An excellent venue!

Best venue ever! Gorgeous grounds, professional & courteous staff, GREAT food (seriously everyone raved about it!). And you get to work with the amazing Sydney Stair who is an absolute godsend. She is kind, patient, professional and an all around badass. We 100% recommend the Piedmont Club for all your wedding needs. P.S. trust them on the bread pudding.

Such a beautiful venue!

Piedmont Club is such a beautiful venue! The ballroom is an amazing room for the reception as it overlooks the beautiful golf course. The food is delicious and staff are so kind and attentive. What made it stand out with the other golf/country club in the Northern Virginia was the awesome Sydney! She made the planning easy (without a wedding planner) and answered our very many questions. Thanks for all your help Sydney and making our day stress-free!!

Beautiful wedding venue that is nearly all-inclusive

If you're a busy bride that doesn't have the time to worry about managing multiple vendors, the Piedmont Club is the best priced venue in the area! As many reviews have already stated Sydney Stair is wonderful to work with! She ensures your VIPs are well taken care of the day of and is very responsive to answering questions. We only needed an external photographer, DJ, and flowers. Everything else was included in our wedding package! The venue is also picture perfect and did not require many decorations. I repurposed my bridesmaid bouquets for the centerpieces, and since we had our ceremony on the terrace (facing the clubhouse), no external decorations were required. The Piedmont Club offers the best value in town for one of the prettiest locations!

Amazing Experience Start to Finish

I recently had my wedding at Piedmont Country Club and had a really wonderful experience with the venue, Sydney the events coordinator, Roy who heads food and beverage, and the rest of the staff. I was originally drawn to Piedmont Country club when I saw an ad that said “Be a guest at your own wedding” – and I have to say, I really felt like they delivered on that advertisement. I wanted to be able to work with a venue on the front end with choosing vendors and creating a timeline but then be able to do a few simple check-in’s in the week beforehand and enjoy that week / wedding day when friends and family are in town. Sydney was incredibly organized, helped connect me with, and work with, all of the vendors, keep the bridal party corralled on the wedding day itself, and drove my husband and I, plus the photographers, down to the golf course for photos during cocktail hour and even brought us drinks to have. After the wedding she emailed to let me know we had left a few items – including the top layer of the cake! – at the venue which I had completely forgotten so we were able to retrieve those. In addition to the entire wedding running so smoothly from start to finish, the food was delicious and the wait staff / bar staff were very friendly and hard working. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who would like to host an event where they get to actually relax and enjoy the event!

Wonderful Wedding

We just had our daughter’s wedding at Piedmont and couldn’t be happier. The catering director/coordinator Sydney Stair was fantastic. She went above and beyond to keep this momma calm and that’s no easy task. She is professional yet friendly and has a way of making you feel as if your wedding is all that matters. Honestly can’t praise her enough.
I also need to brag on the delicious food. We had so many people come up to us at the wedding and say how delicious everything was.
Piedmont truly made our daughter’s wedding a wonderful day. Highly recommend!!!

Best venue for our wedding!

We had our wedding here on October 2nd and could not have been happier with how the day went. Sydney was amazing and helped us through the entire process, even after having to postpone our wedding over a year. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. The entire staff at Piedmont Club worked hard to make sure that every detail of our wedding went smoothly. The location is beautiful and makes for a dreamy background for photos. We could not have been happier with how our special day went, and highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to consider the Piedmont Club.

Gorgeous Fall Wedding venue

We had our wedding here last month and everything was perfect! It’s so much easier to have an all inclusive venue. The food was excellent and working with Rachael was great! I can’t credit the gorgeous weather we had to the venue, but having the green right behind us was beautiful! We couldn’t have been happier with everything Piedmont provided.

Just Perfect

During such a crazy time, Piedmont came through for us. We didn't have to worry about anything. Rachael and Katie were a delight to work with and very professional and kind. All my guest had nothing but good things to say about the rest of the staff and the bartender. To top it off, the scenery is amazing. My wedding photos came out so good with the various scenic views around the golf course. I would highly recommend Piedmont Club in Haymarket!

Amazing Venue that is willing to work with you

Piedmont Club was a great venue and very affordable for the area. Morgan was great to work with and really eased any anxiety we were having before the day. We loved that it was all inclusive ai we didn't have to find all kinds of vendors except for cake, DJ, and florist which really helped with the planning process. We really enjoyed our wedding and we got so many compliments about how nice the venue was and how good the food was. The only thing that didn't go smoothly was the the groom, groomsmen, and corsages for family member were left in the walk-in fridge but they were saved and I was able to dry the grooms boutonniere. Other than that the day was perfect and we loved every second of it.

The perfect wedding venue for us

The team at the Piedmont Club went out of their way to make our special day perfect--and it was. Morgan was exceptional--very patient, friendly, professional and kind. She answered every one of my questions and accommodated every one of our requests, and we had a lot. But truly, from start to finish they helped ensure that our Nigerian-American wedding was everything we wanted it to be--beautiful, classy, intimate and a reflection of the two of us. Amazing Venue in NoVa!

From day one my experience with Piedmont Club was phenomenal. I was an out of state bride - and the team at Piedmont Club let my mom FaceTime me during the tour so that I could see all of the spaces that I'd have my wedding in. Morgan - who will help you finalize every detail for your wedding day - is amazing. She also acts as a day of coordinator so that you have someone guiding you through your timeline. Everything went super smooth on our wedding day and it was primarily due to the planning that Morgan and I did together to make sure everyone was prepared. The food is also fantastic - and having catering through them also made things a lot easier to plan. I'd highly recommend the Piedmont Club to all of my friends - it was a beautiful venue, great staff, and honestly a steal for the price!

We had a great experience!

I researched probably 50+ venues and toured at least 10. We selected Piedmont because the coordinators are wonderful, the ceremony space is gorgeous, and it was relatively affordable compared to other venues in NoVa. Morgan, our event coordinator, was so flexible and responsive! The wedding went smoothly thanks to her efforts, and we are so grateful!

Great Venue!

Morgan is Awesome

Seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about The Piedmont, Kimberly, and Morgan who were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Beyond Exceeded Expectations

We could not have been happier with our wedding experience at Piedmont Club. Kimberly was extremely professional and responsive. She put our wedding decor and reception area together perfectly. I showed up without a worry and everything was beautiful. The wedding ceremony and reception ran seamlessly, and I was thoroughly impressed with the staff who were extremely attentive. It truly was a dream come true wedding. I would emphatically recommend Kimberly and this venue for any event, and will look them for future events. 10/10.

The Best Venue for Your Wedding

We had our wedding here for around 100 guests and it was amazing. People were commenting on how nice the venue was and it made our wedding so perfect. Morgan and Kimberly worked with us throughout the entire wedding process and gave us peace of mind with their patience. Not only were they very responsive with every email to make sure we understood everything going on, but they also checked on us the entire day to make sure that everything was going as planned. Would definitely recommend, as their pricing includes various amenities and was much cheaper than other venues around the area. Though it was cheaper, the quality was still A+. It was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning when I decided to book my wedding at this venue.

Beautiful perfect venue

We had the most beautiful wedding at the Piedmont club! From the day of our venue tour to the wedding day itself, the staff was phenomenal and made sure all of our questions were answered and that every detail was addressed. The food was delicious, our signature drinks were perfect and the facility was beautiful. Every little request we had was accommodated and our guests commented on the delicious food, the beautiful setting and just the fantastic time they had. The grounds are gorgeous for photos and the facility itself is perfect for a night of dancing and having a great time! A huge thank you to Kimberly and Morgan for all their help in making the wedding of our dreams a reality.

Accommodating Venue

Having our wedding at the Piedmont was our best decision! It was a beautiful venue and Morgan really was amazing to work with. She would go above and beyond to help you coordinate all the details you needed help with. We sent her non-stop updates the week of the wedding and she was so accommodating. The weather on our wedding day was changing by the minute and at 4pm, we were able to have the chairs moved from the covered patio to the downstairs patio in time for a 5pm wedding! It was a beautiful event.

May Wedding

We absolutely loved our experience with Piedmont Club. My husband and I worked with Morgan throughout the entire process and she was very accommodating and worked with our requests or provided us alternatives to make our vision come alive. Wonderful experience

I had my wedding at the Piedmont Club last night and it was literally PERFECT!! Kimberly set everything up so beautifully, better than I could have imagined doing it myself. She also made sure everything was running smoothly and everyone was on the same page. The staff was also amazing! They made sure everything was to my liking, keeping my guests happy. We even forgot to do the sparkler send off so Cassie and 2 other staff members helped us do that so we wouldn’t miss out. It was amazing! The food was great as well. BEAUTIFUL VENUE! I would definitely recommend!!

Kimberly and Morgan were FANTASTIC to work with. All the staff on the day of our wedding were so wonderful. Kimberly and Morgan made the entire process from planning our wedding to the day of completely easy and smooth. They were so responsive to all my emails and phone calls.

We aren't a couple that would post 5 out of 5 without really meaning it - if we could have doubled the stars above to 10, we would have done it! Finding the right venue that met our budget was a difficult task. The Piedmont was the tenth venue we researched, and after meeting with Kimberly and touring the grounds we knew we had found the ideal spot for our wedding. During the planning phase we worked with both Kimberly and Morgan on nailing down all of the details, and they couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, and organized. Like most couples, we sent countless emails with questions and information, and they got right back to us right away with what we needed. The tasting was an amazing experience - the only hard part was figuring out what to choose for our wedding dinner menu! We went with a steak and chicken combination for our entrée and our guests definitely enjoyed it.

Morgan's hard work and elite skills in the management of our wedding went above and beyond our expectations. I didn't see my wife on the day of the wedding until she walked down the aisle, so Morgan had to bounce back and forth between the bridal suite and the groom's suite, conveying information and helping us tie up last minute loose ends. She has an artistic eye for decoration, and did an amazing job arranging the flowers on the cake and setting up décor. Country club guests were out on the patio next to the ceremony space, and Morgan made sure the guests were quiet during our ceremony. Since our wedding was on July 8th, we planned on holding the ceremony inside but changed the ceremony to outside six hours before the ceremony was to commence due to a mild weather forecast. Morgan and the Piedmont staff made the change quickly and without any issues, and the result was a beautiful, sunny wedding ceremony under clear skies. If you do choose the outdoor patio for your wedding, keep in mind the golf course and country club may be open during the ceremony.

Morgan was super helpful! The day of our wedding, there were chances of rain, making me really nervous, but Morgan and the staff were able to accommodate for the weather and set up the ceremony beautifully in a short amount of time. She was so helpful throughout the process and was able to help in every way possible.

Piedmont Club did a great job with our wedding from the start of the planning to the day of. The food was delicious and we got a ton of compliments. They accommodated special food requests for the rehearsal dinner and reception for a major food allergy. They were able to keep us smoothly on schedule the day of the wedding and we didn't have to worry about anything.

We loved having our wedding at the Piedmont Club! We had a small brunch wedding (under 40 guests) and had a hard time finding a venue that would even respond to us. The Piedmont was very responsive and willing to work with us. An event coordinator was included in the price, which was a lifesaver because we had no idea what we were doing. It was a great experience. The food was amazing -- we had a brunch wedding, and lots of add-ons, plus some vegan guests to accommodate and everyone left happy and full. The outdoor space is beautiful and the reception area is bright, sunny and very nice. We used a playlist instead of a DJ, and they helped us set up our laptop with our playlist and everything went off without a hitch. The coordinator was there the day-of and helped us stay on schedule. I really have nothing but great things to say! The price was very reasonable (especially during the off-season -- our wedding was in March). We couldn't be happier, our day was awesome, and we loved working with the gals at the Piedmont Club! Highly recommended!

Kimberly, the even coordinator at Piedmont, helped to plan and facilitate one of the most magical, memorable nights of my now husband and my lives. Everything for our wedding went off without a hitch! She was so responsive to our many e-mails, and she accommodated all of our needs and requests. All of our family and friends commented on how lovely the venue was and how smoothly every part of the wedding went, from the pre-ceremony music, to the sparkler send off. The food was fantastic and the decor was tasteful. Kimberly was professional and had a great eye for detail and was clearly personally invested in our special day. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Piedmont is absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend this venue to anyone who doesn't want to spend an outrageous amount of money in the Northern Virginia area. Brittany was fabulous as a coordinator. She made sure every detail was accounted for and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the big day which eased my nerves significantly. The fact that they have a catering service on site is wonderful and the food is delicious! We especially enjoyed their s'mores bar for an excellent alternative dessert for our guests.

Piedmont was the perfect place to host our wedding reception. The food was absolutely fantastic. Brittanne was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. She really went above and beyond, especially with day of setup and details. The Piedmont staff did all of the setup and cleanup, so we did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Gorgeous venue! Reasonable prices. Amazing food. Kimberly, Brittanne, and David were great to work with. The staff were wonderful to work with. Everything came together as planned. The venue for our daughter's wedding was indeed lovely. The outdoor setting was everything she and her husband envisioned. Could not have asked for a better weddingday. Everything was organized and set up for us. I didn't have to worry about anything venue related. Kimberly and Brittanne were so accommodating, kind and helpful. From big requests to just wanting more bottle of water, everything was done.

We were more than pleased with our wedding at the Piedmont Club! Kimberly works wonderfully as the main point of contact. If you don't think of it - she will! They have it all covered & think of everything! Kimberly & Byron are super friendly & work like you are their only customer. The setting is beautiful; the food is very good & there are many photographic options outside the club. You will be very happy with your wedding or reception held here. We were lucky to have perfect weather for our outside November wedding, but the inside backup plan would have been fine. The wedding & reception ran like smooth clockwork--everyone knows what to do & when--no questions went u answered & they are extremely flexible. It was stress free, pretty & FUN! What better description for your wedding could you ask for?

Working with Brittanne and Kimberly were great. Brittanne ensured our day went off without a hitch and was fantastic about answering questions and getting back quickly. I had so many compliments on the food and staff being great and friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable venue with great staff. Only wish is that there werent people on the porch next to us eating during the ceremony or golfers in the back but its a golf club so that would be hard to do.

My husband and I are super glad that we chose Piedmont as the venue for our wedding in July! The place was so beautiful and the food was good! It was a pleasant experience working with Piedmont's reps! We loved it and our guests enjoyed their time as well!

We can't ask for more with this venue and the people working there, except for the a/c during our wedding to be more colder :) Kimberly and Brittanne are so easy to work with. And you can communicate with them easily. There food are good, everyone at the wedding loves it. I would recommend Piedmont in any occasion you'll have.

We loved having our wedding at Piedmont Club. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the coordinators Kimberly and Brittanne are fantastic, and the food turned out to be amazing. Kimberly and Brittanne are very responsive and accommodating. On the wedding day it was rainy and cold off and on throughout the day. Brittanne kept an eye on the weather for me and was encouraging when we decided that we wanted it outside. The entire ceremony and reception was so much fun and we felt like the dinner service exceeded our expectations. We got rave reviews from our guests about the food, they loved it as did we!
Here's the bad parts about the day - Issue #1: The gate staff is hired by the HOA apparently and there was a new guard on duty, at one point there was a line 14+ cars deep waiting to get into the community/venue because he was taking his sweet time checking IDs and license plates. This caused our ceremony to start nearly 20 minutes late. There needs to be a better plan of action for weddings/events as related to the gate. Issue 2: My husband and I cut our cake and 40 mins afterwards cake still had not been served to our guests (a family member of mine barged into the area where the cake had been taken to only to find staff standing around chatting). Cake got delivered to some of the tables but not all and then some was placed on the buffet tables. Our guests weren't told and in turn we ended up with nearly 2 full tiers of our cake to take home because more than half of our guests didn't get any. Extremely frustrating to us and our guests were upset too. All in all, we enjoyed every second of our day and things were worked out (with the exception of those two issues).
Don't let this deter you at all from booking Piedmont Club, as you can see I still gave them 5 stars on everything because they deserve it 100%. Thank you to Brittanne and Kimberly!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding day at the Piedmont Club yesterday! It was the BEST DAY and I am so thankful to the Piedmont Club for hosting such wonderful events. They are professional, accommodating, able to answer all your questions in a timely manner and made my husband and I feel like there was nothing to worry about. When we booked the venue with Kimberly in May of 2016, we fell in love with the views, the rooms and just the general feel of the venue. It's beautiful inside and out! We also loved that the catering was in house and that we would be the only wedding there the entire day. As we got closer to the special day, Brittanne made me feel like even if I forgot something, it would be okay and not to worry. I trusted her 100% with the set up and when I walked upstairs before the ceremony, I was blown away with how everything looked! It was absolutely beautiful! She did a fantastic job and even was able to accommodate us with an on-the-spot idea about giving cake to our immediate family (We had served donuts at our wedding)! Also, Eric who helped with the food was amazing and just very sweet and made me feel very special on our wedding day! :)

In the end, ever part of my wedding day was perfect and a lot of that had to do with the coordinators, the staff and everyone else involved within the venue. I have has so many compliments about the food and just how wonderful the day was! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing venue, cannot think of one single complaint. Not only was it beautiful but the all the staff from the wedding coordinators to the wait staff. They were very accommodating with tons of gluten free options for me, including gf pasta for the make your own pasta bar. The coordinator (Brittanne) took us out on the green at various holes for beautiful pictures as well. Everyone had a great time and I would recommend the venue to everyone.

Archie and I had our wedding on March 25, 2017. Kimberly and Brittanne were amazing to work with. We fell in love with the venue as the ballroom isn't too big or too small. The tall windows and chandeliers are gorgeous. The view of the golf course is breath taking. We had the perfect weather so we were able to do our ceremony outside(75 F with no rain at the end of March). The catering and service stuff were so cordial and friendly.Every time we had a question or send the venue an email, Kimberly always respond. If I forgot some detail, she would remind me of it. If I didn't provide a service, she will ask it if I would like to incorporate it to our day. Finally, it was so important to us to be the only event that day. Piedmont only books 1 wedding per date. Working with the Piedmont was the best decision we made. Everything was so effortless and easy. Thank you Kimberly, Brittanne and staff for making our day unforgettable.

We had a wonderful experience having our ceremony and reception at the Piedmont Club! The scenery is gorgeous and the venue is well-maintained, modern, and very classy. The ballroom is large and has a wall of windows overlooking the fairway. I loved the large patio for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the option of an outdoor space during the reception. I was pleasantly surprised by the Piedmont Club’s reasonable and simple price structure. Most things were covered under a flat rate. The staff was fantastic! From the very first email, Kimberly was quick to respond and professional, and highly competent. She promptly and patiently responded to my numerous emails over the 7 months of wedding planning. A couple months before our wedding, I worked with Morgan, who had been recently hired to work with Kimberly. Morgan became my point of contact for most of the last-minute details of the wedding and was also excellent. Byron, the banquet manager, checked in with me throughout the reception to make sure everything was running as planned and that we were happy. He and his staff of waiters and bartenders did a great job. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The food was delicious!
I loved that we had the venue for the entire day and they had a place for the bridal party to get dressed. They also offer very reasonable breakfast/lunch/snack packages from the club while you are getting ready.
We used several vendors recommended by the venue. They were all excellent, and I felt very comfortable knowing that the vendors were familiar with the venue and the staff, and vice versa.
Our wedding was on a very hot July afternoon at 5 pm. The only thing we would have changed is to have our ceremony start at 6 pm. At that point, all of the patio would have been in the shade which would have made it a lot more comfortable in 94 degrees!

There is literally not enough positive words in the English language to express my gratitude for the Piedmont Club. Kimberly, Morgan, Byron, and the rest of the team there was absolutely amazing. I am SO happy that I chose to hold my wedding there. We only looked at one venue - the Piedmont Club - during our selection process because it was SO beautiful and the price was very reasonable.

The golf course makes for beautiful pictures, the food was amazing, the bridal suite was perfect, and the entire staff is professional and responsive.

You won't regret choosing them!

I cannot say enough good things about the Piedmont Club. First of all, I'm fairly certain I looked at every wedding venue in the state of Virginia and PC was by far the best value. The catering prices at first glance may look a bit higher than comparable caterers, but so much is included in that price: linens, place settings, Chiavari chairs, votives, fire pits and heaters, service--all things that you'd have to pay for separately when booking a venue AND a caterer. And the space is beautiful. It is so lovely that on our first visit, my sister immediately assumed it was beyond our budget.

But one of the things that really sets PC apart is the inclusion of the wedding coordinator. Kimberly and Morgan did such an amazing job that they alone are worth the cost. While they were helpful and responsive during the planning process, they became invaluable on the day of. I had a million decorations and small details and still they handled all the set up and did so beautifully. I cannot overstate how nice it was to be able to enjoy getting ready and hanging out in the bridal suite with my friends and family instead of worrying about getting everything set up.

We really did have the best day ever. There were a few little hiccups but that's going to happen with any large event and the guests had no idea so it didn't matter. Plus, Kimberly and the staff worked with us to remedy anything they could. All the important things were flawless--including the food. Guests are still talking about the hors d'oeuvres!

My one piece of advice for brides is to ask if there's anything you want. There are a lot of other services they provide that aren't listed in the initial wedding packet. They can do different catering menus, late night snacks, champagne greetings, fry stations--all kinds of things that aren't listed in the packet. So if there is something you want, ask! We had the best experience and I can't thank them enough!

The staff at Piedmont were great in helping us to create a beautiful day! Kimberly and Morgan were very responsive and helpful despite my constant emails of questions and changes. The food was great, the turnaround from our impromptu indoor ceremony to the reception was flawless, and Morgan was great the day-of with helping with setup and incorporating pieces from our ceremony into our reception. It was a great time and very much worth the price.

Had a wonderful time at our wedding on October 30, everything went very smoothly. The weather cooperated more than I could have expected, we had a ridiculously warm day and a beautiful evening.

Kimberly was wonderful when we first visited the venue. After some hiccups at other venues we tried, we were worried about venue coordinators being hard to reach or unreliable, but I never had any reason for doubts with Kimberly (or Morgan), you get a response very quickly, or a note about when they will be available. Never had to send a second message.

The food, specifically the appetizers (I did not have much stomach myself for the main meal due to nerves/dancing) was amazing - I knew I really wanted the tomato soup and grilled cheese shooters, and when I missed them due to photos after the ceremony, Byron was great about getting the kitchen to make a small batch for me and my husband when we asked. The potato and salmon canapes were great choices also, highly recommended - I've heard those were a hit, and I liked them very much myself.

The ceremony and reception were lovely and so fun. The day of was hectic for me and I barely knew how things were being set up, one or two things might have been missed (e.g. we had the boutonnieres but the groomsmen only got them after the ceremony, people were at the correct tables but the room was a bit flipped from the original intent) but these were incredibly minor compared to the overall event, which was an amazing time and perfectly orchestrated. It was nice not to have to think about most of it on the day of, not have my own personal day-of coordinator, and still have everything work out incredibly well.

I booked Piedmont Club for my wedding in August, and it was easily the best decision I made while wedding planning! The staff was so accommodating and helpful; I probably e-mailed Kimberly and Morgan a dozen times in the week leading up to the wedding with last minute changes and they fulfilled all of our requests with no arguments. They even touched up the paint on one of the walls at my mom's request a couple days before the wedding! They also had almost everything we wanted included in their package which made it so easy to plan--the only extra vendors we had to hire were a DJ and photographer! We got so many compliments on the beautiful location and the delicious food. I can't imagine my wedding at any other place or with any other people to work with. I highly recommend Piedmont Club!

A wedding is a once once in a lifetime event, and we could not have been happier with using the Piedmont as our venue for both the ceremony AND reception. We reserved our wedding date back in March 2015, however, there were a number of changes at the Piedmont since. Kimberly Esteban was our main point of contact for organizing, and coordinating our wedding. She was always available, transparent, accountable, and extremely helpful. She was nice enough to coordinate the day of our wedding and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. If you haven't done so already, book this venue.
I reached out to get a quote on the venue and Kimberly responded almost immediately. Throughout the entire process Kimberly dealt with all my questions and changes. She was absolutely wonderful.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. When I first came to visit, the room was set up for a wedding with no centerpieces on the tables and it was still such a beautiful room. I was sure having a wedding here would be out of my price range, but Kimberly pulled up a mock invoice on the spot and I saw how ridiculously affordable it was. I booked it that night.
The day of our reception Kimberly was there to help me throughout the day. She helped set up decor and was basically available at my whim.
During the reception, Byron was very attentive to my husband and I and made sure we got our food and glasses were full. Everyone enjoyed the food, thought the venue was gorgeous and had an amazing time.
My friend graciously made the cake and cupcakes for the reception and could not stop telling me how wonderful the kitchen staff was with her.
I also decided to do the dessert table last minute. 2 weeks later, people are still telling me how amazing desserts were.
I wish I could redo the day because it was that perfect. HUGE thank you to Kimberly for making our day so wonderful.

The venue is gorgeous and bright with a ton of natural lighting from the windows. The food was DELICIOUS and I highly recommend adding the Sundae Bar to your function as it was a big hit at our wedding! Kimberly & Morgan are very professional and wonderful to work with! They truly went above and beyond in everything from the planning process with their quick responses to helping us tremendously on the day of with setting up decor, coordinating with our vendors and making sure the ceremony went off without a hitch. My one piece of advice when booking them is if you want a special element that isn't a part of the standard packages just ask! Also, even if you are not an avid golfer the Piedmont Club should still be on the top of your list of venues to check out, even my non-golfer husband fell in love with the venue. The Piedmont staff are very accommodating and did more than expected :) Thank you Kimberly and Morgan!! I highly highly recommend this venue, 10 stars!

Wow! Where to begin...we held our reception, wedding reception and brunch the following morning here. From the absolutely beautiful venue to the highly attentive and detail-oriented staff led by Kimberly, our wedding was perfect - even if the weather didn't completely cooperate. The food is amazing and the staff is very flexible in arranging everything to meet your needs. I'm extremely detail-oriented and had so many instructions for the staff to follow in setting-up the venue and they did a wonderful job & were completely up to the job! Would highly recommend!!!

Oh my goodness.....Piedmont was the absolute PERFECT place to have our wedding. Not only is the scenery gorgeous, but the club itself is stunning! Kimberly is such an amazing coordinator. She answered every single one of my million questions I had in the time frame of planning everything, up until the day of. She's absolutely wonderful and SO helpful!!! Piedmont did more than what I imagined for on our big day. I just love the service we received- they accommodated our every need! It was so nice being comfortable and relaxed the morning/day of the wedding in the bridal suite. They came to check on us to get us anything we needed. Kimberly was very thorough in everything she did and wanted to make sure the bride and groom were happy and satisfied with the details throughout the day/night. Piedmont truly is a fabulous venue and I would go back in a heartbeat for any other occasion. I would repeat that day in a heartbeat- and Piedmont has to do with that! :)

We just had our wedding on 9/12/15 and could not be more thrilled with the quality of service we received the entire wedding weekend as well as the year prior in planning. Katie S. and then Kimberly E. were a DREAM to work with - they made the planning process so easy and not stressful at all. We looked for 2 months at a variety of venues from hotels to vineyards to farms and golf country clubs and Piedmont club was by far the best choice for us.

The venue: Although it is a golf country club, it still has a modern and not-stuffy vibe - not at all like some of the older country clubs that seem to have lots of dark lighting and traditional old boys club feel. It is very clean and the reception site has a full back wall of glass doors that allow for tons of natural light. The bridal suite which we used to get ready in was clean, adorable, filled with snacks before we even got there. My bridesmaids and I had a blast getting ready together on site in the bridal suite and women's locker room. Having the ability to get ready, and have the ceremony and reception all in one spot made it so easy the day of the wedding. It rained on our wedding day & even indoors it was still so beautiful! They piped and draped the venue and with the glass wall you could still see all the beautiful outdoor golf greens despite being inside and you still got the natural outdoor lighting.

Food: Even though we were 45 minutes late to start dinner from pictures everyone said their food was still hot and delicious! 3 weeks later and we still receive compliments on good the food was!

We both have busy work lives and did not have a lot of extra time during the week to devote to wedding planning & piedmont club made it so seamless and efficient and helped us the entire way. A HUGE thank you to Kimberly, Katie, Byron, and Charlotte for making our day so special :) If your a bride who needs a beautiful no-fuss venue with a fantastic staff who are so easy to work with, this is it!

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Simply put, there's a reason this venue has so many accolades and bridal choice awards. You might think it's "just another golf course wedding venue" but I visited a few and this one stands out. The service, food, quality, staff, etc. at the Piedmont Club is better than others. The value is outstanding and the best part is the awesome coordinator who helps you with your planning! I worked with both Katie and Kimberly; I was nervous about the transition because it's not something you have control over as a bride but there was nothing to worry about. The transition was seamless and Kimberly went above and beyond any of my expectations. She also has a fantastic memory for all of the details brides worry about when planning their decorations and timelines. My family, husband, and I are still receiving comments about how lovely the wedding was, how much they enjoyed the food, and all around amazing service the Piedmont provided. I lucked out and had one of the best weather days you could hope for and everything else was courtesy of the Piedmont!

When dropping off my decorations I was a nervous wreck and listing out all the design elements that I wanted the team to achieve. They did all of the above and even added a cool black screen in the library for the DIY photo booth that I wanted to create. I was so grateful for their creative thinking and happy the guests enjoyed it.

I have a shout out to Kimberly for being there the day of my wedding even though she was recovering from being sick. In almost any other job you would just be able to take a sick day and rest but as a private events coordinator she did not give herself the luxury of staying home. Thank you so much for being there. I really appreciated it! You and Byron did a fabulous job!

My wedding day went by so smoothly and quickly and most of that is because the Piedmont knows how do run weddings!

Piedmont Club was an amazing choice for a venue start to finish! When I first selected the venue I worked with their event coordinator Katie. Katie was very professional yet laid back throughout the whole wedding planning process which helped me keep calm and collected. She was extremely flexible and accommodating so I was sadden to hear she was leaving her current position at Piedmont Club only weeks before my wedding while being extremely happy for her too. Her replacement Kimberly transitioned very quickly and was on top of everything the last couple weeks leading up to my wedding and on the day of my wedding. Luckily, I had a very smooth wedding with only minor hiccups (at least that i was aware of) but Kimberly along with my bridesmaids were sure to do their best to take care of any questions or concerns from guest, family & vendors on my big day so I could remain stress free. For example, I heard my florist forgot a boutonniere for a family member but my MOH couldn't remember the florist I used and didn't want to overwhelm me. By the time I found out, Kimberly was already on the phone calling all the local florist and had reassured me and my bridesmaids she could make a boutonniere on the spot if necessary. Her quick thinking and hands on approach was much appreciated. I also had the pleasure of working with Byron and Charlotte during my reception. They were attentive and polite making sure me and my groom were taken care of throughout the night. Overall, Piedmont Club was super accommodating with every request or question I had--and from what I've heard through friends and family members who were recently married that flexibility isn't always the case with most venues which can be very strict. I highly recommend Piedmont to any newly engaged couple for their big day!

The day of my engagement was the most day exciting day of my life! The day after was the scariest once I realized that I actually had to plan a wedding—yikes. Let me take a second to inform you that finding a vendor in Northern Virginia that is beautiful, affordable, and doesn’t make you compromise on anything is impossible. We visited 10 (or maybe more but lost count) different venues over the course of 3 months and luckily stumbled across The Piedmont Club. Do yourself a favor and visit this place for yourself! To be honest, we were not looking for a country club-style wedding; but after the fact, we hardly realized that we were wed on a golf course. Katie, the events director, is responsive and dealt with my bride-to-be drama easily. Her relationship with the preferred vendors is excellent. Most of your wedding vendors should be picked from that list. It was so reassuring to call Katie the week before our wedding to schedule time for her to meet with our florist; only to hear, “Don’t worry about it we’ve already talked." Our rehearsal, ceremony, and wedding were perfect. I could not imagine our special day happening at another location. Oh and before I get to ahead of myself, the food was amazing! We are still getting compliments on it from our wedding guests! The only thing that went wrong was the AC broke the day of our event. I know, I know. That’s a pretty big deal for a mid-July wedding. Nevertheless, the Piedmont team did their best to make the situation comfortable for our guests and compensated us for the difficulty after the fact without any hassle on our part. You really cannot go wrong with The Piedmont Club. The staff is great, especially Katie & Charlotte. They were so attentive to us and our needs all day long and really made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. It was the best day, largely due to The Piedmont Club and their team!

Katie and the entire Piedmont team did an amazing job making our wedding dreams and vision come to life. Nothing was impossible - Katie and her team were super flexible in letting us customize every detail from layout of the room, to timing of activities, food selection, to decorations. Our wedding was amazing because Piedmont executed every detail perfectly, just as we wished. And Katie makes all the planning super simple, easy and efficient. We cannot praise Katie and the Piedmont team enough for all that they did for us to make our day special, fun and easy!

And the venue is beautiful - huge back patio overlooking the green, which was perfect for cocktail hour and enjoying the nice weather. They set-up cocktail tables and all the outdoor patio tables and chairs for people to sit. The ballroom is a great size - able to fit our guests (105 total) with plenty of room to move around and have a good size dance floor. The lobby entrance to the ballroom is also beautiful and welcoming with a few nice size tables to place guest books, place cards, and other decorations. And they have a separate lounge off the lobby where we set-up our photo booth.

We highly recommend Piedmont as a venue and the event management team, led by Katie Simmons. She will make your dreams come true and can handle all the details and special requests with ease.

Our wedding couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to Katie and the staff at Piedmont. The venue can sell itself just because of its beauty inside and out, but Katie was very helpful from the time of our initial tour through the end of our reception. She was available every time we needed her via phone or email and was very quick with responses, usually within 24 hours during business hours. Piedmont is also very affordable.
The day of the wedding, everything was set up just as we asked. As stressful as it can be for the bride and groom that day, we felt at ease here. It’s hard to believe a wedding can go as perfect as it did that day. If there were any problems, they must have been handled; we did not know anything about them, and that was important for us. Our guests also let us know how beautiful Piedmont was and how helpful the staff was.
I can go on and on with details, but honestly, you won’t find a better venue! We are so grateful to Piedmont for making our wedding day so special!

The Piedmont Club was a DREAM! Katie Simmons and her team were absolutely wonderful. From the beginning, Katie was a rock to lean on - she had everything under control and was so quick to respond to the many questions I had. She was so flexible and even let us make a day-of decision on whether to hold the ceremony indoors or outdoors (you never know with August weather in Northern VA!).

The venue is absolutely gorgeous, with an inviting atrium, a beautiful ballroom, and a stunning upper AND lower back patio. We loved that our guests were able to spread out an enjoy themselves. Many of our guests were older and wanted a quieter area - there were plenty of areas to choose from! The food was wonderful and we loved that we could get a seated dinner at an affordable price. Katie and Byron took care of everything and really enabled us to enjoy ourselves.

We also had our rehearsal dinner at the club, and Katie was so accommodating when we asked to customize the menu. The staff, while very professional, was also laid back and laughed with us (at us?) when a nerf gun fight broke out among our young and young-at-heart guests.

We had so much fun, I wish we could do it again! Thanks so much, Katie & team!!

Piedmont Club is absolutely a hidden gem for wedding venues in Northern Virginia. Katie Simmons is absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband is a senior event manager with Marriott – and not easy to please when it comes to planning events. Katie was the game changer in our wedding venue selection. She not only knows her stuff, but goes above and beyond to ensure her brides and grooms have a flawless planning experience and wedding day. She was easy-going and patient as she worked with our type-A personalities, many changes and detailed requests. She made sure that we were comfortable with all of the plans on the day-of, and Byron was also wonderful when he took over for Katie on the day of the wedding. The food was even better at the wedding than it was at the tasting. Katie arranged for a custom appetizer – a shot of beer with a mini-hot dog – and it was a big hit. She even helped me set up a surprise cigar bar on the back patio of the club – she kept it off of the event orders so that my husband wouldn’t catch on, but made sure that the staff was aware and prepared to pull it off. All of my vendors had great things to say about the venue, and the photos around the site came out beautiful. I feel so thankful to have found Piedmont Club and Katie.

Piedmont Club was the perfect wedding venue for us! There is a gorgeous view overlooking the golf course. The outdoor patio, which was used for the ceremony, was perfectly shaded in the early evening and made for a very comfortable August wedding. The ballroom has new carpet and a new dance floor.

Katie, the coordinator, was extremely helpful before and during the wedding. Not only was she accommodating to all of our requests and very timely in responding to emails, but she was also very down to earth and easy to talk to (unlike many of the other coordinators I met with). The entire staff was helpful- it had rained up until about 45 minutes before the ceremony, and there were over 10 workers outside drying off the chairs for us. They obviously worked hard to make this a special day for us!

The food was amazing! We were very impressed with the food during the tasting, but I think the food actually tasted better during the wedding (which is unheard of). We got the Chicken Marsala and Filet with Cabernet Sauce and guests raved about both.

The workers at Piedmont made for a very special and stress free evening- close to flawless. Thank you!

A wedding review written by the groom – My wife and I looked at a number of venues in the D.C. area before we decided to go with Piedmont. Setting – We were looking for a venue with a nice outdoor space where we could hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and have guests relax if they got tired of dancing. The clubhouse has a beautiful brick patio, with an upper tier that connects directly to the ballroom. The Piedmont team turned the outdoor wedding area into a lounge for our cocktail hour within minutes, and had firepits for the evening. The ballroom is spacious and seated 130 guests comfortably with a large dance floor in the middle. Katie Simmons and Jordan Vallerga – Katie is unlike any other event coordinator we dealt with- PRO. She is friendly, reliable, responsive, and committed to making the big day happen the way you want it to. We never heard “No, we can’t do that.” During the last month, and the bride-to-be’s inevitable “freak out” emails, Katie was there to walk her through everything..
Jordan Vallerga – Jordan worked with their pro shop to set up a round of golf for 12 of us the day before the wedding. She and Katie even scouted the course to give our photographer some great ideas for pictures when we were able to slip away for a bit. Thanks to her we had the entire clubhouse to ourselves during the event, and our guests raved when she stepped behind the bar during the reception and started making magic happen with the cocktails. Loved loved loved piedmont. I wanted a large patio so we could be outside, but not have to deal with heels in the grass and this patio was the best out of all that the DC area offered. They made my vision work and even added more that I didn’t think of. I met with them on several occasions and they were amazing to work with. Lastly – THE FOOD…amazing. We had a huge spread for cocktail hour.

I would like to start my review with saying how wonderful and amazing Katharine Simmons (Katie) is! She has definitely helped out making this whole wedding planning experience more smooth and fun! First of all she never took more than 2 days to reply to our emails, and it is very important to hear back from your vendors when you are planning a wedding. A day before our wedding we learned that she was out sick, my first thought was: “What are we going to do?! Our wedding is ruined!” But no worries, she was there the next morning waiting for me and my bridesmaids to arrive. Looks like nothing will stop her from making sure your special day goes perfect as planned. We have had sever meetings before our wedding to go through things in detail, and dozens of emails. She was available to meet each time and answered all of our questions in detail, and was able to keep up with the 1,000 times I have changed my mind about things. No for the venue: it is really a great place to hold your wedding! It is very cute and private, even though they don’t close the club for the wedding, if you have your wedding in the evening, there are no golfers there by then and it feels like it was closed down just for you. Locker room was big enough for me and 6 girls to get ready and hang out, we spent the whole day there and had our hair and make-up done there. I had arranged lunch with Katie and she brought us sandwiches and water (which by the way were delicious!). There are few options for the ceremony, wonderful patio for outside ceremony as well as two backup plans in case of rain (which we luckily didn’t have to use). Reception room is very spacious and the staff will go with whatever table arrangement and plan you have in mind. As for food and service: food was absolutely amazing! It was easily the best wedding food, I have had and I have attended 3 other weddings in the past year! The staff was prompt and attentive to everyone. AMAZING venue!!!

I don't have enough words to thank Katie, Byron and the rest of the staff. In my opinion, this venue it is a hidden gem in NOVA wedding world. My husband & I visited countless venues in VA & MD before stumbling upon Piedmont Country Club. I immediately assumed it was going to be another super expensive venue based on location & how beautiful the club looks. We decided to give it a chance & we had our first meeting with Katie Simmons (event coordinator), she was friendly and understood what we were looking for right away. After meeting with her and seeing the venue we choose Piedmont Country Club the same night. There was no more looking around & going crazy trying to find a venue for our special day. We knew right away we were in good hands.
Katie was so easy to reach, always responding to my emails right away, & answering my questions & concerns. She is so helpful, and kind that I was never stress about the wedding till the week before our big day but Katie was there to calm me down and be supportive.

We were even allowed to make a last minute decision on whether or not we wanted to ceremony outside, based on the weather forecast. It was nerve racking to think of the very last minute ceremony changes, I was walking down the isle in 2 hours and I was not prepare to make any changes. However Katie assured me that everything was going to be perfect and that everything was under control. She was right the ceremony decoration was set up beautifully.

I almost forgot to mention, the food was AMAZING, we got so many good complements from our guest. Byron (supervisor) was so friendly, kind and attentive.
We even had our rehearsal dinner at the club and everything was terrific.
Their prices and affordable, flexible to work with, professional staff, great value, responsible, and quality is so high for the price you pay.

Let me start by saying, we never write reviews....but this venue was perfect and deserves recognition for their beautiful facility and quality of service. We fell in love right away. Entering the gated community, driving past the well maintained lawns and flowers and arriving at the beautiful stone facade of the club house was a great first impression. After admiring the exterior of the building, we met with the event coordinator (her services included in the venue cost) to go over what we were looking for.

Kati (event coordinator) was wonderful to deal with. Her responsiveness relieved a lot of stress throughout the process and she was very considerate and kind when responding to our many questions during our engagement.

We looked at A LOT of other venues before deciding on Piedmont. Piedmont is so wonderful because they provide high quality at an affordable price. Other venues try to piece meal items that to me are standard at weddings (i.e. chavari chairs, dance floor, champagne toast, cake serving, ect.) but, Piedmont does not. Piedmont does require you to serve their food for dinner, but seriously....you won't be disappointed. Again, reasonably priced compared to catering and a much much much better quality (we received rave reviews from our guests about the food!).

Katie will explain everything they offer very clearly at your first meeting. You will leave that meeting thinking; I get all this for that price!!! We have zero regrets. Our day was beautiful and everything went perfectly. The wait staff was prompt with dinner, all the meals came out perfectly, the facility was prepped and laid out just the way we wanted it, and the event staff was there the entire time during the reception to ensure everything went smoothly.

We highly encourage you to stop by Piedmont and talk with Katie to get a full scope of what they provide. It was perfect. We appreciate everything Piedmont did for us.

My top two reasons for recommending this venue: you can't find a better venue for the price and Katie is wonderful to work with! Not to mention the food is delicious, the golf course is lovely, the building is picturesque, and the service is great. Whenever I had questions or concerns I emailed Katie and she always responded within a day and was very helpful and positive. She was also quick to resolve any problems that came up. The building is a beautiful place to take pictures, but the club also provides a golf cart to take you around the course for more intimate shots. This was such a low cost and low stress venue that provided a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend piedmont club to any new brides!

We feel so blessed that we found Katie and the wonderful staff at the Piedmont Club! With Katie absolutely anything was possible. Her incredible positive attitude and willingness to accommodate every whim eased all my bridal anxieties and made both the planning and execution of the event an absolute pleasure. I can't praise her enough! The venue photographed beautifully, the wait staff was courteous and efficient and the food was great! Our guests especially enjoyed the opportunity to roast marshmallows on the beautiful stone patio and fun midnight snack. The staff set up all our props and tables beautifully and we were also able to take advantage of their beautiful Christmas decorations. Our experience from start to finish was wonderful! I held my bridal shower at Piedmont Club a few weeks ago and it was amazing! We were a smaller group, just about 30 girls, and the ballroom and upper patio were perfect! They pipe and draped the ballroom to make it a little cozier for us and turned the fire pits on the top patio and it was so beautiful! Katie made the planning so easy- the pricing was super straight forward and there was no nickel and diming. Katie and her team decorated the room with the items they had in house and some nice springy linens and I didn't have to worry about anything. Also, the food was so good! Everyone was impressed by the menu and how delicious everything was. Byron, their banquet manager, was equally awesome and took fantastic care of us. He even helped us pack up all of the gifts and everything into our car in the rain, with a smile on his face the whole time. I would definitely recommend Piedmont to any of my friends for their bridal shower or other events!

All honeymoon long we talked about how awesome our wedding was, and how much fun we had. Katie, the wedding coordinator, is everything you would want in a coordinator: organized, helpful, understanding, flexible, detail-oriented, and open to ideas. I can't speak more highly of her and the staff for our wedding. Everything was beautiful coordinated and the service was wonderful. Food was great, and I loved that they made sure the bride and groom got their food early on before they went to the tables while others were eating. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Katie Simmons and the entire staff at Piedmont. Our October 26, 2013 wedding was so beautiful, so professional and smooth. The venue was perfect, the staff was accommodating and fantastic. Even after our little mishap where the golf cart ran over my wedding dress and ripped the skirt (advice to any bride who rides a golf cart out to locations for pictures, make sure the skirt/train is secure on the cart), Katie was right there helping us try to repair the dress and helped us flip-flop the schedule a bit to accommodate the mess. Our guests all raved about the location and our pictures are amazing. Oh, and he food was excellent. Highly recommend!

Katie was wonderful! They were attentive, professional, and extremely helpful. Food was delicious and the site was cozy and beautiful. Given a second chance, we would choose Piedmont again.

Piedmont is a beautiful venue and Katie, our coordinator, was always so helpful and accommodating. We appreciate all of Piedmont's efforts in making sure our day was memorable.

I am so glad I chose to get married at this beautiful venue. Not only was the venue extremely reasonably priced and absolutely stunning, the staff was absolutely amazing. Katie Simmons was so fun to work with. She was very responsive, very helpful and willing to help us get everything we wanted while staying under budget. She also remained cool as a cucumber when we had to quickly move the ceremony inside due to rain and when I carelessly got mud all over the back of my dress (oops!).

The food was delicious, the catering, bar and wait staff were friendly and accommodating, and my day was absolutely perfect. Rain and all. I highly recommend this venue to anyone with any budget. They will work with you to make sure that your event is just as fantastic as mine was.

I searched many places before deciding on Piedmont Country Club as my wedding venue. I choose PCC because I loved the food, the price was reasonable, and I loved the staff. I really enjoyed working with Katie throughout the process; she was very helpful, easy to work with, professional and very kind. I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted my wedding day to be and Katie helped make that possible. The staff at PCC worked diligently to help prepare everything. I also wanted to note how well Katie was at getting back to me through email and phone calls. She answered every question so quickly. And, I had a lot of questions. So again, Katie was a pleasure to work with.

Everyone said what a great time they had and how great the food was. And, even though chicken alfredo wasn’t on the menu they made it possible for me! Plus, we had a few picky eaters and they were able to make the food plain for those select few. Katie coordinated everything. She ordered the table cloths, chairs and chargers. She had her team set up the table decorations exactly how I wanted them. The club even let us have stairs connecting the upper patio to the lower patio outside so that I could make a grand entrance to the ceremony.

Katie was there for every step of the process, whether it was meeting with my family and I to make decisions about the décor, having a food tasting and even helping guide us through the rehearsal. She even made sure things flowed the day of the wedding and she made sure we kept on schedule. My family and I aren’t the easiest people to work with, but Katie and Piedmont Country Club did an awesome job!

I never write reviews but feel compelled to because Katie and the staff at the Piedmont Club did an outstanding job, and made our wedding a beautiful event that will always be remembered. We were lucky to have found this venue; it was perfect in every aspect. I couldn't be more pleased, and would recommend Piedmont Club to ANY future bride. Thank you Katie!

The staff, environment, food, and everything about our wedding day at Piedmont Country Club was amazing! And that says a lot considering it rained on our outdoor wedding day! The event coordinator Katie is so easy to work with. She responds quickly to emails and we shared a lot of emails! She had great ideas and knows a lot about how to make a wedding flow well. Piedmont was very well organized. The service and food was amazing. Toby, the food service manager, was also exceptional! He was at our meetings with Katie and was able to give his suggestions that helped make our wedding great! Overall, we could not have asked for a better wedding experience. Thank you Piedmont for your hard work, attention to detail, and putting up with our crazy family and friends! If I was to get married again, Piedmont would absolutely be my first choice!!!

The Piedmont Country Club is a gorgeous venue! We worked with Katie Simmons and she did a fabulous job! The club is located in a beautiful, gated golf course community. We were to be married on the lower patio right off the golf course but unfortunately it rained so we had to move the ceremony inside. Despite that, it was an experience that I will never forget. We were able to take pictures outside once the rain stopped and they were truly amazing with the beautiful green lawn behind us. My bridal party and I spent the entire day at the club getting our hair and makeup done in the locker room. The accommodations were wonderful, very clean and spacious.

Simply put, Piedmont Club is perfect all around. In my opinion, it's a hidden gem in the wedding world of Northern VA. My (now) husband and I searched around the Fauquier/Prince William area for months before stumbling upon Piedmont. When we first pulled up, we assumed it would be way out of our price point based on how beautiful it was, but we still decided to look and I'm so glad we did. When we started the process, we were working with Michele Choi, who was fabulous. About 4 months or so before our big day, she emailed us telling us that she was leaving the club. Immediately I was nervous to switch coordinators, especially since Michele was a big reason we chose the club, so close to the day, but Paul in catering took care of us in the interim. We rescheduled our tasting so we could meet with Katie Simmons, the new coordinator. The moment we met Katie we knew everything was still on track and all the stress I had about switching coordinators washed away. Katie is a very kind hearted person who only wants the best for the bride and groom. After reviewing all the details we had discussed with Michele, she was more than prepared to help us with our day. She was very helpful with the few last minute changes we had or the things we overlooked. We did non-traditional centerpieces and Katie was more than willing to set them all up for us, taking away most of the stress that often comes with DIY weddings. Her and her team made the ballroom look phenomenal. They also set up our candy bar beautifully too. We were even allowed to make a "game time" decision on whether or not we wanted to ceremony outside, based on the weather forecast.

The day of the wedding was a breeze and a large part of that is due to Katie and her attentiveness to both of us. When we each arrived she met with us, assured us everything was on track and offered to get us food and drinks. She was great with organizing our large wedding party and we started the ceremony right on time. After the ceremony was done, Katie was waiting with beer and champagne for us so we could still enjoy some of the cocktail hour as she took us away to a beautiful bridge for more pictures! :)

I almost forgot to mention that the food is fabulous and we have received compliments from 90% of our guests that it was the best wedding food they've ever had.

In conclusion, our day was absolutely perfect and I attribute so much of that perfection to Katie and her team at Piedmont Club. It's a beautiful venue with great food and drinks and an even better staff. If you're looking for a fabulous venue that won't break the bank, I highly recommend Piedmont Club!

Michele did such a wonderful job. The day went by so smoothly thanks to her. I definitely would recommend this place to any bride who is looking for a beautiful venue within a budget.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michele Choi and the Piedmont Club staff. Piedmont was the first venue we looked at and we knew it was the one. From day one, Michele was truly interested in helping us plan our special day. She is very knowledgeable in recommending vendors for you, too, if you need guidance. She was very easy to communicate with. I emailed her all the time asking her questions or opinions and got a response back that day or the next. There are several open houses at Piedmont each year, so make sure you go to those. Each one is different and better than the last. You can win prizes, meet different vendors, and get lots of ideas. We booked our DJ and hair and makeup after meeting them at an open house. It is affordable, beautiful inside and out, and it was a great location for us and our families. We chose lasagna, chicken alfredo, and caesar salad for our reception meal and our guests kept telling us how delicious everything was. Michele will work with you to get you what YOU want. The staff was always professional, even if we were just stopping by to visit with Michele. A nice plus was having the locker room downstairs to get ready in. Once you see the bathroom you will know what I mean! Our hair and makeup lady came to Piedmont to get all of us ready which was nice so we didn't have to run around town all day. Michele was great in helping us coordinate the ceremony and also in showing our photographer great locations around the golf course for our pictures. At the very last minute, she was able to find chair ties for us in the color we wanted! She knows how much of a relief that was to me as I was going to have to make them if we couldn't find them. We had our rehearsal dinner at Piedmont as well. We had the taco buffet and everyone loved it. I know I could go on and on about Michele and Piedmont, but hopefully you will find out for yourself how great this place is! We thank you for everything. –Debi and Casey Shartzer

Piedmont Club is wonderful! The wedding coordinator, Michele Choi, is amazing! She is extremely personable, professional and helpful. She was always available to answer questions and give advice, even when she was on maternity leave! The venue is beautiful! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside and the reception inside. The views were beautiful for pictures. The food was fantastic! We still get compliments! We LOVED everything about our venue!

I cannot say enough about how great our wedding experience was at the Piedmont Club!! If I could give more stars I would!!Michele Choi is the coordinator at the club and was absolutely fabulously from day one when she worked late that night to layout what our wedding at the club would look like. She is always extremely responsive. The staff did an excellent job making sure my guests had their meals and drinks all night long. The club is very affordable for the NOVA area and was amazed of all costs covered.

Thank you to Michele and her staff for helping us have the perfect wedding!
