We used Premier for our wedding and rehearsal dinner food - the wedding was at Lake View Banquet Center in Rossford. We worked with Tammy at Premier. She was super friendly and really knew her stuff. We got SO many compliments on the food! Premiers pricing was pretty competitive with the other caterers I priced. Tammy also made sure that we were ok at the reception - she brought me an apron to cover my lap so I wouldn't drip on my dress! You can bring in your own liquor - that was awesome! For our rehearsal we had a pasta bar. IT WAS FABULOUS! Highly recommend Premier!

Premier catering is very friendly and accommodating. Their hall locations are beautiful and the best part is you are to bring your own alcohol. They provide everything else, the soda, the cups, ice, napkins, bar tender... everything! But by providing the alcohol and juice for mixed drinks ourselves it cut the cost of our bar fees in 1/2! And we purchased 3 kegs, but didn't quit use 2. We only purchased one case each of 2 different liquors and a few bottles of a 3rd type and we still really overbought. We had a reception of between 200 and 250 people.

Premier Catering was a wonderful experience!! The quality of food and service was above and beyond! Nancy made sure that our wedding went smoothly and took care of everything!!

Nancy at Premier catering was our go to person. She quickly returned any phone calls or emails and designed a reception menu around the specific items that we wanted. She was there on the day we set up the reception and she was also there on the day of. The service and quality of the food was impeccable! P.S. We have never tasted better garlic mashed potatoes. :)
