  I would give this Limo company 0 stars if it was not for it's pleasant driver who truly offer some beautiful words of advice as I stepped out of the limo. However, the limo company called me the day before the wedding to let me know they were not going to be able to get me the cadillac stretch limo I reserved months prior and would only be able to send me in a hummer which was horrible to me because it's not the look of the wedding I was going for. The woman who called was extremely rude, she told me I was getting a "better value" than what I paid for and dismissed the fact that it was very important to me to not ride in a hummer.

  We had a great plan to surprise our daughter on her birthday. The stretch limo from Prestige Limo was 40 minutes late arriving. We had 10 girls waiting outside in 40 degree temps for 40 minutes for the car to show up. I placed multiple calls to the company during this time and was told several lies... that the driver is \"2 minutes away\" (yet driver didn\'t show up for 35 minutes after that statement) another time I called I was told the driver is in a town 5 minutes away\", (yet driver didn\'t show up for at least another 20 minutes). The stretch limo that finally arrived was a hunk of junk! The lights inside the limo didn\'t work, so the girls couldn\'t see each other. The power steering was broken, so going down the street, the car was actually EMBARRASSING with the noises it made when turning. Such a complete disappointment. I expressed my disappointment with the Company. I have emailed the Company and no response from that either. TERRIBLE!
