Absolutely Perfect

Rick was absolutely amazing and his pictures were absolutely beautiful I highly recommend him. He did a night time wedding which I know can be a challenge but he took it and ran with it. The pictures were fantastic and they were like everything I have ever dreamed of. We will definitely want to work with him again.

Amazing photographer!!

Richard and his partner did an amazing job capturing our special day! They made us feel comfortable and made sure to capture every image, asking me about some shots I hadn't even thought of. On the day of the wedding, they were active, flexible, and never got in the way. In the end, we received 1000 high quality photos within 10 days of the wedding. Simply an amazing team to work with! Wonderful Personal Photo Collection

Our wedding was small and intimate and our goal was to focus on the people who were with us. Richard did not disappoint in any way! Stop looking and go with Richard Harrell Photography!

I can save you a lot of time and research! Richard Harrell is the whole package! I truly can’t explain what a GREAT experience we had during our engagement session. Richard Harrell is simply AMAZING! He made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable and had phenomenal posing tips (which I needed and now use on a regular bases lol). The week after our engagement session he sent us a link to download our personalized app with all of our photos. It’s so easy to download and share them. Best part is we were able to order our save-the-date and wedding invitations directly from the app! It even allows you to upload all of your guest names and address and prints them directly on the envelopes. It saved us so much time and they came out great! Extraordinary Photography – Highly Recommended

Our Story: With our wedding scheduled for December 28th, 2020, our original photographer canceled two days before our wedding because they were in proximity to a family member with COVID. I turned to Facebook to ask for recommendations for a photographer from friends, and a strong recommendation for Richard Harrell was given to me by my best friend. I looked at his website and the photos were phenomenal. I contacted him via Messenger, and his reply was within 30 seconds. After a quick phone conversation, I knew Richard was the one for us. Fortunately, he did not have our wedding date already booked and was gracious enough to agree to photograph our special day. We requested some nontraditional “action shots” of the entire wedding attendees in lieu of the traditional wedding poses. He listened, understood, and captured our day exactly as we envisioned it. The finished result was stunning. My wife and I are ecstatic and eternally grateful for Richard. He quickly fit in and will always be part of our extended family.

We loved Richard! He was so nice. My son and new daughter in law had such a great connection with him. The wedding photos are absolutely gorgeous! He gave my kids everything they asked for and more!

Our wedding was at the Crosley in Nov '17 & we could not have picked a better photographer than Richard Harrell. I fell in love with an image of his on Pinterest & was shocked to see he did not have more reviews. His company mainly works on referrals & his images speak louder than reviews. The booking process was easy - we were living in Alaska & they went out of their way numerous times to accommodate our time zone difference. On the day of the wedding they showed up early & immediately started working the Crosley - they have shot there many times before which was evident in their gorgeous images, but also took the time to take in all the details as if there for the first time. We did most of our photos prior to the ceremony & it can be a long process, but Richard made it easy. Everyone in our bridal party fell in love with him - he made everyone laugh & feel special! Richard not only captured the traditional photos, but also added artistic shots as well. On a character note 2 major things stood out: 1) He let my big dog come take pictures before the wedding & he was SO good with him. 2) He stayed after the wedding & helped my family load their cars. He did not have to - he is just a great person. Lastly, our images are spectacular. They are more than we hoped for & he truly captured the essence of the day. Overall we would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a photographer. He travels! One of my bridesmaids from Portland says she is hiring him for her wedding!

Richard is unbelievably amazing and has by far exceeded any expectations I had for my wedding! You can definitely tell he absolutely loves what he does and goes above and beyond to make your day exceptional! He has a professional yet personal demeanor throughout the whole experience. I ran an hour or so late for pictures on my wedding day and instead of rushing me and getting annoyed as if I were wasting his time, he sat with my daddy and my husband to be patiently waiting for me to arrive and asked if there was anything he could do to help or start on before I got there. Richard took his time and made sure he captured everything I wanted him to and made sure he accommodated to me and not just the "job" at hand. He made me feel as if I was the only person that mattered and made my wedding that much more perfect! He's very complimentary and I'm pretty sure even if I were the ugliest person in the world I would have still felt like the most exquisite bride he'd ever seen! My husband and I are from MO and I honestly would drive the 15+ hour trip to FL just to have Richard take family photos or fly him to MO to have him capture the most important events in my life! When anyone asks me what my favorite part of my wedding day and planning was, I don't even have to think about the answer. Other than marrying my husband, the BEST decision we made was hiring Richard Harrell Photography. The passion that Richard and Heather have for their work is unbelievable. The planning process with them was seamless. We had issues with our venue, 10 days before our wedding the venue cancelled our ceremony and reception. Without hesitation, they were there to help us find a new location and make the changes we needed. On the wedding day, you would have never known. They both made us feel like we were all friends, not just clients. The images they delivered were stunning. We could not be happier with them. It’s no secret that your wedding photographer is the single most important vendor you choose. Your photos are the keepsake of your special day and will keep the energy of your wedding alive for years to come. I just received the photos from Mr. Harrell and I’m seriously in awe of his gift and talent as a photographer and artist. One of the best decisions we made was going with RHP! We had to up our photography budget by a bit but in the end it was beyond worth it! We can't quit looking through the photos. They're all just amazing! They captured exactly what I was looking for which was everyone's joy and emotions on that day. The beauty and "feels" in each photo is just priceless. They were great to work with on the day of the wedding and listened to what we wanted but also provided great advice and feedback. They suggested a last minute switch on the uplighting and it made a huge diffference in how all of our photos looked and the overall ambiance. To capture photos of the people you love the most laughing, smiling and looking amazing is probably the best gift we'll have. Thank you!!

My husband and I decided to go with Richard Harrell and his wife as our photographers for our wedding and we are so happy we did. What won us over with them was how creative they are and we loved the lighting that they are able to use to make the photos even more beautiful. We did an engagement session with them just to get an idea on how they work and what to expect for our wedding day. Our engagement photos came out wonderfully that it was hard for me to choose which ones I would want to have prints of later on. I loved having both Richard and his wife for our wedding day because Richard was able to go and take pictures of the guys getting ready while his wife stayed with me and took pictures as I was getting ready. They work amazingly as a team and I can tell they are always knowing what the other wants or is looking for while taking a photo. I wish I was able to do videography with them as well but that was not in my budget but if you are looking for some who can do that, you found the guy! He showed me a sample of his videography work and it was gorgeous. My husband and I talked to 3 different photographers and Richard won hands down. The pictures he took at our wedding still take my breath away. He gave us a USB of all of our pictures and he took so many it took my husband and I 90 minutes to go through them all. It is amazing how he is able to capture a moment that you will cherish forever. I will definitely be using Richard in the future for more photo opportunities as they arise. For the work he does and how he and his wife go out of their way to get that photo you will love is worth every penny.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with having Richard and Heather as our photographers for the wedding! They were so great to work with and you could tell they love their job and care about their clients getting the best photos. We are so happy with both our engagement and wedding photos. We got married at the Kapok Tree which is a gorgeous venue and they were able to capture every detail that we loved about that venue into our photos. They have so much passion, attention to detail and are just wonderful people. They separated their team between the girls and guys getting ready and captured everything - we did photo and video so this was a big deal! They also worked within the strict rules of our church and the requests of family members. The results were stunning!

Harrell and Heather's team were amazing. They personally held my hand every step of the way, which is what I needed. Richard Harrell and his crew are incredible! The best decision i ever made was asking my wife to marry me.. The SECOND best was hiring Richard Harrell to be our photographer. Richard and his wife Heather met with us before we hired them and spent a few hours explaining their services and answering all of our questions. We scheduled an engagement shoot a few days later. WOW those pictures turned out amazing and the album they made us makes us look like models :) When the big day showed up i was nervous things would go wrong or we might lose track of time and be late or miss something. HOWEVER, just like Richard and staff promised they arrived on time and executed the plan we had discussed with them to capture every moment and exceed all our expectations. I felt like they made us so comfortable that we could really enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family. Their staff was extremely professional, yet friendly and fun what a great combination. Even when the unexpected occurs or the weather gets crazy in florida, Richard handles it and makes sure he gets the perfect shot. They take the time to capture the smallest details and they get multiple shots of all those huge moments. I realize now how important your wedding photographer is and i can't thank Richard enough for everything he did for us.

There are no words to explain how amazing Richard and Heather are! I developed Bell's Palsy about a year and a half before my husband and I got engaged...the entire right side of my face was paralyzed. While most of the paralysis cleared up over 18 months, I still have residual effects which are most noticeable when I smile. I had always been pretty photogenic and NEVER camera shy before...but, I avoided cameras like the plague between the onset of the Bell's Palsy and our engagement session. I was SO terrified of having to take photos that I would have to look at forever with my "Joker Face". After meeting with Richard and Heather and explaining my fears, I immediately felt at ease. They worked with us during our Engagement session to find our comfort zone, they guided us, posed us, and literally laid in the middle of the street in Downtown Tampa to get some of the most beautiful photos we have ever seen. I couldn't believe that I looked NORMAL! BETTER than normal! The day of the wedding, our photographers captured every second perfectly from the morning until the reception ended. And, there was never a minute that we ever felt awkward or uncomfortable...in fact, half the time, we didn't even realize they were there capturing some of our most precious moments. And, AGAIN, the photos were beyond our wildest expectations. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Richard and Heather. We were so blessed to have them as our photographers, and wouldn't change a thing!

I absolutely love Richard and Heather for shooting both our engagement and wedding photos. We actually hired someone prior to them but once we received our engagement photos we were not completely satisfied. Then we met with Richard and Heather and they EXCEEDED our expectations with just our engagement shoot. Richard has such great spirit and true passion to his work and it really shows through his photos. Richard Harrell Photography photographed two weddings I attended over the past two years and they came highly recommended by our venue. Heather Harrell photographed our engagement shoot and the pictures were so beautiful! She captured our personalities so well, gave us great ideas for poses, and made us feel so comfortable! Richard Harrell and Scott were our wedding day photographers. They got there a few hours early, kept things fun and stressfree, while still staying on schedule. We took so many pictures and they stayed until the end of the night to capture every moment they could. The pictures are gorgeous! They were so professional and stayed on task. Richard and Heather fantastic! They are professional and so creative. They did our engagement photo's and Ray and I loved them. We met about 3 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss specifics for the day of. They had never been to our church or hotel so they visited ahead of time to get a feel for the locations.
On our wedding day, Richard fell ill, but they made sure everything was covered and Heather did a great job of taking control of the day and getting so awesome photo's. I can't wait to see all our photo's but the sneak peeks are AMAZING!
We loved getting to know Richard and Heather. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and so very talented! I am so glad they are "telling our story" through photos!

We used Richard Harrell Photographer for our wedding and were beyond pleased. Our photos turned out AMAZING. Heather and Scott were so professional and went out of their way to make sure we received fantastic photos to remember our day. They did such a great job at getting everyone where they needed to be for a photo so that we were not spending all our time taking photos and could enjoy our day. They also took so many photos, including the non-posed photos and we barely even realized they were there. We were able to view our photos only 3 weeks after the wedding which was so exciting! The service we received prior to our wedding was also great! Through multiple communications with Heather she helped answer questions and concerns I had – including coming up with a time line for the day and recommending vendors. In addition to our amazing wedding photos, Richard took our engagement photos which were also fantastic. His eye for detail and great colors really made those pictures stand out. And very importantly, I felt extremely comfortable working with all three photographers that we did - Richard, Heather, and Scott are all highly recommended!

Richard and Heather Harrell were recommended to my husband and me by our Best Man and his wife. After seeing their wedding photos, we knew we had to contact Richard and Heather right away!! The photos were stunning and so incredibly well put together!

Heather did our engagement photos a few months ago, and was absolutely amazing at helping us learn our poses and how to take professional pictures (neither my husband nor I had prof. pics taken previously). She was an absolute blast to work with, and made sure that the session went smoothly and efficiently. We couldn't wait to work with her again on the big day!

Heather and Richard work together as a team, but unfortunately Richard couldn't make it to our wedding; Scott, another photographer alongside them, joined in and helped Heather on our wedding day. They were efficient together, professional, knowledgeable, and just plain FUN. They allowed us to be us while getting what they needed and being aware of what we wanted out of our photos. We LOVED working with them, and want to recommend them to anyone searching for a photographer for engagement photos, wedding photos, baby shower, or any professional photo session you wish to have!

Heather sent us a video containing some photos and short clips of our wedding in chronological order, which was something separate from the 900 images she posted for us to go over. The video was as if we were reliving our special day ALL over again, and it brought back so many wonderful emotions when we watched it. The photos were absolutely gorgeous, and of course, brought out these emotions as well! We couldn't be more thankful for what these photographers did for us to give us these memories we can share with each other and our families for the rest of our lives!

Richard and Heather are the best! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about them both personally and professionally. Richard and Heather were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met for our first consultation to when we had the pictures edited and in our hands, working with them was a complete pleasure.

They were thoughtful and professional. On the actual wedding day they were beyond fantastic There were several last minute changes, as with any wedding, and they were on the ball and ready to assist and adapt wherever needed.

One of the sweetest parts about having them be the ones to capture our day was how sensitive and caring they were in the process. Before the first look I was an absolute mess :). Richard was calm and cool and tried to get my mind off of things. Heather just looked at me and said "She's beautiful. And she's nervous too. So...now...are you ready to see her?". The rest was a blubbering mess but you know what?....they caught every single moment, emotion, and blubber. And we couldn't be more thankful for that. We'll have the moments that they captured that day frozen in time forever, and that's a gift that can't ever be repaid.

From a practical standpoint: The price they asked was extremely fair for the services provided. We had the pictures edited and finished less than a month after the wedding. During the consultation they were extremely professional and willing to field all of our questions. And the preparation process they had setup was extensive and very helpful. They made sure they had every detail covered before the day got there. They were responsive before and after the event and we never had trouble getting a hold of them and never felt hesitant to ask what we needed of them.

Thank you Heather and Richard. Thank you can't possibly be adequate to express what your hard work and passion for what you do gave us on our wedding day. We truly couldn't have asked for a better situation. My wife and I will be recommending you to everyone who will listen :).

There are not enough words to describe how amazing both Richard and Heather are... They are by far the best, and they both share such an amazing talent with the photography and work they do. Richard and Heather were both referred to me from a friend of mine whose wedding they photographed. The day of our wedding was amazing and the photographs that we had taken were beyond amazing. Every girl dreams of how her wedding will be and everything that needs to be done to have it perfect. I had waited a long time to get married (5 years), so I had an idea of how I wanted certain things. I knew I long time ago, even before we really started talking about marriage, that I wanted to have Richard and Heather Harrell (Richard Harrell Photography) to photograph my wedding...whenever it was to happen! I had seen his work before and was just amazed at the quality and attention to detail they have in every picture. They listen to what you want and will personalize anything. I honestly can't say enough good things about them as they are the perfect team together! They especially know how to maximize the number of quality shots in a quick amount of time. We had our ceremony at a Catholic church and since there was a Mass service shortly after our ceremony, we didn't have much time at all to take any family portraits in the church afterwards. With their expertise and wonderful time management, we had the photos knocked out so quickly! Even when we took outside photos on the church grounds, they had a plan and knew what scenic backdrops to utilize for outstanding photos. They stayed with us throughout the night taking all kinds of photos at the reception and didn't leave until we did. They both are so dedicated with what they do and take pride in making the bride and groom happy, as well as all the wedding guests. Rick and Heather are such wonderful people with big hearts, and I can't thank them enough for all that they have helped us with. It goes without saying that I would most definitely have them photograph any other upcoming event that we have and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much again for everything.

Richard and his team (Heather and Scott) hit it out of the park! They were snapping all night long. We have more amazing shots than we can count. Their service was amazing. They spent a great amount of time telling us exactly what they do and why they do it that way. They are not there just for a job, they treat you like family and they personally invest in your event. I can’t speak highly enough about Richard and Heather! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From our first meeting with Richard we knew that they were the photographers for us. Richard was great with giving advice on the questions to ask the other vendors to ensure that our pictures would be great on the big day. We had our engagement photo session with Richard and I am so glad that we did. Not only were our engagement photos beautiful, Richard took the time to teach us how to pose. (Not like prom pictures! Poses that look natural and spontaneous.) It sounds like such a small thing, but by simply shifting your weight and slightly leaning towards an angle makes a huge difference. Richard kept telling us that on the day of the wedding these simple posture positions would make all the difference and he was right! Heather contacted me a few weeks before the wedding to make sure we had the timeline finalized. Her suggestions and recommendations were spot on! This couple goes above and beyond what the traditional wedding photographer does. They truly cared about us and making sure our day went off without a hitch. Here are a few things that really stood out to me about them; 1. They are on time 2. They got to know us and knew some of the sentimental items in the wedding and focused on those. (Thank you for taking so many pictures of my necklace!) 3. They were willing to help in any way. (Heather actually laced my dress because my bridesmaids were struggling with it) 4. Richard was literally lying in the middle of the street (while Heather stopped traffic) so that he could get the perfect angle for one set of our pictures. 5. They stayed late. 6. They were responsive to emails, phone calls or text messages. 7. Heather did our save the dates, which were amazing. 8. All of our pictures were given to us by the stated due date. 9. They are not into pressure sales. 10. Most importantly, the photos are AMAZING!!

With all of the horror stories I have seen and read about photographers for weddings I was so relieved to have the chance to meet Richard and Heather. I can't express my love and appreciation for these two people and I highly recommend them! From the consultation to the engagement photos Richard Harrell photography will prove not only their professionalism for photography but also their love for it. Richard and Heather were an absolute joy to work with! We knew from the moment we met them that we wanted them to capture our wedding, and boy are we glad we did. When we did our engagement shoot, my hubby and I started off a bit awkward but Richard made us feel so comfortable that by the time the wedding came around we were pros! Every photo taken was well thought out and beautiful. We had many of our guests come up to say that they love they way they took charge, but not it a rude way, to ensure that the pictures they took captured the moment. When they realized how large our wedding ceremony was going to be, they brought in a thrid photographer, free of charge. They followed us and let my and my husband do pretty much whatever we wanted to (like jumping into a fountain after the reception). I cannot wait to come back to FL and schedule our trash the dress shoot because I know it will be AMAZING!

There are not enough words to express how much my fiance and I love our photographers. Richard and Heather are some of the nicest people we have ever met.

Richard did our engagement shoot and we went to three locations. He got us to loosen up and to find the right poses so we would be prepared on our wedding day. He took so many pictures which turned out amazing!

On our wedding day, Richard and Heather showed up around 2:30pm and didn't leave until sometime after 1am. Heather spent the afternoon in the bridal suite with me and my bridesmaids while Richard spend the afternoon with the groom and groomsmen. We did "First Look" which I recommend because we got the majority of our pictures out the way so we could spend time with our guests after the ceremony. It's also a great time for the bride and groom to have their moment with each other before the ceremony.

During the reception, Heather and Richard were running around making sure they captured every important moment. Richard told us to grab him whenever we wanted a picture with friends/family. He was so flexible and just genuinely nice.

Our wedding was the first beach night wedding that Richard and Heather have done. We can't wait to see the photos and how everything looked with the limited background lighting. My fiance and I are so happy we chose Richard Harrell Photography and highly HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Worth every. single. penny.

They are AMAZING! They are truly the best at what they do. Our pictures are absolutely perfect!
Rick and Heather are such a great team. Their work is impeccable! They cannot be compared to anyone! You would be making a HUGE mistake if you don't choose them. They are worth every penny. After its all said and done, all you have is your pictures. You want a team that will capture every moment and that's what they do. Let me just say, Richard and Heather Harrell are the BEST photographers EVER!!! They went above and beyond for my wedding. My wedding would have not been the same if they weren't there capturing every moment. My wedding was less than a week ago and they have already sent me a bunch of pictures. Richard and his team were hands down, amazing! They were timely, proffessional and committed. They had quite a few challenges when it came to my venue (sunlight, timing etc) but they pulled through seamlessly, giving us beautiful wedding pictures. I heard comments from my guest such as; "wow, those photographers are everywhere, they aren't going to miss a thing!" Our wedding pictures were very important to us and we wanted photographers who didn't miss anything- that's exactly what we got! Richard, Heather and Scott were top notch and captured our memories perfectly! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a proffessional photographer; who creats amazing images, knows exactly what he is doing and is great with guests and the clients alike! We couldn't have asked for more from our wedding photographers!

I LOVE Richard and Heather of Richard Harrell Photography! I have firsthand witnessed their amazing work from multiple friends' weddings and even contracted with them for my own boudoir shoot as a surprise to my husband for our one year wedding anniversary. It was no secret that I was a bit on the nervous side, but Heather and Richard were true professionals and made me feel genuinely comfortable. A few short weeks later I received my album containing gorgeous and classy photos. I could not have asked for a better experience or better photographers!

Richard and Heather are stellar. My husband and I are photographers so in searching for a photographer for our wedding, we had very high standards. Too many people are shooting weddings with expensive gear and no real foundational background in photography or lighting. And some of these same people will charge you professional rates for very amateur work. We selected Richard Harrell Photography because the quality, experience and passion was there. Then, they just blew us away even more with the results. They were "on it" the whole time. All the details, the creative vision, working together as a team all day long and capturing hundreds upon hundreds of beautiful moments. They delivered the photos on time, processed beautifully and elegantly. Let's just say they nailed it. Again, too many startup wedding photographers out there will heavily post-process your wedding photos to compensate for lack of technical skills. Don't make that mistake with your precious photos! You want a real photographer, not a weekend hobbyist and there is a difference! They were wonderful to work with and are just very sweet people on top of it all. We love love love our photos and will be cherishing them for a lifetime.

Richard and Heather are absolute God-sent photographers. They were so helpful and accomodating from the very first day we met with Richard. I knew from our first meeting with Richard that we couldn't choose anyone else to work with. He answered every absolutely ridiculous question we had and was patient during our 2hr+ initial consultation. I am very uncomfortable having pictures taken of me but Richard was so funny half the time I didn't realize he was taking pictures. When the pictures arrived they surely amazed everyone who saw them. On our wedding day as I'm sure is expected I was running behind but Heather and Richard rolled with the punches and captured amazing photos without making me feel rushed. Heather even helped bustle my wedding dress when my mom and maid of honor were having trouble. They helped us find other vendors and were willing to help in anything wedding related even if it had nothing to do with photography. I can't think of any other photographers I would reccommend this highly outside of this team and I look forward to having them capture all of my family photos for years to come.

We were beyond happy with our photos. Richard and Heather are two of the nicest people I have ever worked with!!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!! They were quick to answer any of my questions, even if it was photography related. My wedding planning wouldn't have went as smoothly as it did without them!! Our pictures were AMAZING. Richard and Heather are amazing photographers!! They have much experience and are very professional. Richard and Heather work as a team and they make sure to capture every moment. They work with their clients to make sure that the vision you want is created above and beyond. The saying that pictures are worth a thousand words would be an understatement for the product of photographs that they produce. We were glad to have them as photographers for our wedding. Our wedding pictures were beautiful and we were glad to have chosen them to do it.

My wife did a lot of research into different photographers all around the state of Florida. After a lot of work and emails we decided to go with Richard Harrell. My wife loved his photography and he was very professional in the email exchanges. Richard was very flexible and we met him in his beautiful office in Tampa, FL. My wife and I both immediately felt very comfortable with Richard. He asked us many questions to make sure that everything went very smoothly on our special day. Our engagement photos went great! Richard was very patient with my wife and I who had never had any previous professional photography experience. He made a usually awkward situation very relaxed. Richard and Heather came in the day before the wedding and scouted the hotel and church for photo spots. On the day of the wedding they split up and photographed the girls and guys separately. They then took many beautiful family and wedding party photos all around the hotel. At the church they used the limited amount of time that we had and maximized it as much as we could. At the reception they did not stop taking photos. They captured all of our special moments and took superb photos of our guests. Our pictures came out PERFECT! I could not have imagined photos more amazing. They shot and edited over 1300 photographs and we loved every last one of them! We are BEYOND please with our photos and would recommend them to anyone! They also give YOU the rights to your photos which is absolutely necessary. They become your friends and treat you like one! Go with Richard and Heather, you will not regret it!

Richard and Heather were more than we ever imagined! They were both so professional, patient and kind before, during, and after our wedding. They made a huge effort to get to know us as a couple and what we wanted. They were quick and efficient and got so many beautful shots. Heather even doubled as another bridesmaid, fixing my hair, dress and pose for the perfect picture! They had to travel several hours to be at our wedding and they were so flexible about the whole situation. They are very understanding about our family drama and managed to keep everyone happy! The pictures of the details, ceremony, formals and reception were unbeleiveable! We wish we could put everything in out album! If you have children involved in your wedding, this is te photographer you wang! They got so many good candids of the kids! The parents were so happy with the pictures that they bought a 16x20! Highly recommend this duo and you will be so happy you did! We love our photographers and will be using them again in December!

Richard and Heather are by far the BEST photographers in the wedding industry!
Our first meeting with Richard, my husband and I can remember tears in our eyes as he demonstrated so much love and excitement for his career. We walked away from the meeting knowing he was the perfect individual to be capturing all the special moments of our big day!
Besides Heather being a phenomenal photographer as well, she was great in responding to my e-mails/texts/phone calls in a timely manner, organizing specific pictures I wanted the day of and creating the BEST wedding album I could ever imagine having!!
Even though our wedding is behind us, my husband and I have created a wonderful friendship with Richard and Heather! We can't wait to use their services in the future=)!

I can't say enough about this WONDERFUL duo! We had both Richard and Heather as our photographers and they were great!! They arrived on time and was very professional. We had a few mishaps on our wedding day and they both made everything go very smoothly. I did not have any money on me to tip the limo driver and Heather offered to give me $20 to tip him! I thought that was very sweet of her. not only were they professional, but the pictures they take and the moments that they captured we just perfect. We can not wait to work with them again in the future! :)

Only one word to describe Richard Harrell Photography ... unbelievable. Richard and his wife Heather are some of the best photographers you will find on this planet. So easy to get along with. So willing to do whatever you want. The photos we got back after the wedding were absolutely stunning. By far the best money ever spent at our wedding! Richard and Heather did both our engagement and wedding albums. My husband and I clicked with them immediately during our first meeting. They are very professional, friendly and flexible. We had a lot of fun during our photo shoots - they are very creative and entertaining! My husband wasn't much at ease in front of the camera but after barely 10 minutes, he was really enjoying himself during the shoot. The final product is just amazing! All friends and family who saw our photos told us how great they are. We have interviewed 5 photographers before meeting Richard and Heather...and they were it! We highly recommend them to every bride and groom!

Richard and Heather made sure that no matter what, we were happy with the quality of our pictures and that we got the shots that we wanted, even to the extent of having a second engagement shoot because our first one was cut short due to the weather. Richard and Heather Harrell are AMAZING photographers, and WONDERFUL people! They became our friends through the planning process and were always checking in with us just to see how we were doing and if we had any questions or concerns! They always went above and beyond our expectations from our engagement photos to how they carried themselves the day of our wedding. They were so calm and collected, even during some of the most chaotic moments. Richard and Heather are AWESOME!!!! Book them now!!! Every wonderful thing that you've read about them is true! They are amazing photographers and I am so glad we were lucky enough to book them as our photographers! They were definitely one of our favorite vendors and went above and beyond our expectations. They are extremely talented and very good at what they do! They were so much fun to work with and we honestly had a great time with them! We did our engagement pictures with them about four months prior to the wedding and definitely recommend doing that because it really helped us to feel comfortable in front of the camera on our wedding day. They are both so professional and were extremely responsive and helpful when we were planning the wedding. On the wedding day they made us feel so calm and relaxed and we just had a great time with them! They took so many amazing photos, but the funny thing is, apart from the formal portraits, I feel like I never even saw them!! A true testament to how talented they are! We just got the wedding photos back and they are all AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them....They are worth every penny and much more!!! By far our best vendor! My husband and I used Richard for our engagement shoot and our wedding on 3/17/12. He and his crew are so much fun and capture the most amazing shots. Everyone at the wedding kept commenting on how amazing they were! We are so lucky to have found such a fantastic photographer because he really made our day. There were problems with our venue that were really stressing me out and even though it had nothing to do with them they made us all feel at ease, and we had an amazing experience with them. We will use them again for sure!!

We used Richard Harrall Photography for our Engagement Pictures back in June 2011. All I can say is "Amazing". My husband & I actually became friends with Richard and his wife and have even talked of coming back for a Tampa football game with them. They are awesome people, really easy to work with, communication was very quick and always pleasant. They even spent a little extra time with us during our session because we were having so much fun. The pictures are by far some of my favorites. If you are looking for a wonderful photographer, with a unique and original approach who is outgoing & a lot of fun then Richard Harrell & his wife are the ones to choose!
