We hired Stephanie Verrmar as our officiant and are so grateful we did. Stephanie was always available by phone, text or email in the months leading up to our wedding. She answered any questions we had and even sent us guides to help us throughout the process.
The day of our wedding she arrived early, grabbed the marriage license and was ready to begin. The ceremony was flawless. She did such a great job. I was a little worried because switching back and forth between English and Spanish can be hard but Stephanie did so effortlessly.
Our ceremony was written in a way that truly highlighted the love we share, our story and even our personalities. We are jokesters and she made sure to incorporate that in a way that our guests loved.
I was complimented by everyone on the ceremony afterwards. Thank you Stephanie! We truly appreciate you.

Arlene was such a great officiant! Prior to the day she was very responsive and was very flexible to changes that needed to be made a few weeks prior to! Day of she was great - all our guests loved her and said she had a "very calming soothing voice"! She is soo sweet and would definitely recommend her for any celebration!

Reverend Arlene was the perfect choice to officiate our beach ceremony. She delivered a truly authenticity and lovely ceremony representative of our relationship and bond. Arlene was easy to work with. Gary and I are not religious and I do not love public speaking …writing my own vows just seemed intimidating. Arlene provided both a questionnaire and reading choices that helped us both express ourselves and our vows to each other. She was able to use our words to created a beautiful and unique ceremony. A fantastic experience
Arlene made our day extremely special and was a pleasure to work with. She's an absolute professional and that was clear immediately on the day of. At least in my opinion, the last thing you want on an already hectic day is to have an officiant who isn't sure what they're doing. With Arlene that was never a concern - she got to know us by asking the right questions and produced a beautiful ceremony (I keep getting compliments).

Reverend Arlene has a beautiful way with words. She wrote our ceremony script and we loved every bit of it. My husband and I were due to have our original wedding in May 2020....and then covid hit! Due to the fact that all of my family were flying to FL from the UK, we ended up having our wedding nearly 2 years later in March 2022. A personal and meaningful ceremony
We were blessed to have found Arlene and met with her for the first time during COVID, via Zoom. She was friendly, personable, and KIND! I think this is the one defining quality she transpires through her entire being – she is genuinely kind.
We met a few times after and built together the vision for our ceremony.
She took the time to know me and fiancé and even our entire family’s story. Then she created a beautiful ceremony for us, that was both meaningful and full of details from our lives, of love and personal stories.
She was patient and attentive to details that mattered to us as individuals and as a couple.
The day of the wedding she came before the ceremony to my prep room, spent time with me and encouraged me. She was there all through it and felt like a family member.
Our wedding was a success also because of her dedication and passion for what she does.

Amazing jod!
Arlene was amazing and did a great job. She was very flexible and helpful. She was even able to give us access to the beachfront for our intimate wedding and was able to recommend a great photographer. All this on a very tight schedule of about a week and a few days.

Alene puts an incredible amount of love into the planning and delivery of your wedding ceremony. She far exceeded what we had expected for our ceremony. Best Officiant!
We met with about 3 different officiants including Arlene but she seemed to be the one that we ended up clicking with the best. It was very easy to communicate with her during the wedding process if needed. She sends out a rough draft of your vows leaving out certain details so your significant other won't see them but the way she puts everything together was just perfect! We both shed a tear with just hearing the rough draft and were beyond pleased with the end result on our wedding day. She was very helpful in sending courthouses for our marriage license and has sent us a document to help with changing my last name. As our wedding was during covid-19, Arlene did wear a mask and maintained social distancing throughout our event. We are beyond pleased and happy that we were able to work with her!

She exceeded my expectations!
I can't say enough good things about Arlene! We were very particular about how we wanted our ceremony because we've been to alot of weddings where they drag on and you start to lose interest. This was not the case with Arlene! Our ceremony was so beautifully written and executed. My husband wanted us to write our own vows which I was very nervous about but Arlene helped me every step of the way. She was always available for phone calls and responded to emails quickly. She helped me through alot of the stress of everything! I highly recommend using Arlene!

I was in the midst of wedding planning when I connected with Arlene. She brought me back to the real meaning of this wedding, our marriage ceremony. Arlene was a dream to work with!
We just had our wedding two weeks ago and Arlene did such a fantastic job! We originally were going to try to ask a friend or a relative to be the officiant, but I am sooooo glad we went with Arlene. She's done this so many times and is so professional, and it's truly a relief to know that the person who is up there speaking knows exactly what to do and when to do it. If you are considering having someone who doesn't officiate often, I'd strongly recommend Arlene or her husband as an alternative. There really is so much going on and a lot to be stressed about, so having someone who has done this hundreds of times will make you feel much better! She also wrote the ceremony, and this was an area that was a little tricky because I was raised Catholic but my husband was not raised religious at all. We wanted my parents to be happy and my husband's family to be happy, and I think we struck the perfect balance. Even the most religious of our family members commented on what a beautiful ceremony it was, and how personal it was. I couldn't be happier with how the ceremony went, and Arlene also made sure to send off our marriage certificate for us - which was a huge relief because it would have taken us at least a week or two to send it off, and a lot of things got moved around in the chaos of the wedding day! I would strongly recommend Arlene!!

We am so thankful that I chose Rev. Arlene to officiate our wedding. I am catholic and my husband is Jewish, and Arlene did a great job putting on a beautiful interfaith ceremony. Booking her was the single best decision we made, as Arlene was attentive, understanding, professional, patient, and very warm. She tailored our ceremony to be exactly what we were looking for and all of our guests commented on how lovely the entire affair was. Rev Arlene Made Our Dream Wedding Come True!
We had an outdoor wedding at the Sundy House and wanted a unique ceremony that would not only highlight our quirky love, but also honor my husband's families very traditional Catholic upbringing. People were flying in from NY and I didn't want them to be uncomfortable with the fact that we didn't choose a church setting. Rev Arlene did not disappoint!! She was so responsive through the entire process and made it very easy for me with my crazy work schedule. She sent me questionnaires about our relationship and families and created a unique and beautiful ceremony that had people raving all night. I received so many compliments from our guests about how moved they were and that they really felt that they were part of our union by getting a little window into who we were as a couple. Amazing Ceremony
When preparing for our wedding we thought long and hard about who we would want to help us along with our vows and the process of standing up and getting married in front of all our family members and friends. We decided to go with Arlene and Paul Goldman because of how comfortable they made us with the very first meeting we had. They welcomed us into their home to meet and discuss exactly what we were looking for in our ceremony. Arlene and Paul are honestly the most wonderful couple who works together to help couples reach their goals of walking down the aisle.
Preparing our vows was so simple. Arlene helped us write the vows and organize them in the best way possible. Setting up our love story was the most exciting aspect of the wedding, Arlene made it so easy and in a way a surprise for each of us to hear the others interpretation of our love story. She was always able to be reached through email always and she was only a text message away. Anything we questioned or didn't understand she explained in details and helped with continuously until the ceremony was perfect.
On our wedding day, Paul showed up early and provided both my husband and I with a copy of our vows. Along with setting up all his equipment, which was a very simple IPad to read vows off of. He was so nice to work with on the day of and all of our friends and family continue to tell us how wonderfully he spoke and told our story throughout the ceremony. It was loving, joyful and humorous, the whole ceremony touched upon us as a couple.
If you are looking for a wonderful, memorable experience with writing vows and having your ceremony beyond perfect, use Arlene and Paul Goldman!! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who is planning a wedding.

No one else could have made our ceremony more special
Arlene was beyond amazing. At first I was nervous choosing someone from a website, but I combed through the reviews and felt I found the right one and we couldn't have been happier. Our entire wedding was planned and confirmed in a little under two months. Arlene was accommodating with our short turn around time and even offered gentle reminders to help us stay on track. The process to ensure our ceremony was customized for us was much simpler than I expected. We were nervous to write our own vows and speak them, yet the secret words to each other she included conveyed exactly what we wanted each other to hear. Vow Renewal - 30 Years
We were delighted to share our experience with Rev. Arlene. She is a joy and took pleasure in our happiness and making sure our day was memorable and special. Rev. Arlene obviously took to heart what my husband and I wrote on our questionnaires, and she was well prepared with the remarks she made at the civil ceremony. She incorporated everything we asked for into the service and added her own special touches which we appreciated and enjoyed. Our vow renewal ceremony was short, sweet, memorable, and FUN -- just what we wanted. Rev. Arlene is lovely and highly recommended

Best Reverend in South Florida!
Arlene was amazing! She was professional, sweet, and very helpful. She made the process so easy and personalized our wedding to us by directing us but letting it be ours. I forgot to bring my vows to the wedding and she had a beautiful printed version of both of ours. She even asked what she should wear which I thought was so sweet. She is a beautiful woman, inside and out, and made our day the best it could be!

My husband and I were so happy with everything about Reverend Goldman. My sister used Arlene for her wedding 6 years ago and was very pleased as well. My husband wanted to write his own vows, but I did not feel comfortable with it. She came up with the most beautiful vows after being given a few personal stories. She was extremely professional and kept in touch each month leading up to the wedding. I would recommend Reverend Goldman to anyone looking for an amazing officiant on their wedding day.

Rev. Arlene was great! Picking an officiant was the most difficult part of the wedding ceremony, because we didn’t know where to start. We’re so happy we came across Rev. Arlene online. She was kind and professional. She led us through the process and made the ceremony personal without us having to work too hard. From beginning to end we knew we made the right decision choosing Rev Arlene to officiate our ceremony. We started out with a Skype call and she was so sweet and listened to what we wanted for our ceremony. A month before the wedding she sent us both questionnaires and she used our answers to our questionnaires to create our ceremony. She sent us a draft beforehand and we were both so happy with what she created. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful and it was our exact words spoken by Arlene ( we didn't want to read our own vows but wrote each other letters instead). So many of our guests came up to us afterwards asking how we knew her and telling us that our ceremony was the best that they had ever heard. Arlene is the sweetest, easiest person to work with. She loves weddings and her positivity and happiness for a couple is real. We loved working with her and couldn't have chosen a better person to officiate our wedding.

Arlene is the best of the best. She was fantastic, organized, and far exceeded my expectations. She came so prepared, and it shined through in the ceremony. This was the most painless part of planning our wedding. She showed up, asked all the right questions, handled the documents and mailed them to our home, and executed the most wonderful ceremony. We had the pleasure to work with Rev. Arlene and her husband Paul. Rev. Arlene wrote beautiful vows while Rev. Paul performed an amazing ceremony. Our ceremony was serious but not "preachy" and Rev. Paul incorporated our sense of humor and fun perfectly. Our guests commented over and over that they loved the ceremony and that it was one of the best they have attended.
