Delicious Food!

We used Puff N' Stuff for our wedding on 12/6 and it was absolutely delicious! They were incredibly professional, attentive, and put out incredible quality. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and had a plethora of options for different dietary needs, preferences, and budgets. Would absolutely recommend!

Luxury Experience

This caterer goes the extra mile for you. We were unhappy with our booked caterer and Puff n Stuff was able to come up with a menu and quote us within 48 hours, just 3 weeks before our wedding. They truly value their customers and it shows in their service. From planning to execution, Puff n Stuff is highly professional, and organized, and will take care of your needs. Not to mention the food is impeccable. Our guests raved about it. Thank you Ashley and the entire Puff n Stuff team!

Definitely recommend

We hired Puff N Stuff catering over year ago for our wedding at the historic 1902 on May 15, 2022.

The team really outdid themselves and I’m thankful we were able to hire the team. We did provide our own beer and wine to save some money and the setup of the bar was perfect!

We LOVE Puff n Stuff!

Puff n stuff…absolutely AMAZING. The food is not only delicious but the presentation is beautiful and the employees are incredible. From the first time we talked to Lauren on the phone we knew we were going to be in good hands. Then when we went to our tasting and met in person….all stress regarding food and rentals went out the window because I knew Lauren had it under control.

Food was delicious!

When my Husband and I first walked into Puff and Stuff and saw all of the refrigerated trucks being loaded and tons of linens being run out the front and back door we thought to ourselves “These people must be doing something right” and from the second we met Ashley and had our first conversation it was blatantly apparent… THAT THEY HAVE THE SPECIAL SAUCE! Ashley worked hand in hand with us from beginning to end to ensure we had the best day of our lives! She even pointed out that an initial menu we had selected didn't quite fit with the rest of our wedding vision, at which point we pivoted and I'm so glad and thankful we did! We met on multiple occasions without any hesitation from her end and the insight/professionalism she displayed was a direct representation of the product we received on the day of… IMPECCABLE!! We’ve been to our fair share of weddings, and I can solemnly swear that I’ve never heard as many guests compliment an assortment of food like I did the day of our wedding! All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food!! In addition to the food the staff was super attentive as well! The bartenders, serving station chefs, and just the entire crew was out of this world! 10/10 is not enough to give the Puff and Stuff Crew!!

The best catering team around

If you're looking for a wedding caterer (or any event catering) look no further than Puff N Stuff. I'm a wedding planner and I knew the second I got engaged and started planning I wanted only the best of the best for my wedding day - which included Puff N Stuff. Working with Ashley was enjoyable, seamless and so incredibly professional. From the initial inquiry, to the tasting all the way to the final details for wedding day I can 0 stress because Ashley took care of it all. Fast forward to wedding day, the food was delicious (all of our guests were raving) and the service was 10/10. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I loved working with Puff N Stuff on my wedding day and I love working with them with my clients because they provide such a unique, creative and customizable experience. They don't have "boring" wedding food, they are able to create anything for those that are wanting so many different things! We also just worked with them for an anniversary party recently, and again 10/10 food and service. I will forever have nothing but great things to say about them!

Amazing food

I’m not a fan of buffets or wedding food, but Sandy Puff n Stuff was so helpful in providing amazing food for my guests. The spare rib and champagne chicken was delicious and all the appetizers tasted great, looked beautiful and service was flawless. Thank you so much!

Don't Look Any Further!

If you are looking for a Caterer- don't look any further! You want Puff 'N Stuff on your team. I was lucky enough to work with Ashley J., She was hands down my favorite person to work with during the entire wedding planning process. Ashley was kind, professional, informative, and on top of everything. She responded to all my questions quickly and provided helpful tips or advice when needed!

As far as the food and service on our wedding day, absolutely incredible!! Puff 'N Stuff knows what they are doing, they are a well oiled machine. I had many guests come up to me afterwards to tell me how awesome they thought the servers were. My husband and I were well taken care of by the supervisor, Sherry. My guests even started chanting her name during the wedding! lol. You will not regret choosing Puff 'N Stuff as your caterer!

We loved puff n stuff

I do not have enough nice things to say about Puff N Stuff catering. From the moment we walked in for our tasting to the night of our wedding, we were completely blown away by their service. They truly care about each and every one of their couples and you can tell the chef loves what he does by the way their food tastes!

Angel really worked with us to get our menu to highlight a little bit of both me and my husband which was great! Not only did she help us create the perfect menu but she also gave us a lot of great recommendations for other vendors, some of whom we ended up going with! She is such a sweetheart and truly made our wedding food memorable. Everyone we talked to said they loved the food and we couldn’t agree more. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious plus the quality of ingredients really made the difference. Not to mention, their team really takes the time to decorate each plate of food for each guest; that alone makes a huge impact! Due to COVID regulations, we were going to have to remove the charcuterie display but Angel worked the problem and was able to still provide a beautiful display for guests to enjoy.

We also rented our chargers and glassware through Puff N Stuff to really make the tables pop and it was one of the best decisions we made. The servers were also quick, efficient, and kind! She even made sure to get us a plate of cocktail hour food while we were doing our pictures. I could not recommend Puff N Stuff enough!

Amazing service!

Puff n Stuff exceeded expectations. Some of the favorites from the night were the tuna tartar crisps, Cuban cigars, and the mushroom ravioli. The food was delicious, but the top of the line service is what stands out the most. The team was so professional, polite, fun and attentive to not only us (bride and groom) but every single guest. We received so many compliments on the servers and bartenders and we can’t thank you enough! They also perfectly executed our signature drink which was a huge hit with our guests! Big thank you to Lauren and her team for everything! 10/10 recommend Puff n Stuff for your wedding!

Very professional and great food

Brittany at Puff N' Stuff was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive by email or phone, and was a true professional. They're a large caterer, and you will feel like you're in good hands with them. Brittany gave us multiple ideas for how to make the event run smoothly, timeline feedback, and did a lot of the tasks a wedding planner would (floorplans, coordinating with the venue, etc). Their food was delicious and very allergy-conscious. I've had multiple guests tell me how good the food was. We also had numerous guests with serious food allergies, and they were able to accommodate all those. Another big plus is that they'll let you buy alcohol from ABC instead of purchasing the full bar through them. This is a big cost-savings, and minimal fuss except for having to pick up the alcohol at the end of the wedding. But even for that, Puff N' Stuff had sorted it by type and by open packages and returnable packages. Overall, I couldn't recommend them any higher.

FANTASTIC food and service

I am amazed at how Puff N Stuff treated me throughout the whole planning process. I worked directly with Angel in Tampa and she was always quick to respond and accommodating to the changes I wanted to make throughout. The tasting was fantastic and I was provided with so many options of what to put on the menu. The food was fantastic and all of my guests really enjoyed it at the reception. They did a fantastic job getting everyone through the stations in a timely manner with a smile on their face. Their bartending was on point, with tasty drinks and quick service. I highly highly highly recommend using them for your catering service; you won't regret it! Thank you Puff N Stuff for making our wedding day so special. :)

Best wedding caterers

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Puff ‘n Stuff for our wedding last week. They were awesome!!! I can’t say enough great things about them. We worked with Sandy in Tampa throughout the planning process and she was great. She set up an at home food tasting trial that was delicious. We got to try several different foods and pick our personalized menu. Sandy was a quick responder and very easy to get a hold of through email or phone throughout the past year. We had so many comments on our yummy buffet that we chose. Every server was great at our wedding too. I hope we get the chance to eat their delicious food again. If you’re having doubts about this catering company...book them now, you won’t regret it! 🤗

Absolutely Amazing!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Puff n Stuff (PnS) Catering. We were engaged for almost 2 years and hired PnS only a few months into being engaged. No matter how far in advance, PnS was always consistent and responsive. Angel, our event manager, was the most AMAZING to work with (she is a literal "Angel"). She was always understanding, willing to accommodate, and just an all around pleasant person. The week leading up to our wedding, they helped us store the alcohol for our open bar (we supplied and they served), were on time to the venue and the food was DELICIOUS. They completed my vision for our wedding with custom appetizers and a phenomenal charcuterie table, helped my vision of our Signature Cocktails come to life, and I could not have asked for more! Hire them now!!!

Amazing food, drink and decor!!

Lauren and her team were awesome! The venue changed things up on us a few times and Lauren kept me calm and took it in stride. She understood my vision and made the day amazing. The food was delicious and the guests raved. I also had Lauren decorate the venue and supply the furniture for the reception’s lounge area. Everyone looked amazing!

Delicious food and phenomenal service

The team that took care of us on our wedding day were so comforting and professional. They were dancing behind the bar to the popular songs helping keep the party alive as they poured amazing drinks, making sure me and my husband had enough food and everything we could have needed. The food.... omg the food was soo good I ate left overs for 2 days. The champagne chicken, Chimichurri flank steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and bacon jam green beans.. omg everyone was ranting and raving about the food. We couldn’t have been happier. Brittany Davis was our go to for organizing the event and she kept the process so stress free. We are beyond thankful.

Professional and Delicious!

One word, DELICIOUS. From the moment we stepped into their building for our initial taste test, there was an air of professionalism. The food at our wedding was delicious, the service staff was polite, everyone was on time, and I got so many compliments about them! We had a plated dinner, so everything needed to go smoothly. My go to person was Lauren, and she made the process so easy (especially with all the craziness that goes along with a wedding). I cannot recommend them enough!

Food is amazing!

Wow! PNS went above and beyond my expectations. Sandy was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating when we decided to change from a sit down dinner to a more cocktail style reception due to covid. The food is phenomenal and they were able to have gluten free options for my husband. Everyone was raving about the food and the staff even made us little plates to make sure we ate! The day goes by so fast you barely get to eat so I was thankful for that. I would highly recommend them!

Rescheduled COVID wedding

We worked with Sandy Rule from Puff n Stuff in Tampa, Florida at the Armature Works. With COVID issues, we rescheduled the wedding 3 times. Sandy was great to work with and the food was delicious!

They are AMAZING!!!

Puff & Stuff- I have nothing but great things to say about them. Let's start with Sandy because I do not think our experience would have been the same without her. She went above and beyond, helping us with wedding related things outside of just catering. She is wonderful and we were very lucky to have the opportunity to work with her! She is the definition of great customer service. Now the food. It
was incredible! We are from Argentina, so we love steak, and every time we have family members in town we take them to Bern’s steakhouse. Our bar for steak is set pretty high. After dinner a family member approached the main table and said "this is better than Bern's!" Everything they served was beyond our expectations, everyone in attendance complimented the food so... Thank you Puff & Stuff... Thank you Sandy, you are the best!

The Best Caterer!!

I have been to many weddings before and have had some okay food and some great food. So when it came time for our wedding I wanted to make sure we had the absolute best food. It has been three months from our wedding and I STILL have people telling me how DELICIOUS and AMAZING our food was at our wedding. Many people have told me that their filet mignon was the best filet they have EVER had in their life. I have also heard that about the Salmon we offered along with the vegetarian dish. Honestly I have heard it about every single food option at our wedding including the Hors d'oeuvres.

Puff N Stuff had a huge menu that you get to sample from which was great to get a taste prior to our selection. They were also so adaptable to changing items to satisfy every guest including those with dietary needs.

Pleased is an understatement when it comes to reviewing Puff N Stuff. If you are looking for a caterer, look no further!!

Best catering in Orlando!

WOW. Hands down best experience with a caterer, ever. I hired Puff 'n Stuff Catering for our wedding reception, and was absolutely blown away. Brittany, Amy and the entire Puff team were wonderful to work with, from booking to event execution. We had a backyard wedding reception at the house my husband grew up in, which is definitely a "non-traditional venue". I will just say that it was not a turn-key event to plan, and Puff coordinated every detail with ease. I'm still getting calls from our guests, and the second thing they say after congratulating us is "The flaming doughnut station at your wedding was everything!". The food was perfection. The servers were seasoned professionals. Our bartenders did not skip a beat the entire night! I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day so special.

Absolutely Delicious!

We had to use Puff 'n Stuff for our wedding because of the venue we booked which made us a little nervous at first, but we could not have been happier with them! They food was amazing and the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. We had never had their food before our tasting, but we were blown away at our tasting. It was such a great experience. Everything we tried was so delicious that we had a hard time picking our menu. We had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They are the best! Highly recommend them!

Excellent and Professional Caterer!

Great food and so easy to work with! After we had our tasting, they were happy to customize some things on the menu for us. The staff on the day of our wedding were all so friendly and accommodating. Sandy was our coordinator for the day and she was so sweet. During cocktail hour, she made sure that me (bride), the mother of the bride and mother of the groom each got a plate full of the different appetizers. The food was excellent and we received many compliments from our guests on it! Would definitely recommend Puff n Stuff!

Everyone adored the food

Best food ever and all the staff are very friendly and are the utmost face of professionalism.
I originally wasn't going to consider PnS as their cost was on the higher end of the list of approved caterers from our venue. However my (now)husband convinced me to go meet with them to see. It turns out they were doing a summer incentive special, which took the cost of wedding buffet for 75 people way down.

I'm SO glad my husband convinced me to go meet with them. The coordinator who met us for a quote didn't try to hard-sell us, she just answered all our questions and concerns, and her attention to detail won me over in terms of wanting to hire them for their professionalism. Then it turns out another couple just had their tasting and so they brought some of the extra food for us to try. And then I was 100% sold because that food was to die for.

Our first coordinator left a couple months after we signed the contract, but PnS immediately assigned us Mary and Sarah and they were joys to work with. We have a lot of guests with strange food allergies and they made detailed notes on that and helped with communication between us and the kitchen so we can tailor our menu. They also laid out all the costs clearly so we were not blindsided by anything at any point.

The food the day-of was amazing. They also made sure to set aside a plate for us during cocktail hour so we can sit for a few minutes and enjoy it before the madness of the reception. The bartender and servers were attentive and friendly. All our guests loved the food and kept telling us so.

If you have the budget for PnS, or they're just a tiny bit over your catering budget, I highly suggest making them the thing you splurge on for the wedding because people will forever remember the delicious food.

My wedding june 2019!

Puff n Stuff not only showed great professionalism on my special day but were awesome to work with leading up to the big day. Our tasting with them absolutely sold us. My wedding day could not have been YUMMIER and more perfect. I have received such awesome feedback from guests saying the food was phenomenal and the staff was exquisite. Having a background in the catering business, I knew how tough it was to make sure the food was warm, fresh, restocked, and readily available for all guests so I was nothing but impressed. Without feeling bombarded during my reception, I was approached by a few staff members throughout the night ensuring that I had what I needed and asked if they could get anything for me. They were SO polite and professional. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Everything we expected and more!

Puff 'n Stuff catering was perfect from start to finish! Although my mom was the one dealing with communicating with vendors the majority of the time, she shared with me that communicating with the staff at Puff 'n Stuff was very easy. They were always available to answer any questions we had and their response time was quick! Definitely go hungry when you go to try some of the menu items - the portion sizes were very generous! We chose to purchase our own alcohol for my wedding, but we were able to deliver all of our beverages to Puff 'n Stuff before the wedding. They delivered it to the venue for us, which made everything so much easier! The day of the wedding ran very smoothly and their food was AMAZING! Their staff was so friendly and were all very good at their jobs! My guests were completely taken care of. All of my guests raved about how delicious the food was and there was more than enough to go around! Puff 'n Stuff packed up all of the leftovers and my husband and I got to take them home with us!

From dinner to donuts everything was amazing

We got the pleasure to work with Brittany for our wedding at the Orchid Garden. Everything was from our tasting to our wedding was amazing. They are so easy to work with and they made sure we got the exact food we wanted for our wedding. We added on the blazing donut station which was the best decision ever. Our guests loved it!!!! We found out a guest had switched to a vegetarian diet about 3 days before our wedding. Even with little notice they were able to accommodate a special meal for her. They truly want you to be happy. We switched a couple of things after we finalized our menu after our tasting and again it wasn’t a big deal to them at all. The quality of the food was great. Everything was hot and the food was fresh. We were very happy with Puff N Stuff from beginning to end. If you are lucky enough to work with Brittany just know you are in good hands! She responds quickly to emails and suggests things to personalize the food at your wedding. That is how we found out about the blazing donuts.

So glad we hired Puff N Stuff

Mary B and Sara E. and all the staff were wonderful. Not only was the food great, everything looked nice and the staff was so eager to please. I originally thought it was more expensive, but they actually included more than other vendors and I was very pleased with the price and quality. It is important when looking at vendors to make sure the contracts are equal when looking at prices. Mary was also and excellent source of advice. She really is experienced and knows the business. I will definitely use them in the future for any catering needs. My daughter was married at the Winter Park Farmers Market. It takes an excellent caterer to transform this place into an elegant wedding in two hours after the actual farmers market closes!

Food that EVERYONE keeps talking about!

If you want wedding food that all your guests rave about, please go with Puff N Stuff! All our guests could talk about all night was how amazing the food was. On top of that, the head supervisor for the night was extremely accommodating and made sure me and my husband were well taken care of. They truly care about their customers and the service was top notch!!

Great customer service and delicious food

Puff and Stuff is an amazing company! If you are getting married or even having a corporate event, I highly recommend that you check them out! They have a very organized factory-like system, however, they make sure to personalize the experience. I met with Mary Brumley, and she was incredible and knows a lot about weddings. I only eat fish (which Mary did not know) and since all of my choices for my food tasting were meat and chicken, she had the chef make me a salmon on the spot! It was such an unexpected gesture and made me feel very special! They have the ability to do so much, I believe due to their organized company. This company will make you feel special and excited about your event.

Pre-Wedding Party AND Reception

We used Puff N Stuff to cater our wedding AND our "pre-wedding party" at our home. Two days before our wedding we hosted a party for approximately 100 guests at our home and Puff N Stuff DELIVERED! Holy moly, they were great! They provided all the food, they brought a bartender, they brought linens and even a couple extra bar tables. The food was PHENOMENAL and there were only 2 leftover boxes at the end of the night. Everyone LOVED the food. They were clean and professional and set up and broke down everything! It was great! We then used them as our caterers for our wedding. The cocktail hour appetizers were amazing and had a buffet with a carving station as our reception dinner. Everything was delicious and gorgeous! Definitely appealing to the eye and the tummy! Haha! Again, we only had about 4-5 leftover boxes from the reception dinner. The food was so good and the staff was phenomenal! I would absolutely recommend them for weddings, parties.... anything that needs to be catered!

Palmetto Bed & Breakfast 2.9.2019

Lauren and the Puff N Stuff dream executed our vision flawlessly and our guests are still talking about it! Since we first met with Lauren, she took the time to really walk us through all our options and during our "tasting" she was able to accommodate our parents to be part of the day. Our families are blended with mine being Cuban and my husbands from Germany. We wanted to really showcase our love for food to our guest. I grew up in Spain and knew I had to have a paella station! When we had our tasting, the Chef did a wonderful job but my parents had a few "recommendations" they wanted and Puff N Stuff was quick to accommodate. The day of our wedding the paella was the highlight! We had a wonderful cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres to include these adorable "Cuban cigars" and lamb chops-SOOOO delicious our guest couldn't stop talking about them. Our dinner was "interactive food stations" with a total of 3 stations and they were all wonderful. The day of our wedding, the Puff N Stuff team made our guest experience so wonderful. My husband and I had two wonderful wait staffs that catered to our every need including serving our special "wine" we had saved to enjoy during our meal. Lastly, the Puff N Stuff team helped with our signature drinks, "Hers" and Aperol Spritz and "His" a Martini and Lauren was patience enough to listen to exactly how we wanted the drinks made for our guest to enjoy. Great team, great food, great customer service and personalization to your day. Don't look further and book your wedding or event with Puff N Stuff!

Flexible, affordable and professional

Puff n Stuff was amazing. Angel was our event coordinator, and there was seriously not one thing she couldn't do for us. I feel like we had so many requests that kept piling up, and she just made everything come together perfectly. She was truly a pleasure to work with! We got so many compliments on the appetizers, meals and drinks! If I ever plan a catered event again, I will not hesitate to contact Puff n Stuff.

Puff N Stuff catered the food for my wedding at Orchid Garden on 1/12. It was AMAZING!! I was surprised how flavorful it tasted and how well it was presented. I also have to give major props because I, as well as a few of my guests, have dietary restrictions and they were able to make an amazing vegan and gluten free dish (and no it was not just a salad!) that was yummy and filling. The other main dishes included the seabass and beef short rib and according to my husband and guests- it all tasted great and cooked to perfection! So glad PNS was able to cater at my wedding!

Mary and Megan are worth every penny

To be completely honest they were going to be our first choice but after our experience they will be our first choice no matter what. Mary brumley started planning our wedding and with experience and skills you’re just completely reassured everything is going to go right. She honestly was like a planner & caterer & gave us really good advice for everything. Every time we met with her we left feeling so much better and a lot less stressed. We can’t imagine what we would have done without her. Everybody at Puff n Stuff makes you feel like you’re cared about and appreciated. Even when Mary ended up having to go out of town the week before our wedding we had no worries. Megan who was the one on site for our wedding was on top of everything and took it over seamlessly when Mary found out she’d be gone during our wedding weekend. We even had a few last minute changes with guest counts and meal changes and they were super nice about it and flexible.

Great Food and People

When considering our fully vegan wedding at Orlando Science Center we knew we had to find a caterer that fit our needs. Several reviews, and a recommendation from our venue, brought us to PnS and we were beyond happy with this team and our meal selections! Working with Theresa was a breeze as we worked through a menu that wasn’t too “weird” for our pickier eaters, but also fit our lifestyle needs. The waitstaff, bartender, and Theresa were the perfect touch to our wedding, and our guests raved about the food!

A huge benefit was the team packing to go boxes for my husband and I to enjoy later, if we didn’t get our fill during the reception from all the guest interactions and wedding adrenalin. If we could do it all over again we would definitely pick PnS time and time again!

Such an amazing and impressive company! When I first reached out to Puff N' Stuff, I was dealing with Ed and he was absolutely amazing! He let my mom and I come in and spend about an hour with him trying to figure out what kind of food we wanted and such! He was so very patient and made sure to let us know some of his thoughts as well, which I absolutely appreciated because he knows more about catering a large even than I did! Also, when my mom and I first got to their facility in Tampa, we were super impressed! i literally knew I wanted to book them once I saw the amazing up to date facility they were working in! Also, they bring their own ovens to your venue! The food is served HOT to your guests, as it should be! Closer to my wedding, Lauren became our consultant and she was just as amazing as Ed! Again, she sat down with my mom and I for over an hour so we could go over EVERY detail of everything. She was also super helpful with getting the right number of hors d'oeuvres. The day of my wedding, the staff arrived promptly and set everything up beautifully! I had rented glassware and some linens from them! All of which was exactly as ordered! During cocktail hour, a waitress was strictly for my husband and I and brought us a few of each of the hors d'oeuvres (and for our wedding party) before we went out for pictures. They even got our drink order and brought it to us outside! Throughout my entire wedding, the same two people would check on my husband and I to make sure we didn't want ANYTHING else! Our drinks were never empty, they were on top of it! My guests were very impressed with the food and the service, as was I! This company is stellar to work with during the planning process and even more amazing during the actual event! My stepmom owns a restaurant so she is super picky, she has been raving about their food!

Our guest are still talking about how amazing our food was. We worked with Kathy Wilson and she took care of anything and everything!!! We had buffet style services with serves filling drinks and serving salads. They were on top of it all night keeping the tables clean and our guest so happy. They boxed up our left overs and made sure they got home to us! We requested a lot of things that aren’t directly on our website and ways we wanted the food displayed based off of things from Pinterest and they had no problem bringing them to life for us! Highly highly suggest using this service! The food and the service at your wedding is nooot something you want to cut corners on!

Puff 'n Stuff was a fantastic caterer for our wedding day! We wanted to use them because they are super professional, and the quality of food is always top notch! We worked with Mary in Sales, and she was wonderful with the tastings. She made sure everything we wanted, down to the Eggplant Lamour napkins was spot on! The setup of the reception area was phenomenal and the food was bomb! We highly recommend. We also did a plated dinner, and it went so smoothly, and the guests loved it!

Puff N Stuff recently catered our wedding (we did a buffet and provided our own alcohol). The food was great, staff was awesome, they were accommodating to last minute changes, the catering manager brought us cold towels to put on our necks because it was so hot outside. They made sure we had everything we needed and our guests complimented the staff as well. They were dancing and singing a little bit with our music which made them even more fun! The manager got back to our emails quickly and they were efficient with all the details. They made it super easy. They packed up our leftover food and sent it home with us, we had it again the next day and it was delicious! Thank you guys so much!

Puff N Stuff catered our March 15 2018 wedding at Ballroom at Church Street. I am going to try to make this review short because thinking back on how everything tasted is making my mouth water! Firstly, we loved that there was an array of menus and prices to suit our tastes and budget. We are fans of Italian food so we opted for the buffet style Tuscan menu. The exquisite mushroom cannelloni by itself was an experience. I vividly remember attending the menu tasting and thinking about how our guests will probably be sending us thank you cards! Later on, the dinner and the appetizers (my favorite were the shrimp ones) tasted just as delectable during our wedding reception and much later as the boxed up leftovers in our hotel room. I was told our guests were running back for seconds!! :) The catering/beverage staff were professional, friendly, and provided service excellent enough to rival "fictional dancing furniture" (haha). Puff N Stuff was perfect! Thank you Brittany, Amy, and your team for making our wedding delicious!

Our experience with Puff 'n Stuff was PERFECT! From our very first meeting, to our tasting, right up to the big night, everyone we spoke with was pleasant, prompt, accommodating and flexible. We primarily worked with Sarah, who went above and beyond to make the whole experience of planning a wedding so special. The food was unique, hot and delicious - at the tasting AND at the wedding! We had a seated dinner with 4 meal options (one being a vegan option for some of our guests who have dietary restrictions). Everything was flawless! I highly recommend Puff 'n Stuff! Yes and yes! Puff N Stuff was one of my favorite vendors for the wedding. They were incredibly flexible, helping us to decide on a meal that would fit our price range and taste. The tasting was AMAZING and the meals during the ceremony were equally good. Sometimes when you are cooking for a large group, the food doesn't come out as good as the tasing, but not so with Puff N Stuff. We got so many compliments on the food. The staff was SO attentive on the day of the wedding, making sure we had food right away and even bringing us in water and snacks prior to the ceremony while they were still in the process of setting up. Highly recommend!

Their food was amazing!!!!!! I cannot stress it enough! If you are in the Tampa bay area or Orlando area anywhere they are located book their catering service. My husband and I are I guess what people call foodies and my husband is very picky about his food and how it tastes. Their food was phenomenal! I'm glad I got to taste the food before because to be honest I wasn't able to enjoy it at my wedding, could have been the nerves but I couldn't bring myself to eat and I am still really upset about that. Our guests raved about the food though. I did ask them to box up any salvageable left over food but unfortunately my dad was only thinking about himself and ate them before we could. Definitely a must!! Thank you!! I wonder if I could stop by and get a plate to mimic what we had.

Working with the Puff n' Stuff Team was an absolute pleasure! From working with Lucille, Angel, and Kim on planning our menu and the lead-up, to the staff that worked our cocktail hour and reception, to the chefs, we couldn't be happier with the way the food and the meals turned out - and neither could our guests! So many guests raved to us the night of and even after our wedding how good the food was (especially the short rib entree and the coconut shrimp hors d'oeuvres)! The staff that waited on our guests at cocktail hour were constantly walking around making sure our guests always had food. They even brought separate plates for my husband and I while we were taking our pictures and to our family, as well, when we were taking our family pictures so none of us went hungry! As we were leaving, they even packed us a take-home bag with some leftovers so my husband and I could eat once we got back to our hotel. We were so happy with the food and service by the Puff n' Stuff team and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and affordable caterer!

Puff & Stuff is known as the best for a reason, and I could not stop dreaming about the stuffed chicken before my wedding day! They were great about making alterations to our order, and keeping us informed about the final plan. I loved working with Puff'n Stuff for my wedding in November. I was trying to decide between PS and another comparable caterer. I ended up choosing PS based on the tasting and the event planner, Mary Brumley. Mary was very easy to communicate, very accommadating and professiona. lOn the day of my wedding, as soon as PS arrived at the venue they took control of everything and coordination with other vendors were taking care of seemlessly. Also Tommy, the manager of the night, was so helpful and took good care of us. The food was exceptional. Everyone was raving about how delicious were the salmon, mashed potatoes, the beef tenderloin and everything else.

I worked with Puff N Stuff for my wedding at Armature Works. I was in love with them from the first bite I took at my tasting! Everyone that I worked with was extremely professional, and responsive to emails or phone calls. They also worked seamlessly with my day of coordinator to finalize details. I received endless amounts of compliments from guests about how kind and attentive the servers were, and how delicious the food was. They were also extremely accommodating when we needed an espresso maker, and when we were short several heads, they were able to accommodate out menu. I would definitely keep Puff N Stuff in mind for future events.

After our destination wedding was cancelled because of Hurricane Irma destroying our venue, rescheduling was not a choice because of health concerns with a few of our main guest and all of our friends and family had already booked flights. We were left with 4 days to re plan an entire wedding. Lauren was quick to lend a helping hand with our catering needs even with the last minute request. She was a huge help with everything including finding us a dance floor when the DJ couldn't. The food was delicious and we had plenty for all the guest, including a few boxes to go. The wait staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We could of never pulled off a wedding like we had without the help of Lauren and her team, I would recommend them to anyone that has any catering needs. Thank you again.

If you are considering hiring Puff N Stuff to cater your event my advice is to DO IT right away. I’ve been to so many weddings where the food was bland or not cooked evenly and I’ve heard from a few people that had amazing tastings but when the food was cooked in large quantities it was nothing like what they had at the tasting.

This will NOT be the case with Puff N Stuff: all of my guests were RAVING about the food all night and asking the staff for containers of leftovers to go because it was so good. Puff n stuff gave my groom and I individually packaged meals of everything to take home and it was even amazing the next day! Our passed appetizers were so good that some of our guests had competitions to see who could steal the most appetizers from each other during cocktail hour.

In addition to the food being amazing, the staff was so friendly and professional I was blown away: I felt happy and comfortable from the moment I went to our tasting and met Nicole until the day of the wedding when out event supervisor Kelly came up to us and said “I’ll take care of you all night, don’t worry about a thing.” She kept a drink in our hands and a smile on our face all night – we could not be any happier with our choice to have Puff n Stuff cater our wedding. Thank you for the best wedding food I’ve ever tasted and the best service we could ask for!

Lauren & her team at Puff 'n Stuff are second-to-none, truly. We were lucky enough for Puff to cater our wedding, and they did not disappoint, coming up with a gorgeous one-of-a-kind menu that reflected our unique tastes as well as what was seasonal and special. Unfortunately on the day of our wedding, it rained (and not a light sprinkle!), but Lauren orchestrated service and quality that was not dampered by our weather, ensuring that all the meals were kept piping hot and not wet from the transitions between tents. Our guests kept telling us how every where they turned, there was food--and not just food, but incredible tasting, perfectly presented food. Lauren, you are the best!

Puff n Stuff is AMAZING! The entire experience couldn't have been any more perfect! The service and food were both professional and delicious! They were on top of everything the entire night of the wedding. We chose to have a plated meal with filet, chicken, and salmon and from what I heard, everyone loved their dish! Can't recommend them enough!

Puff n’ Stuff did an amazing job start to finish, from the first tasting to the wedding day, they were on point. Lauren and Angel were a pleasure to work with, and the staff was very professional. Puff n’ Stuff provided the food for our cocktail hour and reception dinner. My husband and I received so many compliments about the food and service. Puff n’ Stuff caters all the major events at my work, and I was always impressed with the food and service they provided. They did not disappoint for our wedding either and I would recommend them to anyone!

We worked with Mary, and she was so patient and helpful! The staff the day of were wonderful, everything was ready when it was supposed to be, and everything was DELICIOUS. We were so happy with this team and the service, but the food was so good, we still have guests commenting on how good it was!

I could not have dreamed of a more perfect day! The amount of people complimenting the meals the day after the wedding was too many to count! The staff was outstanding and VERY sweet! LOTS of compliments on the specialty drinks.
I could go on but all in all, everything was more than perfect!

My Husband and I decided to go with Puff N Stuff even though they were on the higher end of our budget, and I am so glad we did! From the beginning, we worked with Nicole and Cristina and received nothing short of excellent service. They worked with our budget, gave us honest feedback with the menu, and even offered to step in when our band was being less than responsive to logistical inquiries. I knew going into the wedding that I would not have to worry about the quality of food and service from my caterers and I was right. All the staff members at the wedding were extremely polite and helpful; nothing but smiles and kind words. Everyone loved the food and the extras were bagged and ready for us to take home as soon as the night ended. Nicole and Cristina, thank you for your professionalism and for just being awesome!

You will not find people more committed to getting your day right than Puff n Stuff. Planning my wedding from 1000 miles away without ever having seen the venue was both nerve-racking and difficult, and I don't know that I would've been successful without PnS.
My venue dictated that I had to use one of six caterers. I contacted all six including PnS, and knew right away that I wanted to work with Nicole. Where other caterers were borderline rude and made me feel like my wedding was too small for them to care about, Nicole was incredibly helpful. She was familiar with my venue and created a timeline for me during our first conversation. She offered great suggestions and checked whether PnS could handle my cake, chair rentals, and linens. (They could!) Her help saved me tons of time and stress.
After our initial conversations, Christina at Puff n Stuff took over adjusting and finalizing my proposal. Just like Nicole, she was nothing but helpful and patient. At one point, we considered switching from a buffet to a plated service. She changed our proposal a few times to give us pricing for everything. Whereas someone else may have become frustrated with my barrage of questions, she was always supportive and super responsive.
On my wedding day, I was floored. Our point person was Fiona, and there are no words to tell you how amazing her and the rest of the on site Puff n Stuff team were. For example, I arrived at the venue when they were in the middle of setting the silverware on the tables. Fiona noticed that I had brought a burlap runner, and when I mentioned that I didn't want to mess up the place settings, she not only told me not to worry about it, but proceeded to help me put the runner on the tables. It was such a kind gesture and that was within the first five minutes. The whole rest of the night she and her team proved just as wonderful.
Everyone commented on the delicious food, the friendly service, and how beautfully the room was appointed. 5 stars.

There aren't enough stars to give this company! From the moment we inquired with Mary, it was smooth sailing. She was extremely helpful, got us in for a tasting immediately and even accommodated my ever changing mind and seating charts lol! Thank you guys for absolutely everything. Our guests have still not stopped talking about the food which is AMAZING. Seriously, I went to another tasting and they blew them out of the water. I would recommend Puff N Stuff to absolutely anyone! The guests truly DO remember the food and this investment was so worth it. The staff was so helpful, friendly and engaging. Everything went perfect and I would do it all over again if I had the chance. Mary even helped me plan and was always available (her and Jessica) every single time I had a question or concern. They were just wonderful! My friend who is currently a bride said she ate every thing on her plate and is now inquiring for her wedding as well. They are simply the best! And a HUGE thank you to Mary, you rock.

We hired Puff n Stuff to cater our engagement party. Booking and coordination was seamless, and all of the staff were very responsive. At the party, the staff were friendly and professional. We had heard so many compliments about Puff N Stuff catering, that I arranged a tasting for my daughter and her fiancé for their upcoming wedding. They were pretty much sold after trying a selection of appetizers and main dishes. They enjoyed the dishes so much that I actually canceled the other tastings and sent in a deposit.
Communication was a breeze with Amy, our event planner, and Trish Seegobin, event coordinator. Meeting Amy for the first time was like meeting with a life long friend. She offered suggestions and listened to concerns. Amy and Trish both patiently answered all of my questions and quelled my mini panic attacks during the week prior to the wedding!
Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour as they were offered several choices of fresh and interesting appetizers I could hear everyone asking who had tried which appetizer and arguing as to which was the best. The tables indoors were set beautifully for dinner, and the food was plated attractively. Our guests commented not only on the wonderful flavor of the food itself, but also on the large quantities of food offered.
I cannot compliment enough the wonderful service we received by Puff N Stuff. The entire staff was dressed professionally, moved through the rooms seamlessly, and was kind spoken. While this company is used to catering parties that are much, much larger than our group, we were made to feel that our impression of their service was truly important to all of them. Following dinner and dessert, the staff promptly cleaned up and exited the property, without anyone noticing or even knowing that they were gone ~ except for me, mother of the bride, because they asked once again if there was anything else that they could assist with or provide before they left.
Awesome service! Tremendous Meals!

Lauren created the perfect menu for our small plates, around the world concept. We had 5 chef attended stations. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was beautifully executed and delicious. Serving staff kept the tables clear. We could not have hoped for anything better.

Mary and her assistant Carlie were wonderful to work with! My now husband and I primarily met in person with Mary, and she was always warm and patient with us and our many questions. Our tasting was fabulous; I wish we could eat our wedding menu every week! Though we were primarily recommended Puff n Stuff as the preferred caterer for our venue, we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Their staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and they know what they're doing, which makes the planning process run nice and smoothly. The wall of linens is also pretty impressive (if not a little intimidating at first!) and our chosen linens looked wonderful in our venue and with our centerpieces and lighting. Puff n' stuff catered my daughter's wedding 2 days ago and both the food and staff were absolutely awesome. We could never have planned this or have been pleased with the outcome without their help, guidance, and patience. Their suggestions and support were wonderful and they are so knowledgeable that they helped sort through options for me and made the process so much easier. They consistently went above and beyond- a rare find these days. Nicole and Christina have been more like helpful friends than hired vendors. Knowing that they were handling my daughter's wedding down to the last detail like choosing napkin folds, left me able to devote my attention to my daughter.
Durung planning, everything we tried was awesome and they even asked for our suggestions and adjustments at the tasting. The food was all amazing and their list of choices is massive!
At the venue, the buffet presentation was beautiful and the efficiency of their serving was impressive. Everyone I have talked to since then is still telling me how much they loved the food! Even my husbands coworkers wanted more, so he took them some of the leftovers today. (It's so good I don't really want to share)
I can never praise or thank them enough for helping make my daughter's day everything she dreamed of.

We used Puff ‘n Stuff as our wedding caterer, and I’m so glad we did! They created a custom menu for us that fit within our budget, and our guests absolutely loved the food. Working with Heidi was fantastic. She took the few ideas we had for food and created the most beautiful vision of appetizers and food stations that were so yummy. Many of our guests work in the food industry, and they were blown away by the quality and service Puff ‘n Stuff provided. I would highly recommend hiring them!

I was recommended to puff n stuff by my venue. I immediately was contacted back by Mary where she put menus in our hands the same day of contact. We were able to select what we wanted and set up a tasting very quickly! When we came on our testing we were greeted with personalized signs in Parking, front desk, and tasting menu. That really made us feel special and amped up the wedding excitement. The food was amazing, we had a few special requests as far as dietary restrictions and personal preferences on meat temperature and the accommodated us in every way. We loved them and highly recommend there professionalism and high quality service. You get what you pay for and they were worth every penny.

Nicole G and Christina M were awesome! They were extremely polite and professional the whole time planning our wedding with them. They went above and beyond to make sure our menu and overall details of the day were seamless! The food was great and everyone said they enjoyed their dinner as well as the yummy dessert spread we had. Nicole and Christina are true professionals and were very considerate about a few of our guests with food allergies. The chef even took time to meet the guests and offered alternative menu items for them. The rest of the staff were super attentive and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of the whole evening. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much for such a great wedding! The venue where I got married only allowed 5 certain vendors. Every vendor my husband and I tried was bland and boring. All of the chicken was cooked the same, they just added a different sauce such as Marsala over it. Puff N Stuff's food is to die for! Every piece of meat is cooked to perfect and the mashed potatoes are heavenly. The one thing everyone raved about at my wedding was the food!

I had the pleasure of working with Puff n’ Stuff as our wedding caterer and they never ceased to amaze me with their delicious food, detailed planning, professionalism and organization! Ashley was our planner and I cannot rave about her enough in just one online review. From the beginning, I felt as though she was just as invested in my wedding as if it were her own. I had never realized how much a caterer plays a part in the overall event. Handling the food at the event (though that is a big job!) is only the start. Ashley was always quick to respond to my fleeting thoughts and helped me strategize every detail. She is a beautiful person inside and out and her passion for what she does shines through in her planning. Puff' n Stuff was absolutely amazing for our dream wedding. Ashley did such a fantastic job helping us to create the perfect menu and feel for our wedding. I had no idea what kind of food we wanted and she helped out so much.

They did a private tasting for us with the actual menu options she helped us to create. We looked at two other catering companies and really preferred Puff' n Stuff from the beginning to the end.

The event was beautiful, they were organized, on time, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was AMAZING and freshly made at our wedding so nothing was reheated, it was all fresh.

Our guests complimented their staff and food throughout the whole night. We couldn't have asked for better for our food and bar.

My fiance and I tried 4 different caterers in the area for our wedding at Leu Gardens. I had heard alot of great things about Puff n Stuff so i had high expectations, and when i went in for our tasting, i was BLOWN AWAY!!!! Not only is their food amazing, they put so much though into attention to detail and they even do a tour of their whole facility. Booking them was probably the easiest decision we had to make during wedding planning. We worked with Nicole throughout the whole process and she was wonderful. You can tell she really cares about her couples and has a passion for her job. The communication was always quick. Our guests at the wedding LOVED the food, said it was delicious, and even went back for seconds. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. If you are looking for an amazing caterer, look no further because you will not be disappointed with Puff n Stuff. My best friend actually has them for her wedding in August and i CANT WAIT to have their amazing food once again. Thank you Puff n Stuff for making our wedding day so amazing!

Nicole and Christina were completely awesome to work with. They did a fantastic job putting together our menu and arranging all of the details for our wedding ceremony. Clearly this was not their first go around, but we sincerely appreciated all that they did to make things run smoothly.

We also loved the team who came to our event...Supervisor Ashley, as well as Rosa and David were all so gracious, positive and happy to be there. I know there were a couple more people helping, however those were the ones who we met and captured their names. This team was absolutely phenomenal. We did not need to ask for anything. Each time we turned around, they were already bringing something to us or taking care of something so we didn’t have to, nor did our family! Our only regret was that we didn’t get a picture with them.

We will definitely be back for future events! We were incredibly thankful for all involved during our special day and couldn’t have imagined anything better or different! Puff 'n Stuff absolutely has a way of hiring people who have a desire to serve with sweet, genuine spirits, who move around almost invisibly…and yet you cannot help but recognize their presence because everything is perfect. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

They are so friendly, professional, and helpful! We are from VA and had our wedding in Lake Mary, FL... Ashley from Puff n Stuff was in touch and on the ball the whole time we planed, offering us many options to make our day that much more memorable. We had the Chicken Duxelles and New York Sirloin with Chimichurri sauce as the Buffet option and our guests raved about it all night!!!! Our experience working with the staff at Puff n Stuff, and our contacts Christina and Nicole was amazing. Our food was beyond delicious. We asked Puff n Stuff to make some changes during our tasting, and they absolutely perfected our dishes for our wedding. Our guests raved about the food; everyone we talked to said it was outstanding.

The staff at Puff n Stuff is phenomenal. Everyone we talked to was kind, responsive, helpful, and just all around awesome. Their service is impeccable. Many of our guests raved about how wonderful all of the staff was. I've never seen an entire team work together so hard and so well to make sure their customers are happy. It's remarkable.

The set-up of venue was gorgeous. it was everything we dreamed of and even more beautiful.

All of the little things Puff n Stuff did - sending us home with our leftover food, the details in their set-up, made for an exceptional customer experience. My husband and I highly recommend Puff n Stuff. We were blown away.

From the first moment I contacted Nicole G. through the end of our wedding reception, we had an amazing time! From the pre-planning, to the preparation, there is nothing that was left unanswered! Nicole and Christina M. were wonderful and patience. They were very responsive to all my questions. PnS provided the catering for our 10.10.15 wedding and the food was phenomenal. It tasted the same it did when we did our food tasting. We had heavy appetizers during the cocktail hour and for dinner: steak, mahi, veggies and mushroom risotto. No one complained and everyone kept letting us know how delicious everything was! We also had an open bar downstairs for cocktail and two upstairs during the reception and everyone made use of it. Loved their service and staff.

DELICIOUS!! HIGHLY recommend! We had the Red Wine braised short ribs and Champagne chicken....everyone commented on how good the food was at our wedding! So yummy! Thank you Puff n' Stuff!

Words cannot express how amazing Puff n Stuff catering is. Our guest are still talking about how great the food was! Not only was the planning process fun, but stress free. I worked with Nicole Geradi and Christina Mercer, and they went above and beyond to make my wedding day a breeze. They even suggested ways that my Husband and I could save money!
