Couldn't be happier!!!

Rachael was amazing! She did our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and our wedding day...everything turned out beautifully. She captured every moment perfectly, and I couldn't be happier 🥹 These are pictures my husband and I will cherish.

What a positive experience!

We initially hired Rachel for our daughter's bat mitzvah celebration when we thought we were having a big party weekend with hundreds of guests from out of town. When Covid hit, all of our plans had to change, and Rachel was extremely flexible and accommodating. She gave us several options of how we could use her services and the photographs she was able to take before and throughout the ceremony captured such special moments for our family. Thanks for your wonderful attitude, flexibility and beautiful photography! We can't wait to hire you again!

Amazing and awesome photographer!

I can't give Rachael enough accolades. We had to scramble at the last minute to find a Bar Mitzvah photographer and Rachael came through and exceeded our expectations.
For those of you unsure of a photographer, I must say that ease of communication, reliability, efficiency, and follow-through are all tops on my list and Rachael surpassed my expectations are all fronts.
We had an entirely different (unpleasant) experience with the photographer for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah, so all I can say is: I wish we have found Rachael earlier.

Amazing Photographer!

As a florist in the event industry one of the most exciting moments for me is when the photographer shares their photos with us. An Outstanding Photographer that Won't Break your Budget

Rachael did an amazing job photographing our wedding. We were married at Chapel Dulcinea, an outdoor venue, at night and Rachael provided exceptional lighting that made our photos look so romantic and beautiful. She made suggestions for poses that looked natural and there were times that we forgot that she was even there. We are so happy with our wedding photos and recommend Rachael 110%!

Fabulous event photographer!

Rachael is an absolute pleasure to work with, and her photography is gorgeous. She is fun and easy going and at the same time extremely professional, organized, and keeps the project on task/on time. The photography, online gallery, and keepsake book were stunning, and all of the small touches were beautifully done. Amazing person and event photographer!

Great photographer

Rachael was great. She work in collaboration with us to get really great photos of our event. At the reception she clearly was everywhere given the wide array of photos we have. Yet at the same time she was never in the way of anyone having a good time. She worked well with children too. Her turnaround time was very rapid. We will use her again in the futures.

Friendly, professional, beautiful photography!

Rachael started our experience on a positive note by taking the time to talk on the phone with me about our entire event. I appreciated that extra touch. When we met in person, it felt like meeting an old friend. She was so friendly, instantly bonded with our family and took gorgeous photos of our event. We had images incredibly quickly afterwards and she took the time to edit and send everything to us on a flash drive right away. We couldn't be more pleased!

Wedding Photos

Rachael is an amazing wedding photographer and a genuinely nice person. We didn't know any photographers when we started planning our wedding and found Rachael's website and simply looked at her portfolio and and loved her style (and, of course, the photos were amazing). We knew right then that we wanted her for our photographer. We hired Rachael for our engagement photos and wedding photos and we could not be any more happy with the results. She is so personable, friendly, and really wants to capture you memories for you so you have something to cherish as you look back on your special day. We had a very small, non-traditional wedding and having Rachael there was almost like having another family member there taking pictures for us. And to keep a long story short, I had taken and set up my own camera to video the wedding ceremony but forgot to start the camera. Rachael noticed my camera wasn't on and immediately got my attention so I was able to start the camera just before the ceremony. I would have been devastated if I hadn't recorded the ceremony, but Rachael saved the day! She even made a couple of adjustments to my camera for me during the ceremony which was amazing and made the recording even better! She didn't have to do that, but she did, and I can't thank her enough. One of her photos is even now a beautiful enlargement (24x36) over the mantel of our fireplace. Bottom line is...you will not find a better wedding/engagement/event photographer in Austin than you will find in Rachael. I highly recommend her services! We can't thank you enough, Rachael, for capturing our memories in beautiful light to enjoy forever. Stephen & Catherine

Rachael was a pleasure to work with!

Rachael was awesome. She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure everything ran smoothly for the wedding day. She captured some amazing photos of our family and friends, even when everyone was in a rush to get inside after the ceremony (it was only 38 degrees that day)! We received our pictures very shortly after the wedding and are very happy with them.

Wedding Photography

Rachael did the photography for our wedding in Austin on 11/17/2018, and she did an amazing job! She was very pleasant to work with and met with us ahead of time to make sure she would be able to capture all of the pictures we envisioned. On the wedding day she was very fun to be around and was able to capture every moment without ever feeling in the way. She left us with a ton of amazing pictures that will help us cherish the memory for a lifetime. We highly recommend Rachael and could not imagine a better experience!

Wedding Photography

Rachael is amazing! I hired her for my wedding pictures and have zero regrets. She was there for every special moment and it shows in her pictures. We of course had a lengthy list of pictures with family and guests and she knocked them out of the park in record time! Her turn around time for getting the pictures back to me was outstanding and I cannot stop looking at them. I think I've looked at the gallery at least 3x/day since I've gotten them back. I could go on and on about Rachael, but bottom line is if you need a professional, reliable, quality photographer, this is your girl! Her prices are fair and her work is outstanding. You won't be disappointed with her!

We just recently got married in June and Rachael took our photos. Hands down, best decision! She was extremely professional, she arrived early, she was very friendly, she made me very comfortable while take our photos, and her pricing is VERY reasonable! I was very nervous about the photos because I didn't know anyone in the area, I am so glad with my decision and would recommend her without a doubt for anyone looking for a down to earth, friendly, professional photographer for your big day or event!

When my husband and I got engaged, Rachael was the first person we booked!. She's like family to us since she was the photographer at my sons wedding (2014) and my daughters wedding (2016). She is an incredible and professional photographer. She's very organized, timely, fun, and personable! She definitely puts everyone at ease.
It rained at our wedding and it didn't even phase her. She turned the rain into beautiful photo opportunities and in return made us feel like it was planned all along! When we received the final photos she met all our expectations and more! I would definitely recommend Rachael for your upcoming special occasion.

Rachael was incredible! Our day of coordinator was new(unfortunately the seasoned person that the venue had left just prior to our wedding) and we were a bit concerned how things would go, but Rachael is so on top of it and so professional she even helped suggest areas that the coordinator had missed. The pictures look fantastic, beautiful and relaxed, despite the fact I was stressed and am awkward anyway. The pictures of the reception are amazing and so much fun. She even got good pictures of my dogs! She recommended my makeup artist too(who was also amazing). I could not recommend her more.

Rachael is amazing! Her enthusiasm and energy during our engagement session and wedding photos made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and created natural looking poses. I can’t help smiling every time I look through the wedding photo gallery, and the images really capture the full experience of the wedding. Rachael was a pleasure to work with as well as her assistant. She always showed up to appointments early and organized and what we also loved is her cheery and positive attitude. We worked with her several years ago for a previous wedding and loved her work then so obviously, we agreed she was our first choice this time around.

Rachael made sure to meet with us prior to the wedding at the chapel where our ceremony was to be held. She wanted to make sure she knew the grounds and our preference for shooting spots, so that would save us time the day of the weeding. I really appreciated her professionalism, charisma, and calm demeanor. As a bride, you know how intense this moment can be. She was also flexible and took in consideration what we wanted. She guided us and captured precious moments that I will hold dearly forever.

Rachael is absolutely fabulous to work with! We had a lot of timing issues the day of our wedding and she did an amazing job working with the time we had. The only downside I had with my photos was that my Man of Honor was not included in our group pictures with the bridesmaids like he should have been but that might have just been a small oversight on both our sides due to time crunch. I’d still choose her every time though!

My wedding planner recommended Rachael Hall for my wedding photography, and man did she pick a winner! Rachael was absolutely amazing, from our engagement shots all the way through the very end of the wedding, she caught every moment perfectly. Honestly, she delivered so many amazing shots (and I'm not the most photogenic :) that I can't even decide what to order, because they are ALL gorgeous! Not to mention that Rachael herself is a pretty awesome lady. She is so much fun to be around, and she kept me calm throughout the entire event. Her sense of humor is awesome and her heart is as big as they come, and I'm so happy to have met her and call her a friend. I can't recommend her highly enough. Rachael photographed my wedding this past May and I can't begin to express how amazing the entire process was from start until the last picture was taken that evening. Not only is she an incredible photographer, she's got a great sense of humor and is very compassionate.
We met on-site so she could familiarize herself with the venue and we could develop a game plan for the first look and posed shots of my husband and I and our families which put me at ease. On our wedding day, Rachael and my Day of Planner worked together seamlessly to ensure that we were on-time and where we needed to be. This allowed me to relax and be a part of the moment which any bride would appreciate.
I'm not lying when I say Rachael is like a photography ninja! I don't recall seeing or hearing her snapping away during the ceremony or reception but we have some stellar candid shots which made looking at the final collection so much more enjoyable. Our wedding pictures are natural and gorgeous and I can't thank Rachael enough for her amazing work.

Rachael is hands-down the best vendor among all our wedding vendors. She is really professional and responsible, and you can rely on her. I picked her as my photographer from google search of my venue, and her pictures are just full of life and fun. I understand there are some needs for the formal wedding portraits, but I just really enjoyed the pictures she took that capture the great moments of us and our wedding guests. I highly recommend Rachael for the brides, because I remember how clueless I was and how she helped me out on the photography part. You won't regret it.

Rachel was wonderful and the pictures are gorgeous! We had a small wedding and wanted to keep things feeling fun and relaxed. Rachel was low key and her prices were great! She quickly got us through the posed photos with family and then got so many great candid shots of everyone enjoying the ceremony. Rachel Hall is one of the best photographers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is professional, always early, aware of her surroundings, and has a true eye for detail. Rachael and her assistant were wonderful! They photographed our wedding in September at Vineyards at Chapell Lodge. I found Rachael through a high school friend that was married at the same venue. They were very professional and worked hard to catch candid moments of my husband's family (they are not very big on smiling in photographs). The photos were sent to us very quickly and we are excited to be working on making an album. Thanks again, Rachael!

Rachel was a delight to work with! She was always responsive and provided great suggestions. When ever I called her for any advice, mother of the bride questions, stress, etc., she was always immediately available. Best of all, my new son-in-love is extremely camera shy. However, he thought she was great! From the minute he met her, he said she made him feel totally comfortable and at ease. HIs comfort level could be seen in all of the photos, which were great!!! When I got engaged I immediately thought of Rachael Hall for our photographer! I had seen her work previously, including my brothers wedding 2 years prior. Her work falls nothing short of amazing, beautiful and organic! She does an amazing job at capturing the moment; where you are - who you're with...but at the same time, makes it seem like you were in another land far far away with beautiful lighting and angels singing! haha. For example, we were married at a country club on the patio lawn, with golf courses and golf carts driving around in the back ground...but you wouldn't be able to tell if you were to see any of our wedding pictures! Honestly, it looks as if we were in Ireland. They are beautiful! All I have to say is, she knows how to work a camera like a BOSS, shes fun and energetic, she gets down to business, and shes super easy to talk to and great at responding! Rachael is truly amazing. From the second we met her, we knew that she was going to be so easy to work with. Her skill is insane, but the best part is that she can make even the shyest person feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our engagement, bridal, and wedding photos turned out better than we imagined. The best (and worst) part about working with Rachael is that we're left with too many amazing photos to choose from! We highly recommend her for weddings and other special events.

My husband and I were so lucky to have Rachael photograph our wedding! She did an amazing job at capturing the emotions and spirit of our ceremony and reception (and bridal portraits as well!). Rachael was very flexible and extremely fun to work with! She is prompt with emails, phone calls, and texts. Most importantly, she takes absolutely beautiful photos! I had the pleasure of working with Rachael and her team on a BEAUTIFUL wedding recently and what a great experience it was! She shot the wedding at the venue where I work and I couldn't have been more impressed with her professionalism. Her ease with the client and fun demeanor during the event made it a fantastic experience all around, can't wait to work with her again! My husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Rachael Hall. From the moment we met Rachael, we knew she would be the one to capture the moments shared at our wedding. We live in Dallas, and were getting married in San Antonio which added a layer of complexity to the wedding planning process. Rachael worked around our busy schedules and made time for us when we were going to be in the San Antonio area for planning meetings.

Working with Rachael was more than a business transaction. She places great emphasis on making sure that you are comfortable and enjoy the day. It rained on our wedding day and many things changed the day of. Rachael had been working with our wedding planner days before to understand changes in venue, layout, lighting, etc. so she could familiarize herself and be prepared.

When we look back at the photos, we feel like we are right back at our wedding! The photos of the day turned out great and captured the wedding details perfectly along with the love and passion from all our guest!

Rachael was the absolute best. She was very accommodating while we were trying to book our engagement shoot. Since my husband lived in Seattle, she agreed to meet with us on Easter Sunday so we could get pictures done for our website. She worked hard at getting to know my husband and me during our engagement shoot, which made us feel super comfortable on our wedding day. Rachael is warm, funny, and an overall wonderful person. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful and we could not be more thankful. Thank you Rachael!

Rachael Hall Photography provided us with some amazing photos of our wedding. She arrived ahead of time and took the pictures of the venue since we weren't ready to be photographed. She kept everything organized and moving along. Not only was she an awesome photographer, she was almost like a coordinator and it was greatly appreciated! I couldn't have asked for a better, more professional person to take photos of such a memorable day for me. I would recommend her 1,000X to anybody looking for a great photographer and just an awesome person!

The second I saw Rachael's Website I knew she was who I wanted to document our special day. Within the first week of booking, Rachael called me so that we could get to know one another better. She is warm, funny, and dedicated to making sure you get everything you want out of your wedding day photography. She was thorough in documenting names of family members, important guests and friends, and any special photos we wanted. On the day of my bridal shoot I felt like Rachael and I had known one another forever. She has a zen like quality about her that makes every obstacle or challenge (we had a some trouble with the venue and it was like 100 degrees) seem like nothing. Plus she is INCREDIBLY talented. A person can be the sweetest person ever (which Rachael is), but at the end of the day you want someone who takes fantastic pictures. THAT IS RACHAEL. I loved every single one of my bridal pictures. I am not exaggerating when I say that at least 25 people told me they should be in a magazine. They were not just telling me that because they loved me. The photos really were that incredible and they take my breath away! On our wedding day, I couldn't wait for Josh to meet Rachael. My fiance is the best judge of character I know, and I am mean this earnestly when I say he was blown away with Rachael too. He does not really like to have his picture taken, and she made him feel at ease. She listened to us when we said we were too hot (again 100 degrees) or when we needed anything. If you haven't checked out her website, you need to. Her Photography speaks for itself. It is timeless but fun, gorgeous, with great attention to every detail. She was one (if not the) best decision we could have made. Your wedding photos will be the way you relive your wedding day for the rest of your life, and I knew they were a top priority for us. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! We could not be more grateful!

Rachael was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond on everything we could have ever imagined. The engagement and wedding photos turned out just fantastic. She captured the feel, fun and love we were hoping to create for our big day. She took so many fine and wonderful photos that we had a difficult time choosing the photos for the album. I am constantly looking at our wedding photos with so much admiration for Rachael. She made our rehearsal dinner and wedding memorable.
