They were very professional at my event. They had a scrapbook made for my wife and I immediately after the reception that we were able to take with us on our honeymoon to look at. We already received a link to their Dropbox cloud storage with all of our photos on it. I've seen other photo booths at weddings and this is the only one that I have seen provide magnet strips on the back of the guests copies of the photo strips. That's something that our guests really enjoyed. They had a large arrangements of props as well that our guests enjoyed.

For our wedding reception, we had the “Cheesiest Package” which included unlimited photo strips (color and black and white), an event coordinator, a flash drive of the digital photos, magnets for our guests, tons of props, and a scrap book for us to keep. Our guests had a blast in the photo booth, and we are so happy that we will have the scrap book of their photo strips for years to come. Say Cheese is professional, helpful, timely (they mailed our flash drive immediately after our reception), and we loved having them at our reception!

The photobooth was the highlight of our wedding, our guest loved it. For sure worth the money, and getting the package with the completed guest book at the end of the night and flash drive with ALL of the photos taken that night in the photobooth

We hired Say Cheese to provide a photo booth for our wedding and I'm so happy I did! It was so much fun and I know our guests loved it too! They were very professional and even let us design our own graphic to go on the bottom of the photostrips. They made a guest book with the strips and let people write us a note, then they gave us a USB drive of all the photos as well. Having a photobooth definitely made the night more memorable and the photos will always be fun to look at!

I had a 16th birthday party for my daughter and hired them. They said 2 hours with a guide, I called two times that week to confirm everything and they assured me everything would be fine. They showed up 20 minutes late ( had to blow up the pop up booth) set up and said they had to leave for 20 minutes because the ones car broke down on the way. I said make sure it's all set up and working. They took some photos of me, it worked and they left. Ten minutes later it's not working. I call the number. ( they callled to say they were running late) and they answered and talked me through fixing it. Ten minutes after that, it stopped working again. I called again. No answer. I called 20 times and texted. Nothing. They where supposed to be there the whole time. They showed up at ten when the party was over and said. Oh. It's out of paper. So I have 30 pictures with my daughter on 4 of them of her 16th birthday party. I should have had 400. I went to a wedding last week and came home with 5 of my own pics from all night. Instead I throw a party for 90 people and have 30. So 30 divided by 3 means ten times it worked. They wouldn't even give me all my money back. They kept $55 dollars because it worked for 20 minutes. They offered a free one next tweek me. You mean the next time my daughter turns 16? Unbelievable. Do not use this company. They ruined the one Big thing I saved and scrimped for to make it a perfect evening. Instead I messed around with a photo booth and tried calling people.

This company did not show up to my event. The event was for 100 special needs children and they called at 11:57 to cancel for a 12:00 event. Terrible business and terrible customer service. They offered a free photobooth to “make-up” for disappointing all our children and then did not respond again. We are a School and to make these are arrangements are not easy and our children needs preparation for events. I would highly recommend never using them.
