest from Atlanta. I am so impressed with the service, the team, the fleet, the pricing and just the exceptional way RMA was a part of our wedding. I can't say enough good things about every single person involved in our wedding! Well worth every investment we made to make this a special part of our weekend! Thank you RMA! -

My wedding planner recommended RMA after I brought her on and it was such a relief- finding the right transportation was overwhelming originally because we had so many needs but RMA was able to handle all of them and at a great price. We used RMA to shuttle guests between the reception venue and the hotel (we needed two because the largest bus holds 55 and we had more guests than that at the hotel), a small shuttle for the wedding party and family from the venue to the church, which was perfect, and lastly, we added a black sedan for my husband and I to have some alone time when traveling back to the venue. Guests on one of the larger shuttles reported the AC on the bus was out, but I think that was very unexpected, and otherwise no issues that I'm aware of! The driver of our sedan was awesome, he had water bottles waiting for us and an umbrella ready in case a shower came up, as was called for that day. Very polite and let us have some quiet time! Company was easy to work with and it was super quick to call in a payment over the phone. My husband and I used RMA Worldwide for transportation throughout our wedding weekend. We wanted to make the weekend as easy as possible on our guests and wedding party, and RMA helped us to be able to do that. From a 50 passenger bus for the wedding party Friday night for the rehearsal, to two smaller buses for Saturday, they have it all! They were so easy to work with and Kendra was so responsive and helpful in answering all my questions and updating our proposal as we made changes. During the weekend every single bus was on time, clean, nice and spacious and the drivers were friendly and helpful. They did a great job of confirming the day before, and going into the weekend I had contact info for all the drivers. We booked them after cancelling with another company upon finding out that RMA offers better rates and does not require a 10 day notification before cancellation. I wish I remembered our driver because she was fantastic. We rented a bus during our photo session before the ceremony and 2 additional buses to transport our guests from the ceremony site to the reception site. They were on-time, friendly and great to work with. What more could you ask for! I would highly, highly recommend. -

RMA was great on our wedding day. We had 3 buses (2 coaches and one shuttle for the bridal party) and all arrived and left each place on time with a smile on their face. Couldn't have asked for more on our big day! Also much better pricing than some of their competitors. -

Katie Sent on 07/08/2008For all of the horror stories I've heard about transportation services, I was very pleased that we really didn't have any problems. I actually did ride in the buses - but guests were very happy and they were on time. No complaints. Very reliable - but make sure to give them directions! They also were able to give us the best deal out of any of the other companies we looked into. -

Do not hire this transportation service if you want happy wedding guests! They utterly & completely dropped the ball on both the nights of our welcome party AND our actual wedding. The only person who was pleasant to work with at this company was Lauren Nock who gave us a full refund. Thank you for that Lauren. Reginald was our driver who not only completely ignored all driving instructions, but he never even picked up our guests at the second hotel on the night of our welcome party. He kept calling me (the bride) as his point person the night of that party & I told him to contact my MIL (hostess of party) or my planner, but yet he still kept calling & texting me so much I had to leave my phone in the car during the party & prayed for my guests safe arrival. Before leaving my phone, I gave his number to a guest staying at the hotel he abandoned, but he ignored all of her calls & texts the entire night… Forcing our guests to call ubers to a rural location, getting dropped at the wrong location & showing up disgruntled & unhappy after walking a mile to find the location CLEARLY LABELED on Reginald’s drop off sheet. He was unfortunately given a second chance for our wedding day (my biggest wedding regret). My planner took the time to show him a video of the wedding drop off location, driveway, etc. and yet still… Literal minutes before I walked down the aisle with my father, he called my planner telling her he “didn’t know where he was” & “didn’t drop the guests off”… I was embarrassed beyond belief. For 30 minutes past our ceremony time, guests showed up from all angles of the property… Clearly having not been dropped off in the right location or told where to go. I was hiding my head in the processional line listening to them laugh at what a regret it was that they ever got on the bus. I have never met this level of incompetence in my entire life & sincerely hope this man is let go as he doesn’t know how to do his job. My thanks to Lauren for the refund, but I will never recommend this service & it was the most embarrassing part of our entire wedding. Do not hire them unless you want your guests to talk about what a catastrophe the shuttle was!RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation's reply:
