The initial pictures that were taken at our wedding were fine and she was on time and was attentive during the entire wedding day. However, as part of our contract we were to receive larger prints of a picture of our choice and 2 Parent Books. The larger prints that were initially delivered were in our opinion blurry and sub-par. When we informed her of this, she stated that she uses a vendor for her prints and does not print them herself, as if that was supposed to justify the quality we observed.

We were married in late 2009 and in mid-2010 sent Susan a list of the pictures we wanted in our Parent Books. Needless to say, we still to this day do not have the Parent Books. We have sent e-mails but did not receive a response. At this point, we have been using Kodak's website to print our pictures and find the quality to be more impressive than the prints she sent us initially. Normally we would continue to follow up but at this point we want to forget about this whole miserable ordeal.

First...Lets get a few things straight.....
The client asked for a 16x20 print and 10 -8x10's to be printed prior to her album being printed.....I had the prints made by a Professional Lab and sent to her directly from the lab at my expense..... Three months after she received the images, she stated that there was a problem with the prints...I had all 8x10 prints made for a second time. The Images are not Blurry at all.....This is a false statement....... I ask that she return the ones she did not like....She never returned the prints...Value of $450.00....The clients parent albums are being held until she returns the prints she said she was unhappy with..... This is a simple request....If the client was so unhappy with the prints ....Why did she wait three months to say something????

Susan was pleasant to work with, but did show up late on the wedding day! It worked out alright, but that is kind of a big day to be late....She has a great web site, so that was nice so that we could see photos before we received our proof book.
