An Eye For Detail

We cannot sing Micah's praises enough during our wedding day. Everything was so well organized, she has a great eye for capturing beautiful moments, and made us both feel comfortable and at ease for our big day. Awesome!!!

Micah did such a GREAT job photographing our wedding! We wanted a lot of candid photos and she did awesome! She captured so many special moments of us and our guests, all without realizing she was even there. Now we have these special moments captured forever. Micah did an amazing job!

We hired Micah for engagement photos and wedding.. she has not disappointed us at all. She is easy to talk with, feel comfortable with and her work has been so timely. We were super nervous and she takes the reigns and gives you the support needed!

5/5 Stars not enough to describe how AMAZING she was

My husband and I recently had pictures done - we had scheduled a date while in Arizona. The forecast changed to rain...which turned into flash floods and a little bit of panic. Micah worked with us and was fully prepared to go rain or shine, but worked with us to change the date to accomodate our location.

Never had pictures done like this before and was so nervous but right off the bat it was like talking to and old friend, she mad us feel SO comfortable. She was so incredibly sweet and her excitement during the shoot made us even more excited. Though we only have the sneak peek so far of the pictures, we are completely blown away.

We know without a doubt, when we do our 'traditional' wedding, she will be the photograpehr we hire for our AZ nuptials.

Cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Micah was amazing! She was flexible, respectful, funny, prompt, understanding, and professional. She truly captured ever emotion in all my photos and even made sure she worked with my insecurities as a plus size bride! She even had all 490 photos from my wedding back to me in 3 days!! YES 3 DAYS!! she was the best

So talented!!!!

If I could give Micah a 10 star review I would. She was so sweet and easy and comfortable to work with. She knew the venue so well and knew all of the best spots and best lighting. She gave great direction and was so nice to all 7 of our kids. She is truly talented and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful photographer and amazing wedding pictures ❤️

Fantastic photographer!

We loved our experience working with Micah! She brought a great energy and went out of her way to make sure everyone got all the picture pairings they wanted. The pictures all turned out amazing as well! We highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Wedding 3.14.19

My husband and I were really pleased with all of the photos Micah took of our big day! She was very patient when some guests weren't ready for pictures yet, and took others while they got what they needed. Overall it was a fun experience since we never take professional photos. We are both a little awkward and nervous, but once she started photographing, that nervousness went away. 100% reccomend her services.

I thought Micah did a terrific job of taking photos of my wedding at the Shenandoah Mill. She's very familiar with the place so knew all the right places/angles to take pictures. I really liked her attention to the details and was very easy to work with.

I am so incredibly happy that we chose Micah as our wedding photographer. She did such an amazing job! She was so much fun to work with. She had all of these fun and unique picture ideas and they turned out amazing! My husband and I don't take professional pictures together ever so I was worried that we were going to look awkward or not know what to do, but Micah walked us through every picture and every pose. I thought her prices were very reasonable (we were doing a budget wedding) and she got the edited pictures back to us very quickly! Every single person that I showed the pictures to was so impressed with them. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Micah! You will not regret it!

I am so happy that we decided to have Micah photograph our wedding! She was amazing! She made every step of the way enjoyable. Micah met with me a couple of times before the big day to go over details and what we wanted to capture. We had a time restraint and she worked with our schedule to make sure we could get what we needed. On the day of, she showed us exactly what we needed to do and where we needed to be, had all the best poses and knew how to get the perfect shot. Not only did she know what she was doing, she was so pleasant to work with and made us feel really special. We had a great time and had many laughs throughout the whole process. We received our gallery shortly after and I absolultely LOVE the pictures! She captured everything perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you Micah for the wonderful pictures that we will cherish forever!

I loved having Micah as my photographer on the big day. Not only does Micah take beautiful pictures, she really adds to the special day by making it fun and enjoyable. Our wedding was outside on June 24th and wouldn't you know it, that weekend breaks record heat in AZ. But she was a trooper. She turned what could have been a miserable experience into fun time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience when it comes to a photo shoot and on the most important day of ours lives. She captured so much emotion in her pictures and every time we look at them it's as if we are reliving that day. And the turn around was outstanding!! We received our gallery much quicker than expected! All in all she is amazing and we highly recommend her!! Thank you Micah for allowing us to relive the happiest moment of our lives for the rest of our life.

Micah was simply - incredible. She was very responsive, answered my phone call immediately, and we were confirmed within minutes. One of my favorite things about Micah was the questionnaire she sent us to fill out - She truly wanted to get to know us prior to the wedding to 'get in our heads' to know what was important to us to be captured. Micah was flexible as she was available to stay past our booked time had wanted that option. Micah's attention to detail was phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with all of our memories she caught that night!

Micah took our engagement photos and will be taking our wedding photos as well. We had such a wonderful experience with her during our engagement shoot! She was quick to give direction to keep the shoot going, and has a good eye for poses and backgrounds. She was also flexible when my fiancé or I had an idea for a pose. She is very talented with shooting in natural light. Our photos turned out beautifully, and we can't wait to have her take our wedding photos! You can't go wrong with Micah as a photographer. She is very friendly, talented and considerate of what her clients want.

Micah did a phenomenal job with our pictures. We had some issues with weather and we were a little rushed for time due to the light outside. Micah truly outdid herself while taking pictures on our wedding day. The day of our wedding, it rained for hours so we had to change plans and move everything indoors. Even with the limited amount of space we had for pictures and the lack of natural light, she took control and her creative side came through. The pictures she provided us with were outstanding, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Time to print some of them and decorate our new house with them. Thank you Micah!

We hired Micah for our engagement photos and wedding photos. She made everything so easy and always responded to our questions right away. On our wedding day she made sure to take pictures of every detail from the decorations to our guests and we are so happy to have those memories. Micah is honestly amazing!! The whole process was so smooth. She was so kind and courteous during the planning process, even though me made several changes for the length of time we would need her for the wedding. On the day of, she arrived early! I ADORE Micah! She was super professional, super fun, and super flexible to try all the shots I wanted to get. Micah actually took our wedding photos, maternity photos, newborn photos, and my daughter's first birthday photos. She is extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and talented. She makes taking photos easy and stress free. I really enjoyed working with her and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She did a great job working with my daughter as well and capturing the special memories of our family. Micah is affordable, flexible with location, and creative with shoots. I highly recommend Micah!

My husband and I could not have chosen a better photographer. Micah was the recommended photographer for where we got married, Shenandoah Mill. Having not really researched too much of Micah's work beforehand, we were honestly not expecting too much from our photographer. We were so pleasantly surprises when Micah arrived at the venue and immediately started snapping photos. Since we did not want to see each other before I walked down the aisle, she took our wedding party photos separate and made sure we did not see each other. Neither me or my husband are particularly fond of being in photos or in front of the camera, but we never once felt awkward. Micah made us feel so comfortable and even put up with our crazy families without batting an eye! Our photos arrived to our house on a flash drive VERY quickly and they turned out better than we could have ever imagined. She took a TON of photos which we very much enjoyed going through together and reliving the best day of our lives.

Thank you so much, Micah for contributing to such a memorable day for the both of us. We will be able to cherish this day forever with your beautiful pictures hanging in our home!

We just got our pictures back yesterday and I was blown away! I cried all over again while looking at them just because of how beautiful they were. You often here "The pictures can't even describe it" but these did. I was blown far away beyond any expectations I had. I wish we kept her there longer to capture even more memories.

Even though we haven't received our photos yet I have no doubt the will be beautiful. We had so many things go wrong from mother or the brides zipper on her dress breaking completely to the bridal bouquet being ugly, grease on one of the bridesmaids dresses. Micah found safety pins to fix the zipper, offered a dryer for the dress after we had to scrub most of it clean my hand. She put up with the cursing and tears like a professional. She made all of us feel so at ease. I will always recommend her to everyone.

great photographer to work with! gave me the cds a day after the wedding so i could have them before my honeymoon! i would highly recommend her!

Micah did a great job of being flexible and altering the schedule so we could get pictures of almost everything that we wanted. Her photos turned out pretty good and she had a quick turn around (less than a week and we received the flash drive in the mail). I wish she would have taken just a little longer to edit the photos though as there were some with random bystanders in the background that needed cropping and I felt like she just set every picture to the same brightness and contrast settings instead of altering each one to look its best. She did offer to retouch or re-edit anything we wanted but I also feel like people pay professionals to do a lot of those edits in the first sweep. We still had quite a few good photos (how many do you really need to put up around the house) so we are still content. I also feel like a lot of the poses she has her couples were very dated and not very creative. All of our favorite poses were ones that we did without her instruction and those we got off pinterest. I also had to request her to take pictures of things that I would have assumed wouldn't need mentioning: my dress before getting ready, shoes, etc. and there were some that I didn't request that we didn't get photos of (decorations mainly). We had also requested photos of our receiving line and did not receive those. Again, not that big of a deal because we're not printing and framing a ton of photos around our house but definitely something that those expecting certain pictures should be aware of so they can make those requests in advance. I know had I brought a list of everything then Micah would have taken the pictures. She was super friendly and really easy to work with but there are just a few of those smaller things that would have been nice to know in advance.

I had not seen much of Micah's work before we booked her for our wedding but I am glad we did. Having worked with our venue multiple times, she knew the best places for pictures and the best chance for lighting. She also worked with us before the ceremony to take seperate pictures of the wedding party since my husband and I didn't want to see each other. She also put up with our special surprise from the inlaws of a horse and carriage and took extra photos.

Micah had our pictures back to us before we were even home from our honeymoon - I am happy with the variety of pictures she took and the quality. You won't regret hiring her.

Micah was amazing! We had her as our main photographer at our wedding and could not have been happier with the results! Highly recommend her.
