Stunning Wedding Flowers

Perfect Flowers

We had a wonderful experience working with Patricia and her team at Purple Iris for our wedding flowers. She was so helpful with her recommendations, but also helped me figure out our own vision for the wedding. It was a little complicated for us to schedule a meeting since we had to come from out of state, but Patricia was absolutely right that it was best to meet in person. She took time to show me all of the flowers and experiment with which combinations I liked best.

On our wedding day, her team was prompt and handled all of the deliveries seamlessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and the flowers looked even better than I had imagined they would. Purple Iris did our bouquets, boutonnieres, church flowers, cake flowers, and centerpieces, and I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

We cannot say enough positive things about working with Patricia, Jacqui and the whole team at Purple Iris in preparation for our wedding day in October 2022! The Purple Iris team took the time to understand our vision, to get to know our personalities and work within our floral budget to create the most beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres. Patricia and Jacqui went above and beyond to make sure the colors of our flowers were an exact match to my bridesmaid dresses and were also mindful in designing the boutonnieres so that they were not too heavy on the groomsmen shirts. Every detail was covered! The team communicated with our wedding coordinator to make sure our flowers were delivered promptly and without a single issue. We will be going to Purple Iris for all of our flower needs!

Best florist around!!!

I truly cannot recommend Purple Iris enough! I use Purple Iris for all of my personal flowers as I live local so I knew I wanted my first stop to be here. Patricia was incredibly accommodating of my schedule for our first meeting and from the second I sat down I knew I was in the right hands. I was not a bride that had envisioned my wedding day a certain way and certainly needed guidance. Patricia knew my venue and knew all the places around the venue that people typically decorate with florals. She asked me my vision, made suggestions, and listened to what I had wanted. When I said I wanted a certain color of flower she had walked me around the shop to show me every possibility to ensure we both understood my vision. I absolutely love flowers and wanted them everywhere, of course there is a budget in mind and Patricia was very open and honest about what I could do within my budget and what I did and truly did not need by way of florals which I appreciated so much. My flowers were stunning and better than I could have ever imagined. I 1,000% recommend Purple Iris for your wedding day or any floral needs!

Incredible Vendor Experience

I cannot recommend Purple Iris enough! Patricia went above and beyond from the very first meeting with my fiancé and I. We had no idea what we wanted, but were so happy to follow Trish’s lead from start to finish and everything in-between. Trish is very organized, professional and honest, which ultimately made our experience with Purple Iris as easy as possible. Trish quickly understood the vision that we had in mind and perfectly executed to make our floral dreams come true! Beautiful and Amazing Floral Arrangements

This florist saved the day! We were recommended Purple Iris from Clarks Landing and thank god for the owner. She stayed open for us to show up to her shop the day before the wedding. She took my flowers and FIXED EVERYTHING. She was a miracle worker. She transformed my flowers from being out of season flowers and DEAD, to being something I was proud to walk the aisle with. I can’t thank the owner enough for transforming my flowers in an hour and a half!

Outstanding Service, Beautiful work

My daughter's wedding was June 5, 2022. Our original florist did a terrible job with our order. The bouquets were not what we ordered, and the flowers and leaves were mostly dead and wilted. Out of season berries were added to the bouquets and looked awful. Our flowers were a disaster and the florist was far away and closed by now. Needless to say, we were so upset, especially my daughter. Just when I was about to take them apart to try to salvage them myself, I addressed the issue with our venue, Clarks Landing. Nicole, our wonderful event coordinator called Patricia from Purple Iris and asked her to help. Patricia stayed open after hours, took the bouquets, and within 2 hours remade all 7 of them, including the groom's boutonniere (with some fishing wire I was able to somewhat salvage the others). Patricia did an amazing job, the bouquets were gorgeous and she saved the day. Without Patricia and her kindness, my daughter would have always looked back with disappointment as to how they turned out. Patricia was kind, understanding, professional, eager to help, and created beautiful masterpieces. She truly cared enough to make my daughter happy and did the best job, they were stunning. Purple Iris will always have my business.

As lovely as the flowers !

We used purple iris for my wedding bouquet, all of the bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnières. Lovely service and lovely flowers! Everything was perfect. I didn’t have a fully formed vision, but they took my inspiration and made it perfect ! Loved working with them and would Definitley recommend to anyone.

Amazing Florist

Every single flower was absolutely perfect!! We are so happy we chose Purple Iris.. they created the most amazing Flower Arch for our ceremony which made the entire space so beautiful. All of the arrangements from our centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres were stunning.

Perfect Petals!

I knew Purple Iris was the florist for me the second I met Trish! She was straightforward and honest from the start. Like every other bride, I brought in a vision board from Pinterest. She was the only florist who told me that the blush flower I thought I loved was actually peach. She helped steer me in the right direction after discussing my wedding colors, and the overall feel of our wedding. While many other florists just showed me pictures of different flowers, she actually pulled real flowers from the back to show me different colors and combinations. I walked away from our first meeting knowing that everything would be beautiful. Last-minute I realized I didn’t have a something blue, in came Trish to the rescue, she had a small something blue that was perfect! When the flowers showed up on the wedding day I was in awe, the flowers were above and beyond my expectations. I can’t thank Trish and Purple Iris team for making my vision board come to life better than I could’ve ever imagined!

Best Florist!

Trish and Purple Iris did such a great job with the flowers for our wedding! One thing I really appreciated was how honest she was. When we first spoke I had some pretty big ideas, and she was very realistic about what would/would not work for our venue and also pricing. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me something. She was able to get my same vision and feel but within my budget.

I also really appreciated how she took the time to pull flowers and find specific pictures for me to get ideas during our consultation. I met with other florists that did not show this much attention or care. Although those florists were cheaper, I just felt like I was in better hands with Trish.

She was 100% worth the price. Very creative, a lot of attention to detail, on time, had so many great ideas, and an amazing end product. We got so many compliments on the flowers!

I got married on Sept 15th, 2018, and Purple Iris made my day beautiful! Every bouquet, bout, and floral display was exactly what I wanted! Patricia understood exactly what aesthetic and color scheme I was going for with my wedding, and the flowers were just more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Patricia took the time to help me pick timeless, affordable, yet show-stopping flowers. She personally delivered them to my bridal suite and I almost cried when I saw them. I also last minute asked to have a bouquet charm with a picture of my grandmother added to my bouquet, and Patricia went out of her way to run back to the shop and tie it on with beautiful ribbon. Not a single flower or leaf drooped on my wedding day, and when I got back from my honeymoon I was shocked to see my ceremony flowers still looking perky and colorful! Purple Iris was easily one of the best decisions I made as a bride, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you, thank you!

Patricia & her team did an amazing job!! I didn’t know much about what kind of flowers i wanted or even the colors really but when i sat with Patricia she helped me figure that all out. She sure does know her stuff! I wasn’t crazy about getting a ton of flowers & i knew i didn’t want to spend too much, in which she helped me saved and told me what would make a difference & what wouldn’t, which who doesn’t like a honest option ? And she’s very reasonable priced ! The day of my wedding i was in shock of how beautiful my flowers came out! It was everything i pictured & more! I love love loved them!!! My husband and I got married in April 2018. We used the Purple Iris as our florist. We were beyond impressed! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The bouquets were incredibly stunning! The arrangements were beautiful! We cannot express how truly beautiful everything was! The owner, Patricia, is very friendly and accommodating. She helped create each bouquet, boutonnière and arrangement. Her creations exceeded my expectations and visions! One of my bridesmaids kept her bouquet for two weeks before tossing it- it lasted that long and was that beautiful! I highly recommend the Purple Iris as your wedding florist! We chose Purple Iris and were not disappointed! Thank you purple Iris for making my daughters wedding extra special. From our first consultation until the wedding day you were a pleasure to deal with. You really listened to what my daughter wanted and made some wonderful suggestions we did not even think of. Never did we feel pressured to order anything extra, in fact you advised ways to save. The bouquets and arrangements were perfect. The flowers were so fresh that the bridal bouquet was still fresh one week after the wedding. There are a hundred things to stress about when planning a wedding but if you use Purple Iris your flowers will not be one of them. I recommend them 100%. Thank you Purple Iris

I can't say enough good things about Purple Iris! I met Patricia at a bridal show and instantly knew that she would be my florist. She is so personable and truly has a passion for what she does. I'm not very big on flowers and during our meeting, I told her that I don't know much about the different kinds. I showed her a couple of pictures of what I was thinking and she was able to design bouquets and centerpieces that were absolutely perfect! She was also super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. I was blown away by my bouquet and my guests thought the centerpieces were stunning. I only had two bouquets and 5 boutineers, but they were impeccibly crafted. I went in with an idea of what I thought I wanted. The staff was really knowledgeable and helped me realize what I was asking. I wanted a cascading bouquet of Tiger Lilys only to find out how heavy that actually was. So instead, I got a beautiful bouquet of just Tiger Lilies. Now, this is a hard flower to work with but they are so good there was practically no filler flowers! And they were so fresh! The smell filled my whole bridal suite. Being English it was very important to me that the gentlemen wore carnations. She provided ones that looked as if they had been picked the minute before they were delivered! Our flowers lasted all night and well into next week! Patricia and the Purple Iris staff were amazing to work with, and we would highly suggest them to anyone that has a love for pinterest wedding ideas and black thumb in creativity! We wanted a rustic look while having our wedding in a ballroom, and Patricia made sure that every detail was perfect! From the centerpieces, to cocktail hour décor, to burlap bows and baskets of sunflowers at our ceremony; the wedding was picture perfect!! The planning process was easy using all online contracts and planning forms, and you had all confirmations and due dates for payments right at your fingertips. I wouldn't use any other florist ever again!!

I used Purple Iris for wholesale flowers, bouquets (bride, bridesmaid, mothers) & boutonnieres.
I got 260 Sunflowers, >100 White Daisies, >100 White asters, >100 Yellow Solidago & a few Seeded Eucalyptus stems.
When I was wedding planning, my idea was that I would buy wholesale from some online provider (fifty flowers, blooms by the box, etc.) to save money since my guest list was so large (200p) and centerpieces can be costly. I have always loved Purple Iris for personal arrangements. So, I decided to talk about my needs with Patricia. She showed me that not only could they match wholesale prices, but they would store and care for all the flowers & deliver the flowers the day-of.
Patricia was great to work with. She knows what she's doing and how to make your vision come to life.
Costs were very reasonable; matched wholesale prices ($956.50/~600 flower stems), added cages, wire, stem tubes for my arbor ($43), delivery ($100), the bouquets (1 bride, 5 maids, 2 mothers) and boutonnieres (3) were also very reasonably priced ($485). With taxes it ended up costing me $1696 - a great price considering they also cared for the flowers for me too! It would have been a nightmare if I did this myself!
Delivery was right on time, they even delivered twice; wholesale flowers were delivered in the morning then bouquets and such were delivered a bit later in time for pictures.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The flowers made my wedding. You never know what you're going to get because flowers are a natural product, but almost every single stem was perfect (almost 600 flower stems total!).
Purple Iris met every expectation and was a huge part of making our wedding day so amazing.

The moment she saw a photo of my dress, she understood exactly how the flowers needed to look to perfectly compliment not only my look as the bride, but also my groom's, maid of honor and the rest of the family and bridal party. I am a true flower child at heart. I am obsessed with gardening, caring for my flowers and herbs as if they are my children, and have worked part time in floral design. When it came time to plan my wedding, my flowers meant EVERYTHING to me. I had a clear vision of the vibe and ambiance I wanted my flowers to create at the wedding, and Purple Iris truly made all of my dreams come true. Working with Trish was amazing. She helped keep all my plans within budget and was incredibly helpful when it came time to finalizing specifics. She knew how anal I was-- overall, I was an extremely easy-going bride, but I needed my flowers to be just right and she was with me every step of the way, helping to create my nature-inspired bohemian vision. Everything was executed perfectly. She truly listened and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way, ensuring our plans were realistic. My bouquet is the most perfect bouquet I have ever seen and I almost fainted when I saw the finished product. She created a perfect, lush wild work of art that I wish I would last forever. Your wedding is the most important day of your life, and that's why I can't imagine ever having anyone other than Trish and Purple Iris handle the flowers. "Professional" and "beautiful" don't even begin to cover it. To start, she gave us an estimate within an hour of meeting with her. She asked a ton of questions to make sure she knew what we were looking for (everything for suit colors, to wedding theme, to asking for examples off the internet of our ideal centerpieces).

When she gave us the estimate, we were blown away. My youngest sister had just gotten married 2 months before me, and it was about 5x more than what Purple Iris quoted.

Another incredibly important point is that Trish knows the Jersey Shore like the back of her hand. She was able to tell us exactly what the flower situation was in the Church where we were getting married, same thing with the venue.

Whenever I emailed with some annoying bride request ("can we have a random single flower on the escort card table??") she answered right away (and thankfully she was able to offer her own expert suggestions, that perfectly captured what we wanted, and made it so much more beautiful than we could have imagined.)

The day of your wedding is so crazy hectic that the last thing you want to worry about is, well, anything. I guess I just remember at my sister's wedding being very cognizant of the florist setting up the whole time. With Purple Iris, I didn't see anything. All I know is that when I arrived at the Church, my gorgeous bouquet was right where she said it would be. And when I arrived at the venue, the room was a fairy tale. Every last request, every last detail was made a reality, with such elegance.

I can't thank Purple Iris enough for everything. They are the most accommodating, talented, professional, exquisite masterful florists I have ever encountered, and I feel so fortunate to have had them be a part of making my wedding day exactly the way I'd always dreamed it would be.

We used the Purple Iris Flower Shop for our wedding on 8/13/16 and could not have been happier!! When we first met with Patricia, we weren't entirely sure on what type of flowers and arrangements we wanted, but she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about flowers and gave us great advice and recommendations to make our visions come true...even my fiancé was excited about flowers by the time we left that first consultation! The floral arch she designed for our outdoor ceremony was absolutely breathtaking and my bridesmaids' and my bridal bouquet were perfect! Not only was everything beautiful for our wedding day, but our floral centerpieces lasted for almost 3 weeks after! Patricia is so personable, professional, and easy to work with and pays close attention to detail (she even called me the day before to confirm what type of chairs would be at the ceremony for our aisle flowers) and it makes all the difference! Trish and her whole team over at the purple iris are some of the best! We went in a while before our wedding and had totally different color ideas. When we went back to finalize things everything color wise had changed on my behalf. She completely went with the flow and was happy to accommodate me changing my mind. I brought my hand made beaded statement necklace to show her and she designed my bouqette to go with it perfectly. She completely nailed my vision. We did flower boxes on the tables as center pieces and she made them more beautiful than could've ever imagined. my brother made the wooden boxes for us, I forgot to tell Trish he was making a sweetheart table box. Instead of her calling & stressing the bride on the wedding day as some people might've. She graciously went with it and filled the box for us, with no issue. I found the Purple Iris Flower Shop on Wedding Wire, and chose them based on all the positive reviews I read. I knew from the minute I sat down with Patricia for my consultation that I would be using her shop for my wedding flowers. The entire staff is the friendliest group of people, and made me feel welcome from the start. I showed Patricia examples of the flowers I wanted, she listened to my ideas, and offered advice when needed. I never once had any doubts about my choice in florist. The day of my wedding, when I saw my bouquets, I almost started crying because they were so beautiful and exactly what I wanted - she even chose the perfect shade of coral! Trish was awesome to work with! I wasn't sure what I wanted, so she showed us tons of pictures and was able to narrow it down. We went with roses in shades of white and stephanotis flowers for myself and hydrangea, white roses, and blue orchids for the bridesmaids. The flowers were exactly like the pictures she showed us. We also had two beautiful baskets of flowers for the ceremony that matched the bouquets. All of the flowers lasted all day, even after tossing them in the air for pictures. We also received a ton of compliments for guests about the flowers. We would highly recommend working with them!

We had our wedding reception at the Crystal Point Yacht Club on April 23, 2016, and the Purple Iris was very highly recommended by them. Nevertheless, we decided to "shop around" for a florist as it was obviously a very important decision. The first florist we met with was very disorganized and couldn't seem to understand what I wanted. She was rushed and had out a "Help Wanted" sign, not the sign of confidence one looks for in a florist.

However, when we met Patricia, she put our minds at ease. Not only was she very professional and courteous, but she seemed to know exactly what we wanted as if she were reading my mind! Our flowers turned out to be sensational, exactly how we envisioned them. Patricia and her team put together wreaths for our church doors, vase arrangements for the altar, boutonnieres for the bridal party and our brothers, corsages for our parents, and flowers for the pews as well. On the day of the wedding, everything looked terrific and we received many compliments! All of the flowers matched my color scheme and worked wonderfully together.

At the reception, the Purple Iris was in charge of our table centerpieces (a flower wreath around a rustic lantern). We had seen a mock up a few weeks prior, but they came out even better than we could have ever imagined! I love my bouquet! It was stunning and was the perfect size and color to fit the occasion. Patricia matched my flowers to the groom's and included some of my flowers into my matron of honor's bouquet as well, a nice, sentimental touch. Purple Iris' price was pretty reasonable. Not only did all of the flowers look phenomenal on the day of the wedding, but they looked equally breathtaking in the wedding photos and wedding video. Patricia was a pleasure to work with. She was super organized and very responsive whenever I had a question or suggestion. We couldn't be happier with our flowers at the wedding!

I am so glad that my venue highly recommended Purple Iris for me. They did such beautiful arrangements for me especially doing my Disney Mickey Mouse shaped flower ball for my flower girl and since I'm such a Disney fanatic they put rhinestone Mickey Mouse studs in my bouquet (I ordered them and sent them to P. I.)

Purple Iris has been my family's florist for years, so it was only natural to use them for our wedding flowers! Patricia and her team were so easy to work with and extremely helpful in making decisions about the best flowers to use. From the bouquets to the altar baskets, everything turned out beautifully! WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!! Our flowers were sooo beautiful. We had all white peonies for our bouquets and everyone said how beautiful and full they looked. We had baby's breath on our church pews with bows and they looked stunning. Trish was easy to work with and knew exactly what to do when you gave her some ideas. Our table arrangements matched our theme exactly and all of our guests kept complimenting how beautiful everything was. Everything was right on time and I didn't feel an ounce of nervousness about my flowers. They were all so perfect!! Thank you Trish!

The flowers for our wedding were more beautiful than I could have imagined! Patricia was very easy to work with and very responsive when I had questions. I had not reviewed my contract throughly enough and on the day of the wedding, we were two boutonnieres short for the groomsmen, but with 20 minutes to spare, Purple Iris was able to deliver the two additional boutonnieres to the church. That is exceptional service! Looking back at wedding photos, I am still amazed at how stunning my bouquet was and I continue to get compliments from guests about our flowers. You will not be disappointed with Purple Iris as your wedding florist!

Patricia & Team were nothing short of AMAZING during my wedding planning. I went into my consultation with little knowledge on flowers, and coming out I felt nothing short of confident that she had it under control. She completely has a special talent and niche for special events and making sure you're happy. I could not have been happier or more pleased for the work she did for me. We had a 20 person bridal party, 18 centerpieces, and many parents/grandparents that needed flowers. Each and every detail was incredible. I will always recommend and continue to use her services. My flowers from Purple Iris were honestly my favorite part of my wedding day. I wanted a unique bouquet with a lot of whites and greens with a more whimsical feel while my mom wanted me to have something more traditional and elegant and Trish from Purple Iris went above and beyond my expectations. She created a perfect blend of tradition and whimsy in my cascading bouquet and the bridesmaids flowers and boutonnières came out just as beautiful. We also used a decorated archway for the ceremony with flowers hanging from the chairs in mason jars which I absolutely loved. And at the last minute we decided to use flowers on our wedding cake and it came out stunning! Thank you For such an amazing day!

We were recently married April 9th of this year in Point Pleasant, NJ. When we had started the planning process, I already had in mind that Purple Iris should be our go to florist. Growing up in the area, we had always turned to Purple Iris for all occasions and had never been disappointed. Once again, they impressed. Patty and her staff did an amazing job. All of our bouquets were gorgeous. The men actually commented on their boutonnieres and how nice and simple they were. Our mothers and grandmother also loved their corsages. We would highly recommend Purple Iris for your wedding needs...or for any other occasion for that matter!

When I met with Patricia she was able to take my scramble of pictures that showed flowers, colors, and design I liked and bring it to life. I absolutely LOVED my wedding flowers from the Purple Iris for my October 10th wedding! I sat down with Trish a few months in advance and she really put my vision to life! I gave her a few ideas and colors that I wanted her to work with and she really ran with my small ideas and recommended what she thought would work best, and it turned out so beautiful! She incorporated all of the colors that I wanted and she even added long hanging ribbons to the bouquets for me at our final meeting (which looked AWESOME!!!). I was so sad when the flowers started to die (which was almost 2 weeks after the wedding!), I wanted them to last forever! My husband had roses sent to me the morning of our wedding and Trish incorporated some of the other flowers that we were using that day in the bouquet too which was such a nice touch! My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning and I was in love with it!! I did not want a round ball or anything cascading but just something with a little texture and the flowers that Trish used and recommended really pulled that off perfectly. I would recommend Patricia and the Purple Iris to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price!! Thank you so much Patricia & The Purple Iris, you guys knocked it out of the ballpark for me!!!

Awesome customer service! I walked into the adorable shop with no clue what kind of bouquet I would want. They were able to put together the perfect arrangements based off of the other decor I described would be part of the wedding. The flowers were delivered to my venue right on time and I noticed I was short one bouquet (my fault for adding a bridesmaid last minute and forgetting to add a bouquet.) I called them frantically and said I was one short and they were back at my venue with another within an hour. Beautiful quality and great service!

Purple Iris was by far the best wedding vendor I worked with! Patricia is insanely talented and to say 'she knows her stuff' is an understatement. As a bride who had no vision for flowers, she came in swept me off my feet. She worked with my budget and provided the most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen. She was professional, yet fun to work with and definitely put this bride to ease. Patricia and the team at Purple Iris did a fantastic job with our wedding! Patricia was able to take all the various pins and pictures I showed her and create exactly what I dreamed of! On top of the amazing flowers, Patricia went above and beyond to coordinate the rental of pipe and drape to section off our ceremony space--even driving to the vendor's location for me when they weren't responding! flowers was one of the last things i did on my wedding to do list. i was turned away by several florists. and then i called purple iris and they asked to meet with me right away even though it was a busy Saturday for them. the owner took an hour and half out of her day to go over everything with me. and everything was wonderful and exactly what i was picturing in my head. very professional, contract was emailed to me as i was still in the shop. and delivery was not late. exceptional service!

I did not have a huge budget for flowers, and with 8 bridesmaids that made creating bouquets pretty tough. Trish at Purple Iris worked with me a ton to meet my needs within my budget. Her color suggestions were great, and the flowers looked amazing against the bridesmaid dresses. I loved my bouquet as well, and the parents and grandparents boutonnieres and corsages came out great. Purple Iris was wonderful.
