User1188668 Sent on 06/05/2013Red Star limo is great on flexiblity and helpful. We didn't have to give a lot of instruction, they worked well with our wedding planner Bimera of Bimera events. The limo was in good condition and very clean - we had no complaints. We were on time for our entire day. -

User2553198 Sent on 03/14/2016Booked two limos for the day of our wedding. One was to pick me up at one address, and they other was to pick up my wife at another address. Both limos showed up to my location, however the second limo showed up well after we had left in the first one so we were not aware that it was sitting there waiting. My wife was driven to the ceremony by her father and her bridesmaids because there wasn't a limo there to take her. The driver did show up after the ceremony but made us feel rushed to have our photos completed because he said he had other clients to pick up. We were also told that we would receive a partial refund due to the mistake, but instead they tried to charge us an additional $100, and we never received a refund. DO NOT USE this company -

Do not book this company for your wedding and be strongly advised they have one company with about 3 different names! So if any of them say RedStar RUNNNN.
While booking and giving deposits they were very helpful, things changed as the wedding quickly approached! Not only was the man I was talking with dodging my calls before my wedding, he was also not being helpful with any of the questions I had. I however, let this go because it was a month before my wedding and nothing could be done at this point and I just hoped the day of would run smoothly. I was wrong.
The only thing good this company did was show up. My wedding day was a very hot day, about 30 degrees. Therefore, the limos needed to have their A/C well equipped and ready. This was not the case, none of the limos had A/C ALL DAY. We asked the limo driver to keep the car running while we were taking pictures so that when we returned the limo would be cooled, the limo driver ignored this and we therefore came into a heated limo. This was the case for every limo I ordered that day.
On top of that, the limos did not pre map any of the destinations and one of them was late to the photos, which resulted in many missed photo opportunities because half my family wasn't there. On top of that, one of them got lost going to the banquet hall and ended up in another hall all together! I was in this limo and therefore this resulted in us being late to the hall!
When I got back from my honeymoon I emailed them with my concerns and I was given an email back from someone in dispatch saying, that I waited to long to email them (I was on my honeymoon) and usually they can't do much this late. Then they followed that with we checked our limos and they all work fine and have A/C. So therefore, they gave NO apology or care towards my concerns.

Limo was supposed to arrive at my house (The Bride) at 11:30 ceremony was at 1.
We started calling around 11:45 no one answered. After multiple calls someone finally answered and quickly put us on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up.
By 12:15 nothing had shown up, we took taxis.
I was half an hour late for my wedding, and was annoyed beyond belief.
They ended up sending a limo to the church from another company.
They said there was a mix up so they called a different company to send us a limo.
The other company said Redstar called them around noon to send someone, which was already half an hour later than our arranged meeting time.
On top of it all, after the wedding I received an email from Redstar apologizing and giving me a discount for "my inconvenience" and attaching the remaining balance.

User1643274 Sent on 06/02/2014But mine and my wife's limos should up late hummer limo that picked up my wife was a Hollywood limo "different company" it looked like it was just spray painted on rear hatch with a spray can interior was not clean at all..the speackets were all distorted.it wasn't even the limo that was shown to us not the 20 person. The driver did not know how to drive let alone use anything in the limo.when we told him it was hot he rolled down the window and said he did not know how to turn on the ac. He stopped outside a library and told the ladies here's the church and last but not least the Mercedes that picked me and the guys was fine but the driver was not given the right directions and I had to tell him he's was going opposite direction of the the church and showed him the way. I just want to warn people to steer clear of red star limos because they subcontract there limos and drivers and you might not get what you were shown and what you paid for..
