  Got the ring I wanted and in a very hard to find size.

  My husbands wedding band came from here. My husband and I had previously discussed what band width he wanted and the approximate design, I bought it from Pompeii and it made a wonderful suprise for him. They have so much to choose from and he got the band width he wanted and the style he wanted, and I got it engraved the way I wanted. :) they expidited shipping so that I would have it for his brithday as a suprise!

  We ordered a set of rings from Pompeii3. My ring was as ordered, but my husband's was sent an entire size too small. We had to pay $40 in rush shipping to ensure it would be back in time for the ceremony.
  
  While the ring came in time, it was wrong. We were told to use it for the ceremony and then send it back...more shipping expense.
  
  When it came again, it was still not what we ordered. This time it was not comfort fit as we originally designed, and very light weight and cheap feeling. We were told if we wanted comfort fit we would have to pay more...even though that is what we paid for originally.
  
  After 3 rings, we gave up with the company and sent it back. We are waiting for a refund which they promised.
  
  Overall, the staff was nice enough, but not at all competent. I've been married almost a month and my husband still doesn't have a wedding band.
  
  My recommendation: Stay away from this company.
