    Wedding at Pipers at the Marott.

    Our daughter got married at Pipers at the Marott on October 7 of this year. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Just beautiful. The food was gourmet quality and the service was excellent. Ashley was great! She walked us through every phase of the planning and didn’t miss any details. I would highly recommend this venue for any event.

    Wonderful Experience & Venue

    Ashley was amazing to work with. The venue is beautiful and the food even better. Being able to do have the reception and ceremony at one location along with everyone getting dressed made things much easier. Certainly would keep this place in mind for any and all other events.

    Absolutely Perfect!

    Pipers is the most beautiful venue in Indianapolis! So many of my guests were raving about how great everything looked. You barely have to decorate due to its already unique look. The catering through Pipers was also fantastic. Chef Jeffrey does such a good job and all of the guests food was hot and perfect. They are so accommodating to our needs with special food restrictions, etc. Ashley, their coordinator, helped the day go smoothly and helped make sure everything was perfect for my husband and I time and time again. The staff and manager Tommy did a wonderful job easing my stress as the night winded down, as well. They helped move our decorations off tables for us while my mom packed it away. Overall, Pipers was the best venue I could imagine for my wedding. They were kind, caring, and felt like friends by the end of the process.

    Wouldn't change a thing...

    My husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Piper's and Debra and Ashley. From the moment we met Debra and saw the venue, it took no time at all to decide to sign on the dotted line. The venue itself is gorgeous - beautiful chandeliers, several rooms available for the event, and FREE PARKING. We cannot believe how reasonably priced everything was - especially considering that you get either Debra or Ashley as a day-of coordinator in the package. I left the day we signed feeling as if I could walk in off the street and get married there - it's that beautiful. Any decorations we added were above and beyond. The food was incredible - Chef Jeff was amazing and truly made sure we had exactly what we wanted. At the end of the event, staff neatly boxed everything that had been on our dining tables including the cake table. It was incredible. Ashley was truly a pleasure to have as a part of our event...all of our family and guests commented how kind and professional she was from start to finish. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Piper's. Our guests said how elegant and classy the evening was and I couldn't agree more. It was the day of our dreams thanks to Ashley and Piper's!

    What an amazing night

    Our experience with pipers as a whole was amazing. Everyone we encountered took great care of us. On the day of Ashley (day of coordinator) was absolutely amazing. She was everywhere all at once and made sure our time line was in tact. Ashley also worked very well with our vendors and created an awesome symbiotic atmosphere. Thank you so much for everything Pipers, our family and guest were amazed at the beauty and elegance of our big day!

    Choose this venue

    Pipers at the Marott was everything we wanted for our wedding. Their spaces are absolutely gorgeous on their own and don’t take any dressing up at all. We had our ceremony and dancing in the atrium and cocktail hour and reception in the Crystal Room. The day-of coordinator, Ashley was so helpful, and the entire team at Pipers functions so smoothly! They provide tables, easels, and all china, flatware, and linens needed for your day of. They also have an incredible menu—all my guests raved about the food! We opted for their cheese and fruit appetizer and ice cream bar, which were both huge hits. There are plenty of hotels in the area, plenty of available parking. It has so many photo opportunities. It’s such an easy venue—it has everything you could need for a very reasonable price!

    Overall great experience

    These ladies helped us every step of the way. From the day we visited the venue to the day of the wedding! If I had any questions they were very easy to talk to and responded very quickly! Food was great, staff was so helpful ! Thank you so much for everything! We had a great day and was so glad you guys helped make it happen!!!

    The Wedding of My DREAMS

    If you are looking for a one-stop shop venue that will provide great food, glamorous ambiance, and award-quality service, then look no further. My now husband and I researched over 20+ venues in the Indianapolis area, and none of them compared to what you get at Pipers. I was a very Type A bride, and I had a very specific vision for my big day. I wanted a "Happily Ever After" themed wedding at a downtown Indy venue. I needed a venue that would provide me a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception location with adequate parking and services. Pipers had all three AS WELL AS an amazing space for our Rehearsal Dinner and free valet parking so we didn't have to worry about that. Guests could not stop complimenting us on the decor, food, and service provided by Pipers staff. But that wasn't even the best part. The relationships I cultivated with both Debra and Ashley were a perk I didn't expect, but I am so incredibly blessed to have had. Not only are they prompt, thorough, and flexible with their responses, but they actually CARE ABOUT YOU as a bride and help you to feel calm, relaxed, and beautiful on your special day. As I said, I know that I was a Type A bride, but I felt so confident in Debra and Ashley's ability to amplify my wedding because of the genuine enthusiasm and support I received from them throughout the planning process. Pipers at the Marott made our wedding what it was: an absolute fairytale. Booking Pipers as our venue was the best decision we made in our planning process, and the pictures speak for themselves! Thank you Pipers for a wedding that we and our guests will NEVER forget!

    I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Pipers. We had our wedding reception at the Marott a week ago and it was just so PERFECT. They took care of literally everything. All we did was drop off our stuff and the event staff had it all set up and ready to go for us. The place is so beautiful and the food is delicious - really, a lot of my guests told me how great the food was. The event staff, management, and chefs are simply amazing and I would 100% recommend this place for your wedding venue. It is also affordable. This is one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding and you will not regret having your reception here! I will definitely use Pipers for my future events!

    Fantastic food for a great price! The staff is incredibly kind, and the service was professional and really well done. The only thing I can think of to do is make sure you communicate very thoroughly with this vendor if you want specific things. Like most people, they can't just guess what you're thinking.

    We absolutely loved working with Chloe and her staff at Pipers at the Marott. We cannot say enough good things about their attentiveness and knowledge in all things wedding related! Chloe was extremely helpful throughout our planning process and answered any and all questions we had. She was very professional, friendly, and open minded about everything. Our reception went so incredibly well. All the staff was amazing at whatever job they had and all our guests were so impressed. It was one of the most beautiful places we saw and is very affordable! The catering was delicious and flexible for what we were looking for. We would pick this place for our wedding again and again if we had to do it all over! I'd recommend this venue to anyone looking in the Indianapolis area!

    I have been working with Chloe Chappelle and I have nothing but great things to say about this venue! She always responds promptly with an answer to every question. We have also had several meetings just to ensure that they understand exactly what my fiance and I are wanting for our big day. Our wedding is still three weeks away, however, I feel very confident that things will go smoothly and it will be a great time!

    Simply put: best bang for your buck!

    My husband and I wanted to have our ceremony and reception in the same place, so this venue provided it all. Our ceremony space, The Atrium, was beautiful by itself, but you could pay for extras. (chair covers, ceiling decor, etc). Plus, there was flexibility in how the room could work for each ceremony.

    The reception room, The Crystal Room, was to die for. Marble columns and floors with great natural light and old world charm. I can't tell how you how many people loved that room. It was perfect for our size of wedding as well. The max is 150 people and 135 felt just fine. With the room being gorgeous as is, there wasn't a lot to do decorations-wise, which helped. During the reception, the staff changed over The Atrium into the dance floor. It was so nice to give people the option to hang out on the dance floor, or stay in the reception room where it was a little quieter.

    Pipers provided linens, tables, chairs, custom lighting... everything at no extra cost. With so many venues nickle and diming people, I felt this was an amazing deal, but didn't cheapen the experience or the look. It's all worth it or the food as well. The food was fantastic. The staff was great too.

    But a major reason why our wedding was so successful was the wedding coordinator, Kimberly LaManna. She comes with the venue and is worth every penny and more. She's detailed, very communicative, and helpful in every way. I planned our wedding, first from Florida and then from Virginia. She was so accommodating whenever I was in town to sit down with me and go over details. Or whenever I was freaking out about something, she would always respond to my emails quickly and efficiently. I am a control freak and didn't stress out about the wedding, because I knew it was in good hands. That made all the difference and was worth every. single. penny.

    My wedding day was perfect!!!
    Me and my husband got married at Pipers at the Marott this past week and everything went flawlessly. We had our ceremony and reception in the Atrium and dinner in the Crystal ballroom,so it was wonderful to do everything in one place. We got many compliments on how beautiful the space is, and all of our guests loved the food, but my favorite part of the wedding space was the coordinator that comes with the venue. Kimberly was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process. When the big day came, i knew that I could sit back and everything would be okay, and it was even better than I could of imagined. I would recommend Pipers at the Marott to anyone who is looking to have a fabulous event!!

    Daughter's wedding reception was at Indy West with Pipers catering and venue planning. The event planner (Chloe) was great to work with - always responded to email and phone calls very promptly. Was very flexible with us as we decorated and meetings, etc. We had 250 guests - the room was beautiful, included lighting and linen, large dance floor, great service staff, only one event at location so you don't have to share with other venues, food was awesome. We were totally happy with catering, venue, staff - my daughter said it surpassed her "dream wedding". That made MOB extremely happy!!

    My daughter's weddiing reception was at Indy West Conference Center catered by Pipers. It was an absolutely beautiful reception, with a perfect atmosphere! The food was excellent. We thought so and heard that sentiment from many of our guests as well. Chef Will worked with the bride and groom and me to plan the perfect buffet within our budget. In addition, they made vegetarian plates for a few of our guests. They even created a children's buffet for our little guests, with chicken fingers and fries! Chloe, their wedding coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She took our ideas and expanded upon them, to create a lovely room. It was festive and elegant at the same time! We, as the hosts, were able to relax and enjoy ourselves the entire evening.

    ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! is the best way to describe our wedding reception at Pipers
    Grand Manor on October 10,2009. To start with the venue itself looked absolutely
    beautiful. Pipers worked with us and allowed us to bring in some of our own decorations and we used some of theirs and the room ended up looking absolutely
    gorgeous. All night long we had numerous people tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding and reception that they had every been too. We have received
    notes from guests in the mail stating that they could tell the entire event was done
    with love and attention to detail. As ALWAYS the food was great, we had a 2 meat buffet every thing was cooked perfectly, served hot the buffett was always kept full and all of the guests had more than plenty to eat. Everyone wanted more rolls! They are fantastic if you've never tried them before you must. The staff was
    attentive to all of our needs both before, during and after the wedding. They told us not to worry about any thing and that's exactly what we were able to do, we didn't worry about a thing. As far as the flow of the evening Anna kept us on track and the pre arranged time line was adheared to, she kept things right on time. The only thing we could have asked for was that the evening didn't fly by as quickly as it did, we'd like to go back and do it all over again. We'll have another wedding in the future and Pipers Grand Manor will certainly be our venue of choice.

    The food is DELICIOUS! They just opened a new restaurant on Southport and 37 where you can taste for yourself. Reasonable pricing for such amazing food!

    We were very pleased with the service at Pipers. They went above and beyond to make our reception perfect. The centerpieces were the idea of Anna at Pipers and they were so unique and perfect! The food was delicious and we had so many compliments about it!

    We were recommended by our reception hall to Pipers for the catering for our wedding reception. We were very delighted to see the wide array of food options and serving styles available to us. We worked directly with their business manager, Tania Lipe, to set everything up. They did a wonderful job with the tasting that we set-up several months before our event, and were very willing to change how the food was prepared to meet our taste desires. There was nothing that we requested that they did not aim to provide for us. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they definitely value their customers. We were pleased with quick responses we received to our inquiries and experienced next to no headaches when trying to organize everything. They did a wonderful job serving our guests at the wedding reception. We would recommend Pipers to anyone looking for a caterer for an event with 50-250 people.

    Easy planning!

    The Marott is definitely an all-in-one type of place! I would highly recommend if you don't want the stress of coordinating a caterer and venue. Our other vendors (suggested by Ashley at the Marott) were familiar with the venue as well, so it was a relatively easily planning process and the day of went very smoothly.

    The space is beautiful and will fit 150-175 guests attending comfortably. The food was fantastic and my guests wanted more...especially the Teacup bread!!

    We really loved everything that was included in their reception package. A lot of places charged for the space, then the chairs, then the table cloths, then the silverware, the dishes... everything! Here, all of the basic decor was included.

    I had a hard time getting into and keeping in touch with the event coordinator at the Marott. I was quite disappointed. I realize that she is in the middle of wedding season, but other paying brides are trying to get in touch, too. We'd asked for 2 entrees, because we have vegetarians and people with dietary restrictions. They tried to serve the chicken and the vegetarian lasagna to everyone. I don't know if the event coordinator slipped up, or if my planner did. They did rectify it, which is why the "flexibility" score is going up, but it really bothered me that they almost really hurt some of the people with allergies. If you choose the Marott, be prepared to work at least twice as hard to get into and stay in touch with the event coordinator. Beyond that, the food is tasty, the place practically decorates itself, and few people noticed the slip-ups. Getting the catering and venue in one location is convenient, and it's rare that their food is also good as well, so that value can't be beat. I recommend them, but only with a giant disclaimer that during wedding season, the event coordinator is unresponsive when you need her most.

    They were great up until the wedding night. They said they would make us a to go bag of some of the left over food- that never happened. They misplaced the silver platter the cake vendor let us rent. The event planner left right after the dinner was served when she told us she would be there all night. The also charged $2 for a soft drink but unless it was in your hand you only got two drink out of it because the kept taking them.

    Unfortunately, we had a somewhat bad experience with Piper's. I would like to start by saying that Anna, the event coordinator, is fabulous. The room was absolutely beautiful and she did a great job with the decorations for the reception. The food was great, and the waitstaff was really on top of things. The problem that we had was once Anna left that evening and left someone else in charge. I had talked extensively with Anna about what would happen if people wanted seconds from the buffet. The original plates were put at the place settings on the table. Anna assured me that there would be a stack of plates put on the buffet after everyone went through once, and that there would be a last call for food before the buffet was broken down. Since we were doing a buffet, we wanted to be sure that everyone had enough to eat. Unfortunately, the plates were never put out, and the buffet was taken down before we even cut the cake (which we did as soon as the groom and I finished eating). Most people never had a chance to go back for seconds if they wanted to, and if they did, they had to take a dirty plate. My dad called and talked to the owner about it after the reception, and he was very rude on the phone. He never once appologized, and his response was that his daughter (who had been left in charge) thought everyone had had enough to eat. When a reception costs $8,000 I don't think that the owners daughter should get to decide when everyone has had enough to eat. The fact is, they knew they would save money by taking the buffet away earlier. It was unfortunate that such a beautiful evening turned out to be such a mess because the owner of the establishment was less than professional. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone, but I think she needs to find a job elsewhere. I would definately NOT recommend Piper's. I don't want anyone else to have there big day ruined.

    Our wedding coordinator was unorganized. She did not write any notes/our request during our meeting with her. The day of our wedding the venue was VERY dirty; our bridal party had to assist the staff with cleaning up the venue. We order appetizers for our guest; the staff forgot to give our guest the appetizers we order.
    Overall we not pleased with this venue….
