We are delighted to share our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Richmond Limousine during our October 2023 wedding. The transportation aspect of our wedding was flawlessly executed, thanks to their organized and efficient team.
From the beginning, the communication was prompt and professional. They responded to our emails quickly, addressing our inquiries and concerns with clarity and courtesy. The ease of communication significantly contributed to our confidence in their services.
On the wedding day, the punctuality of the drivers on the team was perfect. The drivers arrived on time, and the shuttles were clean and ready to transport our guests throughout the night. They ran on a loop throughout our reception to ensure that our guests had a safe and convenient mode of transportation back to their hotels. The drivers were courteous, accommodating, and made the transportation process smooth and enjoyable for our guests.

Richmond Limo was easy to work with, I had multiple postponements due to covid and they were very understanding. They arrived on time and kept to the schedule I had requested. :) -

I highly recommend Richmond Limo! They were great accommodating multiple trips to and from different locations the day of our wedding. Instead of booking one long block they also allowed us to book two separate smaller blocks (based on their minimum), which saved us some money as well. -

I must of the talked to nearly every private transportation company in Richmond. They had the most reasonable prices, the nicest service over the phone and in person. The cars were nice too: clean and stocked with bottled water. The drivers with responsive to special requests. I love it more than I thought I would. -

I must have messaged 10 different limo companies to get shuttles for our wedding. Richmond Limo was the most responsive, both to me and my wedding planner, and the best value for the price! They came on time on each leg of the trip and provided the driver's contact phone number to our wedding team. -

The limo helped make my senior prom the most memorable
We had the Chrysler 300 stretch for my senior prom and I can honestly say, it was one of the most fun nights ever. My girlfriend was pretty surprised to say the least seeing a limo pull into her driveway. The driver was very professional and flexible considering how late we were out. Everyone in the prom group absolutely loved it and I wish I could do it all over again. Thanks again for helping make my last prom a huge success!! -

Bioride was a last minute choice that my husband made so we wouldn't have to worry about our cars/who was going to drive us to the hotel. The driver (I wish I had gotten his name) showed up right on time and didn't mind having to wait an hour for us to actually get in the car (you have to book for 2 hours but it worked out perfectly because we weren't sure when we were going to be done). He was so kind to us, helped us with our luggage, and let us be annoying in the backseat as we talked nonstop about the whole day's events. It really made the evening end perfectly as it was stress free and nice (almost limo quality!) -
