My son & daughter-in-law's wedding was out of the country & followed by a local celebration at PVCC. We were postponed 15 months due to the pandemic. Julie was super during the entire planning process. Day of event, Kelly was amazing. All of the food service staff were professional and appropriate. Food was beautifully presented and very tasty. All of our plans came to fruition. Very noteworthy since there were so many changes as pandemic restrictions kept changing. Highly recommend PVCC as a venue for a wedding or other celebratory event. -

Not only did I have my wedding here 6 months ago, but this past weekend, I also my party here to celebrate my job promotion! Julie and Patricia from the events team are so professional, and Kelly their event coordinator is FABULOUS. She helps make everything run smoothly and allowed me to enjoy two amazing days of my life worry-free. Thank you PVCC for helping make all of our events with you so memorable! -

PVCC and the entire team were amazing! Kelly Mattinson, the event planner, is "the BEST." Kelly has talent for coordination and putting you at ease...when she says that she will take care of you, she will. She directed me to the best vendors and every thing played out, just as we planned. The venue was beautiful and the service impeccable. Consider PVCC for your wedding or special event. -

My husband and I are thrilled with how our wedding turned out! It rained on our big day and we were so grateful that it still turned out fabulously! Kelly our coordinator look care of everything and did an outstanding job! Ceaser our DJ kept the party going all night long, Jenny our photographer was amazing, and all of our guests commented how fun Tammy’s photo booth was. Our families and friends all commented on how it was one of the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you Porter Ranch Country club!!! -

I love the attention we got from the staff there through out our time of planning. We had an amazing Wedding day and the staff on the day of was amazing they kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay and if we were having a good time. The venue was set up exactly how I pictured it. The guest kept saying how elegant and nice it was. The food was delicious. This place has vendors that they work with which made the Wedding planning process so much easier. This place has to be the go to place for any event needed. I would definitely recommend this place to other people and definitely keep this place in mind for any other events that I might need. Thank you so much Porter Valley for making our dream wedding come true. -

Meghann Sent on 12/04/2017We recently had our wedding at Porter Valley Country Club in November. We loved the venue before the remodel as we booked with them 18 months prior. Once the venue changed we fell even more in love with it. The colors match with everything beautifully. We dealt with Patricia and Julie equally which can be a bit challenging through email to get all information accurate when planning from Northern California. They both respond rather quickly to email which is a plus. The ceremony location in front of the fountain is so peaceful and a beautiful backdrop for photos. They were able to accommodate us and allow us to take our family photos outside before the bridal room was available as there was an event the morning before.
We used all of the preferred vendors from the list they offer. We highly recommend Dj Cee (Ceaser Flores) and everyone was raving about our flowers (Pure Petals). We are still getting phone calls about the food (almond crusted chicken) and how delicious it was. We also highly recommend the photographer we chose Jenny Stein who has a great deal for engagement/ wedding photos as well as a storybook.
For the price you pay and the amount of services offered this truly is the best deal in Southern California. -

Awesome place to have your wedding !
We had our wedding here about 2 1/2 weeks ago and we were thrilled by how amazing and beautiful everything turned out and was! The food was amazing the venue is beautiful! Our vendors were awesome! Tammy did our photo booth and she was amazing and everyone Had so much fun taking photos I definitely recommend it. Cesar our DJ was awesome I will totally use him for future events. Our photographer Jenny was amazing super professional does great work and was a pleasure to work with. Kelly our coordinator did an awesome job and Julie handled All of our finances and was also amazing to work with. It’s a great place to have a wedding and we are so happy we did it at Porter Valley country club!! -

Stacey Sent on 06/08/2009We held our wedding reception here. The best part about Porter Valley was their beautiful banquet room and vendor list. I was able to purchase a package deal with them that included food, drinks, DJ, cake, centerpieces and set up. Julie and Katie, the event coordinators, were extremely helpful and always quick to respond. They are very flexible with the packages, for instance, I decided to make my own centerpieces and received a credit from Porter Valley to go towards something else. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. -

For my wedding in 2021 I chose this venue. It was a major mistake. It seemed like a good deal but each vendor disappointed us in some way. First of all, they lied about several things. I was promised a room to get ready in several times. That did not happen. I got put in a room full of junk and was the employee's break room. My personal belongings repeatedly got moved and misplaced throughout the night. They lied about this fact up until the day before my wedding. Kelly promised that at worst I would have the women's locker room and that ended up being a complete lie. The videographers increased the price by $300 1 week before the event date. They said it was because of the drone footage. I showed them the agreement which stated that drones were included in the original price. They then came up with, "We upgraded our cameras to 4k." This turned out to be iPhones. Yup they filmed my wedding video with iPhones. They also refused to provide the raw footage and only the edited version. DJ Jason was good but used the wrong version of our first dance song. Very upsetting. We paid an additional $3,000 for more appetizers which did not happen. They just stole our money because we ran out of appetizers 30 minutes into cocktail hour. They blamed the band for eating the appetizers when we did not tell the band to eat them, also the band was playing during cocktail hour so I'm not sure how they could be responsible. They just cheated us. We had to pay $140 per bottle of vodka on each table. 2 were missing and we had to call that out. Lastly, Kelly instructed the flower company to do the opposite of what was asked, and we got an email from the vendor asking for additional money after she did that. It was the happiest day of my life, but was almost ruined by the venue. I would definitely have gone with Knollwood over them if I had known all of this. They should be ashamed. I couldn't even enjoy my wedding because so many things went wrong.
