The initial pictures that were taken at our wedding were fine and she was on time and was attentive during the entire wedding day. However, as part of our contract we were to receive larger prints of a picture of our choice and 2 Parent Books. The larger prints that were initially delivered were in our opinion blurry and sub-par. When we informed her of this, she stated that she uses a vendor for her prints and does not print them herself, as if that was supposed to justify the quality we observed.
We were married in late 2009 and in mid-2010 sent Susan a list of the pictures we wanted in our Parent Books. Needless to say, we still to this day do not have the Parent Books. We have sent e-mails but did not receive a response. At this point, we have been using Kodak's website to print our pictures and find the quality to be more impressive than the prints she sent us initially. Normally we would continue to follow up but at this point we want to forget about this whole miserable ordeal.
